(06/28/2020) The Outcomes Of Judgment

Today, reply is on the practice of judgment among Christian believers and acknowledging the already revealed outcomes of divine judgment. Forgiveness is a gift of grace, not an outcome of judgment. Final judgment by divinity results in either eternal life or the second death. Even so, the work of Creation is guided and fulfilled through judgment, and the word of GOD continually operates as a tool for assessments and valuations. Christians are to receive the resurrection life bestowed upon Jesus Christ, and are to conduct themselves as those in the final stages of divine judgment. Properly understood, the benefits and privileges of judgment include admonition, correction, guidance in decision-making, the resolution of conflict, and the settlement of disputes by applying the conditions and sanctions declared within the law. Such judgment is not a sudden, unforeseen condemnation where the meaning and value for ones accountability, authority, merit, and presence are cut off and permanently denied. It is written: 1st Corinthians 11: 31-32, King James Version (KJV): 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

God commands us to not judge others. Only God is the Judge. Christians, how will God punish you for being so judgemental towards atheists?
Updated 1 hour ago: I am a Christian.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4: 12, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Law And The Prophets (06/10/2020); Forgiveness A Sacred Practice (05/28/2020); Judge Not The Appearance (01/12/2020); The Perfection Of Divinity (09/17/2019); Atheists And The Word? Anonymous”, many of the outcomes, principals, and processes for divine judgment have already been made known to mankind and established through the revelation of Jesus Christ. While Christian believers are commanded to avoid practicing judgment against one another and those outside of the body, it remains that day-to-day fellowship and walking with Christ entails making fruitful choices, practicing discernment, responding to fixed and unchanging sacred standards, and acknowledging the final judgments against sin that have already been proclaimed and published by divinity. The tribunals of GOD are to display divine justification, and are not intended to give opportunity for those appearing to offer explanations, or justify themselves. As an aspect of eternal purpose proclaimed through the law and the prophets, judgment is not a one-time event; and judgment speaks to righteousness by the law through both its letter and its spirit. Therefore, judgment addresses transgression of divine law; also judgment examines whether operations of imparted spirit substance that have resided within created beings and living creatures have correctly resembled, reflected, and revealed the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Without being clairvoyant or enabled to read other peoples thoughts, and without being able to foretell the future, Christians are to recognize the patterns that others willingly display that express their heartfelt convictions, and expose their likely choices (ABCDEFG, xyz is coming). Judgment of the righteous dead and those alive on the earth who belong to Christ will be completed before they are perfected in the first resurrection. The Great White Throne judgment requires that a second resurrection must occur for the wicked dead and those that were not harvested in the first resurrection. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Isaiah 57: 15, King James Version (KJV): 15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

(2.) 2nd Timothy 3: 1-5, KJV: 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

(3.) 2nd Corinthians 6: 14-18, KJV: 14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

(4.) Malachi 3: 16-18, KJV: 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G8dZTWwvmU.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(05/10/2020) Jesus and the Moneylenders

Matthew 21: 12, King James Version (KJV): 12 And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves,

Today, reply is on the account of Jesus using physical violence against the moneylenders within the courtyard at the Temple in Jerusalem. Like the Tabernacle of Moses, the Temple was to be a visible place of the unseen GODs continual presence with Israel. The sanctuary and other devoted places that are aspects of the church created by Jesus Christ are now also acknowledged as houses of GOD, and places of his appearing in Spirit. The holy writings show that, without correction from divinity, many will not realize that they are endowed with blessing and material prosperity from the Creator. GOD does supply evangelists, priests, prophets, rulers, and other of his servants with all they need (food, shelter, water, etc.) for accomplishing the sacred tasks they are assigned and trained to complete. Yet, the word of GOD, the divine process and substance we receive are not to be used as merchandise or personal property that we may dispose of as we please. Believers are equipped with divine gifts so they may resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Most Christian parents prefer to provide experiences of affection, gentleness, and tenderness to their children, and many are reluctant to accept that there also must be displays of commitment, firmness, and sternness against wrongdoing. Scolding and spanking will not make a child (or an adult person) permanently change to behave as a reliable and trustworthy daughter or son of GOD who is a sanctified believer; even so, as a member of the household of GOD, receiving in ones own flesh the consequences of their own errors and unwillingness to change may provide correction and otherwise unavailable warning regarding the consequences of judgment to come. It is written: Revelation 3: 15-19, King James Version (KJV): 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye-salve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

