(12/29/2019) Irrevocable Gifts and Callings?

Today, reply is on the covenant blessings, process, and substance of GOD as final, immutable, and unchanging. The sons and daughters of GOD are to continue the ongoing conversation about the inheritance from GOD. It is written: Romans 4: 8-14, King James Version (KJV): 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. 10 How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: 12 And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised. 13 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. 14 For if they which are of the law be heirs, faith is made void, and the promise made of none effect: A writer in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Dean” (Level 1 with 11 points) posted the following:

Why is it the case that, " the gifts and callings of GOD are irrevocable"?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Because the law worketh wrath: for where no law is, there is no transgression. Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be. And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarahs womb: He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God; And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform. And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness. (Romans 4: 15-22, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Now Are Ye Light (09/18/2019); That Not Of Yourselves (08/13/2019); The Interface With Christ (07/01/2019); One Of A Kind (04/21/2019); The Impartiality of GOD (03/18/2019); The Elimination of Sin (11/25/2018); What Divine Salvation Requires (05/15/2018)

Dean”, the covenant of GOD with Israel is to be a “perpetual covenant” grounded in his promise to Abraham. GOD will not repent (i.e., change his mind) for the decisions that were made express the immutable and unchanging character of GOD; and they convey divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of divinity. The gifts of GOD spoken of among mature Christian believers are granted as aspects of divine judgment and a transformation of Creation that is final, impartial, inarguable, righteous, and thorough. Included are such sacred elements as dominion, grace, forgiveness, inheritance, personhood, priesthood, repentance, and escape from the second death. Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus Christ receive a fresh endowment of the life essence (breath; spirit; word) that resided within Jesus during his life and ministry on the earth. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of The Kings Heralds:

(1.) Genesis 27: 30-38, King James Version (KJV): 30 And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. 31 And he also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his sons venison, that thy soul may bless me. 32 And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau. 33 And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed. 34 And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father. 35 And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing. 36 And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me? 37 And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son? 38 And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept.

(2.) Numbers 23: 19-23, KJV: 19 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good? 20 Behold, I have received commandment to bless: and he hath blessed; and I cannot reverse it. 21 He hath not beheld iniquity in Jacob, neither hath he seen perverseness in Israel: the LORD his God is with him, and the shout of a king is among them. 22 God brought them out of Egypt; he hath as it were the strength of an unicorn. 23 Surely there is no enchantment against Jacob, neither is there any divination against Israel: according to this time it shall be said of Jacob and of Israel, What hath God wrought!

(3.) Romans 11: 27-36, KJV: 27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins. 28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers sakes. 29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. 30 For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief: 31 Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy. 32 For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all. 33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out! 34 For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor? 35 Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again? 36 For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXOC3r0aMkY.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/27/2019) From Purpose and Substance

Today, reply is on the origin of heartfelt worship by mankind as the result of divine process and substance that are to exist within the living, rather than an artifact of emotion, divine government, sacred law, obedience, or finite human willpower. Christian believers are to continue in ongoing relationship with GOD that is made possible by sacred operations, and deposits of the eternal purpose and sovereign will of GOD imparted from the makeup of divinity. Included are atonement, forgiveness, joy, peace, repentance, rebirth, reconciliation, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, sanctification, and eternal life. It is written: Psalms 51: 9-11, King James Version (KJV): 10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. 11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. 12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. 13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee. 14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness. 15 O LORD, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise. 16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering. 17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Mother Trucker” (Level 1 with 3,249 points) posted the following:

Does God prefer a free society where people can worship or not worship as they please, or a theocracy where worship is compulsory?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Wherewith shall I come before the LORD, and bow myself before the high God? shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves of a year old? Will the LORD be pleased with thousands of rams, or with ten thousands of rivers of oil? shall I give my firstborn for my transgression, the fruit of my body for the sin of my soul? He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God? The LORDs voice crieth unto the city, and the man of wisdom shall see thy name: hear ye the rod, and who hath appointed it. (Micah 6: 6-9, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: I Am So Satisfied (12/18/2019); Conflict Among Multiple Wills? (09/20/2019); Those Who Prefer Evil (09/02/2019); The Elimination of Sin (11/25/2018); Be Ye Therefore Perfect (07/22/2016); A Christian Dictatorship? (03/05/2015); The American Covenant? (03/03/2015)

