(02/01/2021) The Place of History

Historians and poets are called to serve no less than griots, prophets, those who can reveal, the unseen levels of truth surrounding events and lives. Because the accountability, process and substance they bring to market are priceless, seeking their wares requires deep humility, respect, and wisdom provided by the universe. The following original poem is offered in exchange during Black History Month 2021 and is titled, The Place of History. It is written: Ecclesiastes 7: 9-12, King James Version (KJV): 9 Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools. 10 Say not thou, What is the cause that the former days were better than these? for thou dost not enquire wisely concerning this. 11 Wisdom is good with an inheritance: and by it there is profit to them that see the sun. 12 For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Acts 17: 23-31, King James Version (KJV): 23 For as I passed by, and beheld your devotions, I found an altar with this inscription, TO THE UNKNOWN GOD. Whom therefore ye ignorantly worship, him declare I unto you. 24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshipped with mens hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. 29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and mans device. 30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.

THE PLACE OF HISTORY

A Poem for Black History Month, February 2021

Talking History can not be cheap-talk and talking smack.

There are some who say the place of History

must be the mind, and not the heart. For the

heart is turned too easily by keys of feeling,

passion, archtypal hopes, and fantasies, the wisps

of legend and dream, all ancient power

magic, death, and lies. The mind engages knowing

as a firmament and platform to continue sacred order

and imparted consciousness. What is uttered

breathed as spirit, poured forth as word

the sound of many waters finds focus firm

direction, through desire, strength by action

with presence and fulfilment, and must explain itself

when historians and poets are no longer there to defend.

America cannot be the primary place for our History

for our trek has been like that of the Hottentots

who rose from the South of Continent exploring north to

east, east to south, and sowing Amazulu seed

and returned the way they came till times of Diaspora.

Ours has been a truth declared by drum,

right-knowing, and shared by foot, by tongue

by brighter minds, by stars that lead to freedom

by sorrow songs and chants of victory.

This place where Senates dripping shame

bitch-slap the Nation day-by-day

announce the verdict of impeachment trials

two months before any evidence is heard or the

Judge has banged the gavel to begin

can be no home of righteousness, where sin

called by its proper name is “sin”.

Should Black Americans endorse as truth

Im right when Im wrong, because...?

Im Republican, Im elected, I am wealthy, I am white.

The claim weve made is not to be dismissed,

ignored or perverted because some clearly have lost

their way, and more than ever stand in need of what

we have to say.

History does not dictate our purpose; we often err and may become misguided. Without our contribution there is no USA.

Our History is written into the life of every nation on the earth

speaking, yes, about our ancestors as well of

future daughters and our sons. Those claiming part

in this universe must acknowledge inseparable facts of

life. A single Creator, with no Big Bang or

expanding time and space void of genuine purpose.

We have pitied those in confusion whose maturity is not yet

come, yet we will not let their chaos reign. Black History continues

and the Chronicles of heaven must contain us until

all eternal purpose has been done.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, Ecclesiastes 3: 14-17. King James Version (KJV): 14 I know that, whatsoever God doeth, it shall be for ever: nothing can be put to it, nor any thing taken from it: and God doeth it, that men should fear before him. 15 That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past. 16 And moreover I saw under the sun the place of judgment, that wickedness was there; and the place of righteousness, that iniquity was there. 17 I said in mine heart, God shall judge the righteous and the wicked: for there is a time there for every purpose and for every work.). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/26/2020) Hidden Substance Is Revealed

The image depicts Abraham answered by GOD when he was challenged to offer Isaac in sacrifice at Mount Moriah.

