(12/09/2016) The Mother of GOD?

The Icon from Lithuania known as Our Lady of Ostra Brama, Our Lady of the Dawn, Blessed Virgin Mary, Icon of the Mother of GOD, and
Icon of the Holy Mother of Mercy

Titles granted to Mary as the Mother of Jesus are in view, today.  In the holy writings, the law of Moses declares the tribes of Jacob sharing covenant with Jehovah to be the children of GOD.  As a descendant of King David, who in prayer acknowledged GOD as his Father, Jesus appeared on the earth as the Son of David, the Son of Adam, the Son of the Highest, the Firstborn Heir, and Son of GOD.  The Savior’s mortal mother compared to Jochabed, the mother of Moses, whose faith had to be so great she could endure putting her child into a homemade basket, and sacrificing him upon the River Nile as if it were an altar of incense that could lift her prayers—and her baby who later would be used in the divine work of deliverance—up to the heart of GOD.  On the one hand, then, it is no less than a common sense use of language to say that the mother of Jesus is also the “Mother of the Son of GOD.”  On the other hand, to acknowledge, respect, and show reverence to the Savior’s mother is a reasonable act of devotion and respect to her Son.  The fighter at “Yahoo! How could Mary (a created vessel) be the mother of GOD?
Was she before GOD so she could be HIS mother?
Was GOD born that he should die?
Was the Christ used of GOD to allow sanctification so as believers in this HOLY sacrifice can be returned to GOD? Mary worship by catholicism is based upon this belief that Mary is the mother of God and therefore the Queen of Heaven.
was Isaac Abraham?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And when the days of her purification according to the law of Moses were accomplished, they brought him to Jerusalem, to present him to the Lord;  (As it is written in the law of the Lord, Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord;)  And to offer a sacrifice according to that which is said in the law of the Lord, A pair of turtledoves, or two young pigeons.  And, behold, there was a man in Jerusalem, whose name was Simeon; and the same man was just and devout, waiting for the consolation of Israel:  and the Holy Ghost was upon him.  And it was revealed unto him by the Holy Ghost, that he should not see death, before he had seen the Lord’s Christ.  And he came by the Spirit into the temple:  and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for him after the custom of the law,  Then took he him up in his arms, and blessed God, and said,  Lord, now lettest thou thy servant depart in peace, according to thy word:  For mine eyes have seen thy salvation,  Which thou hast prepared before the face of all people;  A light to lighten the Gentiles, and the glory of thy people Israel.  And Joseph and his mother marvelled at those things which were spoken of him.  And Simeon blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a sign which shall be spoken against;  (Yea, a sword shall pierce through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be revealed.  (Luke 2:  22-35, King James Version, KJV)

“Comandjii”, those who by choice are members in the household of GOD through faith in Jesus Christ accept that multiple streams of sacred knowledge must come together for sinners to have a complete understanding of divinity using flesh and blood, and appearing on the earth as Jesus of Nazareth (we say, Incarnation).  More than this, to correctly recognize and respond to spirit content in sacred and secular events, instructions, oneself, other persons, prophecy, Scriptures, etc., believers must direct and apply their own spirit content imparted from the makeup of GOD through the divine operations of rebirth.  Included are such inseparable aspects of the Creator as faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, wisdom, and wrath against sin.
There are many basic points of belief that must be in place.  For example, (1) GOD is a spirit who is not limited to the boundaries established for the duration and existence of carnal, material, and social objects; (2) Deity may use, yet, can not be restricted by the frameworks of time and space; and (3) the authority, knowledge, ownership of all, power, and sovereign rule of divinity make it that things impossible for created beings and living creatures are not impossible for GOD.
The holy writings teach that Jonah was thrown overboard during a storm at sea, and swallowed up by a “great fish” that had been prepared by GOD to receive him.  The period of the preparation does not matter (how many years, days, hours, etc.), and details of what was done in preparation are irrelevant.  What is central is that, by the operations of GOD through the same Spirit that formed heaven and earth, Jonah as a figure of every self-willed believer was placed in a setting to challenge his faith to the uttermost, even as the grave and the valley of the shadow of death.  Mary, her mother, her father, and even the Jewish people all were prepared for the divine events that resulted in the birth of Jesus Christ.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, beyond her condition as blameless and pure (i.e., forgiven and separated from all sin), believers are to focus upon the character and makeup of Mary as one who is humble, tenderhearted, yet, exalted by the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, for she has overcome sufferings through commitment, devotion, faith, and love.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
