What’s up, Doc? Your case is being diagnosed as spiritual confusion because there is a mix of errors and unspoken questions. Put under microscopic lab tests the following were discovered: (1) What did GOD know? (2) How did GOD know? (3) Can time exist or progress without the sun? (4) Could a being who expresses endless existence and immortality be known through sacred operations that emanate Creation and impart life? (5) An I don’t believe virus saying “days can’t exist without the sun” (rainy days excluded, of course!).
The prognosis is good. Where you will continue to show respect to GOD through faith, obedience, prayer and study, your case will not be terminal. You’ll live.
Many mature Christian believers trust that the account recorded in Genesis is a true description providing all the essential information for mankind to enter into covenant with GOD. By the experiences of faith, prophecy and the Holy Spirit many also understand the following: (1) Created beings, living creatures and Heaven existed before the fourth day of the Creation centered upon mankind. (2) Sin had become recognized through Lucifer, and began to spread among the angels before the fourth day of the Earth’s Creation. (3) The ordering and sequencing of discrete and one-time events was already in place, and a “rudimentary” mechanism of time existed by the fourth day. And (4) The content and order intended for human awareness included time, however, mortality was not yet a condition for the Earth’s Creation.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5) Light and Darkness existed before the peculiar tools of Sun, moon and stars. On rainy days, the beginning and end of Sabbath are known by these.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
