The errors when attributing evil to GOD are again in view. A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Cesaris” (Level 1 with 78 points, a member since August 19, 2014) posted the following:
God is Evil?
I form the light and also create evil, I make success and also create disasters; I- God do all these things." Isaiah 45:7
Anyone or anything that creates evil and disasters - is EVIL!!!
So why call the "Christian God" good?

“Cesaris”, you appear to have quoted a Scripture using human language that serves as part of the revelation from GOD defining the authority and power of divinity without also correctly attributing godly motives and righteousness to Deity. Beginners always make that mistake (relying upon their intellect and the flesh) to give them correct understanding of things that totally consist of Spirit; and it does require “growing up” after being “born again.” Here are a few points that might help you avoid further spiritual confusion:
(1.) As a sacred operation performed by GOD, “evil” is sudden and widespread change or upheaval caused to effect divine purposes. Examples include the 10 plagues against Egypt to demonstrate final judgment. As an operation of created beings and living creatures “evil” is calamity, catastrophe, and disaster as well as arbitrary, pointless, and unwelcome change.
(2.) The goodness, makeup, and substance of GOD are intrinsic and inherent. The nature and quality of GOD are not determined by opinions, rankings and ratings that come from living creatures and created beings. GOD is only known through ones own endowment of inseparable spirit matter such as faith, forbearance, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, love, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.
There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (3.) “Sin” is the transgression of divine law (the expressed will of GOD); and any religious observance performed because of ambition, fear, greed, etc. and not as a matter of faith is sin. “Wickedness” describes the character and tenor of attitudes, behavior and conduct, like defilement, filthiness, profanity and uncleanness. In the same way, GOD creates no abomination, GOD has not created sin or wickedness.) I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