Jesus hurt those money lenders really badly when He brutally whipped them. Why is Jesus THAT hurtful?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And the Jews passover was at hand, and Jesus went up to Jerusalem. And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers money, and overthrew the tables; And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Fathers house an house of merchandise. And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up. Then answered the Jews and said unto him, What sign shewest thou unto us, seeing that thou doest these things? Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up. Then said the Jews, Forty and six years was this temple in building, and wilt thou rear it up in three days? But he spake of the temple of his body. When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this unto them; and they believed the scripture, and the word which Jesus had said. (John 2: 13-22, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Lost For 40 Years? (09/17/2018); Divine Anger at Harvest? (05/26/2019); The Presence of GOD (04/02/2019); Jesus Rebuked The Moneychangers? (05/16/2018); Punishment To Show Love? (11/29/2015); Money-changers in The Temple? (06/23/2013); Believers and the Cross (06/24/2013)

Anonymous”, a parent may scold or spank a child, yet, does not disown their own offspring. Similarly, the process of GOD for sinners who repent is one of change, correction, and challenge. Jesus addressed all the money-changers as partners in a consecrated covenant with divinity, who had agreed when called upon to accept correction from GOD, and to acknowledge the wrath of GOD against their nation, their own sins, and the sins of their fathers. Just as children who lack adult intellect and logic cannot justify and reason out all their behavior and conduct to their own parents, and often must be trained using graphic, memorable, and physical experience that reveal the displeasure of their caretakers, those in covenant with GOD, as babes, also may require challenges and rebuke for betrayal, disobedience, disrespect, and irreverence. The spiritual instruction that comes to us in the account of Jesus driving the money-changers away from the Temple in Jerusalem proclaims that correct covenant relationship with divinity is one that includes benefits, inheritance and privileges to mankind, yet also requires integrity, sacred service, and continual acknowledgment of the holiness of GOD by all who are in the covenant relationship. In effect, the money-changers created a marketplace on holy ground where there was the buying and selling of livestock for sacrifices to travelers who would come to worship, and the exchange of local currency for letters of credit and cash from other areas (e.g., coins, salt, silver, gold). The Temple community could influence and defile the entire nation, and was made up of more than the High Priest, the Sanhedrin Court of 70, the Levites, or the scribes and lawyers who argued cases using the sacred law. Beggars, lepers seeking to be certified by the priests, those in lives of devotion to GOD (e.g., Simon and Anna, the prophets who first acknowledged Jesus as the fulfillment of divine promise), those seeking to make special offerings and petitions, pilgrims, and those seeking power through self-promotion frequented the Temple. To the extent the Temple continued worldly customs and traditions that the people thought were divinely approved, the Temple was a source of great error. Sacred law required that the heads of households and the primary heir from every family must assemble during specific annual feasts and festivals. This was a divinely given method to transform Israel from being a collection of tribes into a united people. Secular concerns such as politics, regional government, celebrations of sacred events (we say, miracles), and social welfare were not to be their agenda. Rather, focus was to be on fellowship with divinity. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Jeremiah 5: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 Run ye to and fro through the streets of Jerusalem, and see now, and know, and seek in the broad places thereof, if ye can find a man, if there be any that executeth judgment, that seeketh the truth; and I will pardon it. 2 And though they say, The LORD liveth; surely they swear falsely. 3 O LORD, are not thine eyes upon the truth? thou hast stricken them, but they have not grieved; thou hast consumed them, but they have refused to receive correction: they have made their faces harder than a rock; they have refused to return. 4 Therefore I said, Surely these are poor; they are foolish: for they know not the way of the LORD, nor the judgment of their God. 5 I will get me unto the great men, and will speak unto them; for they have known the way of the LORD, and the judgment of their God: but these have altogether broken the yoke, and burst the bonds.

