(02/01/2021) The Place of History

Historians and poets are called to serve no less than griots, prophets, those who can reveal, the unseen levels of truth surrounding events and lives. Because the accountability, process and substance they bring to market are priceless, seeking their wares requires deep humility, respect, and wisdom provided by the universe. The following original poem is offered in exchange during Black History Month 2021 and is titled, The Place of History. It is written: Ecclesiastes 7: 9-12, King James Version (KJV): 9 Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools. 10 Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this. 11 Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun. 12 For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

A Poem for Black History Month, February 2021

Talking History can not be cheap-talk and talking smack.

There are some who say the place of History

must be the mind, and not the heart. For the

heart is turned too easily by keys of feeling,

passion, archtypal hopes, and fantasies, the wisps

of legend and dream, all ancient power

magic, death, and lies. The mind engages knowing

as a firmament and platform to continue sacred order

and imparted consciousness. What is uttered

breathed as spirit, poured forth as word

the sound of many waters finds focus firm

direction, through desire, strength by action

with presence and fulfilment, and must explain itself

when historians and poets are no longer there to defend.

America cannot be the primary place for our History

for our trek has been like that of the Hottentots

who rose from the South of Continent exploring north to

east, east to south, and sowing Amazulu seed

and returned the way they came till times of Diaspora.

Ours has been a truth declared by drum,

right-knowing, and shared by foot, by tongue

by brighter minds, by stars that lead to freedom

by sorrow songs and chants of victory.

This place where Senates dripping shame

bitch-slap the Nation day-by-day

announce the verdict of impeachment trials

two months before any evidence is heard or the

Judge has banged the gavel to begin

can be no home of righteousness, where sin

called by its proper name is “sin”.

Should Black Americans endorse as truth

I’m right when I’m wrong, because...​?

I’m Republican, I’m elected, I am wealthy, I am white.

The claim we’ve made is not to be dismissed,

ignored or perverted because some clearly have lost

their way, and more than ever stand in need of what

we have to say.

History does not dictate our purpose; we often err and may become misguided. Without our contribution there is no USA.

Our History is written into the life of every nation on the earth

speaking, yes, about our ancestors as well of

future daughters and our sons. Those claiming part

in this universe must acknowledge inseparable facts of

life. A single Creator, with no Big Bang or

expanding time and space void of genuine purpose.

We have pitied those in confusion whose maturity is not yet

come, yet we will not let their chaos reign. Black History continues

and the Chronicles of heaven must contain us until

all eternal purpose has been done.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, Ecclesiastes 3: 14-17. (12/24/2020) Correctly Acknowledging Divine Mercy

 

Law and divine order are to be understood as aspects of the process for creating existence, life, the heaven, and the earth. Grace, judgment, impartiality, mercy, and righteousness are displayed in the process for making known and revealing the character and nature of GOD. Forgiveness, redemption, and salvation are divine responses to the profound human predicament that results by mankind having discrete and separate existence from that of the Creator appearing as integrity through self-will. Sin is not a creation from GOD, and should not be regarded as a finite human problem that involves no more than the confession of wrong-doing and a sinner promising to change. Sin will not be eliminated or removed by sinners expressing emotion, refusing pleasures of the flesh, or altering human responses to sensation. Multiple operations of divinity are required such as atonement; the death, burial, and rebirth of the sinner’s inborn spirit; modeling authentic humanity using of mankind’s form and life-process (we say, Incarnation); and imparting a fresh endowment of sacred content from GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, oneness without sameness, wisdom, wrath against sin). It is written: Romans 7: 7-14, King James Version (KJV): 7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. 8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. 9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. 10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. 11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. 12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful. 14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. “cool”, the profound challenges and consequences generated by sin are harsh, and sin must be made visible to Creation as corruption (we also say, decay, rotting). Sin is not a man-made problem, and can not be eliminated using finite human ability. All sin opposes the continued existence of sacred law, the continued existence of the Lawgiver, and the continued existence for the spheres of life established to support the living (i.e., heaven and earth; what we know as the universe). Sin has not been created or put forth by divinity, yet, the working of sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. Sin promotes non-existence and a return to the conditions that were in place before Creation (e.g., chaos, lack of fixed form, and movement without direction). The mercy, righteousness, and wrath of GOD against sin are displayed through both divine judgment that is impartial, and through divine grace that expresses forbearance, forgiveness, love, repentance and sorrow for win within sinners, and reconciliation. Mankind was to be a companion to divinity who is immortal, incorruptible and invisible. Even so, the life essence (breath; spirit; divine utterance; word) that was imparted from the makeup of GOD to mankind has become altered by transgression, and now appears as mortality and death working upon the earth. The mercy of GOD is poured out as the blood and life of Jesus Christ that has provided atonement, opportunities, and possibilities for mankind that otherwise can not exist. Man now may become “the new creation” and may live on the earth eternally once perfected by GOD. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(1.) Matthew 22: 29, King James Version (KJV): 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, Ye do err, not knowing the scriptures, nor the power of God.

