(10/15/2020) Tarrying For One Another

Today, reply is on the process of divine pacing that requires men to wait on one another found displayed in the Lord’s Supper and throughout the holy writings. Just as men are to tarry for acts of GOD, men must wait on one another. Ones desire to show respect and reverence to Almighty GOD as Creator and Maker also should appear among the living as order rather than confusion, as generosity rather than selfishness, and as peace rather than upheaval. The Lord’s Supper has been provided by divinity using human form and life-process (we say, the Incarnation as Jesus Christ), and is a sacred and solemn remembrance of the Savior’s death on the cross, his resurrection from the dead, and his appearance among his followers on the earth. At one time, early Christians behaved during the Communion as though it was a common and ordinary meal to feed their appetite. While eating and drinking as communal acts are used during the Lord’s Supper, operations of human flesh and social order are not to dominate the awareness and self-will (willpower) of mature Christians and Messianic Jews gathered to acknowledge the preeminence of Christ. Believers are to realize that through prayer and supplication, otherwise common bread and wine become sanctified and transformed to edify and nourish the church through the operations of divinity. It is written: Habakkuk 2: 1-4, King James Version (KJV): 1 I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. 2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. 3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry. 4 Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “The Wrath of God” (Level 1 with 12 points) posted the following:

What does Paul mean "Do not eat the Lord's Supper" (I Cor 11:20) but "Tarry one for another" (I Cor 11:33)? What does tarrying have to do?

WITH THE LORD'S SUPPER?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD. (Psalms 27: 13-14, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Divine Process and Substance (06/24/2020); Knowing The True Messiah (05/31/2020); One Body, Many Members (10/17/2019); The Device of Incarnation (10/18/2017); Becoming Joined To GOD (10/13/2017); Eating and Drinking Christ? (07/03/2017); A Matter of Conscience (04/07/2017); Frequency of The Lord’s Supper? (10/30/2016)

“The Wrath of God”, as surely as Satan will not be allowed to ever enter the New Jerusalem or be welcome at the meeting in the air to meet Jesus Christ at his appearing, sacred events (miracles) occur as an operation of divinity appearing in accordance with divine appointments, ordinations, prophecy, and sacred scheduling. Throughout the holy writings men are cautioned to wait (tarry), yet, be of good courage. Guidance from the Apostle Paul cautioned those of the early church to receive the Lord’s Supper (we also say, the Eucharist, Holy Communion) as a sacred event, and to reverence the emblems of bread and wine as actually providing the consecrated blood and body of Jesus. That explains why solemn ceremony and formal ritual usually are performed by his anointed followers. Among thoughtful Messianic Jews and mature Christian believers, the present day process of divinity to establish mankind as an eternal living companion expresses awe, balance, commitment, forbearance, grace, longsuffering, lovingkindness, and restraint. Coming together to welcome, acknowledge, and respond to the divine presence, the resurrection-life of Jesus, and the gifts from the Holy Spirit is marked by many different sacred practices. Included are confession, foot-washing, praise, prayer, suffering, and unselfish service. A primary goal is that otherwise hidden features within the makeup of believers be displayed to GOD such as oneness without sameness and other inseparable aspects imparted to mankind from the divine fullness (e.g., faith, holiness, personhood, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin). Simply put, “to tarry” is to continue sacred discipline and propriety that display commanded expectation (hope). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and I Am The Bread Of Life from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot:

(1.) Genesis 33: 13-17, King James Version (KJV): 13 And he said unto him, My lord knoweth that the children are tender, and the flocks and herds with young are with me: and if men should overdrive them one day, all the flock will die. 14 Let my lord, I pray thee, pass over before his servant: and I will lead on softly, according as the cattle that goeth before me and the children be able to endure, until I come unto my lord unto Seir. 15 And Esau said, Let me now leave with thee some of the folk that are with me. And he said, What needeth it? let me find grace in the sight of my lord. 16 So Esau returned that day on his way unto Seir. 17 And Jacob journeyed to Succoth, and built him an house, and made booths for his cattle: therefore the name of the place is called Succoth.

