Today, reply is on how the sin that Jesus bore on the cross for mankind are described and identified throughout the holy writings and are not only the offenses named through the Ten Commandments. The Scriptures present many disciplines, practices, promises, and teachings for the church that have the same authority, focus, and power that appear within the Ten Commandments. Through their oneness without sameness, there are multiple writings that express the sovereign will of GOD, and should be shown no less diligence, obedience, respect, and sobriety than we show to the Decalogue. Divine law is to be discerned, recognized, and responded to on the basis of its intent, operation, eternal purpose, and sacred substance. Thus, the prophetic exhortation endorsing consistency and regularity for attending church programs is not to be held as a mild encouragement for behavior that is optional and unnecessary. Gathering as a body is vital for fellowship and worship, and they are divinely appointed duties that also addresses accountability, commitment, faithfulness, and the acknowledgment of divine presence. It is written: Hebrews 10: 24-26, King James Version (KJV): 24 And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? “Mike”, developing Christians often have to overcome the practice of not taking a broad view when considering the “law” from GOD. By holding to the “letter” of the law, many who err through bias, covetousness, envy and exaggerated pride miss the righteousness of GOD that is being displayed and revealed. In addition to presenting the Ten Commandments, the holy writings share many other important admonitions, counsels, sacred guidelines, and divine principles that have the force, intent, and spirit of law. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot:

(1.) Matthew 22: 36-40, King James Version (KJV): 36 Master, which is the great commandment in the law? 37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

(2.) Ecclesiastes 5: 4-6, KJV: 4 When thou vowest a vow unto God, defer not to pay it; for he hath no pleasure in fools: pay that which thou hast vowed. 5 Better is it that thou shouldest not vow, than that thou shouldest vow and not pay. 6 Suffer not thy mouth to cause thy flesh to sin; neither say thou before the angel, that it was an error: wherefore should God be angry at thy voice, and destroy the work of thine hands?

(3.) Romans 13: 8-10, KJV: 8 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9 For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10 Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

Galatians 5: 19-23, KJV: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Today, reply is on divine mercy as an aspect of things sacred, eternal, everlasting and perpetual, rather than “infinite”, material and temporal. It is written: Isaiah 54: 7-9, King James Version (KJV): 7 For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee. 8 In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer. 9 For this is as the waters of Noah unto me: for as I have sworn that the waters of Noah should no more go over the earth; so have I sworn that I would not be wroth with thee, nor rebuke thee. Nowhere, in the Bible does it actually say that "God's mercy is infinite". Not even implied as such. But what are you going to do about it?

There is not a single word/sentence in the entire Bible to say that "God's mercy is infinite".

Not even implied as such.

But this is merely a concoction by dishonest and frightened persons who have wrongly assumed that they can "sway the end result of God's Judgment upon them".

However, if God is resolved to condemn such people then there is absolutely nothing they can do or say that would sway the end result of his Judgment.

Because there is actually NOTHING at all in the Bible to say that "God's mercy is infinite", and therefore, God is never required to forgive those individuals who have trespassed.

Such wishful thinking is nothing more than a concoction by dishonest people who are frightened out of their wits.

However, based on God's omniscient knowledge of their "iniquity" (or "lawlessness") in the past and present tense He has every right to reject (and thereby, condemn) those very same individuals: Matthew 7:23.

But nowhere at all in the Bible does it actually say that "God's mercy is infinite".

Not even implied as such.

So what are you going to do about it?

