(05/28/2020) Forgiveness A Sacred Practice

Today, reply is on forgiveness as a response on behalf of divinity more than a response by sinners to one another in human displays of contrition, humility, and regret for bad conduct. Jesus affirmed “the law and the prophets,” yet, he could not extinguish the sin that gripped the High Priest and elders of Israel, the Sanhedrin court, Pontius Pilate representing the government of Rome and all mankind, or the betrayal by multitudes who gladly had received healing and miracles from his ministry. As a sacred practice, forgiveness does not eliminate sin; even so, forgiveness may operate on the earth within human consciousness and self-will to establish opportunities and possibilities for mankinds spiritual growth and transformation. Where guilt, shame, uncertainty, and fear of judgment appear with sacred law, forgiveness centers in expressions of divine personhood that include humility, impartiality, longsuffering, lovingkindness, and respect. Forgiveness appears as an act of GOD that encourages continuing exchange, reconciliation, renewed covenant relationship, repentance, and fruitful social interaction. While forgiveness displays active presence and other inseparable aspects of divine spirit, forgiveness does not convey the full authority and power of atonement, redemption, godly restraint, and salvation. Thus, no one openly asked that Jesus forgive them as the heirs of Adam whose cruelty, disbelief, irreverence, and scorn were displayed throughout his arrest, trial and crucifixion. Jesus prayed from the cross that men would be forgiven of their transgression against his Father in heaven, rather than their offense against himself. It is written: 1st John 1: 5-10, King James Version (KJV): 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Regwah” (Level 7 with 131,610 points) posted the following:

When you forgive, do you just forgive, or wait until forgiveness is humbly requested?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. (Luke 23: 33-35, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Believers Are To Forgive (05/17/2020); Spiritual Integrity and Maturity (05/12/2020); Pray For Your Enemies? (01/03/2020); The Many Divine Gifts (12/03/2019); Now Are Ye Light (09/18/2019); Our Displays of Divinity (06/19/2019); The Workings of Divinity? (01/15/2019)

Regwah”, both as a duty to GOD and a benefit to others, Christians are to practice forgiveness. Among mature Christians, forgiveness is to make visible the grace of GOD who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible. Grace may be understood as undeserved, unmerited favor, and a feature of the full image of GOD provided to mankind. Thus, forgiveness is an expression of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, sacred law, and the sovereign will of GOD. That we forgive is more than a matter of expressing our own affection, our desires, or our emotions. Divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) is manifest and present within all sacred process and spirit substance. Sinners who repent receive a fresh endowment of the life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was granted to Adam in Creation. Inseparable aspects of divinity are imparted to those who become “born again” that includes balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Christian believers are the new creation of Jesus Christ; and his followers are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus in their lifestyle and daily routines. Forgiveness is a first step toward ending conflict, healing, peacemaking, reestablishing trust, resolving dispute, and accomplishing full reconciliation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Matthew 6: 9-15, King James Version (KJV): 9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. 14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

(2.) Ephesians 4: 31-32, KJV: 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christs sake hath forgiven you.

(3.) Matthew 18: 15-22, KJV: 15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. 18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. 21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5frx0hqWVqw.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(02/23/2020) Divine Fullness Includes Wrath

A depiction of Revelation 15: 7, King James Version (KJV): 7 And one of the four beasts gave unto the seven angels seven golden vials full of the wrath of God, who liveth for ever and ever.

Today, reply is on the existence of divine wrath against sin. Where mature Christians speak of divine anger, correction, destruction, and punishment there also is a full presentation on forgiveness, GODs love, and unselfish sacrifice through Jesus Christ. Wrath against sin appears as an inescapable and permanent aspect of divine purpose that proclaims both an inevitable fulfillment of sovereign will on behalf of full Creation, and a final elimination of sin. Those who correctly know GOD as their Creator and Maker also acknowledge that his wrath against sin that would otherwise destroy mankind has been leveled against Jesus Christ, the Son of the Highest, our mediator and High Priest. It is written: Romans 1: 18-22, King James Version (KJV): 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile is shown) posted the following:

Why does God have wrath? He hardly qualifies as a god if he has such a strong urge to punish. It just shows that he is emotionally immature?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation. For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ, Who died for us, that, whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him. (1st Thessalonians 5: 8-10, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Sin Opposes All Existence (12/13/2019); The Sovereignty Of GOD (11/24/2019); Divine Anger at Harvest? (05/26/2019); Moses Was Not Divine (04/24/2019); Jesus Rebuked The Moneychangers? (05/16/2018); Divine Law Is Demanding (04/10/2018); Divine Wrath Against Sin? (10/17/2017)

Anonymous”, the active presence whom we speak of as “GOD” is a spirit, and should be understood as a summation of all sacred substance (we also say, divine fullness; divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit). In addition to inseparable aspects of process and substance that include accountability, commitment, faith, holiness, forbearance, righteousness and wisdom, divinity also displays balance, completeness, integrity, longsuffering, lovingkindness, mercy toward those found guilty in judgment, oneness without sameness, personhood, purpose, and wrath against sin. Divine rebuke and responses to suppress sin are required, for sin opposes the continued existence of sacred law, divine order, the Lawgiver, and the spheres of life that comprise the universe. Sin has not been put forth by divinity, and is no spirit substance; even so, the operations of sin may dominate awareness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. Sin promotes nonexistence; ignorance of consequences and outcomes to outrageous behavior; and a return to conditions of chaos, confusion, and multiple streams in motion that contained neither content nor direction (we say, preexistence). Left unanswered by GOD, defiance, irreverence, lawlessness, rebellion, and wickedness would undermine all sacred authority. What mankind expresses as emotion and feeling derives from our makeup as creatures of flesh, rather than from our endowment of life essence (breath; spirit; word) imparted from the makeup of GOD. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Sandi Patty:

(1.) Ephesians 5: 5-11, King James Version (KJV): 5 For this ye know, that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God. 6 Let no man deceive you with vain words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. 7 Be not ye therefore partakers with them. 8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light: 9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;) 10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. 11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.

(2.) James 1: 19-21, KJV: 19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

(3.) Romans 13: 1-4, KJV: 1 Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God. 2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. 3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: 4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

(09/22/2019) Kings, Popes, Priests, Prophets?

The image depicts Christ calling those who would to serve as apostles, his first disciples, laborers for the harvest and fishers of men.

Today, reply is to a fighter who compares forms of government and spiritual leadership on the earth. Properly understood, apostles, bishops, deacons, and pastors (shepherds) preside as officers over faith communities and congregations. The present plan of divinity is that mankind exist as a kingdom where all will communicate and operate as offspring of GOD. Saints and those joined to GOD share a fresh endowment of spirit content imparted from the makeup of divinity (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth). Even many developing Christian believers err when comparing priestswho are officially anointed and ordained to offer sacrifices on a holy table (altar) where heaven and earth are joined—against prophetswho are appointed as spokespersons sent by GOD. Where GOD once provided patriarchs, elders, and judges (deliverers), operations of the flesh and of sin resulted in the establishment of temporal authorities that included chiefs, emperors, governors, monarchs, pharaohs, and Caesars. Through Jesus Christ, mankind has received commandments, examples, and principles for conduct and relationship that serve as civil and sacred law from GOD. The church founded by Jesus is to be an eternal, sacred body; even so, many become entangled within institutions and organizations that use the name of Christ, yet, do not transform men to be Christ-like. In Christ, the dominion, ownership, and sovereignty of divine fullness has appeared and been made manifest on the earth using human form (we say, Incarnation). While the character, process and substance of GOD are entirely from spirit that is invisible and without form, divinity (we also say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) are to be acknowledged as presenting personhood, eternal purpose, and sovereign will. Inseparable aspects of divinity include faith, holiness, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: 1st Samuel 12: 14-19, King James Version (KJV): 14 If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God: 15 But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers. 16 Now therefore stand and see this great thing, which the LORD will do before your eyes. 17 Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD, and he shall send thunder and rain; that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king. 18 So Samuel called unto the Lord; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel. 19 And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king. “Anonymous” in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum on Religion and Spirituality (no profile information shared) posted the following:

So Is the Queen/King of England like the protestant equivalent to the pope? I'm not impressed, spiritual leaders should be priests.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all. (John 18: 36-38, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Conflict Among Multiple Wills? (09/20/2019); Why Jesus Comes Back (06/20/2019); Peace Or A Sword? (01/29/2019); Called “The Anointed One” (05/08/2018); Benefits of His Kingdom? (04/11/2017); First Seeking the Kingdom (03/03/2017); How Many Apostles? (04/30/2014); The Ruler Of the Earth? (05/01/2014); Succession (02/05/2014); On Youth Doing Enough (02/06/2014)