(2.) Jeremiah 42: 1-7, KJV: 1 Then all the captains of the forces, and Johanan the son of Kareah, and Jezaniah the son of Hoshaiah, and all the people from the least even unto the greatest, came near, 2 And said unto Jeremiah the prophet, Let, we beseech thee, our supplication be accepted before thee, and pray for us unto the LORD thy God, even for all this remnant; (for we are left but a few of many, as thine eyes do behold us:) 3 That the LORD thy God may shew us the way wherein we may walk, and the thing that we may do. 4 Then Jeremiah the prophet said unto them, I have heard you; behold, I will pray unto the LORD your God according to your words; and it shall come to pass, that whatsoever thing the LORD shall answer you, I will declare it unto you; I will keep nothing back from you. 5 Then they said to Jeremiah, The LORD be a true and faithful witness between us, if we do not even according to all things for the which the LORD thy God shall send thee to us. 6 Whether it be good, or whether it be evil, we will obey the voice of the LORD our God, to whom we send thee; that it may be well with us, when we obey the voice of the LORD our God. 7 And it came to pass after ten days, that the word of the LORD came unto Jeremiah.

(3.) 1st Corinthians 14: 36-40, KJV: 36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only? 37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 36 What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only? 37 If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Uhk42nq1jwE.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/05/2020) Death Normal For GOD?

A depiction of the crucifixion by Salvador Dali

Today, reply is on the integrity of divine fullness being in a continuing relationship with created beings and living creatures on the earth along with whether it is “normal” to believe that GOD may die. The death of Jesus Christ on behalf of all divinity was a sacred event that must exist as a one-time act of GOD never to be repeated; and that must be apprehended and received through faith. Among developing and mature Christians, to manifest grace is “normal” for divinity. Because GOD is understood as the origin and source for all material things that exist including the full universe it is in line with human intellect, logic, and carnal reason to assume that divinity is all-powerful, immortal, and invincible. It remains a result from the operations of sin and of the flesh that divine process and sacred substance are required whereby mankind receives the appearance of GOD on the earth (we say, Incarnation) using authentic human form and life process (e.g., birth, aging, maturation, death). It is written: 1st John 4: 7-11, King James Version (KJV): 7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. 9 In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. 10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. The fighter at “Yahoo! Answers” Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “kei” (Level 1 with 43 points) posted the following:

Christians believe that Jesus died. As a God, is it normal. ?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. (Galatians 2: 20, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: A Matter Of Self-will? (10/04/2020); Incarnation, Death and Resurrection (05/11/2020); The Resurrection Of Christ (04/16/2020); Grace Abounds Much More (04/02/2020); Born Mortal or Immortal? (03/11/2020); Entered Into Divine Glory (09/03/2019); That Not Of Yourselves (08/13/2019)

“kei”, among Christian believers divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Creator; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) are active and present within the existence and life of all living creatures and created beings. Divinity resides within a special sphere of life (we say a celestial, sanctified, and set-apart realm; heaven), yet, communicates, has exchange, and interacts with those who are alive on the earth. There is a divine connection between GOD and the living. Mankind has received life essence (i.e., breath; spirit; utterance; word) from the makeup and substance of GOD that includes inseparable aspects of the divine nature such as balance, commitment, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Even so, the Creation has come under the influence of divine sanctions (i.e., statements within the law of GOD that require consequences both for obedience and for transgression that is understood as sin). The first pair (Adam) became subject to death as a result of transgression, and could only be preserved by operations of divinity that include an extensive array of sacred provisions. Included are atonement, forbearance, forgiveness, inheritance, mercy granted to those found guilty in judgment, justification, rebirth, redemption, restoration, resurrection for the dead, salvation, sanctification, the completing of mortality, the sacrificial death of Christ on the cross, and the second death. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Romans 6: 3-14, King James Version (KJV): 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. 11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord. 12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof. 13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God. 14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

(2.) John 3: 16-21, KJV: 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

(3.) Romans 14: 7-9, KJV: 7 For none of us liveth to himself, and no man dieth to himself. 8 For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord’s. 9 For to this end Christ both died, and rose, and revived, that he might be Lord both of the dead and living.