Mother Trucker”, authentic worship arises from the purpose and substance of mankind, rather than the demands and requirements of sacred law. Most Christian believers acknowledge the account of Creation that teaches the first man, Adam, was formed from the dust of the earth, and became a “living soul” only when GOD imparted life essence (breath; spirit; word) from the makeup of divine fullness (divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). In the same way, sinners who turn away from desire, lust, and worldliness will become “born again” by receiving a fresh endowment of life essence that transforms them to exist as sons and daughters of GOD, joint heirs with Jesus Christ, and the new creation. Developing believers are to “grow-up again” through discovery, gradual growth, fellowship with anointed and mature believers, continuing sacred practices (e.g., fasting, praise, prayer, worship), study of the holy writings, unselfish service, and suffering. All are to display the image of GOD, and are to resemble, reflect and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. This is possible for they will contain inseparable aspects of divinity that include balance, commitment, faith, forbearance, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, righteousness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin. The primary focus among Christians is not so much choosing and deciding what-to-do in agreement with emotions, feelings, society and the world (i.e., the law, correction, damnation, obedience, and punishment). Focus is on what-we-are becoming (i.e., mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his coming), and on displaying and expressing the divinity that resides within ones consciousness, lifestyle, daily routine, and self-will (willpower). Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the prophesies and music ministry of DeWayne Woods:

(1.) Isaiah 58: 10-14, King James Version (KJV): 10 And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noon day: 11 And the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. 12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. 12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. 13 If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: 14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

(2.) John 4: 23-24, KJV: 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, (3.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=76o4xhxIKfs). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/26/2019) Where Is The Sacrifice?

Today, reply is on mankinds acknowledgment of Jesus Christ as a lamb of sacrifice for atonement, and the spirit process and substance that resides within practices such as fasting, giving, offerings, and worship. For Christian believers, focus should not be on the monetary value of livestock, manpower, time, or other in-kind contributions of service and skill. Eternal purpose and Spirit substance are to be made manifest and returned to GOD such as commitment, compassion, fidelity, gratitude, holy boldness, personhood, vigilance, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: 1st Chronicles 29: 16-18, King James Version (KJV): 16 O LORD our God, all this store that we have prepared to build thee an house for thine holy name cometh of thine hand, and is all thine own. 17 I know also, my God, that thou triest the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of mine heart I have willingly offered all these things: and now have I seen with joy thy people, which are present here, to offer willingly unto thee. 18 O LORD God of Abraham, Isaac, and of Israel, our fathers, keep this for ever in the imagination of the thoughts of the heart of thy people, and prepare their heart unto thee: A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Simon” (Level 1 with 8 points) posted the following:

Jesus supernatural spirit in human-form performs miracles and same spirit survives death and performs resurrection. Where's the sacrifice?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12: 1-2, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Appearing Above In Flesh? (09/16/2018); Divine Spirit Within Animals? Simon”, you are asking for information that has meaning only within a framework for speaking of sacred spirit. As they are preparing to receive Jesus Christ at his coming, developing and mature Christian believers increasingly acknowledge that the operations and substance of divinity pertaining to eternal life are immutable, incorruptible, and invisible, and, therefore, have been revealed using material objects, graphic events, and the imparting of spirit substance from the makeup of divine fullness. Included have been fresh endowments of life essence (breath; spirit; word); the burning bush that appeared to Moses; the divine law written by the finger of GOD on tables of stone; and divinity appearing in human flesh (we say, Incarnation) as Jesus Christ. While only those ordained as priests were to make the required offerings and sacrifices of blood within the tabernacle and the temple, the blood itself was only a device to convey and transport unseen elements within the living that include consciousness, existence, life, and self-will (willpower). Common fire may be used for cooking, heating ones home, providing light as candles, etc. Animal sacrifices and material things placed on the consecrated altars were purified using holy fire that simultaneously destroyed defilement, sin and uncleanness while releasing gifts to GOD such as glory, honor, obedience, personhood, readiness, repentance, respect, reverence, unselfishness, and willingness. Such gifts can not be apprehended using the finite human tools of academic and secular knowledge, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, and science. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Hebrews 13: 11-15, King James Version (KJV): 11 For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp. 12 Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate. 13 Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach. 14 For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come. 15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

(2.) 1st Peter 2: 1-6, KJV: 1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, 2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. 4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ. 6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.