(2.) Ecclesiastes 9: 18, KJV: 18 Wisdom is better than weapons of war: but one sinner destroyeth much good.

(3.) Galatians 5: 19-25, KJV: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

The image depicts the resurrection of the dead at the coming of Jesus to harvest the earth of those who belong to his kingdom.

Today, reply is on promise, prophecy, and the coming resurrection of the dead. Resurrection for the dead is to be acknowledged as an expression of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD that does not strictly address and fulfill the sanctions that appear within the unchanging sacred law. Divinity has operated on the earth using human form and life-process (we say, the Incarnation as Jesus Christ) to establish salvation for mankind and provide a new creation. It is written: 1^st Corinthians 15: 12-23, King James Version (KJV): 12 Now if Christ be preached that he rose from the dead, how say some among you that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 But if there be no resurrection of the dead, then is Christ not risen: 14 And if Christ be not risen, then is our preaching vain, and your faith is also vain. 15 Yea, and we are found false witnesses of God; because we have testified of God that he raised up Christ: whom he raised not up, if so be that the dead rise not. 16 For if the dead rise not, then is not Christ raised: 17 And if Christ be not raised, your faith is vain; ye are yet in your sins. 18 Then they also which are fallen asleep in Christ are perished. 19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the firstfruits of them that slept. 21 For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22 For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ’s at his coming. “Roberta B”, mature Christian believers trust that resurrection of the dead has been demonstrated on the earth as an expression of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of divinity. Resurrection does not appear from sequences under natural law or operations of men (we say, man-made) that appear as mechanical and planned events. Resurrection allows a display of divine mercy toward creative beings and living creatures even though there must be the fulfillment of immutable sanctions that appear within the divine law declaring death as the penalty for transgression. Mortality and temporal duration are commanded as conditions for existence and the life-process of those in heaven and earth. Through divine provisions mortality can be completed, yet, all who have lived may appear in final judgment and at sacred tribunals to determine their punishments or their rewards. Through forgiveness, judgment, resurrection, and other sacred provisions (e.g., rebirth, reconciliation, repentance, sanctification) mankind may escape the total destruction that is the second death. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and Listen, a selection from the music ministry of Marvin Sapp:

Today, points are shared on the use of prayer to regain emotional and mental health. The things from GOD to provide balance, hope, joy, order, and security in our lives are numberless, even so, believers do not experience change as magic and overnight success. There must be discovery, gradual growth, learning, patience, persistence, and hard work that demonstrates faith. Fasting, prayer, and other sacred practices can not be used to influence or manipulate divinity. Healing of body, mind, or spirit must be understood in accord with sacred law, divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. It is written: Mark 12: 29-31, King James Version (KJV): 29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. “Anonymous”, here are some points you may find helpful that address prayer among mature Christian believers:

1. Prayer should be understood as a sacred discipline and practice to establish and maintain regular communication, exchange, and interaction with GOD who may be known as divinity, the Godhead, or the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Properly understood, those offering prayer are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the same spirit presence and process that was in Jesus Christ while he was on the earth using human form and life-process.

2. Prayer is a sacred event wherein a person gives expression to their own divine content imparted as “life essence” (breath; spirit; word) from the makeup of GOD, received as a fresh endowment of spirit substance in rebirth, or carried out in ones lifestyle and daily routine as resurrection-life from Jesus Christ.

3. Christian believers use many different displays and gestures when presenting their prayers to divinity such as females covering/males uncovering the head; making the sign of the cross; and speaking in tongues, speaking aloud, or speaking silently through thought. In addition to asking for help and material resources from GOD, confession and truth-speaking should always be primary goals during prayer.

4. Prayer is provided by divinity to address spiritual needs, and should be practiced in balance with other sacred practices (e.g., praise; unselfish service; worship). The material and social patterns identified as immaturity; behavioral, emotional, mental, and psychological illness; insanity; exaggerated pride; the operations of sin; and temporary confusion often are best regarded as expressions of the flesh rather than as defining expressions of a person’s integrity and spiritual fullness from GOD.

(10/20/2020) "What if" and "Maybe"

 