“Political Commentator”, GOD is a spirit who exists without material form or limitation from the finite frameworks of human consciousness, self-will, or time and space. Mature Christians understand that, when divinity appeared to Moses becoming visible by using a burning bush, the GOD who earlier had made covenant with mankind through promise to Abraham also proclaimed his character, process, and substance to be that of a divine judge. In the same way, the sons of Jacob were challenged to enter into a perpetual covenant, they were called to embrace ongoing judgment that entailed correction, life, transformation, and the second death that are to be eternal. Divine mercy is an artifact of sacred judgment; without judgment compassion may appear, yet, mercy will not be manifest. Mercy pertains to the righteousness of GOD that is demonstrated by judgment. Included are balance, completeness, detail, focus, holy boldness, impartiality, integrity, resolution, rest, and sobriety. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot, the Troubadour of the Great King:

(10/09/2019) Christ Displayed Authentic Humanity

Today, the reply is on the display of authentic humanity by Jesus Christ while in flesh on the earth. Following the fall of Adam, mankind could not embody divinity except by coming and going in what we might call “episodes” and “visitations”. The “hand of the Lord” (i.e., the Holy Spirit) might fall on someone (e.g., Ezekiel, Samson, Saul, Daniel), however, the spirit would not remain. Jesus would show the abiding image of GOD for the new creation that would have a fresh endowment of the same divine spirit imparted to Adam from the makeup of GOD. Also, the doctrine and teaching of the Father shared by Jesus along with the gospel of the cross and his resurrection, would be the foundation whereby every member of the church headed by Christ would be enabled to receive the indwelling Holy Spirit (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth). “Norine”, an important way to understand the distinct operations on the earth by Jesus Christ and by the Holy Spirit is to continually acknowledge that, at all times while in flesh, Jesus was required to display and manifest authentic humanity. His behavior, conduct, and speech were always fashioned, formed, and made to be consistent with such finite human elements as appetite, sensation, and emotions/mind at the same time he was being permanently altered through operations of the Holy Spirit that determine accountability, commitment, discovery, godliness, gradual growth, ability to serve unselfishly, and the endurance of suffering. Jesus would proclaim the truth that fresh endowments of the same life essence (we say, breath; spirit; word; the law and the prophets) imparted to Adam at Creation will be imparted from GOD to abide and indwell the church he would found. The appearing of Jesus on earth presenting mortality as the Son of Adam and the Son of GOD does not conflict with or contradict his appearing in the heaven as an aspect of full Godhead and as the Word. The inseparable sacred substance of divinity includes faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

(08/31/2017) Existence, Mortality and GOD?

Today, reply is made on death, the substance of divinity, and Hurricane Harvey.  All divine order proceeds from the existence of divinity.  Continuous and uninterrupted divine order are in place as the context and setting for various objects and events.  Multiple regularities have been described and are identified by mankind as occurring on the basis of natural laws and processes within frameworks of time and space.  Sacred events (we say, miracles), intercession, and the use of divine power are not intended to put an end to, or replace natural law.  Divinity operates with restraint and in accordance with sacred law and standards for spirit substance, rather than the finite standards that emerge from natural law and processes, or those generated by human care and emotion.  Thus, the compassion of GOD in response to human needs and suffering is not the same as the mercy of GOD that can appear during judgment.  Having different meanings, power, and purpose, divine compassion is akin to human emotions and feelings, and like our own, ought not arbitrarily and willfully alter or interrupt human events.  By contrast, mercy pertains to divine events, and is applied when determining outcomes of divine assessments.  Using language from the holy writings, then, the saving of the physical body is called “deliverance” while the saving of the spirit is called “salvation”.  The two may occur at the same time, yet, will continue to be on very different levels.  The fighter at “Yahoo! These people died the most horrific death while watching their grandchildren share their tragic and unfortunate fate.

Meanwhile Jesus Christ who loves us all, who watches over us in our time of need, who has all power in the universe, did nothing to prevent the tragedy.

“Pixel”, many who ask your question, or others like it are angry, confused, and hurt such that, when they are given the same answer that provides comfort and encouragement from GOD to those who are believers, they are unable to connect and understand.  This is usually because their purpose in posing the question has been to accuse GOD of cruelty, belittle, disrespect, and insult believers, or demonstrate what they suppose is their own knowledge and superiority.  All that must be put aside, and a thoughtful, adult consideration of mature Christian belief must be taken up.  Consider the following points:

(1.)  Where the “greatness of GOD” could be measured alone in how many babies born, how many college graduates, per capita income (that some call prosperity), or how many successful surgeries there have been, the spirit substance, power, and sovereignty that resides within GOD would not be clearly recognized and properly acknowledged.