(3.) Hebrews 7: 19-28, KJV: 19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God. 20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:) 22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. 23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death: 24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them. 26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; 27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the peoples: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. 28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

(12/25/2019) Born Is The King

A depiction of the herald angels proclaiming the birth of Jesus to shepherds on the earth.

Today, reply is on the origin of guardian angels, and the appearance of angels in prophecy and the holy writings. In addition to angels who served as heralds proclaiming the birth of Jesus to bring peace between heaven and the earth, with goodwill to men, angels appear in the Scriptures as gatekeepers of Eden, guides, caretakers, witnesses to the acts of GOD, and divine agents who fulfill the word of promise and prophecy serving as the presence of divine fullness. An important account of divine protection by angels appears in the Second Book of Kings. It is written: 2nd Kings 6: 15-17, King James Version (KJV): 15 And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do? 16 And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. 17 And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha. A writer in the “Yahoo! Is the concept of guardian angels pagan in origin?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries. For mine Angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorites, and the Hittites, and the Perizzites, and the Canaanites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites: and I will cut them off. Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works: but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. (Exodus 23: 20-24, KJV)

Desiree”, as you know, angels are created beings and living creatures who are not to be worshiped by mankind. Angels are neither mortal (as mankind), nor immortal as divinity (only GOD is immortal). Angels have duration and existence through divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Here are some teachings on the Son of GOD who would appear on the earth and the angels that use language from the Bible along with a music ministry selection from the Choir of Kings College (Cambridge, England):

(1.) Hebrews 1: 1-9, King James Version (KJV): 1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. 5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he bringeth in the first begotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. 7 And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. 8 But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. 9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

(2.) Psalms 91: 9-16, KJV: 9 Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; 10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. 12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. 13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. 14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. 15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

(3.) Revelation 19: 9-10, KJV: 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellow-servant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

(12/24/2019) Only Divine Resurrection Saves

Among other things our resurrection life from Jesus Christ should display balance, completeness, gratitude, hope, joy, lovingkindness, trust, truth, and unselfishness.

Today, reply is on the resurrection of Jesus Christ as the only sacred event that provides mankind with release from sin and eternal life. As an aspect of the tribunals for divine judgment, all will be resurrected, the just and the unjust, the righteous and the wicked. Even so, it is the power of the saviors resurrection that transforms a sinner to exist as part of his new creation. Thus, it is written: Hebrews 9: 24-28, King James Version (KJV): 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself. 27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation. The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Norine” (Level 1 with 193 points) posted the following:

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14: 6, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: By Death and Resurrection (10/29/2019); Through Faith And Patience (10/02/2019); New Birth By Resurrection (09/27/2019); Entered Into Divine Glory (09/03/2019); Life Because of Righteousness (08/29/2019); We Must Acknowledge Christ (08/08/2019); Death Used in Salvation (06/28/2019); Challenged To Explain Resurrection (10/08/2018)

Norine”, not our own resurrection; rather, the resurrection of Jesus serves as our new birth, and the new creation. Resurrection also may be understood as an operation by divinity in accord to transform the process and substance within the living so that they exist as the righteousness of GOD. The resurrection of their own body from death that is provided to those who complete their mortality on the earth is required as an aspect of the tribunals for judgment (GOD is not a God of the dead; he is a God of the living). Only the resurrection of Jesus Christ is provided to manifest divine grace, impart life essence from the makeup of divinity (we also say, breath; divine endowments; spirit; word), and continue the eternal purpose of GOD. Seeing with new eyes, the power of the resurrection of Jesus appears among men through such sacred elements as commitment, faith, forbearance, forgiveness, gratitude, hope, integrity, joy, self-government, trust, truth, wisdom, and zeal. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Walter Hawkins:

(1.) Romans 6: 3-6, King James Version (KJV): 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

(2.) Galatians 2: 20, KJV: 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.

(3.) 1st Peter 1: 3-9, KJV: 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls.