(4.) Hebrews 10: 12-21, KJV: 12 But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; 13 From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. 14 For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified. 15 Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, 16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; 17 And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. 18 Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.19 Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, 20 By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; 21 And having an high priest over the house of God; 22 Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ge1axMPsN-g.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(05/31/2020) Knowing The True Messiah

Today, just as correctly recognizing and rejecting the enemies of Jesus Christ is not an earthly process that relies on finite self-promotion, human tools and the flesh, acknowledging that Jesus is the true Messiah is shown to require the presence and operations of the Holy Spirit. It is written: 1st Corinthians 12: 3, King James Version (KJV): 3 Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

How did the other apostles not know Judas was the bad guy, when Jesus clearly kicked him off the dinner table?
Updated 38 mins ago:
When Jesus broke the news that one of them will betray him, the other apostles all looked to themselves and asked "is it me"?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee? Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts? And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. (Malachi 3: 13-18, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Return of Yeshua (05/21/2020); No Knowledge Of GOD? (05/19/2020); Judas Chosen By Jesus (05/19/2019); Blaspheming the Holy Spirit (05/08/2019); Prophecy And Divine Process (04/15/2019); Messiah Already Has Come (04/14/2019); On Seeing The Father (12/04/2018); The Discernment of Godliness (07/13/2018)

“Anonymous”, the process and substance for recognizing the Messiah among the living on the earth does not rely on finite human tools such as academic instruction, emotions, intellect, logic, carnal reason, secular knowledge, philosophy, politics, and science. Divine operations are to be acknowledged that include atonement, commitment, Incarnation, prophecy, rebirth, resurrection from the dead, sanctification, unselfish service, suffering, and the second death. Properly understood, the process divinity uses in redemption, salvation, and maintaining fellowship with created beings and living creatures on the earth includes imparting inseparable spirit substance from the makeup of GOD (e.g., balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, wrath against sin). Sinners born again are to repent; discover; be edified by GOD; continue praise, prayer, and worship; experience gradual growth; practice discernment; study the holy writings; submit to permanent change; and suffer without complaining, conflict, or despair. Even the chosen 12 were immersed in long-held expectations, vain hopes, and unfruitful traditions associated with misrepresentations of the divine law and covenant relationships of promise that should generate a faith with power and new life. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Sandi Patti:

(1.) Matthew 16: 13-17, King James Version (KJV): 13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.

(2.) John 4: 19-26, KJV: 19 The woman saith unto him, Sir, I perceive that thou art a prophet. 20 Our fathers worshipped in this mountain; and ye say, that in Jerusalem is the place where men ought to worship. 21 Jesus saith unto her, Woman, believe me, the hour cometh, when ye shall neither in this mountain, nor yet at Jerusalem, worship the Father. 22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews. 23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him. 24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth. 25 The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. 26 Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he.

(3.) Luke 24: 22-32, KJV: 22 Yea, and certain women also of our company made us astonished, which were early at the sepulchre; 23 And when they found not his body, they came, saying, that they had also seen a vision of angels, which said that he was alive. 24 And certain of them which were with us went to the sepulchre, and found it even so as the women had said: but him they saw not. 25 Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken: 26 Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory? 27 And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself. 28 And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them. 30 And it came to pass, as he sat at meat with them, he took bread, and blessed it, and brake, and gave to them. 31 And their eyes were opened, and they knew him; and he vanished out of their sight. 32 And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures?

(05/29/2020) The Ones Called "Sheep"

Today, reply is on the character and properties among sheep that promote their use by divinity to provide atonement for sin, to further communication and covenant relationship for created beings and living creatures on the earth, and to fulfill revelation to mankind. Sheep often are used to depict and represent an ideal pastoral condition within the church of Jesus Christ. As creatures that stay together in small family groups, yet also are communal for their survival, sheep may be gathered in large groups without conflict, competition, defying authority, rebellion, and violence against one another. Christ who is head of the church is also the lamb of GOD who takes away the sin of the world. Mankind has existence and life within both the Creation and the Creator. The kinship of mankind to divinity first appears and is manifest through divine content, sacred law, mystery, prophecy, spirit process, and other sacred elements that can reside within human consciousness and self-will. Those who become born again are to exist on the earth displaying the image of GOD, and demonstrating divine guidance, sacred knowledge, resurrection life, and their own fresh endowment of inseparable spirit imparted from the makeup of GOD. Included are balance, commitment, faith, holiness, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. The sacrifice provided by divinity on behalf of mankind includes sacred blood and substance for atonement, propitiation, and reconciliation. It is written: Psalms 100: 3, King James Version (KJV): 3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. The fighter who uses the ID “Alex” (Level 3 with 1,120 points) in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality posted the following:

Why are "most" religious people such sheep? And if Jesus talks about peace why do these hypocrites feel the need to bash other people?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead. (Acts 17: 29-31, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: A Habitation of Spirit (04/05/2020); TWO Kinds of People? (02/21/2020); Do Animals Have “Souls”? (01/19/2020); Fully Communicating Human Potential? (09/30/2019); Divine Spirit Within Animals? (09/05/2019); To Be Jesus’ Sheep (06/10/2019); My Sheep Hear My Voice (11/16/2016)

“Alex”, the ones you call “sheep” exist as those who are in personal relationship with the Creator through obedience, reverence, and trust. The sheep patiently and quietly respond to such elements as authority, grace, sacred law, divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Because divinity is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible, the process and substance of GOD first were made known to mankind using finite figures and operations that have meaning and value at the level of human consciousness and self-will. Where there has been spiritual growth and maturity, divine fullness (i.e., divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) may be discerned through fresh endowments of the life essence imparted at Creation to mankind from the makeup of GOD and that are now available through the ministries of Jesus Christ. Inseparable aspects of what/who we know as GOD are being bestowed on mankind that include balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Such divine operations must appear as atonement, edification, judgment, prophecy, redemption, revelation, salvation, and unselfish service. The transgression of sacred law committed by the first pair (i.e., the fall of Adam) disrupted divine order and continuing existence on multiple levels throughout the universe. In the same way sleep (death) was used to preserve the male when his rib was removed to create the female, divinity has been using the death, the blood of Jesus Christ, and his resurrection from the dead to further fashion the character, nature and quality of mankind. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Ezekiel 34: 11-17, King James Version (KJV): 11 For thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I, even I, will both search my sheep, and seek them out. 12 As a shepherd seeketh out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered; so will I seek out my sheep, and will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day. 13 And I will bring them out from the people, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them to their own land, and feed them upon the mountains of Israel by the rivers, and in all the inhabited places of the country. 14 I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel. 15 I will feed my flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith the Lord GOD. 16 I will seek that which was lost, and bring again that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but I will destroy the fat and the strong; I will feed them with judgment. 17 And as for you, O my flock, thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I judge between cattle and cattle, between the rams and the he goats.

(2.) Ezekiel 34: 30-31, KJV: 30 Thus shall they know that I the LORD their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord GOD. 31 And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord GOD.

(3.) John 10: 7-17, KJV: 7 Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. 11 I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. 12 But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep. 13 The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. 14 I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine. 15 As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep. 16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd. 17 Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.

(05/28/2020) Forgiveness A Sacred Practice

Today, reply is on forgiveness as a response on behalf of divinity more than a response by sinners to one another in human displays of contrition, humility, and regret for bad conduct. Jesus affirmed “the law and the prophets,” yet, he could not extinguish the sin that gripped the High Priest and elders of Israel, the Sanhedrin court, Pontius Pilate representing the government of Rome and all mankind, or the betrayal by multitudes who gladly had received healing and miracles from his ministry. As a sacred practice, forgiveness does not eliminate sin; even so, forgiveness may operate on the earth within human consciousness and self-will to establish opportunities and possibilities for mankind’s spiritual growth and transformation. Where guilt, shame, uncertainty, and fear of judgment appear with sacred law, forgiveness centers in expressions of divine personhood that include humility, impartiality, longsuffering, lovingkindness, and respect. Forgiveness appears as an act of GOD that encourages continuing exchange, reconciliation, renewed covenant relationship, repentance, and fruitful social interaction. While forgiveness displays active presence and other inseparable aspects of divine spirit, forgiveness does not convey the full authority and power of atonement, redemption, godly restraint, and salvation. Thus, no one openly asked that Jesus forgive them as the heirs of Adam whose cruelty, disbelief, irreverence, and scorn were displayed throughout his arrest, trial and crucifixion. Jesus prayed from the cross that men would be forgiven of their transgression against his Father in heaven, rather than their offense against himself. It is written: 1st John 1: 5-10, King James Version (KJV): 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us. When you forgive, do you just forgive, or wait until forgiveness is humbly requested?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. (Luke 23: 33-35, KJV)

