(08/13/2020) Divine Character Must Appear

A depiction of Creation

Today, reply is made that, for condemned persons to escape hell, there must be the appearance and operation of divinity to anoint and transform their relationships with GOD, rather than merely the operations of forgiveness, peer pressure, or human self-will. The behavior sciences, emotional appeals, beatings, cruelty, punishments, threats, and warnings can not bring about a lasting change in someone’s character and spiritual makeup. Being expressions and workings of the flesh, such influences and manipulations all are temporal in their nature and process. It is written: Revelation 3: 14-22, King James Version (KJV): 14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God; 15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. 16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. 17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eye-salve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches. If sins can be forgiven, then what sends a person to hell?

Updated 1 hour ago:

If a serial killer believes in God and that Jesus died on the cross for their sins, why is that person able to go to heaven while a person doesn't believe in God but has done good in their lifetime get sent to hell? God should be more forgiving to his disbelievers.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ; were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: (Romans 6: 1-5, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Forgiveness is not DIY (07/22/2020); Divine Forgiveness Ministers Grace (07/20/2020); The Outcomes Of Judgment (06/28/2020); Forgiveness A Sacred Practice (05/28/2020); Believers Are To Forgive (05/17/2020); Biblical Replies On Forgiveness? (01/11/2019); Divine Forgiveness and Justice (01/01/2019)

“Anonymous”, here are some points to consider that at first may seem to be difficult. Forgiveness alone does not correct or eliminate the operations of sin among the living. More than this, it is not enough that there be an invisible, passive, unseen “god” whose character and nature are “good.” From birth, the process of life is additive, and there is a continuing need for judgment. Divinity must become known, approachable, and accessible to all created beings and living creatures. Sin is correctly understood as opposition to the existence of all order put forth by divinity (we also say, divine fullness; the Godhead; the Word; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Included are the existence of sacred law; divine self-expression, personhood and prerogative; proclamation, prophecy, revelation; and the sovereign will of GOD. By opposing both existence and life, sin that is no “thing” created or put forth by GOD promotes a return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and flux that we now speak of as preexistence before heaven and earth where no matter that now appears had presence, and all things were in continual motion without direction. Fixed, immutable, unchanging elements must appear that serve as a reliable foundation for duration, knowledge, meaning, process, substance, and value. The issue of existence goes beyond merely pleasing divinity, obeying authority, becoming mature (i.e., balanced, committed, complete, consistent, stable), human opportunities, or the diverse possibilities among the living. While sin includes blasphemy and contradiction, corruption, defilement, and self-destruction, repentance, rebirth, and resurrection from the dead overturn sin and its effects. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Carol Dennis and the 1st AME Church (Los Angeles, CA):

(1.) John 1: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

(2.) 1st Corinthians 3: 11-17, KJV: 11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. 12 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; 13 Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. 14 If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. 15 If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.

(3.) Isaiah 28: 9-20, KJV: 9 Whom shall he teach knowledge? and whom shall he make to understand doctrine? them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10 For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little: 11 For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people. 12 To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear. 13 But the word of the LORD was unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little; that they might go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken. 14 Wherefore hear the word of the Lord, ye scornful men, that rule this people which is in Jerusalem. 15 Because ye have said, We have made a covenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, it shall not come unto us: for we have made lies our refuge, and under falsehood have we hid ourselves: 16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste. 17 Judgment also will I lay to the line, and righteousness to the plummet: and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding place. 18 And your covenant with death shall be disannulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand; when the overflowing scourge shall pass through, then ye shall be trodden down by it. 19 From the time that it goeth forth it shall take you: for morning by morning shall it pass over, by day and by night: and it shall be a vexation only to understand the report. 20 For the bed is shorter than that a man can stretch himself on it: and the covering narrower than that he can wrap himself in it.

(4.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5.)  THE ANOINTING IS HERE,   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UQ-0vei7pxk.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/24/2020) Divine Process and Substance

Today, reply is on life as an inseparable aspect of the full process and substance of divinity. Life has not so much been created and then placed within mankind as imparted and shared with mankind using forms such as anointing, utterance, and word. Where there is life as a divine endowment from GOD there also are such elements as balance, faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: John 1: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. Did life just happen out of chance from a chemical reaction or was life created by a diety?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (John 1: 10-14, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Resurrection Of Christ (04/16/2020); Aspects Defining Human Life? (02/27/2018); Coincidence or Answered Prayer? (11/15/2017)

“The One”, as an aspect of eternal, immortal, incorruptible and invisible GOD, life is only imparted to the living, and is itself not something created. Mature Christians are encouraged to consider that multiple features in our human experience have been imparted to mankind through deposits and endowments of spirit matter from the makeup of GOD. Included are inseparable aspects of humanity that include breath, existence, life, personhood, and spirit. Chemical and mechanical process for material things are regulated through form, fixed sequences, and operations of natural law while exchange, interaction, and progressions of spirit substance are determined and directed through sacred law. Chance appears as the discrete possibilities created by the movement of finite influences and fixed objects; and chance is not an expression of divine prerogative, sacred law, covenant promise, prophecy, eternal purpose, or the sovereign will of GOD. Similarly, the operations of sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) in the living; and impulses or thrusts to sin themselves do not derive from any divine material. Just as sin does not display or proclaim the divine will, sin does not conform to human logic or carnal reason. Sin opposes the continued existence of divine order, sacred law, the universe, and all divine fullness. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Deitrick Haddon:

(1.) Isaiah 55: 6-13, King James Version (KJV): 6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. 8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. 9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. 10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: 11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. 12 For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. 13 Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.