(2.)  The relationship of the created to the Creator is that of dependency.  Through the revelations to make divinity knowable, known, and “visible” to created beings and living creatures, mankind have been freely given instruction regarding the origins of mortality as a continuing condition for human existence and life.  Sin that opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and all divine order must come into view.  All things that exist do not have life; and many of the processes for life are mechanical and repetitive (e.g., aging, birth, learning, recovery from sickness).  Even so, acknowledging the natural laws and standards that allow life to continue, the living do have some measure of control to determine the extent of their own mortal lives.

(3.)  The true people of GOD, do not complain that they have been challenged by a great storm, that they have lost belongings and property, or that they have lost loved ones now that they knew could otherwise be taken away at any moment.  Believers trust the love of GOD is no less in times of hurt, loss and trouble.  GOD continues as the Supreme Being, and is no less worthy of gratitude, obedience, and respect.  Their understanding includes:  Romans 8:  5-9, King James Version (KJV):  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

Why are some Christians very legalistic? Didn't Christ warn them not to be like pharisees?

If Jesus told them that they were forgiven already and that God loves everyone how come they don't extend that love to gay people. I thought Christ didn't want them to be legalistic.

“Jonathan”, seeking to escape the law, many fail to receive the guidance, protection and structure that only comes by the law.  Trusting that answers are continuing to flow to us across time and space through operations of the Holy Spirit, blood and truth from the cross are reaching to here and now.  The living ministry of Jesus that was dramatically completed upon the cross brought into view the many essential dimensions that were missing from the work of those upholding the covenant of Moses.  Included were compassion, empathy, sacred events (we say, miracles), faith, longsuffering, lovingkindness, righteousness, and godly wisdom.  The Savior demonstrated and provided on a daily basis expressions of divine love that included feeding the hungry, forgiving the guilty, fulfilling prophecy, healing the sick, imparting spirit substance, and proclaiming the eternal inheritance.  The Pharisees represented a tried and trusted system that had been provided by GOD as a divine gift, and that also had anchored the people through difficult tests and trials that included captivity, disgrace, domination by heathens, exile, and poverty.  The law had indisputable benefit, and was a shield against calamity, confusion, sin, and the many forces (e.g., disbelief, ignorance, politics, exaggerated pride) that threatened to end covenant with divinity.  Therefore, the law was not to be abandoned, cast away, or responded to with defiance,  indifference, pride, and slackness.  As a necessary framework for pleasing the Father, acknowledgment and respect to law and judgment continue to be indispensable for all the children of GOD through Jesus Christ.  Such blessings as comfort, forgiveness, rebirth, and sanctification that establish Christian believers as a “new creation” are in no way intended to annul or eliminate divine law.  Jesus did not oppose the Pharisees because of their willingness to study and promote the holy writings, their objectives (we say, aims, “end”, or goals) to re-establish the dignity of their nation, or their efforts to have all things done “decently and order” within the synagogue and Temple.  The Savior was critical of “going through the motions,” hypocrisy, indecision, presumption, pretense, and vanity (lack of divine substance).  Consider again how these ideas are shared using language from the Bible:

(1.)  Matthew 23:  1-3, King James Version (KJV):  1 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,  2 Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat:  3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works:  for they say, and do not.

(2.)  Romans 10:  1-4, KJV:  1 Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.  2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.  3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.  4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth.

(3.)  Romans 3:  1-3, KJV:  1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision?  2 Much every way:  chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God.  3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?