Today, reply is on the benefits and purposes for divine tests and trials such as the sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham at Mount Moriah. Acts, deeds, and works that appear as religious among men must meet a higher standard of spirit content to be authentic and valid as aspects of relationship with divinity. The spirit meaning, process, substance, and value of ones works must come into view. For many giving is from pride, obedience is from fear, sacrifice is from idolatry and lust for blood, and zeal is from impatience and restlessness. Throughout the holy writings there are accounts where divinity challenges mankind in order to elevate their priesthood, their preparation to receive the Incarnate Christ, the spirit quality of their service, and their own content as offspring and vessels who contain divine substance imparted from the makeup of GOD. Otherwise immeasurable and invisible sacred elements must be present such as commitment, conviction, reverence, righteousness, and trust. Thus it is written: Malachi 3: 13-18, King James Version (KJV): 13 Your words have been stout against me, saith the LORD. Yet ye say, What have we spoken so much against thee? 14 Ye have said, It is vain to serve God: and what profit is it that we have kept his ordinance, and that we have walked mournfully before the LORD of hosts? 15 And now we call the proud happy; yea, they that work wickedness are set up; yea, they that tempt God are even delivered. 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who used the ID “Darth Vader” (Level 2 with 564 points) posted the following:

Why would a all loving and all knowing God tell Abraham to kill his son Isaac to test his loyalty to God?

If God loves his children why would he tell Abraham to kill his son Isaac who he loved most to test his loyalty?. If God knoweth all things like it says in the Bible why would he tell Abraham to kill Isaac to test his loyalty if he knew that Abraham would and was going to until an angel came and stopped him?.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect? And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God. Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only. (James 2: 19-24, KJV)

Darth Vader”, having experiences of Christian discovery, gradual growth, and the fruits of careful learning, practice, and unselfish service, many mature followers of Jesus Christ discern that the challenge by GOD to Abraham was provided to make visible otherwise hidden and invisible aspects of relationship for created beings and living creatures as companions to divinity. In addition to determining the full depth and range for the measureless dimensions of Abrahams connection to the Almighty as the “Friend of GOD” what appears at first to be judgment (i.e., assessments; evaluations; tests; trials) are operations by divinity to guide and transform the sacred substance within Abraham, his priesthood as an evangelist and servant to the Most High GOD who built altars and dug wells traveling as a nomad, his family, and all mankind. Abraham was examined for his content of the inseparable aspects of spirit first shared with Adam as life essence (breath; spirit; utterance; word) that must be imparted from GOD for the living to be made fit as a companion to divinity. Included are balance, commitment, faith, holiness, integrity, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and How Great Thou Art, a selection from the music ministry of Wintley Phipps:

(1.) Romans 4: 2-11, King James Version (KJV): 2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. 3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. 4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. 5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. 6 Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, 7 Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. 8 Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. 9 Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. 10 How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. 11 And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also:

(2.) Romans 5: 1-5, KJV: 1 Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: 2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; 4 And patience, experience; and experience, hope: 5 And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us.

(3.) Romans 10: 1-10, KJV: 10 Brethren, my hearts desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of Gods righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 4 For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to every one that believeth. 5 For Moses describeth the righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall live by them. 6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:) 7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.) 8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; 9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. 10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8X-fTtMhWII.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(09/01/2020) Our Desires Are Weighed

A depiction of the Holy City, the New Jerusalem

Today, reply is on whether believers must have a desire to “go to heaven,” and whether GOD might force a person to appear and continue in the celestial presence. Properly understood, the going to heaven has to do with fulfilling the sovereign will of GOD by completing multiple sacred tasks, and is not a matter of having human independence and carnal preferences. Such works as further construction and allocation of portions within the Holy City may be required along with building and cleansing within the Sanctuary, providing witness to the tribunals of final judgment, and the distribution of rewards to the laborers for Christ. Many now on the earth feel they already have a healthy and positive relationship with divinity. However the connection they speak of may not be grounded in divine covenant, doctrine, obedience to divine law, sacred practices (i.e., sacraments), revelation, study of the holy writings, unselfish service, or suffering. It is written: Romans 1: 18-22, King James Version (KJV): 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20 For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “ringostarr (Level 4 with 3,556 points) posted the following:

