(02/09/2015) How Can One Man Die?

Today, points are shared on how the death of Jesus is enough for all salvation.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “The Right To Truth” (Level 6 with 16,233 points, a member since September 26, 2011) posted the following:

How can one man, Jesus Christ, die for the sake of the world?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)  Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life.  For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.  Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:  That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.  (Romans 5:  17-21, KJV)

“The Right To Truth”, here are a few points regularly shared among Christian believers preparing for Jesus to return soon:

(1.)  Salvation for mankind and the earth as a sphere of life requires more than simply the death of one man.  Correctly understood, there must be a peculiar application of the life essence (we say, spirit content) that describes the makeup of humanity as well as of divinity.  Christ has demonstrated and depicted a necessary process of transformation that begins among the living, and is completed by his active presence.

(2.)  Life is GOD’s purpose, yet, death is GOD’s tool.  Permanent changes must be made in the composition and nature of created beings and living creatures that can only be accomplished as they sleep (we say, are in death).  Resurrection is one of many divine operations and tools to further establish eternal life.  Other sacred events must be carried out and completed such as atonement, forgiveness, judgment, rebirth, repentance, and sanctification.

(3.)  In the same way you are not alone in seeking and receiving an acceptable answer to your question, Jesus is not alone in the work of salvation; for the entire host of heaven, his partners in covenant throughout time and space, and the other persons within the GODhead are in full support of his priesthood and rule of the divine kingdom.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Jesus has died for all only in the limited sense of making salvation possible for all.  Sin has not been ended and removed.  Yet, a mechanism for full pardon and restoration has been established.  One man dying—even a holy man—is not enough.  Each believer also must die to selfishness, sin and unbelief, and continue alive to GOD and to Christ in an ongoing relationship (we say, you must be born again).)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to the measure of your faith.