(2.) Jeremiah 10: 23-25, KJV: 23 O LORD, I know that the way of man is not in himself: it is not in man that walketh to direct his steps. 24 O LORD, correct me, but with judgment; not in thine anger, lest thou bring me to nothing. 25 Pour out thy fury upon the heathen that know thee not, and upon the families that call not on thy name: for they have eaten up Jacob, and devoured him, and consumed him, and have made his habitation desolate.

(3.) Hebrews 12: 3-8, KJV: 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. 5 And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons.

(4.) 1st Peter 4: 12-18, KJV: 12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: 13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ's sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. 14 If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. 15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other mens matters. 16 Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? 18 And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear?

(04/21/2020) Testing That Nourishes Growth

Today, reply is on the process and substance of testing, temptation, and trials that mankind undergoes from divinity.   From Wuhan, China to New York City, America covid-19 death tolls are being published, without totals for those who have recovered. There have been multiple cases of recuperation from covid-19, yet, not a single successful treatment regimen appears to have been properly documented! In the same way discussion of testing for covid-19 continues in the United States to be a distraction to publishing the details for successful treatment of the disease, many confuse challenges that regularly accompany life experience on the earth with punitive interventions by the Creator to declare divine dominion over mankind. Among mature Christian believers, testing by GOD is understood as providing correction rather than punishment, and pertains to GOD completing sacred operations that establish immortality, eternal life, sanctification, and the expression of immutable permanence. Discourse properly centers on the outcomes of Creation, judgment, prophecy, redemption, sacred law, salvation, solemn promise, resurrection life, and the second death. It is written: Revelation 3: 10-13, King James Version (KJV): 10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

If millions of people catching a terrible disease is another test from our loving and benevolent God then is dying from it a pass or a fail?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: The Lord knoweth how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished: (2nd Peter 2: 9, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Challenge of Covid-19 (03/22/2020); Jacob Wrestled With GOD? (09/26/2018); Testing and Divine Process (06/12/2017); Temptations, Tests and Trials? Anonymous”, the Creator has continuing contact and exchange with mankind on the earth by appearing as spirit process and substance within human awareness and self-will (willpower). The testing that Christians undergo are stages in their cleansing, development and spiritual growth along with levels and phases in their becoming mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his coming. Divine testing is not opposition to entice, manipulate, or seduce someone to do evil. Your idea seems to be that GOD is administering challenges, temptations, tests and trials to the living as though they are students in a classroom where their knowledge and skills must be assessed and rated, and their achievement of grade-level standards must be determined and acknowledged. More correctly, sinners must undergo permanent change within covenant relationship through operations of divinity that include acquiring sacred knowledge rather than academic or secular knowledge; receiving fresh endowments of life essence (breath; spirit; utterance; word) imparted from the makeup of GOD; and becoming altered by multiple interactions among the inseparable aspects of divine fullness such as balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Rather than a focus on material objects and social behaviors, testing and transformation by GOD are through discovery, gradual growth, practice, and study of things sacred as well as by passing through divinely generated events and operations that call forth, display, and extend ones own spirit content. Thus, developing believers are to embody accountability, commitment, discernment, forbearance, forgiveness, gratitude, praise, prophecy (comfort, edification, exhortation), purpose, reconciliation, unselfish service, and suffering. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Zechariah 13: 7-9, King James Version (KJV): 7 Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow, saith the LORD of hosts: smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered: and I will turn mine hand upon the little ones. 8 And it shall come to pass, that in all the land, saith the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off and die; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God.

(2.) 1st Corinthians 3: 11-15, KJV: 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every mans work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every mans work of what sort it is. 14 If any mans work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any mans work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.

(3.) James 1: 13-15, KJV: 13 Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man: 14 But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed. 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

(03/03/2020) The Will Of GOD

A depiction of Isaac the heir of Abraham with his wife and sons. Isaac loved Esau, the hunter, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob.

