More is shared on the specific forms of sin addressed by redemption and salvation through Jesus Christ. While mankind was created to be an eternal companion to divinity, the operations of sin permanently altered the human capacity to endure within the spheres of life as they were originally emanated from the active presence of Deity. As a peculiar residue of the chaos and flux that existed before all creation, sin has introduced subtleties (i.e., manipulation by hidden differences; barely visible shifts in meaning or purpose) that destroy communication, interaction and continuing relationship with divinity. Although sin first appeared intangibly and invisibly among the angels of heaven (who were not immortal or incorruptible, and who endure at the discretion of Almighty GOD), the Creator is using the device of death and the frameworks of time and space to limit sin, and reveal sin as carnal, temporary and visible, not eternal. Multiple sacred operations must be carried out that only divinity may complete including atonement, forgiveness, incarnation, reconciliation, resurrection, and sanctification. The operations of sin that introduced conflict, confusion, separation and defiled worship among the celestial beings is more clearly seen and understood by many through humans upon the earth, for sin may clearly dominate awareness and self-will within finite mankind. Through the ministry of Jesus Christ mankind is experiencing a continuous, ongoing transformation, and will be perfected as without corruption, and having immortality. Most of us forget, the GOD we worship is a GOD of judgment. Wrath against sin is an inseparable and permanent aspect of the divine makeup along with such spirit content as compassion, faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, perfection and wisdom. Wrath against sin is not always foremost or recognizable as a divine expression, yet, like sacred jealousy and eternal ownership is an unchanging feature of the GODhead. As an embodiment and incarnation for the imparted Spirit (we say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, the Spirit of Prophecy), the Church operates against sin not by condemning or punishing attitudes, conduct and behavior, or by feeding the poor and works of social consciousness so much as by such works as encouraging and proclaiming forgiveness, mercy in judgment, new life through rebirth, holy practices (we say, sacraments), reconciliation, repentance, restoration, reverence, sanctification, and sacred truth. Mankind’s need for Jesus as an advocate continues once cleansed and cleared of Adamic sin because of errors, mistakes and personal sin that may persist during their growth as a new believer.
