(01/09/2018) What Do Christians Expect?

A Depiction of the Battle of Armageddon

Today, reply is on the divine response to attacks against the New Jerusalem, and possibilities for warfare on earth against GOD.  From the Fall of Adam, all in Creation have been warned not to presume on divine law and the character of our Maker.  It is the need for a total elimination of sin that guarantees GOD will eventually make a full demonstration of his wrath against sin that is also an inseparable aspect of divine personhood.  Even so, the judgment and full process of GOD against sin is to be seen and understood as a sacred instrument for the further revelation of divine righteousness.  Like eternal life, the final judgment is an ongoing sacred process that begins while believers are still on the earth.  In place of the divine use of coercion, threats, and violence, the living are allowed to acquire sacred knowledge; accomplish rebirth, gradual growth, discovery, and becoming mature; continue preparing for the things we are commanded to expect (we say, hope for); display faith and obey eternal law; endure hardship, and triumph despite suffering;  join to the oneness without sameness that exists among the three persons of the GODhead (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit); observe sacred practices (e.g., baptism, prayer, marriage, worship); shape their own lifestyle and daily routines to demonstrate godliness; and respond to operations of the Holy Spirit that result in permanent change.  The complete range of life events had by every created being and living creature will be impartially and thoroughly examined to identify their fullness of divine spirit content from the makeup of GOD.  As part of the mercy shown in judgment, sinners will be restored to life in resurrection so they may appear before divinity and answer charges brought against themselves during the tribunals.  Along with such aspects as commitment, consistency, repentance, respect, stability, and unselfishness, ones attitudes, behavior, and conduct will be the indicators that will determine their compatibility, fitness, and readiness to reside in the coming holy city (New Jerusalem) as the new creation and eternal companions of Deity.  Mortality and death will be ended for those belonging to Jesus Christ through acceptance of his atonement.  The immortal, incorruptible saints also will be judged for the granting of rewards.  Only those who have persisted in defiance, iniquity, rebellion, and wickedness will be destroyed in the second death.  A fighter in the “Yahoo! Christians Do you expect all of Earth to just sit and wait and let god kill us all off on judgement day and judge us?
You seriously think the entire Earth will just resign to their fate during the apocalypse and let God kill us all off and judge us and let him have his way
No it’s going to be an all out war between us on Earth humans hell and heaven
Human vs Angel vs Demon all of gods creations against each other
Fighting for survival
The angels will be on gods side but I’m sure some will rebel too
I doubt they had guns bombs and nukes and types of military weapon arms we have now during the 1st war in heaven
Long ago
We humans and the demons share a common enemy
If we unite and join forces between Earth and Hell
If humans and demon fight together with some fallen angels
We might be able to stand a chance against Heaven
And can beat God and his angels and Jesus and prevent judgement day
I have read the entire bible every verse I know the truth and I know who and what type of being God really is if you really think he’s a loving Heavenly Father then think again and read the entire bible from Ot to the book of revelations
If a human can find Eden eat the tree of life after having eaten tree of knowledge fruit they may have powers equal to God himself
He made only humans in his image after all so it stands to reason
That a human can become God himself if the right conditions are met

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul:  the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.  The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart:  the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.  The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever:  the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.  More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold:  sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.  Moreover by them is thy servant warned:  and in keeping of them there is great reward.  Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.  Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me:  then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.  Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.  (Psalms 19:  7-14, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  A Lawless, Violent GOD? (11/16/2017); Choice, Duty, and Obligation? (11/17/2016); Material Things in Heaven? (11/10/2016); Where Will Believers Go? (10/26/2016); Presumption, Pride and Sin? (11/24/2015); We Are Still Sinning? (11/30/2013); Like a Thief? (12/01/2013)

“Jen”, on the basis of what you state with your question, you seem to be doing a work of Satanic exhortation and recruiting.  While it is true that the war begun in heaven will be finished upon the earth, the fullness of divinity (the GODhead) can not be provoked and tempted (i.e., challenged; tested) as with created beings and living creatures.  The cosmic power of GOD that has put forth all existence and the universe also may unleash a storm of judgment and fury against sin on the scale that combines every hailstorm, lightning strike, torrential rain, and wildfire that have ever blown and raged on the earth.  Even so, Christians expect the fulfillment of things proclaimed, promised, and prophesied in the Bible.  For this reason, developing believers are continuing to mature and become ripe for harvest by Jesus Christ (we also say, the Advent, his appearing, the Second Coming) without fear of being overcome by the Wicked One.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible that separates the followers of Jesus from deceit, delusion, and spiritual confusion:
(1.)  Revelation 16:  5-11, King James Version (KJV):  5 And I heard the angel of the waters say, Thou art righteous, O Lord, which art, and wast, and shalt be, because thou hast judged thus.  6 For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and thou hast given them blood to drink; for they are worthy.  7 And I heard another out of the altar say, Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are thy judgments.  8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire.  9 And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues:  and they repented not to give him glory.  10 And the fifth angel poured out his vial upon the seat of the beast; and his kingdom was full of darkness; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,  11 And blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repented not of their deeds.
(2.)  Revelation 19:  11-16, KJV:  11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.  12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.  13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood:  and his name is called The Word of God.  14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.  15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations:  and he shall rule them with a rod of iron:  and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.  16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
(3.)  Revelation 20:  6-10, KJV:  6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection:  on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.  7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,  8 And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog, and Magog, to gather them together to battle:  the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.  9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city:  and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.  10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.
There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