Anonymous”, GOD is using multiple relationships to make divinity knowable, known, accessible, and approachable by created beings and living creatures. Monarchs and Popes rule over two forms/levels of community defined using carnal, physical, and social concepts. Divinity has used many different figures to guide and instruct those on the earth; and while there has been hierarchy, ranks, and other distinctions, competition and conflict have rarely been expressions of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Among mature Christian believers, the holy writings also present the revelation of mankinds growth and development while being restored from the effects of sin, and while undergoing a transformation to exist permanently as companions to divinity, who continue to relate to those on the earth as an invisible spirit in form and substance. Multiple devices and mechanisms have been used by divinity to communicate, exchange, and interact with created beings and living creatures. Included are oral history, priesthood, seers, and living tradition through Adam and the Patriarchs, who each lived for nearly 1,000 years. Continuity and relationship with the living that are uninterrupted by death have been maintained through such devices as family, inheritance, tribes, dynasty, empires, immutable unchanging truth, and nations as well as institutions and organizations chartered and sanctioned through civil and sacred law. Also the active presence we speak of as “GOD” has been acknowledged through birth, death, forgiveness, rebirth, healing, Incarnation, preaching, proclamation, promise, prophecy, resurrection, unselfish service, and suffering. That divinity has appeared on the earth using human form does not cancel divine ownership of the heaven and earth. Jesus Christ should be acknowledged as the highest and most complete embodiment of divine authority, dominion, and power over the earth. The anointing upon Jesus has been that of Chief Architect of the Holy City (New Jerusalem); High Priest; King; Sanctified Servant; Sacred Judge; Prophet; and the Firstborn from The Dead. Through the ministries of Jesus on the earth and from the heaven, developing and mature Christians are to exist as the new creation. As offspring of the Most High and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, all are to display the image of the Father, and the same life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was imparted to Adam from the makeup of divinity. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Ephesians 4: 4-7, King James Version (KJV): 4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; 5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all 7 But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

2. Ephesians 4: 10-15, KJV: 10 He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.) 11 And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: 13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:

3. 1st Corinthians 12: 27-31, KJV: 27 Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular. 28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. 29 Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret? 31 But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way.

4. 1st Timothy 5: 17-18, KJV: 17 Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine. 18 For the scripture saith, thou shalt not muzzle the ox that treadeth out the corn. And, The labourer is worthy of his reward.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5G8dZTWwvmU). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

AN AFTERTHOUGHT: Offices appear within the Catholic church as an institution that did not exist within the early church appearing in Scripture. Included are abbots, cardinals, confessors, monseigneur, and Pope. Before his conversion on the road to Damascus, Saul of Tarsus (later known as the Apostle Paul) filled a role as an executioner and an inquisitor who persecuted the early church on behalf of the Temple leaders at Jerusalem. Correctly understood, the authority of the Pope as infallible is the same as the dispensation granted Moses that allowed decision-making in judgment that could be authoritative and final unless a direct intervention by GOD would be required. The monarchs who have ruled over England, Great Britain and related territories have held the secular title of king, queen, emperor, and empress. A continuing argument has been made that succession for nobility and royalty are by dispensation of GOD and “divine right.” Also, the same laws of the realm for inheritance that govern the transfer of ordinary estates, goods, and property are cited as the true covenant declaring their benefits and privileges as well. The ruling monarch is regarded by many to be the temporal head of the Church of England. In the same way the Pope is head over the Vatican as an independent nation and sovereign state, and his authority is exceeded only by Jesus Christ, many hold the ruler of England is a chief officer of the church on the earth whose authority is only exceeded by Jesus Christ. Even so, many are cautioned to grasp that a house divided against itself can not stand. Given the multiple conflicts that arise because sacred and secular truth are often in opposition, these institutions appear built on sand, rather than the solid rock. Matthew 7: 24-27, King James Version (KJV): 24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

