(08/31/2015) That GOD Is Faithful?

Today, Scripture points are shared on betrayal, faithfulness, and divine integrity.  Focused upon their fear, need and pain, those who otherwise would be believers trusting completely in the merits of Jesus Christ are inclined by their own flesh (e.g., appetite, sensation, emotional/mental functions) along with their material and social world to make no offering to GOD, to approach divinity with arrogance and presumption, to repeatedly present themselves as victims not as potential servants, and to seek “something for nothing.”  One of several fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” who use the ID “Anonymous” (required profile information withheld) posted the following:

How I was betrayed by God?

I went through a hard life growing up, a mean, abusive father that I had to forgive and love, and a mother who abandoned her children, who I made a choice to forgive and love. I made a conscious choice to forgive others, to do right, and to live by honesty and truth. I didnt just do these things to be right with myself, I did them because it felt good to help others.

But nothing, for many years changed. I was sabotaged at work over and over again by people who cut corners and did wrong, I had to leave my jobs. I was targeted for bullying and harassment for doing kind, selfless deeds, I was taken advantage of and called naive. I was set up, beaten and broken by those who told me they loved me, friends, family and spouse. No matter how many discretions I overlooked and forgave, there were a thousand more headed my way. After years of abuse by anyone and everyone, I just gave up. I was so lost and still am, wondering how people can be cruel to others who are helping them, giving to them, not just my time and energy, but food, clothes, money, rides, anything that person needed to help themself. But I was being slandered, made fun of, had my personal life destroyed by liars and cheaters, and ganged up by their friends whom they lied to for support and left for dead.

This all happened when I decided to live by Gods laws, be a better person, forgive, help, and love others.

Am I missing something here?

Update:  Or is it just stupid to help and serve others....

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:  But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.  If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you:  on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified.  But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other men’s matters.  Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf.  For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God:  and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?  And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?  Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator.  (1st Peter 4:  12-19, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Justice Not Revenge? (01/15/2015); Asleep Through the Holocaust? (07/14/2014); Abandoned by GOD? (06/23/2014); The Testing of Job? (01/06/2014); Struggling? (05/11/2013); Through Much Tribulation (05/12/2013); Continuously Tested (12/21/2013); Chosen To Serve As Prophets (01/01/2014)

“Anonymous”, there are many Christian believers and non-believers who gladly give testimony of abuse and hardship in their life experience upon the earth.  The animal aspects and carnal nature in created beings and living creatures that center in self-will, often relies upon such accounts to relieve oneself as well as to attract, have advantage over, manipulate, and make hidden attacks (we say, passive aggression) against others.  There are no mature believers in correct relationship with divinity through Jesus Christ that will report their inheritance from GOD has been restricted to such elements as bereavement, depression, despair, desolation, and hopelessness.  Those who speak of personal tragedies and suffering do so to illustrate and testify how GOD became visible, delivered them, and established a continuing support within their own experience.  “Developing believers” (some would say, newbies) often enter the church expressing some devotion while standing upon a platform of feeling and individual insight.  They are created by GOD (as are angels, cats, dogs, lions), however, they are not children of GOD.  Such persons are welcomed to experience covenant and a personal relationship with Deity through acknowledgement, commitment, sacrifice, service and worship.  These must acquire the sacred knowledge and rebirth that will further establish their consciousness of GOD on the basis of a fresh endowment of spirit content from the makeup of Deity.  Expecting only authority, free gifts, happiness, joy, popularity, power and prosperity, these may have entirely missed the many sobering messages that call all into dependence upon divine strength that resides within the Son of GOD:  No cross, no crown.  The new believer must be purged of all selfish desires and vain hopes (i.e., expectations, goals, and purposes contrary to sacred law, divine love and eternal proclamations, promises and prophesies).  Consider again the following Scriptures:

(1.)  Deuteronomy 7:  8-10, King James Version (KJV):  8 But because the LORD loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, hath the LORD brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.  9 Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;  10 And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them:  he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face.

(2.)  Numbers 23:  19, KJV:  23 God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent:  hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

(3.)  Ephesians 2:  1-5, KJV:  1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;  2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:  3 Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.  4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,  5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

(4.)  2nd Corinthians 1:  3-5, KJV:  3 Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort;  4 Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.  5 For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ.

(5.)  Acts 14:  21-23, KJV:  21 And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch,  22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.  23 And when they had ordained them elders in every church, and had prayed with fasting, they commended them to the Lord, on whom they believed.

(6.)  1st Thessalonians 3:  3-4, KJV:  3 That no man should be moved by these afflictions:  for yourselves know that we are appointed thereunto.  4 For verily, when we were with you, we told you before that we should suffer tribulation; even as it came to pass, and ye know.