Today, reply is on events in the lives of Esau and Jacob as having been in accordance with unseen divine operations, rather than the operations of sin. There are multiple conflicts and differences represented in the figures of Isaac, Rebekah, and their twin boys. Included are the inheritance for nomads could not include houses, land, and real estate; populations existed as tribes, not nations; faith was acknowledged and expressed differently within the households of Abraham and of Laban. Other considerations were the transition to aggressive hunting cultures from those that promote farming and the pastoral keeping of livestock; the divine practice of bestowing both blessing and curses during a single event; covetousness and the use of deceit to acquire and keep a bequest/blessing given by a family member. Events in the life of Esau and Jacob reach across time and space having been grounded in the promises of GOD to Adam and to Abraham. It was only after Jacob was given the blessing from Isaac that Jacob received a vision of angels ascending and descending from GOD. It is written: Genesis 27: 41-45, King James Version (KJV): 41 And Esau hated Jacob because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him: and Esau said in his heart, The days of mourning for my father are at hand; then will I slay my brother Jacob. 42 And these words of Esau her elder son were told to Rebekah: and she sent and called Jacob her younger son, and said unto him, Behold, thy brother Esau, as touching thee, doth comfort himself, purposing to kill thee. 43 Now therefore, my son, obey my voice; arise, flee thou to Laban my brother to Haran; 44 And tarry with him a few days, until thy brothers fury turn away; 45 Until thy brothers anger turn away from thee, and he forget that which thou hast done to him: then I will send, and fetch thee from thence: why should I be deprived also of you both in one day? A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data shared) posted the following:

Why didnt God punish Jacob for decieving his father and seeking his blessing?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And it came to pass, as soon as Isaac had made an end of blessing Jacob, and Jacob was yet scarce gone out from the presence of Isaac his father, that Esau his brother came in from his hunting. And he also had made savoury meat, and brought it unto his father, and said unto his father, Let my father arise, and eat of his sons venison, that thy soul may bless me. And Isaac his father said unto him, Who art thou? And he said, I am thy son, thy firstborn Esau. And Isaac trembled very exceedingly, and said, Who? where is he that hath taken venison, and brought it me, and I have eaten of all before thou camest, and have blessed him? yea, and he shall be blessed. And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father. And he said, Thy brother came with subtilty, and hath taken away thy blessing. And he said, Is not he rightly named Jacob? for he hath supplanted me these two times: he took away my birthright; and, behold, now he hath taken away my blessing. And he said, Hast thou not reserved a blessing for me? And Isaac answered and said unto Esau, Behold, I have made him thy lord, and all his brethren have I given to him for servants; and with corn and wine have I sustained him: and what shall I do now unto thee, my son? And Esau said unto his father, Hast thou but one blessing, my father? bless me, even me also, O my father. And Esau lifted up his voice, and wept. (Genesis 27: 30-38, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Irrevocable Gifts and Callings? (12/29/2019); Jacob Wrestled With GOD? (09/26/2018); A Second Sacred Pair (06/29/2018); Inheritance Must Become Commitment (05/15/2017); The Heir To Abraham (10/23/2016); Blessing and Inheritance from Abraham? (06/05/2014); On Christians Executing Judgment (06/06/2014)

Anonymous”, the accounts regarding Esau and Jacob do not speak of quarrels about birthright, sibling rivalry and inheritance, nor are they intended to praise the twins as individuals, or report their human achievements and merit. These things detail prophetic demonstrations that pertain to the outworking of divine grace, sacred promises, redemption, and salvation; and are only through the operations of divine will, not the will of mankind. Thus, for Christians, the accounts of Esau and Jacob give a picture of GOD continuing eternal purpose, determining the inheritance of the priesthood that was granted to Adam and to Abraham, exercising divine prerogative, and fulfilling sacred sovereignty. Rather than condemnation by GOD, the focus of sacred knowledge and the major themes in Christian life are to be the display and revelation by GOD of the character and makeup of divinity. Otherwise unknown and unseen features of divine fullness should appear including forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, love, mercy in judgment for those who are sinners, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin as well as unchanging commitment. The Creator has bestowed multiple gifts on Creation that make possible agreement and understanding between immortal, incorruptible, invisible GOD and finite mankind. Many realize their need, and begin their relationships with divinity by turning away from sin and focusing on repentance. In error, they may continue inviting and listening to critics and those who stir feelings of guilt, self-condemnation, inadequacy, and spiritual confusion, rather than the things of new life. Believers are to embrace discovery, gradual growth, learning, study, unselfish service, and suffering. Developing Christian believers are not to continue as members within the church having guilt, punishment, and shame for sin as their primary concerns. Correctly understood, those “born again” are to remain on the earth, and become mature (we also say, grow up again; become ripe) for harvest by Jesus Christ at his appearing. As those containing a fresh endowment of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of GOD, developing Christians are to exist on the earth as the children of GOD, joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, and the new creation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.) Genesis 25: 19-24, King James Version (KJV): 19 And these are the generations of Isaac, Abrahams son: Abraham begat Isaac: 20 And Isaac was forty years old when he took Rebekah to wife, the daughter of Bethuel the Syrian of Padanaram, the sister to Laban the Syrian. 21 And Isaac intreated the LORD for his wife, because she was barren: and the LORD was intreated of him, and Rebekah his wife conceived. 22 And the children struggled together within her; and she said, If it be so, why am I thus? And she went to enquire of the LORD. 23 And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger. 24 And when her days to be delivered were fulfilled, behold, there were twins in her womb.