(12/16/2018) Godly Exercise of Authority

Today, Scriptures are shared that provide counsels from divinity for leaders and rulers among the covenant people of GOD. While followers, citizens, and those under leadership often are most influenced and swayed by the character, charisma, and passion of those in authority, the correct administration and supervision of those in covenant relationship with GOD is to go forward through the indwelling Spirit from divinity endowed through baptism and rebirth (we say, the Comforter; the Holy Ghost; the Holy Spirit; the Spirit of Prophecy; the Spirit of Truth). Sinners must be built up and edified in becoming Christ-like to display the image of GOD. Along with commitment and discernment, inseparable aspects of spirit substance from the makeup of GOD should appear at every level of organized activity and shared living. Included are faith, holiness, humility, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, righteousness, and wrath against sin. Thus, the holy writings record divine law and sacred wisdom commanded for those charged to serve over families, households, schools, law enforcement, health care, and other institutions as well as for cities, empires, kingdoms, and nations. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

Anonymous”, those who are called to lead and rule are to be anointed with spirit substance from the makeup of GOD that supplies them with necessary features and tools that include balance, completeness, gravity, impartiality, perspective, restraint, sobriety, wisdom, vision, and zeal. In addition to being held accountable for the completion of specific duties and tasks, leaders and rulers will direct and manage multiple projects and programs, and must serve as judges who resolve conflicts and settle disputes in accordance with policy, standard practices, and law. Consider again the following counsels using language from the Bible provided to guide leaders among the people of GOD:

1. Ecclesiastes 5: 2, King James Version (KJV): 2 Be not rash with thy mouth, and let not thine heart be hasty to utter any thing before God: for God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few.

2. Ecclesiastes 5: 8, KJV: 8 If thou seest the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for he that is higher than the highest regardeth; and there be higher than they.

3. Proverbs 10: 19, KJV: 19 In the multitude of words there wanteth not sin: but he that refraineth his lips is wise.

4. Proverbs 16: 32, KJV: 32 He that is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.

5. Ecclesiastes 8: 11, KJV: 11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.

6. Proverbs 25: 28, KJV: 25 He that hath no rule over his own spirit is like a city that is broken down, and without walls.

7. 1st Timothy 3: 2-7, KJV: 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; 3 Not given to wine, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; but patient, not a brawler, not covetous; 4 One that ruleth well his own house, having his children in subjection with all gravity; 5 (For if a man know not how to rule his own house, how shall he take care of the church of God?) 6 Not a novice, lest being lifted up with pride he fall into the condemnation of the devil. 7 Moreover he must have a good report of them which are without; lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 8. Hosea 6: 6, KJV: 6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(03/18/2018) A Descendant of David?

The painting shows those being healed who obeyed Moses by looking to the brass serpent on a pole; similarly, those who in faith look to Christ on the cross will be saved.

Today, a reply is shared acknowledging that Messiah would be the son from GOD to fulfill prophecy from David that there would be a permanent house (palace; sanctuary; temple) provided for GOD in Zion.  Authority, balance, humility, and righteousness in government are not promoted by the exaggerated pride, bias, discrimination, lawlessness, and oppression that appears through racism.  Believing GOD was pleased by his service to recover the Ark of the Testimony, David petitioned GOD for a continuing line of rulers for Israel that would come from his own loins.  While both David and Solomon served within an everlasting covenant, the captivity and exile of Israel that would result from their sin would alter the course of many sacred events.  Operating in the flesh, and not in the Spirit, David mistakenly thought that his own choice, Solomon, could be his successor, and the one to fulfill the sacred destiny of Israel, rather than another, chosen by GOD, who would be a priest after the order of Melchizedek.  As a ruler sent by GOD to re-establish mankind’s dominion over the earth, a High Priest to make atonement and propitiation for sin, and to reign over an everlasting kingdom, Messiah would have to display authentic humanity, be born to a woman, age, die, be raised from death, and continue to exist as immortal and incorruptible.  On the basis of agreement among the many prophecies proclaimed through Israel, believers have awaited the coming of Messiah who is both a human and divine ruler whose anointing and endowment (like that granted both David and Solomon) is that of High Priest, Judge, Prophet, and King.  Even though the many sins committed by the two rulers (e.g., adultery, counting the people, idolatry) were forgiven when they repented, conditions were created that would challenge their offspring until the third and fourth generations (160 years).  One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shared) posted the following:

Why is it so important to establish that the Messiah is a descendant of David?