There is much more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, (7.)  1st Peter 4:  1-5, KJV:  1 Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourselves likewise with the same mind:  for he that hath suffered in the flesh hath ceased from sin;  2 That he no longer should live the rest of his time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God.  3 For the time past of our life may suffice us to have wrought the will of the Gentiles, when we walked in lasciviousness, lusts, excess of wine, revellings, banquetings, and abominable idolatries:  4 Wherein they think it strange that ye run not with them to the same excess of riot, speaking evil of you:  5 Who shall give account to him that is ready to judge the quick and the dead.)  Even so, I trust this collection of verses will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/30/2015) About The End Of The World

Scripture points are shared, today, on preaching about the End Times, rather than the birth, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus.  Many Christian believers are conservative, and feel strongly that their congregations should promote only the message of repentance and salvation.  Others, who seek to advance what is called “the full Gospel,” also teach and share prophecies of the last days before the coming of Jesus to harvest his followers from the earth.  The word of GOD is to comfort, edify, and exhort those reborn through baptism; and is imparted (we say, revealed) to anchor the church in hope (i.e., specific godly expectations).  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Bucky Daniels” (Level 2 with 799 points, a member since September 03, 2010) posted the following:

Do you believe any of those preachers like John Hagee who talk about the end of the world? Is it possible he does not know his Bible?

In the words of Jesus, (supposedly the person that Hagee and others hold as their religious leader):
"But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone."

This quote is from the New American Standard Bible.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:  Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts,  And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation.  For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:  Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:  But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.  But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  (2nd Peter 3:  2-10, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Imminent Return of Christ? (07/19/2015); Mankind Destroyed? (01/24/2014); The Endtime and Fear? (01/14/2015); What Salvation Is (01/25/2014); World Without End? (01/10/2014); Like a Thief? (12/01/2013); Only While We Live? (12/02/2013); GOD in Schools? (12/20/2012); Naaman the Leper (12/21/2012)

“Bucky Daniels”, for mature Christian believers, the issues are not “if” or “when” there will be a final judgment and destruction of sin; all are to proceed on the basis of “soon”.  The focus is to be more upon the “what” that shall be visible as the appearing and coming of GOD.  Earlier, prophesies were shown to be authentic (truly from GOD) when they were followed by sacred events (we say, miracles, signs, wonders).  The resurrection of Jesus Christ following his crucifixion is received by many as the “final sign.”  To correctly understand the sacred events and operations of divinity, created beings and living creatures must open their hearts and minds to receive divine revelation; and they must allow their spirit content to be permanently altered to include substance from the makeup of Deity.  In addition to divine law and sacred knowledge, inseparable aspects of GOD must be acquired such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  As reported through the holy writings, the process of GOD for those upon the earth includes cleansing (e.g., atonement, baptism, purification by fire), government, judgment (i.e., the resolution of conflict and the settlement of disputes by applying sacred law), redemption and sealing as well as the fulfillment of things proclaimed, promised and prophesied.  Consider again the following Scriptures from the King James Version (KJV):

(1.)  Revelation 1:  1-3, KJV:  1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:  2 Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.  3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein:  for the time is at hand.

(2.)  Isaiah 65:  8-12, KJV:  8 Thus saith the LORD, As the new wine is found in the cluster, and one saith, Destroy it not; for a blessing is in it:  so will I do for my servants’ sakes, that I may not destroy them all.  9 And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains:  and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.  10 And Sharon shall be a fold of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for my people that have sought me.  11 But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number.  12 Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter:  because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

(3.)  Isaiah 65:  13-17, KJV:  13 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry:  behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty:  behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:  14 Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.  15 And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto my chosen:    for the Lord GOD shall slay thee, and call his servants by another name:  16 That he who blesseth himself in the earth shall bless himself in the God of truth; and he that sweareth in the earth shall swear by the God of truth; because the former troubles are forgotten, and because they are hid from mine eyes.  17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth:  and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

(4.)  2nd Timothy 4:  1-4, KJV:  1 I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at his appearing and his kingdom;  2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine.  3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;  4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

(5.)  2nd Timothy 2:  3-5, KJV:  3 Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.  4 No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life; that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.  5 And if a man also strive for masteries, yet is he not crowned, except he strive lawfully.

(6.)  Romans 15:  4-7, KJV:  4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.  5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:  6 That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.  7 Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

There is much more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, (7.)  Revelation 21:  1-3, KJV:  21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:  for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.)  Even so, I trust this collection of verses will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/28/2015) Solomon Punished For Sins Of David?

Scripture points are shared, today, on the mercies of GOD shown to the House of David.  In addition to divine wrath against sin that was provoked through adultery, negligent parenting that resulted in rape of the king’s daughter, fratricide, unjust banishment of a son who had been severely injured, and near overthrow of the kingdom, the reigns of David and Solomon also saw crimes of presumption and pride (taking a census), and the building of houses for idol worship to appease 1,000 concubines and wives.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Underwater” (Level 2 with 864 points, a member since September 20, 2007) posted the following:

Why was David s son punished for David s sin with Bathsheba?

Bathsheba becomes the Queen Mother (mother of Solomon) after Uriah is killed in battle?
This might be too many words for Yahoo Answers ;-) but how do these stories make any sense?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will perform that good thing which I have promised unto the house of Israel and to the house of Judah.  In those days, and at that time, will I cause the Branch of righteousness to grow up unto David; and he shall execute judgment and righteousness in the land.  In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell safely:  and this is the name wherewith she shall be called, The LORD our righteousness.  For thus saith the LORD; David shall never want a man to sit upon the throne of the house of Israel;  Neither shall the priests the Levites want a man before me to offer burnt offerings, and to kindle meat offerings, and to do sacrifice continually.  And the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah, saying,  Thus saith the LORD; If ye can break my covenant of the day, and my covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season;  Then may also my covenant be broken with David my servant, that he should not have a son to reign upon his throne; and with the Levites the priests, my ministers.  As the host of heaven cannot be numbered, neither the sand of the sea measured:  so will I multiply the seed of David my servant, and the Levites that minister unto me.  (Jeremiah 33:  14-22, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Christ the Son of David? (06/12/2015); Was David a “Good” Man? (01/13/2015); Errors of King Solomon? (06/13/2013); Salvation for Atheists? (06/14/2013); The Golden Age? (01/10/2013); Translation, Please… (01/11/2013); The Root of Jesse (01/03/2013); Newness of Spirit? (01/04/2013)