(2.) Genesis 25: 27-34, KJV: 27 And the boys grew: and Esau was a cunning hunter, a man of the field; and Jacob was a plain man, dwelling in tents. 28 And Isaac loved Esau, because he did eat of his venison: but Rebekah loved Jacob. 29 And Jacob sod pottage: and Esau came from the field, and he was faint: 30 And Esau said to Jacob, Feed me, I pray thee, with that same red pottage; for I am faint: therefore was his name called Edom. 31 And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. 32 And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? 33 And Jacob said, Swear to me this day; and he sware unto him: and he sold his birthright unto Jacob. 34 Then Jacob gave Esau bread and pottage of lentiles; and he did eat and drink, and rose up, and went his way: thus Esau despised his birthright.

(3.) Romans 9: 7-16, KJV: 7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called. 8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed. 9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son. 10 And not only this; but when Rebecca also had conceived by one, even by our father Isaac; 11 (For the children being not yet born, neither having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works, but of him that calleth;) 12 It was said unto her, The elder shall serve the younger. 13 As it is written, Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated. 14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. 15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. 16 So then it is not of him that willeth, nor of him that runneth, but of God that sheweth mercy.

(02/16/2020) Mankind A Divine Instrument

Today, reply is on GODs use of mankind to perform the sanctions against sin that are proclaimed through divine law. GOD promised Abraham that, following a sojourn among the Egyptians, the Patriarchs descendants would someday occupy Canaan. The seven tribes that first occupied Canaan were to be totally destroyed because of their betrayal, rebellion, and sin. The Amalekites also were among the tribes that opposed the occupation of Canaan by those who left Egypt under Moses to become the new covenant partners with GOD. In the judgment of GOD, evil and wickedness are not determined by gender; and the wickedness of children and females can be as great and greater than that of adult males. As the instrument of GOD, men are not only appointed officers of the divine court to carry out judgment on the earth (i.e., executioners), mankind is also the expression of consecrated balance, comfort, grace, impartial justice, mercy, and righteousness. It is written: Romans 13: 1-4, King James Version (KJV): 1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data shown) posted the following:

Why did God command humans to wipe out the Amalekites, rather than just do it himself?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And Saul came to a city of Amalek, and laid wait in the valley. And Saul said unto the Kenites, Go, depart, get you down from among the Amalekites, lest I destroy you with them: for ye shewed kindness to all the children of Israel, when they came up out of Egypt. So the Kenites departed from among the Amalekites. And Saul smote the Amalekites from Havilah until thou comest to Shur, that is over against Egypt. (1st Samuel 15: 5-7, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Godliness Characterizes Authentic Humanity (02/06/2020); Accountable for Spreading Disbelief (02/02/2020); Judge Not The Appearance (01/12/2020); Do Not Spare Them? (12/15/2019); A Death Penalty Necessary? (11/27/2019); The Sovereignty Of GOD (11/24/2019); Eternal Judgment With Mercy (11/19/2019); Judgment Against The Canaanites (08/01/2018)

