(09/30/2019) Fully Communicating Human Potential?

A depiction of Jesus Christ and Nicodemus.

Today, reply is on death and the character of symbols we see that are used to communicate Christian beliefs and sacred knowledge. Christian belief is far from being morbid and death-centered. When speaking to the things of divinity, mankind must regard elements that are invisible, unseen, and without material form because they consist of Spirit. The separations for man and beast center primarily in their consciousness and self-will (willpower) imparted from the makeup of GOD that is entirely of spirit (e.g., faith, holiness, righteousness, wisdom, wrath against sin). Human potential allows for mankind to display self-expression and self-government by behavior and conduct that are recognized as animal, human, or divine. Humans portray divinity where they serve as vessels containing divine spirit. Their use of such finite tools as language, law, mathematics, and carnal reason, make humans seem to be on a level of existence that is higher than that for animals. Properly understood, that mankind communicates among themselves regarding their own life process relative to the immortality and incorruptibility of divinity is the primary distinction between animals and mankind. Described as spiritual awareness, just as mankind has consciousness of mortality and its completion, there is knowledge of connection with a sovereign Creator as well as knowledge of duration for life through resurrection from the dead. Animals do not sorrow for sins and violations of sacred law, yet, as seen through the account of Noah and the flood, divinity holds animals accountable with mankind for transferring sin from the earth to the Sanctuary in heaven. Animals make no penance and do not repent; and they neither make a choice to embody Jesus Christ, nor do they acknowledge the atonement for sin offered mankind by the Son of the Highest. Where Solomon operating under the influence of the flesh, rather than the imparted, indwelling Holy Spirit, bewails the brevity, frustration, limited vision regarding future events, and vanity (i.e., the lack of sacred substance within mankind), his initial mistaken conclusion is recorded within the holy writings: Ecclesiastes 3: 18-21, King James Version (KJV): 18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. 21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

Why do Christians use the brutal execution of a guy as the symbol of their beliefs? Is it not a macabre symbol?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. (1st Corinthians 1: 18, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Bible Language About Spirit? (06/13/2018); The Loaves and Fishes (08/09/2016); Represented by The Cross? (03/08/2016); The Meaning not the Object (05/26/2015); Not Images Used in Worship? (09/14/2014); Death is a Divine Tool (09/15/2014); A Sleep and a Second Death (09/16/2014)

Anonymous”, among many mature Christians, death is understood as a divine tool used to fashion life; therefore, reflecting on death does not generate feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, and revulsion. More important than death are forgiveness, divine love, and mercy in judgment that make visible the righteousness of GOD. However, these are sacred things that may only be fully communicated to mankind by using simple elements. Human potential as a creation of divinity allows the character, nature, and substance of mankinds life process and makeup to be displayed through attitudes, behavior, emotions, and conduct that may be described as animal, human, or divine. In a given moment, some will display all three at the same time, resulting in confusion. The continuous communication of the Creator and the created has been corrupted and degraded through the operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and divine order throughout the universe. Sin promotes nonexistence, and a return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth. Sin contains and puts forth no spirit substance from the makeup of GOD, yet, sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. Where divinity makes an outreach to explain these things to mankind, ones usual way of thinking and speaking must undergo permanent change. The finite tools of intellect, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, and science are best fitted for exchanging academic information, for detailing secular knowledge, and for manipulating things that are material, political, and social. Relying on verbal communication or “word of mouth” is made to be graphic to be made memorable. The issues addressed by Christian belief and sacred knowledge are to be received as spirit content from the makeup of divinity (we say, revelation) whereby GOD becomes knowable, known, accessible, and approachable. Inseparable aspects of divinity are provided that include faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. These allow Christians to apprehend the realities of origins for mankind, his sphere of life, and the full extent of life essence (we also say, breath; spirit; word) imparted from the Creator; the elements of imagination, mind, and recall for fashioning and preserving information; and the sacred law, principles for relationships with GOD, eternal purposes, and the immutable and unchanging truth from divinity that serve as the reliable standards for all that have existence and life. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. James 1: 16-22, King James Version (KJV): 16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. 18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. 19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

2. John 3: 1-7, KJV: 1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ-iXt14nrg). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(09/29/2019) Ones Spirit Must Grow?