“Underwater”, for Christian believers to have the most complete and correct understanding of the accounts recorded in the holy writings they all must recognize that those acknowledging their salvation are being shown sacred knowledge, not simply human history, or a collection of secular events.  A divine point of view is being shared that allows believers to see the operations of divinity through thousands of lives and thousands of situations over the course of thousands of years.  Included are atonement, confession, correction, judgment, incarnation, rebirth, repentance, sanctification, and the second death.  The Bible records the revelation of Deity to created beings and living creatures both in the heaven and upon the earth.  The Scriptures are part of a multi-leveled sacred process to impart spirit content to the living from the makeup of the Creator.  Included, here, are grace, divine love, faith, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, purity, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Relationships such as family, tribes, and anointed workers (priests) are permanently altered and used to accomplish eternal purposes.  Examples are seen in friendship with Abraham (Patriarch), covenant with Moses (prophet) and the tribes of Jacob (nation) as well as dynasty and inheritance through kings.  The sons are not punished for their father’s sins, however, ones offspring are to be challenged by the conditions created and established by their parents for as many as four generations (160 years).  Here are a few points from Scripture that may further clarify GOD’s use of David and Solomon:

(1.)  Exodus 34:  6-8, King James Version (KJV):  6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,  7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.  8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

(2.)  Ezekiel 18:  19-21, KJV:  19 Yet say ye, Why? doth not the son bear the iniquity of the father? When the son hath done that which is lawful and right, and hath kept all my statutes, and hath done them, he shall surely live.  20 The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son:  the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.  21 But if the wicked will turn from all his sins that he hath committed, and keep all my statutes, and do that which is lawful and right, he shall surely live, he shall not die.

(3.)  Ezekiel 33:  10-12, KJV:  10 Therefore, O thou son of man, speak unto the house of Israel; Thus ye speak, saying, If our transgressions and our sins be upon us, and we pine away in them, how should we then live?  11 Say unto them, As I live, saith the Lord GOD, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn ye, turn ye from your evil ways; for why will ye die, O house of Israel?  12 Therefore, thou son of man, say unto the children of thy people, The righteousness of the righteous shall not deliver him in the day of his transgression:  as for the wickedness of the wicked, he shall not fall thereby in the day that he turneth from his wickedness; neither shall the righteous be able to live for his righteousness in the day that he sinneth.

(4.)  2nd Samuel 24:  1-4, KJV:  1 And again the anger of the LORD was kindled against Israel, and he moved David against them to say, Go, number Israel and Judah.  2 For the king said to Joab the captain of the host, which was with him, Go now through all the tribes of Israel, from Dan even to Beersheba, and number ye the people, that I may know the number of the people.  3 And Joab said unto the king, Now the LORD thy God add unto the people, how many soever they be, an hundredfold, and that the eyes of my lord the king may see it:  but why doth my lord the king delight in this thing?  4 Notwithstanding the king’s word prevailed against Joab, and against the captains of the host. And Joab and the captains of the host went out from the presence of the king, to number the people of Israel.

(5.)  2nd Samuel 24:  16-18, KJV:  16 And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Jerusalem to destroy it, the LORD repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now thine hand. And the angel of the LORD was by the threshingplace of Araunah the Jebusite.  17 And David spake unto the LORD when he saw the angel that smote the people, and said, Lo, I have sinned, and I have done wickedly:  but these sheep, what have they done? let thine hand, I pray thee, be against me, and against my father’s house.  18 And Gad came that day to David, and said unto him, Go up, rear an altar unto the LORD in the threshingfloor of Araunah the Jebusite.

(6.)  1st Kings 11:  9-13, KJV:  9 And the LORD was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the LORD God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,  10 And had commanded him concerning this thing, that he should not go after other gods:  but he kept not that which the LORD commanded.  11 Wherefore the LORD said unto Solomon, Forasmuch as this is done of thee, and thou hast not kept my covenant and my statutes, which I have commanded thee, I will surely rend the kingdom from thee, and will give it to thy servant.  12 Notwithstanding in thy days I will not do it for David thy father’s sake:  but I will rend it out of the hand of thy son.  13 Howbeit I will not rend away all the kingdom; but will give one tribe to thy son for David my servant’s sake, and for Jerusalem’s sake which I have chosen.

There is much more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, (7.)  1st Kings 12:  18-20, KJV:  18 Then king Rehoboam sent Adoram, who was over the tribute; and all Israel stoned him with stones, that he died. Therefore king Rehoboam made speed to get him up to his chariot, to flee to Jerusalem.  19 So Israel rebelled against the house of David unto this day.  20 And it came to pass, when all Israel heard that Jeroboam was come again, that they sent and called him unto the congregation, and made him king over all Israel:  there was none that followed the house of David, but the tribe of Judah only.)  Even so, I trust this collection of verses will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/27/2015) The Need For Divine Rule?