Today, Scripture points are shared on the teaching “mercy not sacrifice.”  For Christian believers, the ministry through sacred law is more to be understood as divine embrace, reconciliation and revelation than enmity from GOD expressed through abstract and formal operations to condemn, exclude, prohibit and rebuke.  Thus, by the appearance of mercy along with impartiality and thoroughness, final judgment proclaims the eternal balance, fairness, goodness, and righteousness of divinity and of Creation.  Correct knowledge of divine doctrine is acquired primarily through action, obedience and service.  Therefore, it is written: John 7: 14-18, King James Version (KJV): 14 Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught. 15 And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned? 16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself. 18 He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.  One of the many fighters at “Yahoo! I'm an Atheist but used to be a Catholic and currently talking to the Jehovah's religion?

I left the Catholic church many years ago in my early 20s because of their hypocrisy. I became an Atheist but now being much older I'm looking for some meaning in my life. At first when the Jehovah's came knocking at my door I was really rude and ugly. About a month ago they caught me in a good mood so I accepted their magazines. A few days ago in reading the 2015 August Awake! magazine on page 9 I read the incredible sacrifice of this man Felix Alarcon. I know that Jehovah's have preaching hour quotas that need to be met in order to be considered a good spiritual member. My question is why do the Jehovah's believe this man is a good example when Jesus himself said he preferred 'mercy' and not 'sacrifice' in Matthew 9:13 and Matthew 12:7? Doesn't this send the wrong message that irregardless the members are obligated to do all these things no matter what? I just don't agree at all and am very put off by it.

“Anonymous”, the teaching “mercy, not sacrifice” pertains to atonement, the expiation of guilt through the offerings of blood, life, and spirit as well as the operations of GOD on behalf of mankind that are to be seen as redemption and salvation.  Unlike compassion that is associated with human feelings, sentiment, and pity, mercy is associated with balance, impartiality and thoroughness in divine judgment.  With that in view, mercy should never be thought of as applying the law with displays of lenience, negligence, and slackness.  The spirit content and divine nature of attitudes, behavior, service and worship are to be discerned and regarded not just their social and surface appearance.  Here, the holy writings include many authoritative points that have been helpful to Christian believers, for example:

(1.)  Hosea 6:  4-7, King James Version (KJV):  4 O Ephraim, what shall I do unto thee? O Judah, what shall I do unto thee? for your goodness is as a morning cloud, and as the early dew it goeth away.  5 Therefore have I hewed them by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth:  and thy judgments are as the light that goeth forth.  6 For I desired mercy, and not sacrifice; and the knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.  7 But they like men have transgressed the covenant:  there have they dealt treacherously against me.

(2.)  Matthew 9:  10-13, KJV:  10 And it came to pass, as Jesus sat at meat in the house, behold, many publicans and sinners came and sat down with him and his disciples.  11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?  12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.  13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice:  for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

(3.)  Psalms 50:  4-6, KJV:  4 He shall call to the heavens from above, and to the earth, that he may judge his people.  5 Gather my saints together unto me; those that have made a covenant with me by sacrifice.  6 And the heavens shall declare his righteousness:  for God is judge himself. Selah.

“Anonymous”, as shown in the Scriptures by GOD’s proclamation of his name (i.e., deeds, reputation) to Moses, Christian believers have been taught the issue is not that GOD is merciless, rather that men do not correctly grasp the meaning, need for, and value of mercy as aspects of full divine revelation.  Here are some points that have been useful to Christian believers:

(1.)  The authority, power, and sovereign majesty of divinity are demonstrated and shown through the beauty, diversity and richness of Creation.  The goodness, enduring love, and righteousness of Deity are made known and visible by other sacred operations that include atonement, cleansing, comfort, healing, forbearance, forgiveness, Incarnation, Judgment, rebirth, and sanctification.

(2.)  The GOD we serve is “the Father of mercies;” see 2nd Corinthians 1:  3, King James Version (KJV).  It is inarguable, immutable and non-negotiable that GOD has declared his functioning, nature and process to be that for a “God of Judgment,” and one who judges.  Mercy is a rubric (we say, required defining feature) that establishes the presence of divine grace.