If i'm a righteous person and i worship God but i don't want to go to heaven, would God force me to?
Maybe i want to just rest and not be alive anymore. Would he force me to go to Heaven or throw me in Hell because of it?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Thus saith the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you vain: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD hath said, Ye shall have peace; and they say unto every one that walketh after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you. For who hath stood in the counsel of the LORD, and hath perceived and heard his word? who hath marked his word, and heard it? Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD is gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly. (Jeremiah 23: 16-20, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Divine Character Must Appear (08/13/2020); The Outcomes Of Judgment (06/28/2020); Acknowledging And Confessing Sin (06/21/2020); The Justification Of Divinity (04/06/2020); The Purpose Of Worship (10//10/2019); “Sneak Previews” Of Heaven (09/16/2019); Expect Challenges In Heaven (08/12/2019); The Penalty of Death? (04/26/2019)

ringostarr”, mankind is to exist on the earth as immortal and incorruptible with GOD following a one thousand year period of work in heaven. Many Christian believers agree that the final judgment by GOD of mankind and the full Creation includes divinity assigning meaning and value to the desires, hopes, and eternal purposes of all created beings and living creatures including those on the earth. To be in an ongoing relationship with GOD who is Creator requires acknowledgment of his authority, divine prerogative, dominion, immutable, unchanging self-expression, sacred law, and sovereign will. The language used tends to speak in terms of acknowledgment, love, reverence, and the acceptance of ones connection to GOD through their own endowment of substance imparted from the makeup of divine fullness (we say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Inseparable aspects of the divine makeup should appear within the living such as balance, commitment, faith, holiness, mutuality, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Conceived to exist as life companions to divinity, mankind is to display the image of GOD in terms of character, focus, nature, and purpose. While life in the flesh often demands concern for exchanges and interaction to gain material and social advantage, or ensure ones duration and survival, the living are to exist as vessels of consecrated life essence (i.e., divine breath; spirit; utterance; word). Sinners who turn to Jesus Christ are to reflect, resemble, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus. What many are willing to call “unkindness” and even “cruelty” on the part of GOD comes into view as fulfillment of divine imperatives and sacred terms of authentic covenant relationship with our Maker. At this time in the plan of GOD, Christians are not called to present their own righteousness. Rather, by their display of sacred content using their lifestyle and daily routines, developing and mature Christians are to establish the presence of Christ upon the earth. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection, Rescue, from the prophecy and music ministry of Acappella:

(1.) Leviticus 26: 12-21, King James Version (KJV): 12 And I will walk among you, and will be your God, and ye shall be my people. 13 I am the LORD your God, which brought you forth out of the land of Egypt, that ye should not be their bondmen; and I have broken the bands of your yoke, and made you go upright. 14 But if ye will not hearken unto me, and will not do all these commandments; 15 And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: 16 I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. 17 And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you. 18 And if ye will not yet for all this hearken unto me, then I will punish you seven times more for your sins. 19 And I will break the pride of your power; and I will make your heaven as iron, and your earth as brass: 20 And your strength shall be spent in vain: for your land shall not yield her increase, neither shall the trees of the land yield their fruits. 21 And if ye walk contrary unto me, and will not hearken unto me; I will bring seven times more plagues upon you according to your sins.

(2.) Hebrews 6: 4-12, KJV: 4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: 8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned. 9 But, beloved, we are persuaded better things of you, and things that accompany salvation, though we thus speak. 10 For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. 11 And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: 12 That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.