Today, Scripture points are shared on the eternal sovereignty of GOD over Creation.  The rod of iron wielded by divinity will be sacred law (the expressed will of GOD), that does not bend or alter under pressure.  All the forms of government among men and angels that foster decision-making that is arbitrary, cruel, irreverent, lawless, oppressive, and violent must be replaced by those that continue godliness, divine love, respect, righteousness, and stability.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “RICK” (Level 1 with 95 points, a member since June 26, 2006) posted the following:

Christians dont need tobe ruled so who does jesus rule with a rod of iron if all the wicked are dead during the millennium.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead.  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.  But every man in his own order:  Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming.  Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.  For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet.  The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.  For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him.  And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.  (1st Corinthians 15:  21-28, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Authority, Dispensation, and Unity? (08/20/2015);  Oneness, Not Equality or Rank? (07/16/2015); GOD Rules (07/07/2015); Prince of Peace? (07/18/2014); 7 “Godly” Sins (02/24/2014); The You GOD “Knows” (02/25/2014)

“RICK”, all rule among men and angels must be put down under divinity.  The argument that Christians do not need to be ruled has been depicted in the holy writings as the rebellion against Moses and Aaron by those who left Egypt.  On several occasions, the Prophet and High Priest given by GOD were rebuked and scorned by those insisting that the two were merely ambitious, power-hungry, superfluous and unnecessary, for all the people in covenant with GOD were now holy.  Because the operations of sin among created beings and living creatures are able to dominate their awareness and self-will, many now hold carnal, twisted and warped ideas of authority, government, law and rule.  Even Lucifer and other holy angels who serve in the host of heaven continue in disputes regarding sacred duty and privilege as well as postures of defiance, disobedience, and pride.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and the entire Creation that responds to sacred law.  The divine processes to eliminate and remove all sin involve multiple detailed and far-reaching subtleties (i.e., barely visible differences; hidden shifts in meaning and value).  Included are atonement, confession, correction, death, forbearance, forgiveness, final judgment, incarnation, mortality, rebirth, repentance, sanctification, and the second death.  Hierarchy appears among the living in service to divinity consistent with differences in abilities, accountability, and functions.  The nature of rule by GOD who is immutable and unchanging is not grounded in temporal events or appetite, emotion and feelings.  Divine rule may be described as administration (we say, ministry, priesthood), harmonization, and judgment (i.e., resolution of conflict and settlement of disputes through application of divine law).  Also, consider these points from the holy writings:

(1.)  1st Corinthians 2:  7-10, King James Version (KJV):  7 But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:  8 Which none of the princes of this world knew:  for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.  9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.  10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:  for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

(2.)  Revelation 20:  4-7, KJV:  4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them:  and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.  5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.  6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection:  on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.  7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

(3.)  Revelation 5:  6-10, KJV:  6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.  7 And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.  8 And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints.  9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof:  for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation;  10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests:  and we shall reign on the earth.

(4.)  Revelation 12:  7-12, KJV:  7 And there was war in heaven:  Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,  8 And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.  9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:  he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.  10 And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ:  for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.  11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.  12 Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example (5.)  Revelation 19:  11-16, KJV:  11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.  12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.  13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:  and his name is called The Word of God.  14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations:  and he shall rule them with a rod of iron:  and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/26/2015) Justified Through Christ?

Today, Scripture points are shared on justification, divine law, license, and rebirth.  Rightly understood, Christ only has justified our godliness by growing, learning, and practicing the things of his faith and our surrender to divinity. The writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Eagle” (a member since August 08, 2015) posted the following:

Is it ok to murder, rape and steal if you're a Christian because someone else has been crucified for your sins?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men:  but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.  And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him:  but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.  Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt:  for the tree is known by his fruit.  O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh.  A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things:  and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.  But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.  For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.  (Matthew 12:  31-37, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Sinless Until Advent? (11/05/2014); Holy Wars? (11/06/2014); On Testing GOD (06/20/2013); GOD Grants License? (06/21/2013); Origin of Baptism? (06/22/2013); No Free Will (10/19/2010)

“Eagle”, all Christian believers start out with errors,  misinformation, and unchallenged assumptions that are gradually replaced with sacred knowledge, spiritual maturity, and their own life experience of encounter with GOD.  In ignorance, many approach new life through Christ, redemption, and salvation expecting to receive approval, endorsement, “freely given treasure and wealth” from GOD (we say, something for nothing), and a golden ticket (license) to “do as you please.”  Often, these persons dismiss all the law given by GOD, that they may never really have comprehended, obeyed and respected.  As they begin, such persons at best are honest and sincere investigators and seekers, who truly are motivated to find out more.  Through the various divine and human operations of baptism (e.g., commitment, death, love, trust), the inborn spirit of the new believer “dies”, and is replaced with spirit content from the makeup of GOD.  It is then that curiosity and intellectual inquisitiveness are replaced by the deep need within all created beings and living creatures to be in intimate association and right relationship with the Creator.  In a sense, only the new birth (being born again) and the following life processes for the believer (growing up again; becoming perfected) are justified by the blood of Jesus from the cross.   Thus, for the Christian, who now understands that we are in a process being carried out by GOD that will continue indefinitely, only such things will become “ok” as having to accept permanent changes in ones character and nature, to make confession, to fellowship with others in Christ, to repent, to daily offer prayers of gratitude, to make detailed study of the holy writings, to share the admonition and warnings given believers, and to speak in the authority and name of Jesus.  Here are a few points from the Bible that also should be helpful:

(1.)  Job 25:  1-6, King James Version (KJV):  1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,  2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.  3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?  4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?  5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.  6 How much less man, that is a worm? and the son of man, which is a worm?