(4.) Ephesians 3: 14-19, KJV: 14 For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, 15 Of whom the whole family in heaven and earth is named, 16 That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man; 17 That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, 18 May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; 19 And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HDsEycdNRL8.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/23/2019) The Place to Start

Today, reply is on the sacred person of Jesus Christ as the proper primary focus for sinners who seek forgiveness and reconciliation to GOD. The law and the prophets together were to be the platform for continuing relationship for Israel as a nation, and for the continuing relationship with GOD. Where emphasis became placed on obedience to the covenant law, the benefits, demands, and gifts to mankind through spirit process and substance became obscured. Included are adoption, inheritance, promise, rebirth, resurrection from the dead, and new life. It is written: Romans 3: 20-27, King James Version (KJV): 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Shai” (Level 1 with 225 points) posted the following:

Why don't Christians start with learning Torah, as Jesus was Jewish.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches: But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Vessels Filled With Righteousness (11/06/2019); That Not Of Yourselves (08/13/2019); Scripture Has No Ethnicity (05/27/2019); We Begin Within GOD (02/06/2018); A Beginning And End? (06/01/2017); The Best Starting Point? (09/13/2016); Ye Are Abraham’s Seed (07/10/2015)

Shai”, rather than begin a life-long study of the Hebrew language to read Torah, sinners now may start a life-long process to continue in ongoing relationship with divinity through Jesus Christ. Even though Jesus remains invisible and unseen, believers are to learn of him, and to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus in their own lifestyles and daily routines. Becoming a mature believer in Jesus is achieved through operations by the Spirit of GOD that reconfigure ones awareness and self-will (willpower). The life essence (breath; sacred endowment; spirit; word) within sinners is transformed through such devices as discovery, fellowship with like-minded believers, gradual growth, practice, study of the holy writings, unselfish service, and suffering. Those who become born again all must “grow-up again” and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his coming.

Many Christian believers acknowledge the Torah as the body of sacred law received over several generations by Moses, the tribes of Jacob, and the mixed multitude that left Egypt. As a written record of admonitions, divine commandments, outcomes from resolving conflicts and disputes, prohibitions, proclamations, and sanctions within the law, many regard the Torah as the platform for Israel to exist as a kingdom among the nations of the earth. Traditions developed that failed to continue the commitment that was to be maintained respecting both the law and the prophets (i.e., the authority of their nonverbal demonstrations and pronouncements as spokespersons from GOD; their rebukes; their appearance as vessels containing spirit substance imparted from the makeup of divinity; and the authenticity of the revelations and visions they received). Efforts to avoid mysticism, spiritual confusion, superstition, and pursuing the occult increasingly saw factions of Pharisees and Sadduccees arise among the Levitical priests that insisted there be strict focus on the offerings, sacrifices and ceremonial law from GOD, rather than on divine gifts, promises, prophesies, and testimonies. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of the Barnes Family:

(1.) Matthew 11: 28-30, King James Version (KJV): 28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

(2.) Romans 8: 1-5, KJV: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

(3.) Romans 8: 14-18, KJV: 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pjmgOuPjtJ0.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

AN AFTERTHOUGHT: Where the emphasis on sacred law requires believers to focus on judgment, obedience, repentance and tradition, emphasis on the spirit of prophecy gives priority to such sacred elements as atonement, commitment, discernment, forgiveness, praise, unselfish service, suffering, and thanksgiving. The life-long study and work are not for mastery of finite academic and secular tools (e.g., languages, carnal reason, critical thinking, tongues), rather, believers are to operate as life companions to immortal, incorruptible, invisible divinity. Thus, the Apostle Paul writes: Philippians 3: 13-14, KJV: 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

(12/22/2019) Blame and Punishment Removed?