(3.) 1st Peter 1: 3-12, KJV: 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations: 7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: 8 Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory: 9 Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 10 Of which salvation the prophets have enquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you: 11 Searching what, or what manner of time the Spirit of Christ which was in them did signify, when it testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ, and the glory that should follow. 12 Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

(4.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hPSt7tynaBk.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/28/2020) The Outcomes Of Judgment

Today, reply is on the practice of judgment among Christian believers and acknowledging the already revealed outcomes of divine judgment. Forgiveness is a gift of grace, not an outcome of judgment. Final judgment by divinity results in either eternal life or the second death. Even so, the work of Creation is guided and fulfilled through judgment, and the word of GOD continually operates as a tool for assessments and valuations. Christians are to receive the resurrection life bestowed upon Jesus Christ, and are to conduct themselves as those in the final stages of divine judgment. Properly understood, the benefits and privileges of judgment include admonition, correction, guidance in decision-making, the resolution of conflict, and the settlement of disputes by applying the conditions and sanctions declared within the law. Such judgment is not a sudden, unforeseen condemnation where the meaning and value for ones accountability, authority, merit, and presence are cut off and permanently denied. It is written: 1st Corinthians 11: 31-32, King James Version (KJV): 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. 32 But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

God commands us to not judge others. Only God is the Judge. Christians, how will God punish you for being so judgemental towards atheists?
Updated 1 hour ago: I am a Christian.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. (Hebrews 4: 12, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Law And The Prophets (06/10/2020); Forgiveness A Sacred Practice (05/28/2020); Judge Not The Appearance (01/12/2020); The Perfection Of Divinity (09/17/2019); Atheists And The Word? (09/11/2018); Ye That Work Iniquity (09/24/2018); Scriptures and Judging Others (03/12/2014); Faith Given By GOD (03/13/2014)

Anonymous”, many of the outcomes, principals, and processes for divine judgment have already been made known to mankind and established through the revelation of Jesus Christ. While Christian believers are commanded to avoid practicing judgment against one another and those outside of the body, it remains that day-to-day fellowship and walking with Christ entails making fruitful choices, practicing discernment, responding to fixed and unchanging sacred standards, and acknowledging the final judgments against sin that have already been proclaimed and published by divinity. The tribunals of GOD are to display divine justification, and are not intended to give opportunity for those appearing to offer explanations, or justify themselves. As an aspect of eternal purpose proclaimed through the law and the prophets, judgment is not a one-time event; and judgment speaks to righteousness by the law through both its letter and its spirit. Therefore, judgment addresses transgression of divine law; also judgment examines whether operations of imparted spirit substance that have resided within created beings and living creatures have correctly resembled, reflected, and revealed the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. Without being clairvoyant or enabled to read other peoples thoughts, and without being able to foretell the future, Christians are to recognize the patterns that others willingly display that express their heartfelt convictions, and expose their likely choices (ABCDEFG, xyz is coming). Judgment of the righteous dead and those alive on the earth who belong to Christ will be completed before they are perfected in the first resurrection. The Great White Throne judgment requires that a second resurrection must occur for the wicked dead and those that were not harvested in the first resurrection. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Isaiah 57: 15, King James Version (KJV): 15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

(2.) 2nd Timothy 3: 1-5, KJV: 1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

(3.) 2nd Corinthians 6: 14-18, KJV: 14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? 15 And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? 16 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you. 18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.

(4.) Malachi 3: 16-18, KJV: 16 Then they that feared the LORD spake often one to another: and the LORD hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the LORD, and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the LORD of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

(04/05/2020) A Habitation of Spirit

TodayPalm Sunday 2020 when the usual distribution of palm branches will not occur as part of our regular memorials to Jesus Christthe reply is on the church founded by Jesus Christ continuing to be essential for spiritual cleansing, healing, and nourishment at a time when the world system is demanding practices that include social distancing to endure a global health crisis. Because the blessings for those within the body of Christ (the church) are spirit in their process and substance, they are not for everyone who is in the world. It is important for committed believers to attend public gatherings in locations that have been consecrated and set apart by praise, prayer, sacrifice, and suffering. Divinity is not restricted by the frameworks of time and space, and may be invited and welcomed to appear in the midst of sacred gatherings. GOD, who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible must be received through spiritual operations (e.g., confession of sin; healing; hearing the word of GOD; rebirth following the death and burial of ones inborn spirit; the embodiment and expression of divinity within the clergy and other believers). Mature Christians maintain membership within focused and stable congregations that provide the body with multiple sacred gifts and tools that otherwise are unavailable within their own households, within their local communities, and within the world as a man-made system for survival. It is written: Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Since most Christians are ok with churches being non-essential, are they admitting that there is nothing supernatural about their faith?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. (John 17: 14-17, KJV)