(2.)  Psalms 51:  3-5, KJV:  3 For I acknowledge my transgressions:  and my sin is ever before me.  4 Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight:  that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest.  5 Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

(3.)  Isaiah 43:  8-10, KJV:  8 Bring forth the blind people that have eyes, and the deaf that have ears.  9 Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled:  who among them can declare this, and shew us former things? let them bring forth their witnesses, that they may be justified:  or let them hear, and say, It is truth.  10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen:  that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:  before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.

(4.)  Acts 13:  38-39, KJV:  38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:  39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

(5.)  Luke 7: 28-30, KJV:  28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist:  but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.  29 And all the people that heard him, and the publicans, justified God, being baptized with the baptism of John.  30 But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the counsel of God against themselves, being not baptized of him.

(6.)  Romans 2:  12-16, KJV:  12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law:  and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law;  13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.  14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves:  15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example (7.)  Galatians 2:  16-21, KJV:  16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law:  for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.  17 But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid.  18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.  19 For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God.  20 I am crucified with Christ:  nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me:  and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.  21 I do not frustrate the grace of God:  for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/25/2015) Is Mary A Goddess?

Today, I continue an exchange that focuses on whether the Mother of Jesus is divine.  Engaging one of the Internet fighters who regularly blogs at thoughts.com (Universal Consciousness Cycle), and who uses the ID “wirelessguru1”, the following comments have been posted:

Is she a Goddess!?

The_Black_Phoenix
No, she is not a goddess or aspect of the full Divine Person. Thus, those who acknowledge her as the mother of Jesus and the Mother of the Church are those moved by such elements as innocence, love, respect and understanding. Be encouraged!

I do not need to look at your BS, rubbish and nonsense!
Answer My question now!

Are you saying that Mary is not fully Divine then!?

The_Black_Phoenix
I am in the midst of writing an answer to you as tomorrow’s blog. Your own beliefs, convictions, and maturity have become suspect through your attitude. I will not call you, fool or BEYATCH, simply because you show no courtesy. I will warn you.

Because GOD, who is righteous, and has the inner strength to tolerate your wretchedness, here is a portion of what is coming. Be it unto you according to his faith:

Like the translation of Enoch, the Prophet Elijah being taken up in a chariot of fire, the resurrection, ascension and exaltation of Mary are prophetic in nature, demonstrating the blessed condition that will come upon all who have place as joint-heirs with Christ. Simply being raised from the dead, or receiving atonement, cleansing, immortality and incorruptibility does not establish the myriad other unseen points of being that identify deity (e.g., accountability for cosmic order; origin as sui generis; role as law giver; duty as sovereign majesty).

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:  And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.  And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.  And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth:  and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.  And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron:  and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.  And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.  And there was war in heaven:  Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,  And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.  And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world:  he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.  And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ:  for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.  (Revelation 12:  1-10, KJV)

“wirelessguru1”, while I am a person who became committed to Christ while a child; has had many years of formal education; has endured emotional, financial, psychological and other suffering (such as is common to man); has authored books on the sacred meaning of marriage, human sexuality, and the crown of life; and have a testimony that I have seen Jesus Christ, I do not claim to be an overseer to, or have the support of any Christian hierarchy, or institution.  Nor do I declare that I have all the right answers to all the right questions, like many around me.  I count myself as merely someone who is able to answer many issues and points of question only because of humility, prayer, disciplined study, and the gifts of sacred knowledge that have been shared with me.  For Christian believers, consciousness of divinity is configured and imparted through sacred operations that include permanent alterations and change; admonition and correction; gradual unfolding as discovery, growth, learning and maturation; incarnation; praise; prayer; prophecy; rebirth and sanctification.

Nothing in my broad experience of the revelation of GOD through Jesus Christ indicates that his mother, Mary, should be thought of as an aspect of the full GODhead, or that Mary should be regarded as a goddess.  Even so, because of her continuing ministry, Mary is worthy of the honor she is receiving.  Like the translation of Enoch and the Prophet Elijah being taken up in a chariot of fire, the resurrection, ascension and exaltation of Mary are prophetic in nature, demonstrating the blessed condition that will come upon all who have place as joint-heirs with Christ.  Simply being raised from the dead, or receiving atonement, cleansing, immortality and incorruptibility does not establish the myriad other unseen points of being that identify deity (e.g., accountability for cosmic order; origin as sui generis; role as law giver; duty as sovereign majesty).

Mary is often called the Mother of the Church; and may be seen as an elder, a Matriarch like the Patriarchs that followed Adam, a pioneer, a prophetess, and a widow.  It does not discount sacred truth, nor is it a source of spiritual confusion to those who are correctly grounded in the Gospel, that some testify to appearances and visitations by Mary.  For many, error does come by Mary being called “the Queen of Heaven,” for she is then taken as the figure of idol worship opposed through the Prophet Jeremiah.  Similarly, many question whether Mary or the Church is the one described in Revelation clothed with the sun, the moon under her feet, and crowned with 12 stars.  Here are a few of the Scriptures from the holy writings containing the precepts, principles and tenets for faith that I have found helpful when considering the place of Mary above and among Christian believers:

(1.)  Titus 1:  15, King James Version (KJV):  15 Unto the pure all things are pure:  but unto them that are defiled and unbelieving is nothing pure; but even their mind and conscience is defiled.

