Acknowledging the Resurrection of Jesus Christ, today, reply about the death of Jesus must be sacred truth proclaimed and shared even to disbelievers, sinners, and skeptics who do not understand the need for divine atonement and propitiation for the sin of mankind on the earth. Without the death and resurrection of Jesus all doctrine and teaching among Christians would be vain (i.e., empty; lacking sacred substance; having no power to cleanse, heal, provide hope, sanctify and save). By appearing from heaven incarnate on the earth, Jesus willingly became vulnerable to death, pain, and human suffering. Divinity has been joined to mankind using flesh so that mankind may be joined to divinity using spirit. One of the many fighters in the “Yahoo! “Anonymous”, divinity (we say, the GODhead; the Trinity; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) may only become knowable, known, accessible, and approachable to living creatures and created beings by acts of grace, personhood, holy presence, divine sacrifice, truth, and revelation. The answers mature Christian believers must make to you will all be expressions of faith, sacred knowledge, and spirit substance imparted to believers from the divine fullness we call “GOD”. For this reason, what they speak and write will go beyond academic studies, ancient histories, a morbid focus on death and dying, conspiracies among churchmen, underhanded political schemes, and secular knowledge.
Even developing believers will focus on the fulfillment of divine promises, prophecy, and eternal purpose. That GOD has made himself manifest as Jesus Christ appearing in human form, and using flesh and blood, does not contradict or violate the integrity of the holy writings that record the operations of divinity through thousands of events within thousands of lives over the course of thousands of years. In Christian understanding, the divine actualities and possibilities for mankind that have been imparted and provided by Deity are demonstrated in the birth, ministry, death, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus. Jesus lived on the earth to display authentic humanity that has required a condition of mortality since the time of Adam (the first pair). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:
(1.) Isaiah 53: 4-9, King James Version (KJV): 4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. 5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. 8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken. 9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
(2.) Romans 5: 1-9, KJV: 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us. 6 For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. 9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (3.) 1st Corinthians 15: 12-22, KJV: 12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.)