Anonymous”, mankind is not merely a divine creation to populate and serve as a caretaker for the earth. Mankind is to exist as a divine instrument and sacred tool that makes otherwise immortal, incorruptible, unseen divinity known, “visible”, and approachable. Mankind displays the image of GOD, and is to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Through humanity there are expressions of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) that include sacred dominion, active presence, divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. The divine order and sacred law required for balance and stability of the universe must be acknowledged, carried out, and observed by mankind. The work of eliminating the operations of sin can not be accomplished through the finite tools of mankind such as intellect, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, science, and self-will (human willpower). The operations of GOD must appear that include atonement, correction, death, forgiveness, judgment, mercy, rebirth, resurrection, and the second death. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Psalms 115: 15-17, King James Version (KJV): 15 Ye are blessed of the LORD which made heaven and earth. 16 The heaven, even the heavens, are the LORDs: but the earth hath he given to the children of men. 17 The dead praise not the LORD, neither any that go down into silence.

(2.) Lamentations 3: 39-45, KJV: 39 Wherefore doth a living man complain, a man for the punishment of his sins? 40 Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD. 41 Let us lift up our heart with our hands unto God in the heavens. 42 We have transgressed and have rebelled: thou hast not pardoned. 43 Thou hast covered with anger, and persecuted us: thou hast slain, thou hast not pitied. 44 Thou hast covered thyself with a cloud, that our prayer should not pass through. 45 Thou hast made us as the offscouring and refuse in the midst of the people.

(3.) Ezekiel 16: 49-50, KJV: 49 Behold, this was the iniquity of thy sister Sodom, pride, fulness of bread, and abundance of idleness was in her and in her daughters, neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy. 50 And they were haughty, and committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good.

(4.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ-iXt14nrg.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/08/2020) The Use of Sharpness?

Today, reply is on the correctness of calling for Pope Francis I to relinquish the crown and throne following the response he made to a woman who grabbed his hand and would not release it as he was acknowledging those among a crowd of believers. Approaching those in roles of accountability and leadership with attitudes and behavior that are overly aggressive, too familiar, and flat-out rude is correctly labeled as “presumption” and “rebellion”. It is not a matter of dispute that the church of Jesus Christ displays delegation of authority; the gradual increase of instruction and intimacy with strangers; multiple levels of sacred knowledge, maturity, and skill among believers; division of labor; hierarchy; and oneness without sameness. Along with balance and discernment, sharpness, sobriety, and wrath against sin will continue to be essential tools within the church. Sharpness pertains to edification and prophecy, not intimidation, verbal abuse, and violence. Even so, within the community of believers in Christ there is never to be a “rush to judgment;” nor is there to be any welcome to accusations, “bad mouth,” cheap talk, gossip, and rumors against either clergy or lay members. It is written: 1st Timothy 5: 17-22, King James Version (KJV): 17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward. 19 Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. 20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality. 22 Lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other mens sins: keep thyself pure. Also: Titus 2: 11-15, KJV: 11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; 14 Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. 15 These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

Christians. What do you think of pope smack lady hand & now they want him to step down?
Are you sad 😢. If cato or rufus run for pope i vote for them

THE GOLDEN ARROW: A foolish woman is clamorous: she is simple, and knoweth nothing. For she sitteth at the door of her house, on a seat in the high places of the city, To call passengers who go right on their ways: (Proverbs 9: 13-15, KJVJ)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Kings, Popes, Priests, Prophets? (09/22/2019); Counsels On Shunning Sinners (05/03/2019); Make Me A Servant (04/08/2019); The Workings of Divinity? (01/15/2019); Discipline and Sacred Meekness (11/30/2018); Rebuked, And Not Baptized? (10/22/2015); (07/01/2015) Holiness