Today, reply is that the sacred process and substance for both damnation and salvation are conditional. It is written: Matthew 22: 2-11, King James Version (KJV): The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen. One of the fighters in the public forum at “Yahoo! Answers” on Religion and Spirituality using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

Is this true: Christ didnt save us all: he gave us the opportunity to be saved?

Is that correct or false according to the Bible?

I am in no way disregarding the efforts of the Son of God but we are still able to die if we do not believe in Him. So why say he has saved us all when he has only unlocked the door for us and it is up to us to open it and go through it.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. (Romans 6: 3-6, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Kingdom Within You (09/26/2019); Now Are Ye Light (09/18/2019); Heaven Speaks Using Mankind (09/15/2019); Those Who Prefer Evil (09/02/2019); The Saved Are Numberless (04/29/2019); “I Never Knew You” (03/23/2018); Caution! Work In Progress (10/19/2017)

Anonymous”, it is not that divinity has not granted forgiveness and a way of new life for mankind; it is that many men do not acknowledge the acts of GOD, do not respect divine love, and do not trust. In the same way blessing and cursing continued to be conditional for those in covenant with GOD who left Egypt with Moses, damnation and salvation continue to be conditional and depend on the choices and responses the living make to divinity. Apart from the provisions of GOD, mankind is finite, fragile, mortal, and may not endure as a companion of immortal, incorruptible divinity. This has been demonstrated by the response of men to the sanctions of sacred law as well as all the process and substance of both redemption and salvation. Sin has not been eliminated by the death of Jesus on the cross, yet, GOD has made it possible for mankind to recognize sin is contrary to divine and human nature, to reject the promptings of sin, and to overcome sin through renewed human self-will (willpower). The lives of created beings and living creatures can be dominated and terminated through the operations of sin. Sin promotes nonexistence and a return to the conditions in place before the founding of heaven and earth. As a benefit and privilege through Jesus Christ, sinners can be transformed through a fresh endowment of the same life essence (we say, breath; spirit; word) imparted to Adam. Even so, those “born again” must “mature again.” They must live on the earth as vessels of divine spirit, must display the image of GOD, and present the likeness of Jesus Christ. Spiritual growth is to occur through commitment, discernment, discovery, fellowship, learning, practice, unselfish service, and suffering. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Romans 10: 13-17, King James Version (KJV): 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

2. 2nd Thessalonians 3: 1-3, KJV: 1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: 2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. 3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

3. Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owkc0PZWigc&list=PLN-HWgUQXbLNnbCpJM6rhVO8-yEdJmEib&index=8&t=0s.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(09/27/2019) New Birth By Resurrection

Today, reply is on whether sinners are made “sin-free” by death. As part of the conditions for their existence and life, babies also receive a vulnerability to the operations of sin. Properly understood, death and mortality are divine tools to fulfill the eternal purpose of GOD as Lawgiver, Judge, Ruler over all Creation, and Savior of mankind in spite of the infirmity and weakness that continues on the earth because of sin. The fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden has required acts of GOD and a plan having multiple divine operations to release mankind from the consequences of their own actions. The errors (sin) committed by the first pair, entered into their lives like the barb on a fishhook, that goes in quietly and smoothly, yet, always tears the flesh when attempting to take it out. The expressed will of GOD (we say, the divine law; the word spoken) behaved like a barbed hook. It is written: 1st Corinthians 15: 56, King James Version (KJV): 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. One of the fighters using the ID “Anonymous” in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality (no profile data shared) posted the following:

If at birth we are sinners, at death are we sin-free?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christs at his coming. Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. (1st Corinthians 15: 21-26, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Entered Into Divine Glory (09/03/2019); Life Because of Righteousness (08/29/2019); The Penalty of Death? (04/26/2019); Salvation Through Jesus Christ (03/25/2019); Satisfying Creation and Law (01/22/2019); Gall Refused on the Cross? (03/20/2015); The Agony of Death? (03/22/2015)

Anonymous”, mankind requires a new birth that may only be accomplished by a death and resurrection of divinity. The dead do not sin; even so, they will be held accountable for their actions while they were living. Divine operations for fulfilling lawful judgment and restoring Adam from their violation of relationship with GOD has required more than forgiveness. There also must be the use of mortality, death, and resurrection of the dead. Among mature Christian believers, it is understood that sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and the entire Creation. Sin is no spirit or substance put forth by GOD, yet, sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. The operations of sin can not be eliminated, destroyed, or reversed as though sin were an ordinary man-made, material object. Only through forms of death can those who commit sin be released from its influence. While the sinner will not continue to commit sin, the living will be challenged by their offenses and the consequences of their deeds for as much as four generations (160 years). The appearance of divinity using the form of human flesh and blood (we say, Incarnation) has permitted mankind to become “born again” and “mature again” through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. The same life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted to Adam at Creation and that resided within Jesus is provided from the makeup of GOD, and believers are to exist as the new creation. Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. In addition to discernment and the ability to realize that sin is contrary to both divine and human nature, Christ has provided expectations (hopes), understandings, eternal works, and sacred visions that allow the heart and mind of his disciples to live above condemnation, fear, and spiritual confusion. The members of his church are to be those experiencing new life as vessels of divine spirit and the offspring of GOD. There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (09/26/2019) The Kingdom Within You

Today, reply is on choosing among and between different presentations and translations of the same Scripture.
Identifying the divine essence, meaning, substance, and value (we say, the spirit) for what is presented can be more important than its exact repetition as a quotation from divinity (we say, the letter; the word of GOD).  Correctly understood, the dominion and rule of the Creator extends over the awareness and self-will of every created being and living creature. The kingdom of GOD that is to indwell mankind is not a material place or physical realm. Rather, it is a consciousness of divine presence, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. All Christian believers are in a continuing process of becoming mature and fulfilling their spiritual growth as those who are vessels of divine Spirit. Inseparable aspects of spirit content from the makeup of GOD are provided to sinners releasing them from sin, and making them the new Creation of Jesus Christ. Believers are guided by long-held principles and standards recorded as the holy writings (e.g., the Gospel, the apostolic epistles; the prophecies of revelation). Disciples and followers of Christ are to become increasingly aware of the things that pertain to divinity, and acknowledge accountability for their own sacred beliefs. Their choices and decisions eventually should display balance, completeness, consistency, and stability; and each believer will operate on the basis of their own commitment, discovery, fresh endowment of life essence, gradual growth, sacred practice, and self-government. It is written: Luke 17: 20-21, King James Version (KJV): 20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (profile information not shown) posted the following:

The kingdom of God is within you”, or “the kingdom of God is in your midst” Luke 17:20. Two bibles say drastically different things?

nor will they say, 'Look, here it is!' or, 'There it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is in your midst."-NewAmerican Standard bible

nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you”—King James Version

The first one seems to be saying Jesus Christ is the kingdom of God. The second one seems to say we are God? Which is right?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. (2nd Timothy 3: 16-17, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Kings, Popes, Priests, Prophets? (09/22/2019); Conflict Among Multiple Wills? (09/20/2019); Now Are Ye Light (09/18/2019); Heaven Speaks Using Mankind (09/15/2019); GODs Will Be Done? (03/27/2019); Mysteries Of The Kingdom? (09/28/2018); Proclaiming A New Kingdom? (04/13/2017); Benefits of His Kingdom? (04/11/2017)