(06/21/2019); Commitment To Jesus Christ (03/07/2019)

Anonymous”, among those who understand that the church provided by Jesus Christ is more than another social setting, and exists as more than another man-made institution or organization, the church itself continues to be essential, yet, its form and operations are in transition. Church attendance may be understood as a work of the flesh. The process of the church must be spiritual, rather than interpersonal. Divinity appeared on the earth using human flesh and life process to accomplish expressions of divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and the sovereign will of GOD. In addition to addressing the elimination of sin, and establishing mankind in redemption, Christ ministered atonement, forgiveness, reconciliation, rebirth, and fresh endowments of spirit substance from the makeup of divinity to renew mankinds relationship as offspring and heirs of GOD. The saviors focus was not the creation of community centers to provide academic instruction, amusements, family counseling, secular knowledge, political activism, or works of community service and social welfare. The living are to acknowledge that GOD is to exist within the consciousness and self-will (willpower) of all created beings and living creatures. Inseparable aspects of divine fullness are imparted to those who become “born again” that include balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. There is great diversity among believers; and the divine process to “grow up again” requires accepting accountability, commitment, communication, discovery, exchange, interdependence, interaction, practice of sacraments, study of the holy writings, unselfish service, and suffering. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) 2nd Corinthians 4: 17-18, King James Version (KJV): 17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; 18 While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal.

(2.) Matthew 18: 19-20, KJV: 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

(3.) Ephesians 2: 18-22, KJV: 18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

(4.) Luke 17: 20-21, KJV: 20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: 21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

(04/02/2020) Grace Abounds Much More

Today, reply is on the operations of divine grace now being shared with mankind to counteract the consequences of sin. The law may tell a man right from wrong, however, the law can not change the character and spirit content of a man. Even though the first pair (Adam) was granted a priesthood on the earth to seek atonement and reconciliation with divinity that would display the image of the priesthood in heaven, in the fallen condition mankind became restricted to an inheritance of condemnation, mortality, spiritual limit, and continual influence and manipulation by sin. It is written: Romans 3: 10-20, King James Version (KJV): 10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: 14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: 15 Their feet are swift to shed blood: 16 Destruction and misery are in their ways: 17 And the way of peace have they not known: 18 There is no fear of God before their eyes. 19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. 20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. THE GOLDEN ARROW: For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Anonymous”, proper understanding of sin among Christian believers requires that our shared focus be on grace as an aspect of divine fullness appearing in the existence, forgiveness, life, and reconciliation provided mankind. The first pair (Adam) did not uphold the sacred law and standards they were given. The consequences of transgression by Adam included his offspring having to exist with finite limitations and restrictions. Expressions of divine grace were provided to comfort and encourage mankind as a great struggle against sin would go forward on the earth. Included were delay of punishment; expiation; hope; mercy for those found guilty in judgment; rebirth; and redemption. For many on the earth, the operations of sin are so inescapable, visible, and widespread that sin is regarded as an acceptable and normal condition. Sin is not properly recognized as contrary to the character, process, purpose, substance, and survival of both GOD and mankind. Influenced by sin, human desire and reason become destructive, distorted, exaggerated and warped. Attitudes, behavior and conduct become indifferent, irrational, selfish, and wicked. Sin opposes the continued existence of sacred law, the Lawgiver, and the universe that appears through divine order. Sin has not been created by divinity, expresses no divine purpose, and imparts no sacred substance from the makeup of GOD, yet, sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. Sin promotes nonexistence, and a return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth (we say, preexistence saw immaterial objects in motion without direction). The elimination of sin requires multiple operations that may only be completed by GOD. Included are atonement, repentance, covenant relationship, judgment, Incarnation, death, resurrection, sanctification, and the second death.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Luther Barnes:

(1.) Ephesians 2: 8-10, King James Version (KJV): 8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

(2.) Romans 5: 17-21, KJV: 17 For if by one mans offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.) 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one mans disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous. 20 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: 21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

(3.) Romans 8: 1-9, KJV: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. (04/01/2020) Trying To Stop Sins

Today, reply is on breaking habits, overcoming lusts, and the elimination of sin. Sinners become “perfect” with divinity by relying on the righteousness of Jesus Christ, rather than their own efforts to change, or become a different person. Properly understood, judgment, redemption and salvation from divinity are acts of GOD that continue the works begun in divine Creation. The makeup, process, and substance of all things are to conform to the unchanging eternal purpose, existence, life essence, and sovereign will of GOD. It is written: Isaiah 64: 4-9, King James Version (KJV): 4 For since the beginning of the world men have not heard, nor perceived by the ear, neither hath the eye seen, O God, beside thee, what he hath prepared for him that waiteth for him. 5 Thou meetest him that rejoiceth and worketh righteousness, those that remember thee in thy ways: behold, thou art wroth; for we have sinned: in those is continuance, and we shall be saved. 6 But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. 7 And there is none that calleth upon thy name, that stirreth up himself to take hold of thee: for thou hast hid thy face from us, and hast consumed us, because of our iniquities. 8 But now, O LORD, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. 9 Be not wroth very sore, O LORD, neither remember iniquity for ever: behold, see, we beseech thee, we are all thy people. THE GOLDEN ARROW: For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness. Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt. But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Even as David also describeth the blessedness of the man, unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, and whose sins are covered. Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not impute sin. Cometh this blessedness then upon the circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness. How was it then reckoned? when he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had yet being uncircumcised:  that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be not circumcised; that righteousness might be imputed unto them also: And the father of circumcision to them who are not of the circumcision only, but who also walk in the steps of that faith of our father Abraham, which he had being yet uncircumcised. For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. (Romans 4: 3-13, KJV)

Sherin Michael”, eliminating sin is more than a matter of changing behavior (behavior modification) in response to desire. Mature Christian believers hold to revelation from GOD that proclaims the recovery of divine Creation from the effects and influence of sin will eventually include the full elimination of sin, however, the complete end of sin will occur only through a divine process that includes repentance, judgment, resurrection from death, sanctification, and the second death. Multiple benefits and spiritual gifts are being provided to mankind that supply cleansing, discernment, healing, and new life for those on the earth, however, the operations of sin are still able to dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. For the living, sin is an enigma and a puzzle that has no solution. Sin is not a creation of GOD and has no spirit content or sacred substance, yet, sin opposes the continued existence of god-given law, the Lawgiver, and the entire universe that appears by the divine order emanated from GOD. Finite human tools such as academic achievement, intellect, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, and science are not sufficient to detect, destroy and remove all sin. What are otherwise divine extremes are in place that include forgiveness, forbearance, Incarnation (divinity using human flesh and life process to exist among men on the earth), monarchy (rule as king or emperor) and nation, priesthood, and the imparting of divine substance to indwell the believers, servants, and spokespersons who voluntarily acknowledge divinity. Inseparable aspects of divine fullness are imparted to the sinners who become born again believers, and who then must “grow-up again” and mature while on the earth. Included are faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of John Micheal Talbot:

(1.) 1st Corinthians 15: 50-56, King James Version (KJV): 50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.

(2.) Galatians 5: 18-25, KJV: 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christs have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

(03/19/2020) "Sinners" And "The Righteous"

A depiction of a sinner being covered by the righteousness of Christ.

