(02/03/2017) Knowing GOD and Sin?

Today, focus is on the importance of understanding “spirit” for Christian belief and genuine experiences of divinity.  Sinners are encouraged to “hear the voice of GOD” by developing a consciousness of sacred spirit, rather than by listening for audible voices and other experiences through their flesh (e.g., seeing, tasting, touching).  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers (Canada)” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shared) posted the following:

Do you actually hear God? Question about faith?
I don't understand how some people, if they don't actually hear God for themselves how they can just believe in the bible because it has things like talking snakes in it, and other fairy tale like qualities.
And also just blindly follow (in my opinion) silly rules like wives should submit to husband in everything, and never divorcing.. (I don't like divorce but I feel sometimes it's just necessary.)
I would follow and defend those silly rules if I actually could hear him. And yes I have prayed a billion times before but never get an answer. I don't do it sarcastically either. I do it sincerely, but I don't hear a thing.
So my question is... Do you personally hear Gods actual voice ( not words in a book ) and if not, why do you follow the bible?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ:  for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith:  as it is written, The just shall live by faith.  For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;  Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.  For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:  Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.  Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,  (Romans 1:  16-22, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Divine Presence and Spirit (01/18/2017); How To Know GOD? (12/12/2016); As Newborn Babes.... (10/13/2016); How To Get Faith? (10/10/2016); Knowing The Divine Voice? (09/02/2016); Knowing GOD For Yourself (07/13/2016); Knowing? (05/24/2015)

“Anonymous”, in many ways the process for knowing GOD by faith is the same as that for correctly knowing Sin.  Because the daily living routines for mankind heavily rely on objects and things that are carnal, material, sensual (related to hearing, seeing, touching, etc.), and social, men must undergo permanent changes through operations by divinity before they understand that GOD is a spirit who is only knowable, known, and present within ongoing relationships that allow exchanges and interactions of spirit substances that are from the makeup of GOD.  Inseparable aspects of divine existence must be present such as duration, faith, forgiveness, grace, holiness, hope, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, person, presence, purity, sovereign will, wisdom, and wrath against sin.
Sin also exists—has direction, effect, and a form of presence—yet, is not an object we may hold in our hand, or put in our pocket.  Sin is no thing created by GOD, opposes the continued existence of divine law, and promotes return to the conditions that were in place before the Creation.  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will within the living, therefore, sin appears as blindness and ignorance.  Given sin appears as an aspect of ones own true being, many respond to sin as natural, normal, and ordinary.  Sin is not correctly recognized, rejected and resisted as contrary (we say, foreign, strange, unresponsive) to law, life, and love.
The finite human tools of emotions, intellect, logic, philosophy, science and technology do not allow mankind to eliminate sin (and so, we have scholars and scientists who also are sinners).  Sin is made known to created being and living creatures through multiple devices and mechanisms only provided by GOD.  Included are conscience; discernment; sacred law; divine order; sacred events (we say, miracles); fellowship through the imparted, indwelling spirit; and sacred knowledge shared through the holy writings.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, becoming mature as one who operates under the influence of divine Spirit in place of sin, is a gradual process that takes a “lifetime” not measured by secular devices (calendars, clocks, carbon dating).  More than simply behavior must be altered.  Affection, appetites, attitudes, desires, goals, impulses, instinct, intuition, motives, all must come under Christ.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