Isn't that kind of racist?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Now these be the last words of David. David the son of Jesse said, and the man who was raised up on high, the anointed of the God of Jacob, and the sweet psalmist of Israel, said,  The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word was in my tongue.  The God of Israel said, the Rock of Israel spake to me, He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.  And he shall be as the light of the morning, when the sun riseth, even a morning without clouds; as the tender grass springing out of the earth by clear shining after rain.  Although my house be not so with God; yet he hath made with me an everlasting covenant, ordered in all things, and sure:  for this is all my salvation, and all my desire, although he make it not to grow.  (2nd Samuel 23:  1-5, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Coming(s) of Christ (03/11/2018); The Line of Messiah? (09/03/2017); Teach Me To Pray (03/21/2017); The Sure Mercies of David (09/19/2016); Many Sons of GOD? “Anonymous”, bias, discrimination, racism, and prejudice have been the tools of men in ignorance, and those having false and ungodly knowledge, and has never been a tool of GOD for the salvation of mankind.  Be aware that Christian believers are commanded not to become entangled in discussions of genealogy, however, the completeness and correctness of divine revelation and the process of GOD among men repeatedly uses aspects of divine and social order including covenant, dynasty, family, inheritance, priesthood, promise, and prophecy.  Before appearing in flesh and blood as Jesus Christ, the fullness of divinity (we say, the GODhead; the Trinity; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) made themselves knowable, known, accessible, and approachable by using thousands of events within thousands of lives over the course of thousands of years.  Mankind had existence only as a form and shell before GOD imparted life essence (breath, spirit, utterance, Word) that made Adam a “living soul.”  The fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden required that mankind be provided with sacred knowledge from the Creator, rather than secular knowledge from a thing created (the forbidden fruit).  The recovery and restoration of dominion to mankind would also require that mankind be transformed through multiple sacred operations.  Included would be forgiveness, rebirth, reconciliation, repentance, resurrection, sacrifice, and sanctification.  Answering sacred knowledge, consider again some points that use language from the Bible whereby the continuing process and eternal purpose of GOD for mankind are presented:

(1.)  Genesis 3:  13-15, King James Version (KJV):  13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.  14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:  15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

(2.)  Genesis 18:  17-19, KJV:  17 And the LORD said, “Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;  18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?  19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

(3.)  Exodus 31:  1-11, KJV:  1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,  2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:  3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,  4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,  5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.  6 And I, behold, I have given with him Aholiab, the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan: and in the hearts of all that are wise hearted I have put wisdom, that they may make all that I have commanded thee;  7 The tabernacle of the congregation, and the ark of the testimony, and the mercy seat that is thereupon, and all the furniture of the tabernacle,  8 And the table and his furniture, and the pure candlestick with all his furniture, and the altar of incense,  9 And the altar of burnt offering with all his furniture, and the laver and his foot,  10 And the cloths of service, and the holy garments for Aaron the priest, and the garments of his sons, to minister in the priest’s office,  11 And the anointing oil, and sweet incense for the holy place:   according to all that I have commanded thee shall they do.

(4.)  Isaiah 11:  1-5, KJV:  1 And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots:  2 And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;  3 And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the LORD:  and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:  4 But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth:  and he shall smite the earth:  with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.  5 And righteousness shall be the girdle of his loins, and faithfulness the girdle of his reins.

(5.)  1st Chronicles 28:  2-7, KJV:  2 Then David the king stood up upon his feet, and said, Hear me, my brethren, and my people:  As for me, I had in mine heart to build an house of rest for the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and for the footstool of our God, and had made ready for the building:  3 But God said unto me, Thou shalt not build an house for my name, because thou hast been a man of war, and hast shed blood.  4 Howbeit the LORD God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel for ever:  for he hath chosen Judah to be the ruler; and of the house of Judah, the house of my father; and among the sons of my father he liked me to make me king over all Israel:  5 And of all my sons, (for the LORD hath given me many sons,) he hath chosen Solomon my son to sit upon the throne of the kingdom of the LORD over Israel.  6 And he said unto me, Solomon thy son, he shall build my house and my courts:  for I have chosen him to be my son, and I will be his father.  7 Moreover I will establish his kingdom for ever, if he be constant to do my commandments and my judgments, as at this day.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (6.)  1st Timothy 1:  4-7, KJV:  4 Neither give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which minister questions, rather than godly edifying which is in faith:  so do.  5 Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:  6 From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;  7 Desiring to be teachers of the law; understanding neither what they say, nor whereof they affirm.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/25/2017) Rulers Who Are Prophets?