Anonymous”, many mature Christian believers acknowledge the correctness of the papal response made during a crowd scene where the Pope was forced to openly rebuke a woman who, in ignorance, presumed to grab and hold on to his hand. Properly understood, the Pope is not a celebrity or public figure; rather, he is a head of state, a living sacrifice, and a spokesperson who appears on the earth using flesh on behalf of divinity, who remains separate, immortal, invisible, and incorruptible. While the anointing, ordination, and sanctity of the Pope are displayed using things material and temporal, his sacred authority and dominion are not to be contested, defiled, or profaned. Also, the Pope is to be acknowledged as a primary elder and pastor for those who are members of a major portion of the church founded on the earth by Jesus Christ. As a caretaker and shepherd over a flock of GOD, the Pope must operate in accordance with divine prerogative; sacred law; imperatives and principles for exchange and interaction that serve as disciplines and regimens of office; eternal purpose; and the sovereign will of GOD. As one required to display the image of GOD, and who must resemble, reflect and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ, the Pope is more than simply another preacher or teacher. The Pope administers and maintains a priesthood on the earth fashioned after the pattern of things in heaven. The priesthood is a caretaker of sacred mysteries, is entrusted to continue sacred practices (e.g., baptism, intercessory prayer, worship), and is to be respected and reverenced as a lawful divine mechanism to continually offer the blood and body of Jesus in atoning sacrifice. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the prophesies and music ministry of The Heralds:

(1.) 2nd Corinthians 13: 3-11, King James Version (KJV): 3 Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you. 4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. 5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates? 6 But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates. 7 Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates. 8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth. 9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection. 10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction. 11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.

(2.) Proverbs 23: 12-14, KJV: 12 Apply thine heart unto instruction, and thine ears to the words of knowledge. 13 Withhold not correction from the child: for if thou beatest him with the rod, he shall not die. 14 Thou shalt beat him with the rod, and shalt deliver his soul from hell.

(3.) Proverbs 9: 6-10, KJV: 6 Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding. 7 He that reproveth a scorner getteth to himself shame: and he that rebuketh a wicked man getteth himself a blot. 8 Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate thee: rebuke a wise man, and he will love thee. 9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning. 10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

(4.) Hebrews 12: 3-9, KJV: 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

(5.) Romans 13: 3-5, KJV: 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. 5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

(11/15/2019) A Complete Divine Revelation

Today, reply is on the fullness of Christ, and the appearance of divine revelation as incomplete. For many Christian believers having faith is not a matter of knowing all the details of doctrine and teaching from the Bible; more important are having the correct expectation, hope, sharing of respect, and trust that GOD will provide forgiveness and mercy despite all our human shortcomings. Taken together, even fragments and a few things shared among Christian believers provide authentic witness pertaining to Jesus Christ, corroborate and support one another, are graphic and memorable, and can be discerned as containing righteousness, spirit content, and aspects of the divine nature. Jesus is alive and present through endowments from the Spirit of Truth now abiding in the earth as his representative. It is written: Colossians 1: 15-20, King James Version (KJV): 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. One of the many fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

The Bible says Jesus “did many other things” that werent recorded in scripture”. Does that mean Bible may not contain all of Jesus teaching?
John 21:25
There are also many other things that Jesus did, but if these were to be described individually, I do not think the whole world would contain the books that would be written.
Updated 35 mins ago:
Doesn’t that destroy “Bible alone”?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him: The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all. (Ephesians 1: 17-23, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Heaven Speaks Using Mankind (09/15/2019); The Sower Went Forth (08/19/2019); Where Be His Miracles? (05/07/2019); Judgment Perfects Divine Revelation (12/18/2018); The Word From GOD (12/11/2018); The Revelation of Grace (11/21/2018); The Mystery of GODhead (10/21/2018)

"Anonymous”, more than through the ancient Scriptures, the Salvation of GOD is to be in the life as an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ. The principle of “the Bible alone” speaks to the authority for complete and correct sacred knowledge being found with the library of sixty-six books provided by GOD, rather than the Apocrypha, secular documents and materials developed by historians, scholars, and other writers who may not be providing discussion under the direction of divinity. The process and substance of revelation must be understood as deriving from divine Spirit, and is accepted, endorsed, and promoted through the inseparable aspects that make up divine fullness. Included are balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Sinners who turn to God through Jesus Christ are not required to become all-knowing, yet, all who become born-again are expected to “grow up again” to be harvested from the earth by the Lord at his appearing (the Advent; the Rapture; the Second Coming). While living on the earth, developing and mature believers are to ripen for harvest through commitment, discovery, gradual growth, sacred practice, unselfish service, and suffering. In addition to divine law and sacred instruction, believers are provided with admonition, challenge, correction, judgment, rebuke, and sorrowing for sin. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Deuteronomy 29: 29, King James Version (KJV): 29 The secret things belong to the Lord our God but those things which are revealed belong to us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

(2.) Hebrews 12: 6-9, KJV: 6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. 7 If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? 8 But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. 9 Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live?