(2.)  1st Timothy 2:  5-6, KJV:  5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;  6 Who gave himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time.

(3.)  1st Timothy 5:  1-5, KJV:  1 Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;  2 The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.  3 Honour widows that are widows indeed.  4 But if any widow have children or nephews, let them learn first to shew piety at home, and to requite their parents:  for that is good and acceptable before God.  5 Now she that is a widow indeed, and desolate, trusteth in God, and continueth in supplications and prayers night and day.

(4.)  1st Timothy 5:  17-19, KJV:  17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.  18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.  19 Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses.

(5.)  1st Peter 5:  1-4, KJV:  1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:  2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;  3 Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being examples to the flock.  4 And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.

(6.)  Jeremiah 44:  16-18, KJV:  16 As for the word that thou hast spoken unto us in the name of the LORD, we will not hearken unto thee.  17 But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goeth forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem:  for then had we plenty of victuals, and were well, and saw no evil.  18 But since we left off to burn incense to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, we have wanted all things, and have been consumed by the sword and by the famine.

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example (7.)  1st John 2:  22-24, KJV:  22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.  23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father:  [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.  24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/24/2015) The Mistakes In Youth?

Today, focus is upon errors of young people when becoming sexually active,  fornication, holy matrimony, and salvation.  Rather than obedience to law, the foundation for right relationship as marriage partners is the same as that for salvation in partnership with divinity:  There must be mutual acceptance, love, and sacrifice (i.e., willingness to give, yield, or suffer).  On the one hand, nothing (particularly happiness) is guaranteed.  On the other hand, one may expect the continuing presence of one who is sharing in the intimate details of life process that are challenge, growth, and coming into perfection.  Where men demand humility in women, they often forget that their own humility must set the standard, and they must lead.  Grace Blessed with Maria Odey who participate with me in THE BIBLE STUDY GROUP (a Public Group on Facebook presently having 19,139 members), invited discussion by sharing a presentation that included the following at about 12:15pm on August 23, 2015:

WHAT A HUSBAND NEEDS FROM A WIFE IS NEVER SEX.   By: B.I.C. Abeiku Okai.

Sex is an important element in marriage and until there is sexual intercourse between a husband and a wife, the marriage is not yet spiritually recognised. This shows how important sex is in marriage.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Drink waters out of thine own cistern, and running waters out of thine own well.  Let thy fountains be dispersed abroad, and rivers of waters in the streets.  Let them be only thine own, and not strangers’ with thee.  Let thy fountain be blessed:  and rejoice with the wife of thy youth.  Let her be as the loving hind and pleasant roe; let her breasts satisfy thee at all times; and be thou ravished always with her love.  And why wilt thou, my son, be ravished with a strange woman, and embrace the bosom of a stranger?  For the ways of man are before the eyes of the LORD, and he pondereth all his goings.  His own iniquities shall take the wicked himself, and he shall be holden with the cords of his sins.  He shall die without instruction; and in the greatness of his folly he shall go astray.  (Proverbs 5:  15-23, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  GOD and Adultery? (06/11/2014); A Hardened Spirit? (06/12/2014); The Male, the Female, and GOD (02/09/2014); Destroying the Resurrected Body? (02/10/2014); Traditional Marriage? (12/18/2013); GOD Enjoys Judgment? (12/19/2013); A Life Companion? (11/07/2012); On Asking Why (11/08/2012)

Be encouraged!  For marriage to be exalted or lifted from a simple joining of flesh to flesh, the equality in marriage must be understood as established by our shared standing before GOD:  All have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD; all must be in humility before the judgment seat of Christ; and all stand in need of the divine covering provided through Christ.  Marriage partners are to be life companions who help one another meet the good, the bad and the ugly together—including the trials or sufferings that are endured as salvation.  She is always to be seen and treated as the beloved of the Lord, and he is always to be encouraged and respected as a joint-heir with the Savior.

Increasingly, young people are becoming sexually active with the idea that no knowledge or preparation is needed, and that there are no benefits to waiting for marriage.  Sexual appetite exists as part of our makeup from birth, and steadily grows as our bodies and minds are aged.  In the same way we must learn to curb, delay and selectively answer hunger and thirst, we absolutely must master sex within.  Often, in our view as young people, we believe we need no instruction—because it’s normal and “nature”, one may “figure it out,” and intuition can be your guide.  However, it remains that, human sexuality has long been a tool of the Adversary, because sexual joining involves many subtleties (i.e., barely visible differences; hidden shifts in meaning and value).  A sex act, no matter how simple (e.g., holding hands, caressing (we say, hugging, stroking), kissing (a form of oral sex) ), occurs on multiple levels of life experience and is a carnal, emotional, physical, and spiritual act all at the same time.  As a result, there is often confusion, imbalance, and unhappiness.