Today, focus is on discernment to detect spokespersons from GOD among elected officials, rulers, and the people they serve.  (Did you spot the wolf among the sheep in the photo above?)  It is not unusual that heads of government make “forward-looking” public statements intended to describe possible events and their outcomes, yet, that are intended in no way to be statements of commitment, foreknowledge, “hard fact,” proclamations of faith and private belief, or sacred promises that are to be carried out and fulfilled by GOD.  Their announcements and comments may be more to provide admonition, affirmation, assurances, encouragement, instruction, and practical guidance.  Only those having the imparted, indwelling Spirit of GOD will speak openly in the authority of the divine name, and operate as spokespersons sent by divinity.  The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers (Philippines)” using the ID “BOOM” (Level 5 with 5,913 points, a member since March 27, 2007) posted the following:
The Bible says beware of false prophets. Is donald trump a false prophet?
THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.  But I say unto you which hear, Love your enemies, do good to them which hate you,  Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.  And unto him that smiteth thee on the one cheek offer also the other; and him that taketh away thy cloak forbid not to take thy coat also.  Give to every man that asketh of thee; and of him that taketh away thy goods ask them not again.  And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.  For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.  And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.  And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.  But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest:  for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.  (Luke 6:  26-35, King James Version, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Installing The New President (01/20/2017); When the Donkey Speaks? (11/03/2016); Called To Be Servants? (11/25/2015); The Spirit of Truth? (02/11/2015); Malachi (01/02/2015); Doing GOD’s Plan (02/20/2014); “Prayer Death”? (02/21/2014)

“BOOM”, Donald Trumpet is to be respected as the 45th President of the United States of America, and true American citizens will perform their duties acknowledging this.  For many people the key to recognizing counterfeit currency is not being familiar with the many alterations that may appear on false bills; instead, it is having a correct knowledge of the “legal tender” that comes by its regular use.  Similarly, for Christian believers, the key to recognizing and responding to authentic prophets from GOD is having sound sacred knowledge acquired through fellowship with divinely anointed believers (i.e. those whose spirit content has been nourished, tested, and made stable), through praise, prayer, hearing the Gospel preached, sacrifice and unselfish service, regular study of the holy writings, and through the endurance of suffering.  At some point, every elected official, leader, or head of state must energize their citizens or community with goals, objectives, action plans, and a “vision” that establishes a sense of accountability, continuity, direction, energy, opportunity, possibility, and lasting value.  Just as government administrators and rulers do not “predict” the future, yet, provide “forward-looking” secular tools such as five-, ten-, and twenty-year budgets with schedules for the completion of various public works, divinely sent prophets do not predict the future.  As spokespersons for divinity, they share the revelation of character, nature, and substance for the Creator that has been repeatedly bestowed since the beginning.  Christians are not alarmed when leaders seek to share ideas that are optimistic or speak about things yet unseen.  Such speakers do not automatically contradict and oppose the law of GOD, the shared hope commanded to believers, or the many sacred proclamations, promises, and prophecies.  Believers are confident that deceivers, “false prophets” and imposters can be detected, counteracted, overcome, resisted, and repelled.  What they produce as their “fruit” will be clearly seen as counterfeits, distortions, errors, false teachings, omissions, and spiritual confusion.  Consider the following:
(1.)  Matthew 7:  13-17, King James Version (KJV):  13 Enter ye in at the strait gate:  for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:  14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.  15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.  16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?  17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.
(2.)  Matthew 24:  24-27, KJV:  24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.  25 Behold, I have told you before.  26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth:  behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.  27 For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  1st John 4:  1-6, KJV:  1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God:  because many false prophets are gone out into the world.  2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God:  Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:  3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God:  and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.  4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them:  because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.  5 They are of the world:  therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them.  6 We are of God:  he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(02/12/2015) Ruling With Christ?