Today, reply is on how the holy writings declare that all have sinned, yet, there are some who are called “the righteous.” There is no contradiction or error, here. The children and descendants of Adam (the male and female created by GOD) all inherit the label of “sinner” and the condition of mortality. The living complete a span of life by fulfilling an obligation to experience their own death. All have been made subject to death through the sanctions against transgression that were proclaimed at Creation along with the divine law. Divinity did make allowances for mankind to display godliness by obedience to divine law and by partnership in a perpetual covenant, however, human efforts and finite self-will (willpower) could not manifest the necessary inner substance for the complete recovery of mankinds character and nature. Jesus Christ has appeared on the earth using human flesh and process to establish consecrated possibilities for mankind to be accounted as righteous, to be released from condemnation for sin, to exist permanently as the new creation, and to escape the irreversible punishment for sin (the second death). Mankind is to acknowledge the righteousness of GOD appearing through the life and ministry of Jesus serving as a divine High Priest on the earth. In addition to atonement, forgiveness, mercy and reconciliation, Christ embodies otherwise inaccessible grace, justification, eternal purpose, and sanctification. It is written: Philippians 3: 7-10, King James Version (KJV): 7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality using the ID “potato” (Level 2 with 303 points) posted the following:

If all humans are sinners, why does the Bible make a distinction between sinners and the righteous?
Psalm 1:5 - “Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.”

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. But if, while we seek to be justified by Christ, we ourselves also are found sinners, is therefore Christ the minister of sin? God forbid. For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor. For I through the law am dead to the law, that I might live unto God. I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain. (Galatians 2: 16-21, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Acknowledging Christ as Son (03/08/2020); TWO Kinds Of People (02/21/2020); Godliness Characterizes Authentic Humanity (02/06/2020); Only Divine Resurrection Saves (12/24/2019); Vessels Filled With Righteousness (11/06/2019); Life Because of Righteousness (08/29/2019); Paying For Our Sins? (08/20/2019)

potato”, sin can not be eliminated through human efforts and imperfect obedience to sacred law. Even so, the righteousness of GOD may appear within men as faith and other spirit substance. Among Christian believers, only where sinners become joined to Christ, and begin to manifest Jesus in their lifestyles and daily routines are they spoken of as “the righteous.” Mankind may be understood as continuing to exist in spite of sin through multiple operations of divinity that express the unchanging character, purpose, and substance of divine fullness (we also say, Deity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Adam (the first pair) became subject to the sanctions that were stated as a further aspect of the revelation provided to fit them for companionship with GOD who is immortal, incorruptible, and invisible. The “law” proclaimed that death (we say, mortality; sleep; the second death) would result by disobedience, yet, did not explain that humanity is to display the image of GOD that only appears by the exchange and interaction of the inseparable aspects of “life essence” (breath; spirit; word) imparted from the makeup of GOD. Included are balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Divinity did not alter or annul the divine law. To continue and fulfill the consecrated intent expressed in the Creation, divinity has provided atonement, correction, covenant, forgiveness, Incarnation (divinity using human flesh and process to appear as Jesus Christ), priesthood, promise, prophecy, resurrection from death, and many other sacred operations. By acts of GOD, mankind is released from the condemnation to exist as sinners that resulted when Adam violated their relationship with the Creator. The operations of sin oppose the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and the universe produced by divine order. Sin promotes nonexistence, and a return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth (we say, preexistence). Sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) in created beings and living creatures; yet, sin cannot influence or manipulate the sovereign will of GOD. Salvation from sin and eternal relationship as a companion to divinity are accomplished by GOD as the living acknowledge they are being transformed to exist as vessels of divine DNA (so to speak), joint-heirs with Christ, and “the new creation.” Believers are to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. The Savior himself is the most complete and correct appearance of the renewed righteousness that must be found within mankind. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

(1.) Romans 5: 18-19, King James Version (KJV): 18 Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. 19 For as by one mans disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

(2.) Romans 6: 3-11, KJV: 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. 7 For he that is dead is freed from sin. 8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him: 9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him. 10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God. 11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.

(3.) Romans 1-9, KJV: 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