Anonymous”, reading the holy writings is a sacred process different from academic and secular reading. Those who are in Christ read the Bible with the understanding that all sacred truth will conform to the clear revelation of divinity made through the Savior appearing on the earth in flesh and blood (we say, the Incarnation). A readers consciousness must be filled by their own endowment of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of GOD. Inseparable aspects of divine fullness must be active, rather than merely the finite human tools of emotion, intellect, logic, and carnal reason. Included as the active presence of divinity are faith, holiness, hope (commanded expectation), joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, willingness to forgive, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Reading the Bible and other sacred writings requires the practice of discernment. The deposit of Spirit from GOD that one has received must be used as the standard to acknowledge, recognize, and correctly respond to the same authority and influence as he appears within events, oneself, other persons, prophecy, etc. Both because the Bible is a collection of writings that provide multiple streams of sacred truth, and because Bible readers are in a divine process of discovery and gradual growth, their reading of statements from the Scriptures may alter and shift over time. Therefore, developing and mature Christians focus on unchanging divine intent and principles for permanent change, rather than literal statements made within the frameworks of time and space. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. 2nd Corinthians 3: 5-7, King James Version (KJV): 5 Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God; 6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.

2. 1st John 2: 27-28, KJV: 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him. 28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

3. John 6: 63, KJV: 63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing:  the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

(09/25/2019) How Can Christians Preach?

Today, reply is on the anointing from divinity provided to those who preach. Those who preach have been commanded and supplied to do so. Preaching is to be understood as a sacred operation where human flesh and divine spirit work together imparting sacred knowledge. Among mature Christian believers, preaching arises from divine unction, and is not the same as academic lecturing, oratory, public speaking, and story-telling that often serve as sources of spiritual confusion. Preaching is an office and duty within the church founded by Jesus Christ, yet, preaching is not provided only by clergy who have had hours of experience as members of a debating team, students in a divinity school, or those who practice delivering sermons while receiving seminary instruction. In addition to bishops, deacons, and pastors there may be child preachers, sharing of prophecy by lay members, and mothers in the church who also preach. It is written: Revelation 14: 6-7, King James Version (KJV): 6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Bob” (Level 6 with 10,447 points, a member since June 03, 2011) posted the following:

How can christians preach about what god wants when they don’t even know if it exists, surely it is impossible?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak; (2nd Corinthians 4: 13, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Just Make Up Anything? (06/16/2019); You Will Receive Power? (12/28/2018); Christ Is The Head (07/12/2018); Those Apt To Teach? (06/20/2018); What the Preacher Said…? (03/24/2015); On Judging Preachers as “Fake” (12/23/2013); Jesus Arose Bodily (12/24/2013)

Bob”, preaching is a work to bestow and impart spirit content from divinity who has appeared in human form as Jesus Christ. Preaching is a divine process to transfer divine substance. Christians preparing to meet Jesus Christ at his coming to harvest his followers from the earth are instructed that believers who are able to preach receive an anointing from divinity that serves as a “calling” and their official ordination to act as spokespersons for the church. Rather than academic facts and secular knowledge, there must be sacred knowledge and spirit presence. As those who are “born again,” all who preach also must “grow up again” and display balance, completeness, consistency, and stability. Sinners must be transformed by receiving a fresh endowment of inseparable aspects of spirit from the makeup of GOD (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. The Holy Spirit is the primary agent and representative of the Lord on the earth, and supplies those who preach with the necessary spiritual appetite for sacred substance, with consciousness of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD, with discernment to identify divine spirit appearing within events, persons, and prophecies as well with the desire and willpower that are labeled as “zeal”. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Acappella:

(1.) 1st Corinthians 2: 1-9, King James Version (KJV): 1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of mans wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: 5 That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. 6 Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought: 7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory: 8 Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory. 9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.

(2.) 2nd Corinthians 4: 5-11, KJV: 5 For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus sake. 6 For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ. 7 But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellency of the power may be of God, and not of us. 8 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; 9 Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; 10 Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body. 11 For we which live are always delivered unto death for Jesus sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh.