Today, the reply focuses on the figure of Lucifer/Satan and the sufficiency of the sacred knowledge provided to mankind through the gospels, promises, prophecies, and the revelation from GOD by Jesus Christ. During the present season of grace, divinity draws mankind into healthy relationships that are grounded in trust. Displays of divine anger to arouse fear, guilt and shame are suppressed. It is carnal reason and secular knowledge that encourage asking “what if,” the proposing of contradictions, and the use of “maybe” and “perhaps” to make irrelevant suggestions. The imagination, or the flesh and the mind are their origin, not the Holy Spirit. The Bible provides guidance, information and instruction on sin and the transgressions of multiple sinners including the unclean spirits named as Adversaries to divinity. Even so, there is little focus on Satan as the Deceiver and an enemy to mankind’s salvation through Jesus Christ. Satan should not be thought of as all-knowing, immortal, or all-powerful. While the holy writings speak of spirits being cast out and exorcised, the Scriptures do not promote belief and study of death and the macabre, common dreams, the occult, belief in authority among beings who are supernatural, or belief in superstition; rather the Scriptures present the appearance of GOD within thousands of events, occurring in thousands of human lives, over the course of thousands of years. Defiance, rebellion, and wickedness appear to be artifacts and the residue of operations that were present during the chaos and flux in place at preexistence. Minor oddities that do not conform to the divine order seem to have continued as progressive corruption and opposition to the immutable, unchanging expressions of sacred law, divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. These are to be acknowledged as aberrations, distortions, and ungodly influences that oppose the continued existence of divinity, the universe, and all Creation. Most mature Christian believers do not pose questions that go beyond the sanctified discourse encouraged through the holy writings. It is written: Deuteronomy 29: 29, King James Version (KJV): 29 The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. If God is all powerful then why couldn’t he prevent Lucifer from becoming Satan?

Or even realize it was going to happen before creating Lucifer?

While Lucifer (also called, Satan and the Devil) is a created being who represents the sum of wickedness that results by operations of sin, sin has not been created by divinity, and contains no sacred substance from the makeup of GOD. Today, reply is on the opposition against divinity that resides within mankind through self-will. Human obedience, respect, reverence, and submission to GOD often appear to be predicated on mankind’s willful acceptance and insistence that human traits appear within the divine fullness. It is more consistent with the holy writings that mankind be recognized as a vessel containing divine deposits and endowments from the makeup of GOD. It is by mutuality of a divine character, consecrated presence, and a sacred nature that there are opportunities and possibilities for clear accord, and ongoing communication between the Creator and the created. Discussions of the sacred duty, sacrifice, and unselfishness carried out by Jesus Christ also require affirmation of divinity demonstrating consecrated grace, expressing divine prerogative, fulfilling eternal purpose, suppressing self-will, and manifesting the sovereign will of GOD. Within Christ, sacrifice is no longer a matter of formal ceremony and ritual, rather it is an act of dedication, lovingkindness through judgment, sanctification, and voluntary surrender. “Anonymous”, the focus must be on self-will and its place in determining the integrity of human existence. Among mature Christian believers the transgression (i.e., violation of sacred law; sin) committed by Adam should be seen as an expression of the life essence and sacred substance imparted to mankind from the makeup of divinity as well as a display of the content of human consciousness and self-will (willpower). Divinity appeared on the earth using the form and life process of humanity (we say, the Incarnation as Jesus Christ) to demonstrate to mankind the authentic process and substance for fulfilling the demands (sanctions) of divine law (death) as well as for human repentance, rebirth, reconciliation, and for man to exist as the new creation. Anger and its complements (e.g., bitterness, envy, grudges, hate, impatience) do not conform to the demands of logic and reason, therefore anger may cause and produce unintended consequences and effects among material and social beings. Saying this another way, anger can be dangerous, beyond human control, and self-destructive. Where the wrath of GOD against sin appears, it is always a manifesting of the eternal divine nature, not an appearance of temporary emotion or feelings that may pass away. Today, reply is on divine and human forgiveness. GOD can forgive mankind for the transgression of divine law, for when required to fulfill the sovereign will of divinity, nothing is impossible with GOD. In the same way, tabernacle and temple priests did not cure those with leprosy, yet, were to acknowledge and discern the workings of GOD to declare a leper fit to return to the congregation, men may serve GOD by confirming that other men are forgiven for the transgression of divine law and again are fit as members of the worship community. As seen through Jesus Christ, expressions of divine forgiveness may appear only when carried out by those consecrated and ordained as an agent and embodiment of divinity with privilege to manifest divine authority and power. Where sin is divinely forgiven, multiple sacred operations also appear that may include atonement, birth, death, sacrifice, the imparting of spirit substance from the full makeup of divinity, reconciliation, justification, sanctification, and the second death. Through Jesus Christ the living now may operate as the new creation, and at the coming of Jesus are to become gathered with those raised from the dead who will receive eternal life. The response to forgiveness is to be change and correction, rather than punishment. Instead of a demand for legality and strictness of discipline, there is a requirement for faithfulness and perseverance. Forgiveness is to signal a revival of covenant relationship and the continuation of spiritual development and growth. All divinity (i.e., the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) participates in the process of sacred judgment that is ongoing and eternal through the existence and life of GOD. Because transgression of divine law is also the violation of all divine order, the removal of sacred spirit from Creation, and the introduction of imbalance throughout the universe, death (that first appeared as a tool when establishing Adam as both male and female yet one) becomes a divine tool along with delay of judgment, for permitting mankind salvation through discovery, gradual growth, rebirth, and sanctification. The sanction of death declared in the law of GOD becomes elimination through the second death, because through Jesus Christ divinity now allows resurrection from the dead. Romans 8: 1-9, KJV: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Revelation 2: 10-11, KJV: 10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life. 11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

(4.) Revelation 20: 6, KJV: 6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.
