Today, reply is on the benefits, gifts and privileges granted to mankind from divinity that are described within the holy writings. Because so many of the gifts we desire for anniversaries, birthdays, and at Christmas are carnal, material, and social in their character, form and substance, many lack sacred knowledge, and are unfamiliar with the gifts provided through Jesus Christ to establish the new creation. (11/28/2019) Good Works Have Priority?




Today, the reply is on the priorities for church congregations, and the use of church funds for ministry to the poor instead of for special observances and seasonal programs. Ministry intended to rejoice the church body as a community separated to Christ is not to be accounted as self-indulgent, superfluous, or unrighteous. While Christian church groups perform good works ministering to the community-at-large and the World, the members of a congregation themselves must maintain their peculiar identity as those joined by their spirit content from GOD. Those having discernment will insist that programs presented to the congregation be prophetic in their nature, and correctly convey comfort, edification, and exhortation. Choices and decisions will be required that give the assembly an appearance of indifference, an exaggerated focus on religion, or even undue self-promotion. Even so, many of the works that must be done to establish an anointed congregation of Christian believers are unseen by the community-at-large, and are provided only through the active relationships found among mature members of the church. The idea that one gives GOD a Rolodexnot a cheap copy or knock-off’—comes into view with the principle, we are to give GOD only our best. Therefore, silver and gold will appear even among congregations of poor, third-world, and working class believers, because they want to serve unselfishly, and correctly acknowledge the divine preeminence. It is written: Malachi 3: 13-18, King James Version (KJV): 13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. How could a church justify blowing a grand on soloists for Christmas Eve?
Our church has decided to spend a thousand dollars on musicians for Christmas Eve preludes before the service. This is 30 minutes of music before each of 3 Christmas Eve services. This thousand dollars could easily house and feed a poor family, and it could provide water to someone in the Sahara so they don’t dehydrate, or help close the ozone hole.

How hard is it for someone to just belt out Ooooooh Hoooooleeeee Naaaaaaiiiicht thuuuuuuu staaaaaaaaaars are braaaaaiiiiiiichtly schaaiiiiiiiiniiiing ..........

Just having someone in the church perform the preludes would definitely save money to give to the poor, and do they really need a piper piping and a drummer drumming. Is this wasting good money and equivalent to lighting the money on fire to see all the pretty sparks and colored flames. It just ends up going up into the night sky either way.

Why pay a grand for something that is so easy to get done for free. People are starving and freezing without heat and the church wastes money on special music is this fair?

I bet most people would gladly sit through a terrible screeching rendition of these songs if it meant that money went to someone so they could have heat this winter. Or a family could have a turkey on the table.

Since when was singing o holy night as complicated as brain surgery or something to justify such a high cost. Just belt it out and save the money if it was me.

That money would be better spent on education of church members. It could pay for the textbooks for a law student for a semester. Think of how much that compounds returns, education is the gift that keeps on giving, or it could pay for an elderly dementia patient’s diaper changer for a month. Or help someone afford their nursing home bills.

Anonymous”, many do not understand (and properly respect) the guidance that comes to Christian believers regarding the divine use of death that expresses wrath against sin. In the holy writings, death first appears as a tool used by divine fullness (we say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) during Creation. The male who was formed using substance from the earth also received life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted from the makeup of GOD. The new relationship of Creator and the created required that mankind have ability to communicate; have coherence, completeness and self-will (willpower); have a consciousness of divinity that would be ongoing and uninterrupted; and that man would resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and nature of GOD to all other beings in existence. The creation of a female, who would be formed using blood and bone taken from the male, required that he “sleep” (i.e., endure death) throughout the necessary operations of GOD.

Death as mortality and separation from the living was introduced as a sanction within the law(s) provided for government of heaven and earth, and were presented to Adam (the divine name for the first pair) in the form of admonition and warning, rather than ordinances and statutes. The authority and power over the universe (we say, dominion; ownership; rule) exercised by GOD, who is immortal, invisible and incorruptible, are to be perpetual and unchanging. The sanctions were forward-looking statements to describe consequences for acknowledgment or transgression of agreements, commandments, covenants, rules, and standards that express divine expectation, prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Consequences and results proclaimed through the statement of law therefore include examination of the living for their content of substance imparted from divinity; the loss of dominion by mankind; the loss of fellowship with divinity; the loss of sacred attributes by mankind; and the second death.