(3.) 1st John 2: 27, KJV: 27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

Today, reply is on following the Apostle Paul as a model for Christian believers. Mature Christian believers respect one another, and will acknowledge the authority vested in clergy and elders, yet, they regard themselves as following no one in the flesh. Correctly understood, the saints follow Jesus Christ only. It is written: John 14: 6, King James Version (KJV): 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. Saul of Tarsus was called by GOD to provide structure to the early church when its members were still being condemned as a cult among the Jews, and during a time of persecution. Saul was to serve as an evangelist among Gentiles as well as an apostle (i.e., a witness to the resurrection of Jesus Christ, and one anointed to authenticate manifestations of the Holy Spirit that fell at Pentecost). It was the Apostle Paul who commissioned Timothy to anoint and ordain bishops and deacons within the church. Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus Christ become “born again” and are to mature (we say, “grow up again”) as the offspring of GOD, joint-heirs with Christ, and the new creation. All are to serve as vessels containing fresh endowments of spirit imparted from the divine fullness. Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Developing believers also are to display the image of GOD, and the likeness of Jesus Christ. An anonymous fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality (no profile information shown) posted the question:

Why did Paul have to demonstrate the Spirit and power but we don't have to although I Cor 11:1 says "Follow me as I follow Christ"?

Update: PAUL SAID IN I CORINTHIANS 2:2-4

2 "For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified.

3 And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling.

4 And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power"

I CORINTHIANS 11:1 SAYS

"Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ"

WHY DON'T WE FOLLOW PAUL?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: ye are Gods husbandry, ye are Gods building. According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every mans work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every mans work of what sort it is. If any mans work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any mans work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (1st Corinthians 3: 8-15, King James Version, KJV)

Mature Christian believers follow the Apostle Paul the same way they follow the Priesthood of Adam, of Moses as Prophet, and of John the Baptist as the Herald of Christ. Rather than conform to carnal, material, and social things of the flesh, believers follow Jesus Christ as he appears through sacred devices such as divine law, doctrine, principles, promises, and prophecies. Disciples of Christ will discern inseparable aspects of life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted from the makeup of GOD., rather than ancient doctrines and practices. Many judges, kings, and prophets appeared who demonstrated and portrayed elements from the full gospel that eventually would be manifest through divinity appearing in flesh as Jesus Christ. While believers are recruited to spread the gospel, and prepare a peculiar people for GOD, the church founded by Jesus is not to be a collection of clones, copies, and one-dimensional figures. Within the body, there are multiple tasks to be completed, different principles that must be clarified, and multiple messages to be proclaimed. Therefore, there is a “division of labor,” and various mechanisms for oversight and supervision. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Acts 6: 1-6, King James Version (KJV): 1 And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration. 2 Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples unto them, and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables. 3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business. 4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word. 5 And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch: 6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

2. Ephesians 4: 4-7, KJV: 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all. 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

3. 1st Corinthians 1: 9-10, KJV: 9 God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. 10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

4. Romans 12: 4-8, KJV: 4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another. 6 Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith; 7 Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering: or he that teacheth, on teaching; 8 Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation: he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfulness.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZVAh6OSrtfE.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(09/23/2019) Believers Minister Through Prayer

Today, reply is on practicing intercessory prayer as a necessary ministry among all Christians. As with praise, prayer is not a work completed apart from Christ, and without the Holy Spirit. Within the church founded by Jesus Christ, sharing praise and unselfish prayer are among the highest forms of service. While still on the earth, before his crucifixion, the Son of the Highest prayed that his followers would be made one with himself and with the Father. Believers are to take on a consciousness that goes beyond expressing individuality, self-promotion, or their own desires, emotions, lusts, and needs. There must be shared accord and action to accomplish the objectives of divine law, eternal purpose, mercy in judgment, and the sovereign will of GOD. It is written: Romans 8: 26-27, King James Version (KJV): 26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:

Why do Catholics say, "Pray for me"?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the peoples: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. (Hebrews 7: 23-28, King James Version, KJV)

Anonymous”, within the church of Jesus Christ, prayer is not supposed to be a work carried out only by the clergy. In the same way many Christians have grown up being familiar with and reciting the Lords prayer, yet, not also studying the Bible or regularly performing other sacred practices, many Christians are familiar with the prayers of the Rosary that include language requesting the Mother of Jesus will provide ministry through intercessory prayer. Many object that Mary can not serve as a mediator between GOD and mankind; however, as one of the saints who first received the gifts of the Holy Spirit within the upper room, Mary can serve as a mediator with her son. The ability to properly approach divinity with compassion, sincerity, and unselfishness on behalf of others only becomes possible in the life of sinners through endowments of life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted from the makeup and substance of GOD, and through operations of the Holy Spirit. The power in prayer does not appear by importuning and humbly repeating ones requests so much as by ones return of spirit content from GOD (e.g., commitment, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, wrath against sin). In the same way an anointed pastor (shepherd) or ordained priest is a caretaker who must continually provide guidance, instruction and preaching that nourishes and strengthens the full congregation, all the members are to acknowledge an accountability for offering prayer, and a duty to pray for one another. Even those having limited resources and talents, and those who are recently become part within the community of faith, can make their voices heard in group and private prayer that petition for comfort, edification, and zeal (i.e., outpouring of the Holy Spirit; prophecy). Consider again the following that uses language from the Rosary, the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amoung women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen

2. Philippians 4: 6-7, King James Version (KJV): 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

3. 1st Timothy 2: 1-6, KJV: 1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. 3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

(09/22/2019) Kings, Popes, Priests, Prophets?

The image depicts Christ calling those who would to serve as apostles, his first disciples, laborers for the harvest and fishers of men.

Today, reply is to a fighter who compares forms of government and spiritual leadership on the earth. Properly understood, apostles, bishops, deacons, and pastors (shepherds) preside as officers over faith communities and congregations. The present plan of divinity is that mankind exist as a kingdom where all will communicate and operate as offspring of GOD. Saints and those joined to GOD share a fresh endowment of spirit content imparted from the makeup of divinity (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth). Even many developing Christian believers err when comparing priestswho are officially anointed and ordained to offer sacrifices on a holy table (altar) where heaven and earth are joined—against prophetswho are appointed as spokespersons sent by GOD. Where GOD once provided patriarchs, elders, and judges (deliverers), operations of the flesh and of sin resulted in the establishment of temporal authorities that included chiefs, emperors, governors, monarchs, pharaohs, and Caesars. Through Jesus Christ, mankind has received commandments, examples, and principles for conduct and relationship that serve as civil and sacred law from GOD. The church founded by Jesus is to be an eternal, sacred body; even so, many become entangled within institutions and organizations that use the name of Christ, yet, do not transform men to be Christ-like. In Christ, the dominion, ownership, and sovereignty of divine fullness has appeared and been made manifest on the earth using human form (we say, Incarnation). While the character, process and substance of GOD are entirely from spirit that is invisible and without form, divinity (we also say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) are to be acknowledged as presenting personhood, eternal purpose, and sovereign will. Inseparable aspects of divinity include faith, holiness, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: 1st Samuel 12: 14-19, King James Version (KJV): 14 If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God: 15 But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers. 16 Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes. 17 Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king. 18 So Samuel called unto the Lord; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel. 19 And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king. “Anonymous” in the “Yahoo! So Is the Queen/King of England like the protestant equivalent to the pope? I'm not impressed, spiritual leaders should be priests.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all. (John 18: 36-38, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Conflict Among Multiple Wills? (09/20/2019); Why Jesus Comes Back (06/20/2019); Peace Or A Sword? (01/29/2019); Called “The Anointed One” (05/08/2018); Benefits of His Kingdom? (04/11/2017); First Seeking the Kingdom (03/03/2017); How Many Apostles? (04/30/2014); The Ruler Of the Earth? (05/01/2014); Succession (02/05/2014); On Youth Doing Enough (02/06/2014)

