(08/14/2017) "and without Him nothing"

Today, thoughts are shared on preexistence, Creation, and some of the ideas from Science.  It remains that, sacred events must be embraced as they fit the mold of complete divine truth.  Most mature Christians avoid conversations and discussions on the origin of GOD.  In part this is because, through the operations of faith, believers accept the holy writings that describe the beginning for heaven and earth, and that do not provide any description of a specific beginning for Deity.  In addition, as men and women of faith, believers seek to develop a disciplined mind that will avoid unfruitful conjecture, speculation, and superstition.  All things do not edify, and contribute to apprehending salvation and our goal of displaying the divine nature.  The authority, power, and sovereign will of GOD have been revealed to created beings and living creatures by the Creator using Incarnation (i.e., appearing in flesh and using human form) and by his employing all the devices that describe mortal duration (e.g., birth, aging, growth, eating, drinking, rest, sleep).  While conceptual awareness and knowing can put forth mental images and thoughts of divinity, the substantive existence of divinity—that may be shown and made visible in the living—has not been, is not now, and will never be put forth by created beings and living creatures.  Not from fear or ignorance, but from the discernment and wisdom provided by GOD, believers refuse to respond to every issue and question generated by secular knowledge.  A fighter at “Yahoo! What makes more sense ? Something coming from nothing ? (OR) a creator outside of time and space creates everything?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  And he is the head of the body, the church:  who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.  And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled  In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:  (Colossians 1:  16-22, King James Version, KJV)

“Gino”, here are some thoughts being shared among those having sacred knowledge as Christian believers that you may find interesting:

(1.)  There are multiple conditions and operations known to divinity that created beings and living creatures can not conceive or grasp by only using finite intelligence, logic, carnal reason, and thought.  Those tools are anchored in the workings of flesh such as appetite (e.g., hunger, thirst, craving sexual contact), sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching), and emotion/mental functions (e.g., anger, fear, imagination, recall).  While the mind can produce abstractions and immaterial points of focus, there are many conceivable subjects and topics that are unverifiable using present academic and scholarly process.  Examples include chaos and random streams of matter (we say, flux); existence without frameworks of time and space; nothing; sin; and the makeup of divinity that is spirit (i.e., breath, life essence, word).

(2.)  Given that GOD has always existed, there has never been a period where there has been nothing.  The pre-existence we speak of addresses the apprehension of concepts and forms within the sacred mind and their sequential introduction using various aspects of unchanging sacred law and divine order.  Scientists have proposed an explanation of existence through a “big bang” that also assumes there has always been something in existence.

(3.)  The great gulf between Christian belief and that of the astrophysicist seems to turn on the features of person.  Once the concession is made that there has always been an active presence, the issue becomes how to describe it, interact with it, and derive benefit from it.  The features of person allow and include awareness, communication, direction, exchange, purpose, and self-will.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  For Christians, created beings and living creatures have been put forth by GOD in the image of divinity, and the active presence and persons of divinity (we say, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, the GODhead) have not been put forth by any entity or object that ever was, now is, or ever shall be.  The GODhead embodies all divine substance manifesting eternal duration and oneness without sameness.  Mankind has communion with Deity through his own spirit content from the makeup of GOD that is imparted to indwell the living.  Included are inseparable elements such as faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
