(10/24/2016) Eternal Life From GOD

Today, life is described as a set of sacred operations within things that exist; also mortality, eternal life, and purpose are considered.  Human awareness of death has been provided by divinity to make clear the importance of obedience to divine law (called “the expressed will of GOD”).  Eve (the wife to the first man, Adam) was deceived by a serpent in the Garden of Eden, believed she could taste the forbidden fruit, and that—contrary to the word of GOD—she would not die.  The pair had to be taught that the consequences for disobedience, forgetting GOD, and distrust of his grace and mercy can not be erased by mere apologizing with words.  Because of their transgressions, all their offspring would be born and live upon the earth having a readiness to yield to sin and other influences that are not from GOD.  For this and other reasons, Jesus Christ dying upon the cross has been given to mankind as part of the full sacred knowledge that allows the living to communicate with divinity through praise, prayer, service, suffering, and worship.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Yola” (Level 1 with 238 points, a member since September 15, 2016) posted the following:
I can't believe I'm going to die?
Every day I'm getting older, getting a little more grey hair. What will I have to show for my life? Nothing. I've done nothing worthwhile. I'm the useless servant. I'm headed for hell, eternal death. I know that's what's my fate. Why do people know they are going to die? Do animals know that they are going to die?
THE GOLDEN ARROW:  If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater:  for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.  He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself:  he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.  And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.  He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.  These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.  (1st John 5:  9-13, King James Version, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  More Than Food and Drink? (04/12/2016); Life Is In Blood (12/08/2015); Eternal Life Not Afterlife? (08/11/2015); Meanings That Support Eternal Existence? (06/02/2015); What Is Life? (02/06/2015); Animals Do Not Sin? (09/29/2013); GOD is Acknowledging (09/30/2013)
“Yola”, for many mature Christian believers life is a peculiar set of sacred operations that appear within selected objects and things having existence.  (Every material thing that exists is not alive, and every living thing is not sanctified (set apart by its spirit content) for service to GOD.)  Like the frameworks of time and space, consciousness of duration and mortality influence volition, outcomes, and the quality of life.  Among the aspects of life are awareness; coherence, definition, independence and integrity along with decline, gradual change, and instability; consciousness of the Creator; continuous relationships through communication, exchange, interaction, and sharing of resources; separation, conflict and self-will.  All created beings and living creatures contain substance imparted from the makeup of Deity (we say, breath, life essence, spirit, word, utterance).  Sin has not been created by GOD, and the will of GOD is not subject to sin; yet, sin may dominate awareness and self-will in the living.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Creator, and all Creation.  Sin also generates and promotes the return to chaos, nonexistence, and preexistence.  Through the ministry of Jesus Christ, sinners now may receive fresh deposits of the same Spirit that was within the Savior while he appeared upon the earth.  Believers experience permanent changes of their character, nature, and substance (we say, are born again), and are to gradually acquire sacred knowledge, fellowship with other believers, maintain sacred practices (we say, sacraments), and mature by going through life experience upon the earth (we say, “grow up” again; become ripe for harvest).  Believers are commanded to assist in, cooperate with, and serve for the accomplishment of specific eternal purposes of GOD.  Also, all are commanded to “hope” (i.e., expect fulfillment of every divine proclamation, promise, and prophecy) including those regarding destruction of sin, resurrection from death for judgment, rewards for service while alive upon the earth, escaping the second death, and becoming immortal and incorruptible companions to GOD.  Believers begin a new, eternal life now, while still in the flesh upon the earth through Christ that includes displaying new attitudes, desires, understandings, and values.  Believers will have within themselves such  inseparable aspects of divinity as faith, holiness, longsuffering, love, wisdom, and wrath against sin.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, 1st John 2:  24-25, King James Version (KJV):  24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.  25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