(3.)  Mercy is distinct from compassion and pity, for divine mercy appears primarily through formal process and sacred operation (i.e., Judgment), not emotions, sentiment, and social interaction.  Thus, just as we might say, No appearing in court, no verdict of “not guilty” or “time served;” we may correctly say, No judgment, no mercy.  Beyond punishment, the outcomes of judgment include correction, dismissal of all charges (i.e., “case dismissed”) as well as full restoration.

(4.)  Judgment is the assigning weight and value for comparing and contrasting statements offered as having truth (e.g., confession, corroboration, substantiation, testimony, witness); the resolving of conflicts and settling of disputes through applications of divine law; and the acknowledgment and determination of the divine nature within created beings and living creatures along with their fitness as eternal companions to GOD.

(5.)  Judgment is a continuous, ongoing process, not a one-time event.  The people of GOD receive the mercy to Abraham (see Micah 7:  20, KJV), the sure mercies that were shown to David (see Acts 13:  33-35, KJV), and new mercies every day (see Lamentations 3:  22-24, KJV).

There is much more that could be said, and that must be correctly understood and spiritually taken into account.  (For example, (6.)  Because of mercy, the harshness of the demand that lawful judgment be exact and precise is softened.  Even so, all sacred judgment will convey balance as well as impartiality, thoroughness, truth, and wisdom.)  I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

Update : What happened to the people who did not know about Jesus? I know everybody sins at least once in their lifetime, but how could they be forgiven if they had no knowledge of God? Take the people in China during the year of 300 AD for example. Christians only please, thanks!

“michael”, consider the following points that serve as weapons of light against doubt, scorn, spiritual confusion and widespread unbelief:

(1.)  Divine judgment is a further expression of divine acceptance and love, and is not separate from compassion, empathy, mercy, and understanding.  Salvation is not based upon ones intellect, secular knowledge, logic, reason, or skills of the historian, the linguist, mathematician and scientist.  Acceptance with GOD has to do with ones divine content that also is displayed through attitudes, behavior and conduct.  In the same way demons, devils and fallen angels originally existed having a measure of divine substance from the makeup of Deity, Adam was created having sacred content.  Through the operations of sin, the inseparable aspects of divinity may be corrupted and diminished.  Included are faith, forbearance, forgiveness, holiness, longsuffering, love, wisdom and wrath against sin.

(2.)  Through the errors of Adam (GOD’s name for both the male and female), human awareness and self-will may be dominated by sin that is not a living, material or “spirit” thing created by GOD.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law (the expressed will of GOD), and has no function or purpose provided by GOD.

(3.)  Without the tools supplied by GOD, mankind is not able to correctly recognize and resist sin.  Sin is accepted as though an acceptable part of oneself such as ones own goals, feelings and imagination.  However, sin is contrary to all existence, and is an outside, or foreign and separate feature.  Just as human history shows the outworking of sin among created beings and living creatures, there is a record of sacred events that describe the many divine operations to cleanse, correct and purify Creation.  The operations of sin have made necessary such divine devices as atonement,  covenant, death, incarnation, inheritance, preaching, prophecy, resurrection, sacrifice, and sanctification.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  Given the non-life, non-spirit status of sin, sin can not be destroyed and eliminated without divine process.  Through baptism (death of ones inborn spirit, rebirth from divine DNA, so to speak), Christian believers receive fresh endowments of the life essence (we say, breath, spirit, word) that was imparted from divinity to Adam.  Those “born again” must also “mature again.”  They receive sacred knowledge through such provisions as fellowship with other believers, meditation, meeting the challenges of life upon the earth, practice of sacraments, praise, prayer, study of holy writings, unselfish service to others, and worship.)  I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

     Bereavement, Jesus raising the dead, and Scripture readings for funerals are topics, today, along with more on judgment.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Donkey Girl” (Level 5 with 8,513 points, a member since October 28, 2010) posted the following:


Inappropriate reading at funeral?