Sin has not been created or put forth by divinity; sin opposes the continued existence of divine order and sacred law, the Lawgiver, and the platforms of creation; and sin has no divine content or sacred substance. Even so, sin may dominate awareness and self-will within the living. Sin promotes nonexistence and return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and streams of substance lacking direction (we say, preexistence) that were in place before GOD imposed divine order. Where the living become corrupted by the operations of sin, no longer respond to divine will, and can not be recovered through fresh endowments of inseparable spirit content from the makeup of GOD, they display iniquity (are incorrigible), and they must be eliminated permanently from the divine presence. Today, reply is on how the sin that Jesus bore on the cross for mankind are described and identified throughout the holy writings and are not only the offenses named through the Ten Commandments. The Scriptures present many disciplines, practices, promises, and teachings for the church that have the same authority, focus, and power that appear within the Ten Commandments. Through their oneness without sameness, there are multiple writings that express the sovereign will of GOD, and should be shown no less diligence, obedience, respect, and sobriety than we show to the Decalogue. Divine law is to be discerned, recognized, and responded to on the basis of its intent, operation, eternal purpose, and sacred substance. Thus, the prophetic exhortation endorsing consistency and regularity for attending church programs is not to be held as a mild encouragement for behavior that is optional and unnecessary. Gathering as a body is vital for fellowship and worship, and they are divinely appointed duties that also addresses accountability, commitment, faithfulness, and the acknowledgment of divine presence. By holding to the “letter” of the law, many who err through bias, covetousness, envy and exaggerated pride miss the righteousness of GOD that is being displayed and revealed. (11/25/2019) Moses Appearing Having Glory




Today, reply is on accounts in the Bible indicating that Moses continued to have favor with GOD, despite having been denied the privilege of entering the land of Canaan. Moses did not appear as one having place among divine fullness (i.e., divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit); and Moses was called to serve. There is no record that Moses was seen in vision seated or standing at the right hand of GOD as was Jesus Christ. Jesus used the parable in Luke of the rich man and the beggar to endorse the prophetic ministry of Moses. When the rich man asked that Lazarus be sent to warn his five brothers at home declaring to father Abraham, if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent. Jesus affirmed, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead. Also, the Gospel of John declares that the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. Today, reply is on Moses, Pharaoh of Egypt, and the revelation of sovereign divinity to the 12 tribes of Jacob who were the heirs of Abraham. Nomads do not receive or provide land and territory as an inheritance to their own offspring. Entry to the Promised Land would be denied to Moses as well as to everyone except 2 (Caleb & Joshua) from the army of more than ½ million men who had left Egypt. Believers are given an account that goes beyond the correction and punishment of Moses for losing his temper. Tracy”, when GOD sent Moses to them, the sons of Jacob were in covenant through Abraham, yet, did not continually acknowledge the governance, power, presence, and sovereignty of GOD as a unified people. Because we mistakenly focus on Moses as important along with other human figures spoken of in the holy writings, many of us fail to realize that the Scriptures primarily are provided to give us a clear “picture” (revelation) of divinity who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible. The Bible is a record of divine fullness (we also say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) appearing on the earth using thousands of events, within thousands of lives, over the course of thousands of years. Many think that Moses was denied the privilege of entering the Promised Land because he incurred the wrath of GOD by expressing finite human anger, frustration, and exaggerated pride, rather than speaking in a manner to exalt divinity. More correctly, we are to see that Israel had endured for hundreds of years within Egypt, a land that existed as a one-world empire under the rule of Pharaoh. From the time of Joseph and the famine, the people of Egypt, their livestock, and their land were purchased, and became the personal chattel (i.e., material goods; private property; slaves), estate, and inheritance of the Pharaohs. Not only was it necessary for Israel to be separated from Egypt for the heirs of Abraham to own property and goods maintained and transferred to their descendants by operations of law, their acknowledgment of GOD following the example of Abraham (e.g., building altars; circumcision; digging wells; herding animals for offerings and sacrifices of blood in atonement for sin, and for thanksgiving) could not be safely continued. Divinity would separate the twelve tribes and mixed multitude (we say, various Gentiles) by an exodus from Egypt that would fulfill the promise and vision granted Abraham, and break both the long-standing patterns and traditions of “man-made” government (we say, the world), and of those of heathen worship that included exalting the Pharaoh. GOD himself, not Moses, was to be acknowledged as the one who led, created, and formed Israel as a new kingdom among the nations. Even so, sin displays direction, effect, and presence; and sin may dominate awareness and self-will in the living. Ending the mortality of Jesus Christ on the cross is required to establish his humanity among mankind as having been authentic. More than this, Jesus dies on the cross as the embodiment of all sacrifice for sin, depicts the second death for final destruction of sin, and completes the revelation of authentic divinity among mankind.