Today, reply is on the multiple appearances of blame and punishment within the holy writings. For created beings and living creatures to correctly discern and resist the operations of sin, all must receive fresh endowments of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of GOD. Sin has not been put forth from divinity, has no sacred content, and is no ordinary physical object you may put in your pocket. Sin opposes the continued existence of all sacred law, the Lawgiver, and the divine order that serves as the universe. Sin promotes a return to the chaos, confusion, and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth (we say, preexistence). Sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within the living; and can not be controlled or eliminated using finite human tools such as emotion, imagination, logic, and carnal reason. Responding to sin, to one another, and to GOD require a correct understanding of sin. Divine mechanisms and operations now exist to release mankind from sin, and restore the living as companions to divinity. It is written: Ezekiel 33: 11-20, King James Version (KJV): 11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel? 12 Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression: as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth. 13 When I shall say to the righteous, that he shall surely live; if he trust to his own righteousness, and commit iniquity, all his righteousnesses shall not be remembered; but for his iniquity that he hath committed, he shall die for it. 14 Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; 15 If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die. 16 None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live. 17 Yet the children of thy people say, The way of the Lord is not equal: but as for them, their way is not equal. 18 When the righteous turneth from his righteousness, and committeth iniquity, he shall even die thereby. 19 But if the wicked turn from his wickedness, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall live thereby. 20 Yet ye say, The way of the Lord is not equal. O ye house of Israel, I will judge you every one after his ways. One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answer” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shared) posted the following:

If all references to blame and punishment were removed from the Bible, would it represent a better set of teachings, despite being shorter?

Updated 2 mins ago:
Or are blame and punishment simply too central to Christian teachings, the Bible would lose a lot of its appeal to the simple minded followers who yearn for people to be punished?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever. And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. (Revelation 20: 10-15, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Sin Opposes All Existence (12/13/2019); More Required Than Crucifixion? (12/10/2019); A Death Penalty Necessary? (11/27/2019); The Commandments Against Sin (11/26/2019); The Perfection Of Divinity (09/17/2019); The Penalty of Death? (04/26/2019); Divine Priesthood on Earth (01/31/2018)

Anonymous”, a full and complete revelation of GOD requires the appearance of divinity on the earth using human flesh as Jesus Christ. The teachings of the Bible focus on the appearance of the divine priesthood on the earth entrusted to Adam that was patterned after the sacred operations within heaven where Jesus is High Priest. The issues of correction and remission for sin with forgiveness and reconciliation exist as (1) artifacts of divine order, (2) immutable conditions for the continuance of heaven and earth, (3) the sanctions appearing within the law, (4) unchanging eternal purpose, and (5) the expressed will of divinity (we say, the proclaimed, sovereign will of GOD). Through divine works (e.g., anointing, birth, aging, death, resurrection) that make divinity knowable, known, visible and approachable, created beings and living creatures are granted “sacred knowledge” and inseparable spirit substance from the makeup of GOD that men must contain so they bear the image of GOD, and may resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Included are balance, completeness, faith, forbearance, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

When divine fullness appeared to Moses, GOD permitted the prophet to see aspects of his glory, and declared to Moses with an audible voice how divinity was to be known and spoken of. In addition to the authority and power that appear in Creation, the presence of GOD who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible spirit is to be acknowledged as a deliverer and savior, and as a “God of judgment.” Judgment involves more than condemning and damning finite human attitudes, behavior, and conduct. Divine judgment includes (when possible) applying mercy to those who are guilty; assigning and establishing meaning, standards, and values; delivering admonitions, cautions, and warnings; determining the absence/presence of divine substance; distributing divine rewards; eliminating the operations, presence, and effects of sin from the universe; gathering and grouping tools and workers; making visible otherwise hidden aspects of divine fullness (e.g., grace, impartiality, restraint, righteousness); providing clear examples that demonstrate correct responses to divinity; and continuing existence along with eternal life. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible; and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Green:

(1.) Exodus 34: 4-8, King James Version (KJV): 4 And he hewed two tables of stone like unto the first; and Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up unto mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tables of stone. 5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the childrens children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. 8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

(2.) Ecclesiastes 12: 13-14, KJV: 13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. 14 For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.