Fornication is the joining of spirits that occurs through sexual activity.  In marriage, the two become one flesh, while GOD is the other.  To maintain relationship, the collection of spirits must be in harmony with law, love, and righteous purpose.  Where we repeatedly err in modern society is that we join ourselves to unknown and unseen persons through sex with a partner we know.  Where we join to someone as their 7th partner, we connect as 8 different spirits that may be in conflict and disharmony, and that will strive for mastery against our own, inborn spirit.  Where we, ourselves have had 10 partners (do the math…) 19 different spirits will be within that pair of would be lovers.  The inborn spirit of each lover is outnumbered 18 to 1.  On the one hand, a person may experience a peculiar sense of increase and strength, at first; and later may become unexplainably depressed, disillusioned, and weakened.  Again, as a result, there is often confusion, imbalance, and unhappiness.

There is no such thing as “casual sex,” and there should be no such thing as “casual marriage.”  Thus, men are warned, whores do not love; and women are told, you engage a pimp at your own risk.  There can be no sacred marriage (we say, holy matrimony) that denies Christ a place of respect in the thoughts, feelings, and shared home.  Where a man or a woman has erred in their youth exploiting, or exploring their own sexuality (and that of others), there can be repentance with newness of life through baptism, and rebirth.  Then, a man once known as a male prostitute or player, and a woman once known as a sex-worker and a whore should only be called a believer, a saint, and one who is saved.

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, only GOD may break the permanent bonds that are intended by divinity to result through sexual joining.  Until released by the ministries of Christ that include exorcism, that rid a person of demons and unclean spirits, the errors in our youth continue to have effect throughout our lives.  This can include intimacy through adultery, pre-marital sex, and group sex (some say, gang-rape).  As the tool of GOD, sexual activity is always to benefit, cleanse, heal, and promote life.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/23/2015) The Preeminence of the Word

Scripture points on the appearance and manifesting of divinity through word and deed are shared, today.  To me as a Christian writer who has sought to honor GOD with books on the sacred meanings of marriage, human sexuality, and the crown of life, the substance of salvation is conveyed by words that establish divine intent and eternal purpose.  While some are unbalanced in their commitment, sacred knowledge and service, all born again Christian believers are in an ongoing process where permanent changes in their nature and character are being made through both the divine word and the imparted Spirit, the Holy Ghost.  The writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Dangerous Mr.” (Level a member since May 20, 2012) posted the following:

Why do Christians pay more attention to what God says than what God does?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant:  but I am slow of speech, and of a slow tongue.  11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man’s mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD?  12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.  13 And he said, O my Lord, send, I pray thee, by the hand of him whom thou wilt send.  14 And the anger of the LORD was kindled against Moses, and he said, Is not Aaron the Levite thy brother? I know that he can speak well. And also, behold, he cometh forth to meet thee:  and when he seeth thee, he will be glad in his heart.  15 And thou shalt speak unto him, and put words in his mouth:  and I will be with thy mouth, and with his mouth, and will teach you what ye shall do.  16 And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people:  and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.  (Exodus 4:  10-16, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Can The Bible Be Increased? (05/31/2015); The Words Are Spirit? (06/03/2015); On Saying the Truth? (12/17/2014); What is Truth? (12/19/2014); Utterance is Spirit (09/08/2013); A Start for the Idea of GOD? (09/09/2013); Words Spoken By GOD? (06/05/2013); Teachings on Judgment (06/06/2013)

“Dangerous Mr.”, while it’s true that, for created beings and living creatures, “active presence” is called “existence” and “life”, the processes of divinity for continuing in relationship with mankind upon the earth have always centered in utterance.  Included are commandment, doctrine (we say, formal teachings), guidance, instruction, divine law, praise, proclamation, promise, prophecy and revelation.  For many, grace, sacred knowledge, and utterance pertain to spirit, while actions pertain to flesh, things carnal and material. The very existence of the earth and most of its living creatures have been through operations of divine word that, within the frameworks of time and space, may be directed without boundaries and limits.  Expectation and fulfillment are necessary aspects for exchange, interaction and realization, making what is invisible known, memorable, and tangible.  This is important, for GOD is a spirit who must be acknowledged and worshiped in spirit and in truth.  The existence of mankind is by word (we also say, breath, essence, and spirit).  Most Christian believers will agree that words whisper and actions SHOUT.  Yet, the reconfiguration and transformation of mankind to permanently display the divine nature as immortal and incorruptible begins at the word of GOD in baptism, and is completed in the coming of Jesus to harvest believers from the earth.  Please consider the following from Scripture:

(1.)  John 1:  1-5, King James Version (KJV):  1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  2 The same was in the beginning with God.  3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men.  5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

(2.)  Genesis 1:  24-28, KJV:  24 And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind:  and it was so.  25 And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind:  and God saw that it was good.  26 And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:  and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.  27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.  28 And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it:  and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

(3.)  Isaiah 55:  8-12, KJV:  8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.  9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.  10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:  11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth:  it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.  12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace:  the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.