“Regwah”, both as a duty to GOD and a benefit to others, Christians are to practice forgiveness. Among mature Christians, forgiveness is to make visible the grace of GOD who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible. Grace may be understood as undeserved, unmerited favor, and a feature of the full image of GOD provided to mankind. Thus, forgiveness is an expression of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, sacred law, and the sovereign will of GOD. That we forgive is more than a matter of expressing our own affection, our desires, or our emotions. Divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) is manifest and present within all sacred process and spirit substance. Sinners who repent receive a fresh endowment of the life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was granted to Adam in Creation. Inseparable aspects of divinity are imparted to those who become “born again” that includes balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Christian believers are the new creation of Jesus Christ; and his followers are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus in their lifestyle and daily routines. Forgiveness is a first step toward ending conflict, healing, peacemaking, reestablishing trust, resolving dispute, and accomplishing full reconciliation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Matthew 6: 9-15, King James Version (KJV): 9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 11 Give us this day our daily bread. 12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. 13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. 14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: 15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

(2.) Ephesians 4: 31-32, KJV: 31 Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: 32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

(3.) Matthew 18: 15-22, KJV: 15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. 16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. 17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican. 18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them. 21 Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? till seven times? 22 Jesus saith unto him, I say not unto thee, Until seven times: but, Until seventy times seven.

(05/11/2020) Incarnation, Death and Resurrection

The image is a depiction of Christ having resurrection life coming out of the tomb.

Today, reply is on the divine plan and eternal purpose in the appearance of Jesus Christ on the earth. Jesus was sent to continue and complete a revelation of divinity to mankind that was begun in the Creation of Adam through sacred law, rather than to complete a plan to recover mankind from the consequences of sin by the death of Jesus on the cross. Multiple divine operations beyond redemption and salvation have been carried out through the Incarnation, death, and resurrection of Jesus that have established immortal, incorruptible, unseen divinity as a continuing and active presence in the earth. It is written: 2nd Peter 1: 2-11, King James Version (KJV): 2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins. 10 Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure: for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall: 11 For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “joko” (Level 1 with 207 points) posted the following:

In theory Jesus was sent on a mission to die to cleanse humanity of original sin. So why do some extremists blame Jews for killing him?
He was intended by divine plan to die, right?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose. For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. (Romans 8: 28-30, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Resurrection Of Christ (04/16/2020); Acknowledging Christ as Son (03/08/2020); Spirit Process and Substance (02/27/2020); From Purpose and Substance (12/27/2019); Only Divine Resurrection Saves (12/24/2019); More Required Than Crucifixion? (12/10/2019); New Birth By Resurrection (09/27/2019)

“joko”, forgiveness establishes possibilities for covenant relationship with GOD, yet, does not answer all the demands of final judgment and the sanctions recorded within the divine law. Thus, many Christians trust that Christ did not come to atone for the sins of mankind so much as he came to reveal the character and nature of immortal, invisible, divinity. The appearance of GOD on the earth using human flesh and life process as Jesus Christ (we say, the Incarnation) has included multiple finite and eternal operations that express divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of divine fullness (i.e., Deity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). So to speak, in the same way death (sleep) was used to accomplish the creation of a female (Eve) from the rib of a living male (Adam) without also destroying all things for a “do-over”, or calling forth existence and life ex nihilo (from nothing), mankind as a companion to divinity is being restored through divine operations upon the Word and upon the endowment of life essence (breath; spirit; utterance; word) that was imparted to mankind at Creation from the makeup of GOD. Included are the use of birth, growth, inheritance, priestly service, death, and resurrection. Adam “fell” through betrayal, deceit, negligence and opposition to the continued existence of sacred law. Where sinners undergo the death and burial of their inborn spirit, operations that are spirit in process and substance establish their existence through sacred rebirth. Inseparable aspects of divinity are provided that include balance, commitment, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Developing believers are to become mature/ripe while on the earth through such features as discovery, gradual growth, sacred practice (e.g., praise, prayer, worship), the fulfillment of prophecy and divine promise, unselfish service, the study of the holy writings, and suffering. All who belong to Christ are to be harvested from the earth by the Lord at his Advent (his appearing; the Rapture; the Second Coming). Members of the spiritual body established by Jesus (the church) exist now as the new creation, and later are to become immortal as the offspring and vessels of GOD. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Exodus 34: 4-8, King James Version (KJV): 4 And he hewed two tables of stone like unto the first; and Moses rose up early in the morning, and went up unto mount Sinai, as the LORD had commanded him, and took in his hand the two tables of stone. 5 And the LORD descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the LORD. 6 And the LORD passed by before him, and proclaimed, The LORD, The LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, 7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth generation. 8 And Moses made haste, and bowed his head toward the earth, and worshipped.