(3.) 1st Corinthians 3: 11-17, KJV: 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every mans work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every mans work of what sort it is. 14 If any mans work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any mans work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

(12/20/2019) The Persons Within Godhead

Today, reply is on the fatherhood of Jesus Christ as proclaimed in the Scriptures. Transforming operations of the divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) whereby men on the earth become sacred offspring, heirs of GOD, and the new creation of Jesus Christ must appear to mankind as carnal, material and social events, yet, they continue to be aspects of divine expression and eternal purpose. God is the immortal, invisible sum of all spirit substance; even so, discrete aspects of the inseparable divine completeness may be spoken of as appearing or becoming manifest. Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: Galatians 4: 4-7, King James Version (KJV): 4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. 7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” who uses the ID “Rolando C I” (Level 6 with 7,445 points) posted the following:

Rolando C I”, Jesus Christ appears on the earth among mankind as an aspect of immortal, incorruptible and otherwise invisible divinity using human form (we say, the Incarnation). Here are some points of prophecy recorded within the Bible that were fulfilled by the birth, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus that Christians willingly share as a gift regarding the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit; also, there is a music selection from by William DeVaughn:

(1.) Isaiah 9: 6-7, King James Version (KJV): 6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

(2.) Isaiah 63: 16, KJV: 16 Doubtless thou art our father, though Abraham be ignorant of us, and Israel acknowledge us not: thou, O LORD, art our father, our redeemer; thy name is from everlasting.

(3.) Ephesians 1: 3-6, KJV: 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love: 5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

(12/19/2019) GOD Also Uses Children

Today, reply is on the acknowledgment of children by divinity. To be childlike does not mean to behave in a way that is childish, immature, self-destructive, or wicked. Adults who are biased and prejudiced always expect children always to be playful and silly; such become stunned when they see youngsters who show genuine calm, joy, gravity, sobriety and strength during times of crisis and uncertainty. Where a child displays a character and nature that is compassionate, generous, obedient, respectful, trusting, and unselfish, Christian believers often discern the beauty, person and purity of Jesus Christ. Parents are wise to discourage arrogance and ignorance, and to encourage attitudes and conduct that routinely show their children are without motives of malice, manipulation, and exaggerated pride. Scripture accounts include reports of GOD using children as shepherds, warriors, kings, priests, prophets, and anointed spokespersons who make visible otherwise unseen spirit content from GOD (e.g., dependence, humility, innocence, meekness, vulnerability). It is written: Mark 10: 13-16, King James Version (KJV): 13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. 14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. 15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. 16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them. Psalm 8:2 & Matthew 18:2-6

THE GOLDEN ARROW: We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. For he established a testimony in Jacob, and appointed a law in Israel, which he commanded our fathers, that they should make them known to their children: That the generation to come might know them, even the children which should be born; who should arise and declare them to their children: That they might set their hope in God, and not forget the works of God, but keep his commandments: And might not be as their fathers, a stubborn and rebellious generation; a generation that set not their heart aright, and whose spirit was not stedfast with God. (Psalms 78: 4-8, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Acknowledging GOD Displays Maturity (04/10/2019); Anger Against Our Parents? (01/10/2019); Divine Fruit From Suffering? (12/19/2018); Believers Must Become “Ripe” (09/02/2018); Standing On The ABCs? Anonymous”, the present process of GOD for mankind is one of discovery, gradual growth, and divinity revealing things otherwise hidden and invisible through Jesus Christ. Many mature Christians will agree that little children and the young often display the image of GOD and the likeness of Jesus Christ within their own attitudes, behavior, and character in ways that are memorable, powerful, and that reveal multiple divine imperatives. Divinity speaks to mankind and operates among the living granting us status as children, heirs, and divine offspring, however, we are not encouraged to be idle, immature, irreverent, and unreliable. Children are to complete multiple stages of development and growth that will supply them to endure challenges, hardships, problems, and suffering that are aspects of life as full adults. Adults who become born again by receiving fresh endowments of the same life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was imparted to mankind in Creation, are to grow-up again and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his coming. Sinners who turn to Jesus are to exist as developing Christian believers, who undergo permanent change through operations of GOD while living on the earth. Inseparable aspects from the makeup of divinity are to indwell believers that include balance, completeness, faith, forbearance, holiness, integrity, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Even so, developing Christians may become labeled as childish and infantile where the marks of maturity are not found (e.g., willingness to be held accountable; completing assigned duties; consistency; respect; and stability). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) 1st Peter 2: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 Wherefore laying aside all malice, and all guile, and hypocrisies, and envies, and all evil speakings, 2 As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: 3 If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious. 4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious, 5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

(2.) 1st Corinthians 13: 9-11, KJV: 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part. 10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away. 11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

(3.) Hebrews 12: 3-8, KJV: 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. 5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

(4.) Ephesians 4: 11-15, KJV: 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