Anonymous”, GOD is using multiple relationships to make divinity knowable, known, accessible, and approachable by created beings and living creatures. Monarchs and Popes rule over two forms/levels of community defined using carnal, physical, and social concepts. Divinity has used many different figures to guide and instruct those on the earth; and while there has been hierarchy, ranks, and other distinctions, competition and conflict have rarely been expressions of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Among mature Christian believers, the holy writings also present the revelation of mankinds growth and development while being restored from the effects of sin, and while undergoing a transformation to exist permanently as companions to divinity, who continue to relate to those on the earth as an invisible spirit in form and substance. Multiple devices and mechanisms have been used by divinity to communicate, exchange, and interact with created beings and living creatures. Included are oral history, priesthood, seers, and living tradition through Adam and the Patriarchs, who each lived for nearly 1,000 years. Continuity and relationship with the living that are uninterrupted by death have been maintained through such devices as family, inheritance, tribes, dynasty, empires, immutable unchanging truth, and nations as well as institutions and organizations chartered and sanctioned through civil and sacred law. Also the active presence we speak of as “GOD” has been acknowledged through birth, death, forgiveness, rebirth, healing, Incarnation, preaching, proclamation, promise, prophecy, resurrection, unselfish service, and suffering. That divinity has appeared on the earth using human form does not cancel divine ownership of the heaven and earth. Jesus Christ should be acknowledged as the highest and most complete embodiment of divine authority, dominion, and power over the earth. The anointing upon Jesus has been that of Chief Architect of the Holy City (New Jerusalem); High Priest; King; Sanctified Servant; Sacred Judge; Prophet; and the Firstborn from The Dead. Through the ministries of Jesus on the earth and from the heaven, developing and mature Christians are to exist as the new creation. As offspring of the Most High and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, all are to display the image of the Father, and the same life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was imparted to Adam from the makeup of divinity. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Ephesians 4: 4-7, King James Version (KJV): 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

2. Ephesians 4: 10-15, KJV: 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

3. 1st Corinthians 12: 27-31, KJV: 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

4. 1st Timothy 5: 17-18, KJV: 17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G8dZTWwvmU). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

AN AFTERTHOUGHT: Offices appear within the Catholic church as an institution that did not exist within the early church appearing in Scripture. Included are abbots, cardinals, confessors, monseigneur, and Pope. Before his conversion on the road to Damascus, Saul of Tarsus (later known as the Apostle Paul) filled a role as an executioner and an inquisitor who persecuted the early church on behalf of the Temple leaders at Jerusalem. Correctly understood, the authority of the Pope as infallible is the same as the dispensation granted Moses that allowed decision-making in judgment that could be authoritative and final unless a direct intervention by GOD would be required. The monarchs who have ruled over England, Great Britain and related territories have held the secular title of king, queen, emperor, and empress. A continuing argument has been made that succession for nobility and royalty are by dispensation of GOD and “divine right.” Also, the same laws of the realm for inheritance that govern the transfer of ordinary estates, goods, and property are cited as the true covenant declaring their benefits and privileges as well. The ruling monarch is regarded by many to be the temporal head of the Church of England. In the same way the Pope is head over the Vatican as an independent nation and sovereign state, and his authority is exceeded only by Jesus Christ, many hold the ruler of England is a chief officer of the church on the earth whose authority is only exceeded by Jesus Christ. Even so, many are cautioned to grasp that a house divided against itself can not stand. Given the multiple conflicts that arise because sacred and secular truth are often in opposition, these institutions appear built on sand, rather than the solid rock. Matthew 7: 24-27, King James Version (KJV): 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