(3.) Philippians 3: 7-14, KJV: 7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. 12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_6yshfSakIs.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(08/16/2019) Spirit Using Human Form

Today, reply is on the sacred process and operations of Incarnation, where divinity appears using the form of human flesh. Christians acknowledge Jesus Christ as the Son of Man, the Son of GOD, and a divinity because of operations within their consciousness, desire, and living substance that are performed by GOD the Father and the Holy Spirit, not because of intellect, logic, persuasion and carnal reason. Jesus went beyond answering as a spokesperson from GOD: the Lord portrayed the Father; completed divine works; provided sacred counsel and guidance; and pronounced sacred judgments. So to speak, Christian believers endorse the truth that Jesus Christ has appeared in the earth realm as an offspring and embodiment of divine spirit substance (i.e., holy seed; sacred DNA). Incarnation has been used on the earth as a tool for divinity to continue the correction of Creation required because of sin. There must be salvation and a new creation produced through direct action and participation by divinity both on the earth and in heaven before the penalty of death that came upon Adam and Eve can be completely removed and satisfied. Along with openly bestowing forgiveness, fresh endowments of divine content may be imparted to mankind; the penalties for sin can be delayed; and there can be a period of grace marked by reconciliation between Creator and created. Even so, these provisions do not totally eliminate sin; and there are operations in the heaven that must be completed that include continuing eternal life that is already begun, judgment, resurrection, the end of mortality, and fulfilling the second death. We are reminded: 1st John 2: 21-25, King James Version (KJV): 21 I have not written unto you because ye know not the truth, but because ye know it, and that no lie is of the truth. 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shared) posted the following:

If Jesus prayed to his Father and said he can not do anything without the Father in heaven, How can he be God?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: No man hath seen God at any time, the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him. (John 1: 18, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: We Must Acknowledge Christ (08/08/2019); Jesus Had GODs Approval (06/06/2019); The Evidence Is Spirit (05/29/2019); The Presence of GOD (04/02/2019); Continuing and Refreshing Creation (04/01/2019); Christians Are Following Jesus (01/24/2019); On Seeing The Father (12/04/2018); GOD Has Come Down (10/09/2018); These Three Are One (10/03/2018)

Anonymous”, you already have the answer to your question, however, like all Christian believers, you now are in a process from divinity to discover and realize what has been given you already. Mature Christian believers acknowledge instruction and sacred teachings that declare divinity has appeared among mankind on the earth using human form as Jesus Christ, and, in addition to accomplishing a holy sacrifice for atonement and propitiation for the sins of mankind, has demonstrated the authentic human makeup, process and substance intended by the Creator. To truly grasp these points of truth, one must first be established in the truth that GOD is a spirit. Later is becomes clear that GOD has authority, dominion, influence, ownership, power, and sovereignty over all that exists. The possibilities, process, and substance of spirit are different from those for material objects and physical matter. Spirit may become concentrated, or spread out (we say, diffuse); and may become infused within, or become intermingled within the spaces that exist as parts of any full structure visible to men. Spirit is not bound or limited by the frameworks of time and space used by men. The active presence of divine spirit can exist in an ongoing manner within human awareness and consciousness. Even so, spirit remains invisible and untouchable to physical human senses (i.e., seeing, tasting).

Through deposits from the divine makeup, mankind is to contain fresh endowments of spirit content imparted from the divine fullness (we also say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Included are faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Man must receive sacred knowledge that allows humans to function in the earth, to enter into relationship with one another as well as to communicate, exchange, and interact with the Creator. While Christians acknowledge GOD as the origin for all existence and life essence (breath; spirit; word), Christians are not pantheists who believe that divinity exists within everything on earth (e.g., all animals, insects, people, plants, rocks, trees). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Deuteronomy 29: 29, King James Version (KJV): 29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

2. John 1: 1-5, KJV: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 3. Isaiah 55: 6-13, KJV: 6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
