(09/08/2016) Kingdom and One-world Empire

Today, points are shared on government of the earth by divinity, and two forms of political authority practiced by men.  One of the many fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Anonymous” (the required profile information not shared) posted the following:
Why did most Greek, Roman and Egyptian kings believe they were God manifest. How did this tradition spread and where did it originate?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:   The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:  Who bare record of the word of God, and of the testimony of Jesus Christ, and of all things that he saw.  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein:  for the time is at hand.  John to the seven churches which are in Asia:  Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood,  And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.  Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him:  and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.  (Revelation 1:  1-7, King James Version, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Need For Divine Rule? (08/27/2015); Slaves to Sin? (04/13/2015); A Christian Dictatorship? (03/05/2015); Blessing and Inheritance from Abraham? (06/05/2014); On Christians Executing Judgment (06/06/2014); Unto Caesar...? (11/09/2012); Before the Fruit? (11/10/2012)
“Anonymous”, because there are so many “talking smack” these days without being anchored in divine law and sacred truth, or thoroughly prepared with correct sacred knowledge, the teachings on government from GOD are often twisted and warped to express ignorance, secular history, and the finite achievements of created beings and living creatures.  For the Holy, there is the administration and ordering of all that exists, of all that have life, of life experience, of judgment (we say, assigning value), of maintenance for Creation by its  owner/possessor as well as making things appear from nothing that exists in furtherance of revelation (divinity being made knowable, known and visible through fulfillment of proclamation, promise, and prophecy).  Mature Christian believers who rely upon Bible accounts acknowledge Nimrod (the mighty hunter) as the individual who first used force and influence to establish social units for commerce and survival that we may think of as cities, and a territory ruled by an individual or “monarch”.   Called “Babel” (and later called “Babylon”), the cities of Nimrod departed from the agricultural model (be fruitful, multiply, replenish), and began to come under and promote codes of “urban” violence.  Because dominion over the earth had been granted to Adam, the goal, to rule the entire world, was not out of line with divine intent.  Where two or more cities are a “kingdom”, a group of kingdoms are an “empire”; and a “one-world empire” seeks to generate direct and indirect control over all upon the earth with out regard to geographical boundaries, divisions, regions, and territories.  Egypt appears as the first one-world empire through such features as the union of Lower and Upper Egypt; the purchase by Pharaoh of all goods, property, and the population itself during famine; lunar cycles and changes of the Nile river that resulted in fertility and richness of the soil; economic and political control in spite of differences seen in culture, ethnicity, language, and materials (e.g., use of copper or iron for tools and weapons).  The Roman empire is a clear example of rule by expansion through military conquest.  On the surface, there is a legitimate process of growth through addition and assimilation.  However, at core there is the sin of “coveting” (i.e., undisciplined and “out of control” desire; envy; wanting to take away and possess what belongs to others).  The seven tribes in covenant with GOD before the sons of Jacob and the mixed multitude who left Egypt following Moses, were a “divine empire” in contrast to Egypt; and the calling of Hebrews into covenant may be seen as the denial of those false covenant partners, and the renewal of divine control for all the earth.  Among the people of GOD, instead of being dictators, oppressors, and tyrants, “kings” are to function as deliverers (judges), redeemers, and saviors.  Christ is the Messiah and soon-coming king.  Consider again the following from the Bible:
(1.)  Numbers 24:  16-18, King James Version (KJV):  16 He hath said, which heard the words of God, and knew the knowledge of the most High, which saw the vision of the Almighty, falling into a trance, but having his eyes open:  17 I shall see him, but not now:  I shall behold him, but not nigh:  there shall come a Star out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab, and destroy all the children of Sheth.  18 And Edom shall be a possession, Seir also shall be a possession for his enemies; and Israel shall do valiantly.
(2.)  Micah 5:  2-7, KJV:  2 But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.  3 Therefore will he give them up, until the time that she which travaileth hath brought forth:  then the remnant of his brethren shall return unto the children of Israel.  4 And he shall stand and feed in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God; and they shall abide:  for now shall he be great unto the ends of the earth.  5 And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land:  and when he shall tread in our palaces, then shall we raise against him seven shepherds, and eight principal men.  6 And they shall waste the land of Assyria with the sword, and the land of Nimrod in the entrances thereof:  thus shall he deliver us from the Assyrian, when he cometh into our land, and when he treadeth within our borders.  7 And the remnant of Jacob shall be in the midst of many people as a dew from the LORD, as the showers upon the grass, that tarrieth not for man, nor waiteth for the sons of men.
(3.)  Deuteronomy 7:  1-3, KJV:  7 When the LORD thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it, and hath cast out many nations before thee, the Hittites, and the Girgashites, and the Amorites, and the Canaanites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites, seven nations greater and mightier than thou;  2 And when the LORD thy God shall deliver them before thee; thou shalt smite them, and utterly destroy them; thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them:  3 Neither shalt thou make marriages with them; thy daughter thou shalt not give unto his son, nor his daughter shalt thou take unto thy son.
There is far more to be said, carefully examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Isaiah 45:  22-24, KJV:  22 Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth:  for I am God, and there is none else.  23 I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear.  24 Surely, shall one say, in the LORD have I righteousness and strength:  even to him shall men come; and all that are incensed against him shall be ashamed.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