I went to a funeral recently and the vicar quoted a passage from the Bible where Jesus sees a mother weeping over her son who has died. Jesus tells the boy to get up and his mother is very joyful as he’s returned to life. The vicar said that Jesus did this because the boy obviously meant a lot to his mother.

I think this is completely inappropriate at a funeral. So Jesus saw fit to resurrect this boy, but presumably doesn’t care enough about the guy whose funeral I was at nor the suffering of his wife weeping in the front pew to resurrect him.

None of the believers at the funeral seemed to think anything of it. Are Christians so blinded by their faith that they just listen to the words and don’t think about their meaning any more?


THE BATTLE AXE:  When Does Judgment Begin? (06/27/2013)—The current, ongoing judgment focuses upon believers, and therefore, employs criteria and standards that relate to identifying divine purpose, sacred operations, and eternal substance.  Included are admonition, chastisement, correction, council, instruction, punishment, rebuke, and warning (see Job 5:  17-19, Hebrews 12:  4-6 and Luke 12:  42-48, KJV).  At the Advent, or Second Coming of Jesus, there will be two classes of believers in existence that supply those who are lifted up to meet the Lord in the air:  (1) the quick (those still alive, who have not finished mortal life, and (2) the dead.  Both these classes of believer will have already satisfied the demands of judgment such that they are included in what is called “the harvest,” “the reaping,” and “the Rapture.”  Those taken up are not yet granted rest from all labors, for they must complete preparations for, serve in, and bear witness to the judgment of the wicked.  Also, there must be the assignment of duties and the distribution of homes within the New Jerusalem as well as upon the new earth that is to be overspread by immortal, incorruptible beings.  See Matthew 5:  20-29, 2nd Timothy 4:  1-5, 1st Thessalonians 4:  13-18 and Revelation 21:  1-8, King James Version.

     “Donkey Girl,” here are some important points shared among Christian believers that may further your spiritual insight:

(1)  Surrounded by two crowds at the entering of the city, Jesus publicly responded to the widow at Nain whose son was her sole source of income and emotional support.  The Savior was moved by compassion, empathy, and the recognition that his own mother would be bereaved and devastated, soon.  At the pleadings of a father and leader of the synagogue (Jairus), Jesus had restored a dead maiden; however, this had been done in private, before no more than six witnesses.  In both these instances, the dead were raised before burial; and so, on surface, they may appear less significant than the raising of Lazarus, who was in the tomb several days.

(2)  Jesus was not commanded by GOD to raise the widow’s son, at that time.  His doing so, therefore, was a prophetic demonstration (actions instead of words) to forewarn and prepare his disciples for a faith-staggering revelation of his divine authority, discretion, and sacred prerogative:  That Messiah would soon die upon the cross, and would reappear following his resurrection from death.

(3)  The sacred processes of GOD for mankind make use of such elements as birth, death, family, marriage, parenting and revival of the dead.  However, consciousness of GOD can be established only through the inseparable aspects of divine person.  GOD is a spirit, and may only be realized using imparted spirit matter that makes up divinity.  Included are faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

     There is no simple explanation, or abbreviated way to clarify the many profound truths of judgment, prophecy, resurrection and sanctification.  There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example,  (4)  Presently, mature Christian believers are to answer death and bereavement through the promises of GOD, instead of through marvels, miracles, and raising the dead.  The comfort, edification and exhortation from GOD that are prophecy do not center upon the carnal, material and social events that routinely challenge believers.  Multiple ongoing sacred operations are in place transforming all Creation, and every aspect of existence.  Once the “second death” is completed, mortality will no longer exist; and mankind will be immortal and incorruptible.)   Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

     Use by some of mockery rather than love is the topic, today. Also, there is more on unexpected expressions of affection, service to widows, and a holy kiss. A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Sept” (Level 1 with 149 points, a member since September 18, 2012) posted the following:



Why do people against faith in God often employ hate, prejudice, mockery, favorism, and scorn, more than love?