Today, focus is upon the promise that believers will reign as kings and priests with Christ.  Some of those chosen to be apostles of the Lord at first were ambitious, proud, secular-minded, and self-promoting.  They followed Jesus only because they coveted position, titles, and wealth.  Similar errors also exist within the hearts of modern believers.  Yet, Jesus Christ has demonstrated that divine rule is accomplished by ministries of atonement, change, grace, forgiveness, law, love, mercy, rest, and revelation.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Mark” (Level 2 with 999 points, a member since July 08, 2012) posted the following:

Do you believe that, one day, YOU will be RULING all the nations with Jesus Christ?

Don't laugh. Some denominations teach this. Well, at least one CULT teaches this. I am putting this in Religion and Spirituality. Hopefully, it goes there.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And John calling unto him two of his disciples sent them to Jesus, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?  When the men were come unto him, they said, John Baptist hath sent us unto thee, saying, Art thou he that should come? or look we for another?  And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues, and of evil spirits; and unto many that were blind he gave sight.  Then Jesus answering said unto them, Go your way, and tell John what things ye have seen and heard; how that the blind see, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, to the poor the gospel is preached.  And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.  And when the messengers of John were departed, he began to speak unto the people concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness for to see? A reed shaken with the wind?  But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? Behold, they which are gorgeously apparelled, and live delicately, are in kings’ courts.  But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? Yea, I say unto you, and much more than a prophet.  This is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.  For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist:  but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he.  (Luke 7:  19-28, KJV)

THE DOUBLE ARROW:  A Kingdom Now and One To Come? (09/05/2014); Comfort? (09/06/2014); The Ruler Of the Earth? (05/01/2014); Parables About the Kingdom? (05/02/2014); Mankind Destroyed? (01/24/2014); What Salvation Is (01/25/2014); Able to Become Gods? (01/11/2014); Why Christians Pray for Others (01/12/2014); The Earth Made New (11/13/2013); Hierarchy (11/14/2013); The Place for Eternal Life? (01/06/2013); Therefore There Was Trust (01/07/2013)

“Mark”, many trust that their rule as believers will continue as through Christ, not along with Christ.  Here are some ideas that are being found useful to keep Christian believers anchored and grounded:

(1.)  Divine government and eternal order are accomplished through operations of awareness, self-will, and the spirit matter that reside within created beings and living creatures.  Because there is a necessary division of labor, there are many offices and roles that must work together to accomplish sacred purposes, and authority to direct and manage events must also appear.  However, the essential process of eternal life does not emerge as hierarchy and ranking.  Shared harmony and fruitfulness are achieved through accountability, self-control, self-discipline, and self-government practiced within covenant and intimate relationships as children of GOD.

(2.)  Divine rule is invested in born-again believers so they may carry out and perform divine will.  For this reason, believers become repositories of sacred knowledge, divine law, and inseparable spirit matter from the makeup of Deity.  Through the ministries of Jesus Christ, believers are provided with a fresh endowment of the same essence that was breathed into Adam.  Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, love, righteousness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

(3.)  Presently, among men, there must be many devices and practices to establish a temporal ruler as exalted, or possessing power to benefit others.  In addition to awarding  “plums” (e.g., media interviews, jobs, control of manpower, offices, and privileged titles), even elected officials make displays intervening in legal cases, setting policies, and using technology (computers, smartphones, satellite communications) and private transportation (automobiles, helicopters, small jet planes, trains).  Such rule may be maintained through ambition, deception, defiance, irreverence, lies, false promises, ostentation (we say, fronting, posing, and showing off), propaganda, and violence.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Eternal rule requires eternal life and eternal spirit.  Those Christian believers who will be made immortal and incorruptible will exist having oneness—diversity, equality and legitimacy without sameness.  Believers will selflessly rule as they are within the heart and mind of Christ, not as competing, independent or separate monarchs.  The principle of unity whereby the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are in constant agreement will characterize the kingdom of GOD and the earth made new.  GOD and Christ will be present upon the earth, and the earlier separations of heaven, the temple, and sin will no longer exist.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to the measure of your faith.

(05/02/2014) Parables About the Kingdom?

Parables, prophecy, and the kingdom of GOD are topics, today.  Also, there is more on the dominion of Christ over the earth.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Miracles Happen” (Level 3 with 1,315 points, a member since October 01, 2013) posted the following:

Do the Parables of Jesus ,about the kingdom?

Connect the dots for you?