(2.) 2nd Corinthians 5: 17-21, KJV: 17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; 19 To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. 20 Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye reconciled to God. 21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

(3.) Romans 8: 14-17, KJV: 14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. 15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. 16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.

(04/09/2020) They Which Are Called

The image shows Jesus Christ serving as the divine High Priest in heaven who makes atonement for sin on the earth.

Today, reply is on the recovery of mankind from sin, and mankind’s transformation by divine fullness requiring the appearance of divinity in the earth using human flesh and life process as Jesus Christ. The process and substance of divinity appearing to mankind on the earth is one to establish unchanging divine order, permanence, and the eternal nature of consecrated truth. Only those who are called, who willingly respond, and who voluntarily endure will apprehend the high prize of GOD. Through the operations of divine judgment, and fulfillment of the second death, mankind is to be sealed as immortal and incorruptible. It is written: Hebrews 10: 26-29, King James Version (KJV): 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “𝐸𝓂𝓂𝒶 ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ” (Level 2 with 964 points) posted the following:

Christians, why do we need to believe in Jesus to be saved?
According to the latter half of the old testament, God was already opened to forgiveness through repentance over sacrifice, centuries before Jesus. And according to the books of maccabees, it was already a strongly held belief that God would send the righteous to heaven though faith. In the second book of maccabees, a Jewish family consisting of a mother and her seven sons, were all tortured one by one for not giving up their faith, but they already believed that staying strong would land then a place in heaven.

So why is Jesus necessary for salvation?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3: 7-14, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Grace Abounds Much More (04/02/2020); Trying To Stop Sins (04/01/2020); “Because You Are Believers” (03/17/2020); Those Who Are Convinced (12/08/2019); In Relationship With Divinity? (08/16/2016); Products of The Cross? (04/27/2016); Called of GOD? (08/02/2015)

“𝐸𝓂𝓂𝒶 ᕕ( ᐛ )ᕗ”, more than salvation must come into view. Mature Christian believers acknowledge that mankind became subject to death and other unwanted conditions through the transgression of divine law, and may only be corrected and restored through multiple operations of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). GOD appears among created beings and living creatures within consciousness and self-will (willpower) as active presence, and uses multiple devices and sacred operations to become knowable, known, accessible, and approachable. Included have been sacred law, expiation for sin, family and inheritance, covenant relationships, Incarnation (using human flesh and life process to appear on the earth), priesthood on the earth modeled after that in heaven, promise, prophecy, reconciliation, revelation, judgment, and resurrection of the dead.

It is the expression of divine prerogative, consecrated personhood, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD that mankind will exist as a companion to immortal, incorruptible, invisible divinity. Sin has not been eliminated by the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Even so, through the priesthood of Jesus, the living now may be transformed by receiving a fresh endowment of the life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was imparted to Adam at Creation. Men are to undergo the death and burial of their inborn spirit; and become “born again” as the offspring and children of GOD having divine DNA, so to speak. Inseparable aspects of the divine makeup are imparted such as balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. All are to “grow up again” on the earth, and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his appearing (the Advent; the harvest; the Rapture; the Second Coming.)

As vessels of divine seed, sinners who turn to Christ increasingly are to display the image of GOD, and are to resemble, reflect and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Such finite human tools as academic instruction, secular knowledge, carnal reason, science, and self-will can not bring about the salvation of mankind. As developing believers, joint-heirs with Christ, and the new creation, those who are “born again” display new lifestyles and daily routines that include discovery, gradual growth, performing sacred practices (e.g., praise, prayer; worship), study of the holy writings, unselfish service, and suffering. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Jeremiah 31: 31-33, King James Version (KJV): 31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: 33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.