It is kind of sad that they are quick to use these foolish things and slow to love. Doesn't it make you want to turn to God more, who is quick to love, quick to forgive, and slow to anger?



THE BATTLE AXE: A Holy Kiss? (11/13/2012)—Through Jesus all believers inherit a duty to serve the fatherless and widows (James 1: 16-27, KJV). Just as a lifeguard at poolside must be vigilant and ready to deliver mouth-to-mouth resuscitation to save a swimmer who is drowning, and a firefighter must be prepared to rush into a building that is aflame in order for lives to be saved, those who serve in Jesus Christ must grow to a level of trust, unselfishness, and willingness to martyr or sacrifice themselves in order to recover souls. Mature believers do not question their own, or the motives of those clearly in need, and may not “second-guess” themselves. In the course of ministry, all that is said and done are taken on “face value,” and understood as lawful and legitimate expressions of the imparted, indwelling spirit of Christ. The work of the Spirit always conveys divine authority, confidence in GOD, faith, holy boldness, innocence, love, righteousness, truth and wisdom (see Philippians 4: 4-7, KJV). As with the casting of pur and the lot, the believer relies upon GOD for all that follows. This includes cleansing, healing for every injury or wound, the completeness and correctness for outcomes of interventions and responses as well as replenishment of all spiritual supplies (see 1st Peter 2: 15-16, KJV). Because sexual joining is an emotional, physical, psychological and spiritual expression, casual sex always results in a reduction of spirit power and purity; and should be regarded as fornication, a joining of ones spirit to other unknown and unseen persons. The perils to those who minister the gospel are not so much that they will be accused, sexually harassed, seduced and then punished as was Joseph. It is that they may fail to maintain the simplicity in Christ repeatedly displaying instead indifference, lack of balance, overconfidence, over familiarity, and presumption. Pastoral counseling and many other interventions are best performed by those having suitable training and experience in the things of GOD. It is very difficult for the novice to avoid inappropriate assumptions, premature and unauthorized judgment (i.e., condemnation) of others, and self-promotion (see 1st Timothy 3: 1-10, KJV).



THE GOLDEN ARROW: But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.      Many choosing to use derision and scorn seek to disguise their ill-will against others (see Proverbs 26: 25-27 and Proverbs 27: 4-6, KJV). Because they fear exposure and punishment they “sugar-coat” their malice and venom, presenting the attack as humor, a joke, a casual remark, or even a heart-to-heart confidence that should bond and seal a friendship. Often, such persons are immature, presumptuous, and proud. They continue to repeat statements expressing contempt, disdain and disrespect against authority, family, law and sacred wisdom as though they truly were doing others a favor, or revealing hidden dangers, snares and pitfalls. Yet, what they speak emerges from anger, bitterness, and distrust rather than from godly insight, the sacred content of their own being, or genuine spiritual understanding.

     As an aspect of divine person and a dimension of existence, love is not a human device that can be applied, directed or manipulated in accordance with carnal, material and social concerns. Divine love is inseparable from other sacred substance, such as faith, holiness, hope, humility, longsuffering, righteousness, truth and wrath against sin. (So to speak, one cannot separate the wet from the water.) Through the indwelling spirit of GOD, mature created beings and living creatures experience love as an unselfish goal and godly motives that add value (edify), continue being, and ensure benefit to others.

     There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, many who mock and scorn when presented with the things given for salvation from GOD express anxiety, disbelief, embarrassment, and fear as very early indications that their development as a believer has begun. In the same way Moses was merely curious and unsuspecting when he turned aside to see the bush that burned without giving off smoke or turning into ashes, scoffers also are engaged with divinity where otherwise they are denied and rejected. Apart from their self-awareness and self-will, the Holy Spirit that brings created beings and living creatures into repentance may be introduced within their consciousness, prompt responses from their inborn spirit substance, and begin to dispel their spiritual confusion.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