(4.)  1st Kings 19:  9-12, KJV:  9 And he came thither unto a cave, and lodged there; and, behold, the word of the LORD came to him, and he said unto him, What doest thou here, Elijah?  10 And he said, I have been very jealous for the LORD God of hosts:  for the children of Israel have forsaken thy covenant, thrown down thine altars, and slain thy prophets with the sword; and I, even I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.  11 And he said, Go forth, and stand upon the mount before the LORD. And, behold, the LORD passed by, and a great and strong wind rent the mountains, and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD; but the LORD was not in the wind:  and after the wind an earthquake; but the LORD was not in the earthquake:  12 And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire:  and after the fire a still small voice

(5.)  Acts 4:  27-31, KJV:  27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,  28 For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.  29 And now, Lord, behold their threatenings:  and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,  30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.  31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

(6.)  Acts 2:  1-4, KJV:  1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.  2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.  3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.  4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example (7.)  Colossians 1:  12-20, KJV:  12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:  13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:  14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  18 And he is the head of the body, the church:  who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/21/2015) About Praying to Mary

The sacred duty, privilege and divine work of intercession given to all Christian believers come into view, today.  While followers of Christ may seek comfort, courage, guidance and support through Mary, the mother of Jesus, atonement, propitiation for sin and salvation remain strictly the peculiar operations of GOD that appear through the person of her son as the promised Messiah, Redeemer and Savior.  Mary was at the cross as well as with those in the Upper Room who received the Holy Ghost at Pentecost.  In the holy writings, there is no prohibition by Jesus against believers seeking the favor, fellowship and prayers of others who are committed and born again (we say, co-laborers, saints).  Prayer to Mary in particular is not specifically condemned, nor are devotions, Mariology, and worship of the Lord’s mother specifically required.  The glory, majesty and sovereignty of the GODhead are not diminished, threatened, or made less exalted by believers acknowledging Mary, the martyrs, and other members of the church as the body of Christ, who make special contributions through their life and faith.  Mary is exalted because of her humility, not because of her sexual purity, or parenting skills.  Similarly, many others are to be held in memorial such as the widow who gave her last two mites, and the woman caught in adultery who was released from the death sentence when no one was fit to “cast the first stone.”  Linjo Eveline, who participates with me in THE BIBLE STUDY GROUP (a Public Group on Facebook presently having 19,049 members), posted the following on August 10, 2015 at 12:31pm:

BRETHREN PLEASE I WISH TO KNOW WHTER WE SHOULD ALSO PRAY TO HOLY MARY MOTHER OF CHRIST?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,  And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.  For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden:  for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.  For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.  And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.  He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.  He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree.  He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.  He hath helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;  As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.  (Luke 1:  46-55, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Mary (06/13/2014); The Estate of His Handmaiden (06/14/2014); A Worthy Miracle? (04/07/2014); The Philosophy of Free Will? (04/08/2014); Belief, Faith, and Proof (03/02/2014); Miracles and Visitations? (03/03/2014); A Kindness to Mary? (04/21/2013); When GOD Controls? (04/22/2013)

Linjo Eveline, be encouraged!  The acknowledgments of Mary as the mother of Jesus are all upon the basis of faith, and not on the basis of sacred law.  The holy writings depended on by Protestant believers record no commandment or divine law requiring followers of Jesus to regularly pray to his mother, Mary.  Even so, there are a number of precepts, principles, and teachings that encourage believers to appeal to Mary for intercession.  Mary serves as a mediator between believers and her son.  While some call her the “Mother of GOD,” Mary  does not compete against, or appear as a substitute to fill the role of her son or of the Holy Spirit who both intercede with the Father.  Mary is understood by many Catholic believers as already having been glorified, justified and perfected (we say, made a Perpetual Virgin) through divine prerogative, and sacred operations of resurrection and ascension.  Mary becomes a person whom we honor, respect, venerate, and turn to for support because we know without doubt that she is one eternally joined to Jesus through love, and that the Savior is pleased to grant her favor and faithful service.  Mary should be received no less as a prophet/prophetess (we say, spokesperson from GOD) than Miriam the sister to Moses, John the Baptist, or John the Revelator.  At the request of his mother (who expressed more confidence in his anointing and readiness to minister at that time than he expressed in himself), Jesus was moved to perform the first sacred event (we say, miracle) of his ministry at a wedding in Cana of Galilee.  Neither the governor of the feast (we would say, Master of Ceremonies), the father of the bride, the groom, the bride herself, nor any of the household servants spoke directly to Jesus regarding their need for more wine to complete the hospitality, humility and refreshing to their many guests.  Please consider the following points from the Bible:

(1.)  John 2:  1-5, King James Version (KJV):  1 And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:  2 And both Jesus was called, and his disciples, to the marriage.  3 And when they wanted wine, the mother of Jesus saith unto him, They have no wine.  4 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.  5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

(2.)  John 2:  7-11, KJV:  7 Jesus saith unto them, Fill the waterpots with water. And they filled them up to the brim.  8 And he saith unto them, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast. And they bare it.  9 When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was:  (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom,  10 And saith unto him, Every man at the beginning doth set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse:  but thou hast kept the good wine until now.  11 This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed on him.

(3.)  1st Timothy 2:  1-5 , KJV:  1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;  2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.  3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour;  4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.  5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;

(4.)  Romans 8:  26-27, KJV:  26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities:  for we know not what we should pray for as we ought:  but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.  27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

(5.)  James 5:  13-16, KJV:  13 Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.  14 Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:  15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.  16 Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

(6.)  Romans 16:  1-2, KJV:  1 I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:  2 That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you:  for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.

There is far more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example (7.)  James 5:  19-20, KJV:  19 Brethren, if any of you do err from the truth, and one convert him;  20 Let him know, that he which converteth the sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall hide a multitude of sins.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