(2.) Romans 6: 3-4, KJV: 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

(3.) Hebrews 9: 11-15, KJV: 11 But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building; 12 Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us. 13 For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh: 14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? 15 And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlYp5ek4I4E.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(03/08/2020) Acknowledging Christ as Son

A depiction of the Roman soldier who acknowledged Jesus as the Son of GOD following the Savior's death on the cross.

Today, reply is on the birth of Jesus Christ through the operations of GOD, rather than the operations of the flesh. The birth of Jesus is a part of a larger operation by GOD to redeem mankind. The full array of divine actions that were performed by GOD for the nativity of Jesus are not reported in the holy writings. Even so, Christian believers apprehend the birth of Jesus as agreeing with revealed prophecy, promise, and eternal purpose. In addition to appetite (e.g., hunger, sexual cravings, thirst), sensation (e.g., hearing, seeing, tasting, touching) and the effects of emotion/mind (e.g., anger, fantasy, fear, recall), the flesh continues to generate organic changes and shifts in ones conscious focus, reactions, and responses. To continually acknowledge the character and nature of Jesus Christ as consecrated and sacred, one must rely on sacred process such as discernment, and the use of ones own spirit content to realize and respond to the spirit matter within events, oneself, other persons, presentations of doctrine, prophecy, etc. It is written: Luke 1: 30-38, King James Version (KJV): 30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. 31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. 32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: 33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end. 34 Then said Mary unto the angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man? 35 And the angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that holy thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. 36 And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age: and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. 37 For with God nothing shall be impossible. 38 And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “Yesterday Strikes Back” (Level 6 with 10,556 points) posted the following:

Is Jesus the biological son of the god?
Whom did the god impregnate?

And what are the christian sects which deny that Jesus is the only biological son of the god?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John bare witness of him, and cried, saying, This was he of whom I spake, He that cometh after me is preferred before me: for he was before me. And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. (John 1: 10-17, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Miracles and Christian Belief (01/30/2020); The Meat That Perishes (01/13/2020); Sin Depicted Using Flesh (11/22/2019); Christ Displayed Authentic Humanity (10/09/2019); Spirit Using Human Form (08/16/2019); The Mystery of GODhead (10/21/2018); Mary (06/13/2014); The Estate of His Handmaiden (06/14/2014)

“Yesterday Strikes Back”, here are some points that may help. Jesus was born from the flesh of a woman, yet, not through the animal and human process of sexual reproduction. Those who acknowledge Jesus Christ as the son of GOD—and who have no spiritual confusion or unanswered questions—do so by continuing within a “closed system” for knowledge and truth (we say, staying inside the box; conforming to the dictates of faith). Rather than his height, weight, and other features, focus must be on the spirit matter and substance of Christ that expresses divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. Sinners who turn to GOD through Jesus Christ must become developing believers who undergo a transformation that is so comprehensive we say, You must be born again; grow up again; and become mature/ripe for harvest by the Lord at his appearing. Mature Christian believers only rely on sacred knowledge that entails specific definitions, language, meanings, standards, and values that are distinct and separate from those for such disciplines and studies as history, academic instruction, philosophy, politics, science, and secular knowledge. The finite human tools of intellect, logic, carnal reason, and “critical thinking” are expressions of the flesh, rather than of the spirit substance within mankind that was imparted as breath and life essence from GOD at the time of Creation. The sum of all divine substance (we say, divine fullness; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit) is alive, exists as spirit in form, and displays multiple discrete, yet inseparable, aspects. Included are balance, commitment, faith, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. While spirit is manifest as invisible and unseen, and does not always use material and physical form, spirit can be known as active presence, cause, influence, and power. Mankind should be understood as fashioned in the image of GOD; and Christians are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Even so, consciousness and self-will within created beings and living creatures may be corrupted and dominated by the operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of sacred law. Jesus appeared on the earth through operations of GOD that went beyond the ongoing frameworks for time and space, mechanical process, and natural law. While on the earth he was subject to aging, gradual growth, having to get and process shared knowledge through communication, and mortality.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, consider the following from the music ministry of Steve Amerson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQEPqhn-M28). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
