(04/01/2016) Heirs of The Cross?

Today, focus is upon the cross, and divine inheritance for created beings and living creatures.  Heaven and earth have been created by Deity as spheres of life, however, the world has been created by mankind as a system for communication, exchange, and survival.  Whether or not Christian believers understand and can duplicate every sacred event (miracle) written in Scriptures, all are to acknowledge the accomplishments of Jesus Christ, and their own opportunities to become more like him.  Much of the existing spiritual confusion upon the earth results from necessary differences, and separation of the Creator from the created through operations of sin, and the world.  GOD, who is spirit, may not be known completely and correctly by examining only the character, nature, and substance of humankind.  An ongoing divine process for sacred disclosure and revelation is in place that is immediately apprehended and recognizable through Jesus Christ dying upon the cross, yet, goes beyond to things unseen such as the kingdom of heaven, final judgment, resurrection, and the second death.  Just as curses, debt, and slavery may be continued indefinitely through family, marriage, and other relationships grounded in sharing accountability, blessing, gifts, and privilege also are shown to be maintained over time as mandatory life challenges and preset conditions from GOD.  Consider the following Scriptures, and the presentation below:
Romans 6:  3-6, King James Version (KJV):  3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death?  4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death:  that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.  5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection:  6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Acts 26:  22-23, KJV:  22 Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:  23 That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
1st John 2:  15-17, KJV:  15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.  17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof:  but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Colossians 1:  12-20, KJV:  12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:  13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:  14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  18 And he is the head of the body, the church:  who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

Christians, why is sin something that can be past down as oppose to any other alternative?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For what portion of God is there from above? and what inheritance of the Almighty from on high?  Is not destruction to the wicked? and a strange punishment to the workers of iniquity?  Doth not he see my ways, and count all my steps?  If I have walked with vanity, or if my foot hath hasted to deceit;  Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.  If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;  Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.  (Job 31:  2-8, KJV)

“CowBlow”, divinity must be made known (we say, revealed) to created beings and living creatures by using finite processes of awareness and self-will to focus upon eternal and infinite Spirit.  We speak of sin as if we are talking about an aspect of carnal makeup, physical flesh, and material existence.  However, sin is no living thing, has not been put forth by the Creator, is contrary and foreign to life, and does not exist as a material object having measurable dimensions.  Sin opposes the continued existence of sacred law, the Law Giver, and all divine order established as the Creation.  Sin has direction, effect, and presence, may appear as an influence that dominates the living, yet, can not have power over divine will.  Exchanges, interactions, and operations are being carried out by Deity that are explained and made visible to mankind using such ideas as adoption to be children of GOD, atonement, covenant relationship, dynasty, grace, inheritance, promise, rebirth, and divine fulfillment of consecrated commitment to a numberless multitude through a simple remnant.  Therefore we speak in terms of fellowship, intimacy, and divine love.  In the same way disease, ignorance and poverty are continued from parent to child, and from generation to generation, access to divinity is to be understood as “passed on” in the form of set duties, specific expectations (we say, hope), tools, skills, and understandings.  Christian believers who count themselves heirs of the cross, and will read this today, also trust that, despite time and space, through operations of the Holy Spirit, blood and truth from the cross are flowing to here and now.  Consider how this appears using language from the Bible:
(1.)  Romans 8:  3-7, King James Version (KJV):  3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:  4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
(2.)  Romans 8:  13-17, KJV:  13 For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die:  but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.  14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.  15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.  16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:  17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
(3.)  Ephesians 1:  3-6, KJV:  3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:  4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:  5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,  6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
There is far more to be said, understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Galatians 4:  3-7, KJV:  3 Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world:  4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,  5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.  6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father.  7 Wherefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