Ok! Let me explain, Many of Jesus Parables started , The kingdom of heaven is like... eg, Mustard seed , Sower in the field., etc
It occurs to me that Jesus was actually using everyday illustrations ,that we see in nature, and life, to explain Creation and heaven.

God is a god of order, not confusion., So when Jesus is explaining heaven and earth He is giving us a blue-print for what we find in heaven.,and is visable in the Earth.
It sounds like its a growing enviroment.

Thats my take on it! what do you think?

THE BATTLE AXE:  The Ruler Of the Earth? (05/01/2014)—(5.)  Men in the earth have been repeatedly tested by Satan; however, not without spiritual provisions and support from GOD.  Even Jesus was challenged, for Satan offered the Savior earthly glory, power, property, and wealth on condition that Jesus worship him.  While Jesus was followed by crowds of thousands, the Savior did not seek earthly fame and fortune.  The Savior did not seek celebrity, popularity, and installation as a king, appointment as a high government official, or privilege as an elected politician.  Jesus worked to coalesce the scattered deposits of spirit matter that continued to exist among those in covenant with GOD.  Using unseen authority and power such as is found in gratitude, humility, personal sacrifice, and unselfish service, Jesus accomplished a fulfillment of an eternal word spoken by GOD to the serpent in the Garden of Eden, that was also overheard and witnessed by Adam.  As illustrated by the accounts of Job and Joshua the high priest, harassment by Satan continues only for divine purposes and within limits determined by GOD.  By the atoning blood of the cross and the Savior’s glorious resurrection, Satan was effectively stripped of all heavenly and earthy estate.  The Adversary will not have authority, prestige, and status as a prince or ruler, who may accuse and bear witness against others in judgment.  When cast into the Lake of Fire, he will have lost all divine content that provided the features of angelic being.  Included are credibility, dependability, faithfulness, fidelity, self-will, trustworthiness, and verity.  Consider again Exodus 23:  20-22, Job 1 & 2, Ezekiel 34:  11-13, Zechariah 3:  1-3, Matthew 9:  35-36, Luke 4:  5-8, John 3:  31-36, James 4:  7, Jude 1:  6, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.  And he said unto the disciples, The days will come, when ye shall desire to see one of the days of the Son of man, and ye shall not see it.  And they shall say to you, See here; or, see there:  go not after them, nor follow them.  For as the lightning, that lighteneth out of the one part under heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall also the Son of man be in his day.  (Luke 17:  20-24, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  A Culture of Judgment? (03/20/2014); Beyond Punishment (03/21/2014); Unprofitable Servants? (01/19/2014); An Unshakeable Kingdom? (11/26/2013); Why Jesus Used Parables (11/03/2013); Denying Baptism to Others (11/04/2013); Speaking of GOD (10/20/2010)

“Miracles Happen”, here are a few points that many find helpful when making study of the parables:

(1.)  Jesus explained that the use of parables was intended as what we would call a “screening” device that would activate divine processes of spiritual discernment.  Believers were to be identified on the basis of the spirit matter contained in their awareness and displayed through their self-will.  In this sense, the parables were more than merely a tool for scriptural clarifications and instruction; the parables were used for evaluation and judgment.

(2.)  The kingdom Jesus talks about is that first spoken of by Moses; later described in the earlier prophecies of Daniel, Isaiah, and others; promised through covenant with David; and proclaimed through John the Baptist.  The divine kingdom prepared by GOD is a spiritual condition, a set of ongoing divine operations, and a manifesting of eternal purposes.  The kingdom is not a geographical location, a physical place, a geopolitical state, or a finite territory (we say, bounded real property).

There is a lot more to be said, correctly put into place, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  Where governments and kingdoms are usually operations of law, the kingdom of GOD is to be experienced as an intimate relationship with divinity, and so we speak of becoming sons and daughters of GOD.  Aspects of the spirit makeup for created beings and living creatures must be permanently altered.  For mankind, there must be a new conception of GOD that comes by revelation, and reconstructs ones self-awareness as well.  Eternal life through the ministries of Jesus Christ that begins by water baptism (death of ones inborn nature, rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak) requires the perfection of mankind (we say, finished transformation; maturity):  There is to be balance, immortality, and incorruptibility.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith, and your integrity as a genuine believer.

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:  Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.  (1st Peter 5:  8-9, KJV)