(2.) Galatians 5: 19-24, KJV: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts.

(3.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. (01/28/2020) Divinity Commanded the Void

Today, reply is on preexistence; the commandment by GOD that resulted in illumination to displace the multiple forms of darkness, and institute a process for time; and some of the obstacles to human knowledge concerning mankind’s beginnings. GOD is active presence and spirit. Divine fullness is to be known and spoken of as the source of all light, yet, does not beam or radiate as a glowing, shining object. It is written: Genesis 1: 3-10, King James Version (KJV): 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. 5 And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day. 6 And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters. 7 And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so. 8 And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day. 9 And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so. 10 And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good. Who was God speaking to when he said, Let There Be Light?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Who hath measured the waters in the hollow of his hand, and meted out heaven with the span, and comprehended the dust of the earth in a measure, and weighed the mountains in scales, and the hills in a balance? Who hath directed the Spirit of the LORD, or being his counsellor hath taught him? With whom took he counsel, and who instructed him, and taught him in the path of judgment, and taught him knowledge, and shewed to him the way of understanding? Behold, the nations are as a drop of a bucket, and are counted as the small dust of the balance: behold, he taketh up the isles as a very little thing. And Lebanon is not sufficient to burn, nor the beasts thereof sufficient for a burnt offering. All nations before him are as nothing; and they are counted to him less than nothing, and vanity. To whom then will ye liken God? or what likeness will ye compare unto him? (Isaiah 40: 12-18, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Not Impossible With GOD (01/06/2020); Sin Opposes All Existence (12/13/2019); GOD Is The Creator? (07/04/2019); Possibilities Through “Active Presence” (04/30/2018); Wisdom In A Mystery (11/22/2017); About Using “Sacred Logic” (11/19/2017); Existence, Mortality and GOD? (08/31/2017); “and without Him nothing” (08/14/2017)

“πŸŒŸπŸ‘‘Stevan πŸ‘‘πŸŒŸ”, the major focus of mature Christian believers correctly has been on salvation and the revelation of divinity appearing in human form and using flesh as Jesus Christ, rather than the operations and process of Creation. Even so, many acknowledge the accounts found in the holy writings as complete and satisfactory guidance regarding the origins of heaven and earth, mankind, and preexistence. The active presence did not command a “who”; command was made to the void. What we now know as darkness, and the material and physical forms, objects, and points of focus that mankind relies on today were not in place. Chaos, confusion, and multiple streams of motion without direction continued until divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) gave expression to divine order through sacred law expressing dominion, consecrated prerogative, eternal purpose, judgment, and the sovereign will of GOD. Existence and order were emanated (put forth) by the accord and the oneness without sameness that characterized the active presence, the Word, and the Holy Spirit. The major obstacles to mankind having full knowledge of our beginnings result from such elements as dependence on the flesh and on finite human tools such as appetite, emotion (e.g., anger, fear, sorrow), intelligence, irreverence, exaggerated pride, lack of the fresh endowment of spirit substance imparted from the Holy as life essence (i.e., breath; spirit; word), science, secular knowledge, sensation, and the operations of sin. There is no record of divinity creating demons, devils, or sin. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot:

(1.) Genesis 1: 1-3, King James Version (KJV): 1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.

(2.) Isaiah 45: 8-13, KJV: 8 Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it. 9 Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands? 10 Woe unto him that saith unto his father, What begettest thou? or to the woman, What hast thou brought forth? 11 Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me. 12 I have made the earth, and created man upon it: I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens, and all their host have I commanded. 13 I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will direct all his ways: he shall build my city, and he shall let go my captives, not for price nor reward, saith the LORD of hosts.

(3.) John 1: 1-5, KJV: 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

(4.) Acts 17: 24-31, KJV: 24 God that made the world and all things therein, seeing that he is Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands; 25 Neither is worshipped with men’s hands, as though he needed any thing, seeing he giveth to all life, and breath, and all things; 26 And hath made of one blood all nations of men for to dwell on all the face of the earth, and hath determined the times before appointed, and the bounds of their habitation; 27 That they should seek the Lord, if haply they might feel after him, and find him, though he be not far from every one of us: 28 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. 29 Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man’s device. 30 And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent: 31 Because he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead

(10/24/2019) Where Is Your Faith?

Today, reply is on the correctness of offering prayer and worship to the Father as companions with Jesus Christ as well as to the Son, who is our Redeemer and Savior. Prayer is put forth through operations of the indwelling Spirit. Being joined to GOD and being in ongoing relationship with divine fullness requires believers to contain imparted spirit substance from the makeup of GOD whereby divinity is made present at all times. Mankind acknowledging and showing reverence to Christ does not introduce conflict, confusion and dispute within the divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit); neither can GOD be influenced and manipulated to express competition, condemnation, denial, envy, or rejection. Going further, mankind’s companionship with Christ does not debase, defame, or diminish the Lord’s exalted and eternal name as the Lamb of GOD, the Son of the Highest, and the Word. Believers are to apprehend that inseparable aspects of divinity include faith, holiness, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, priesthood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. It is written: John 10: 27-30, King James Version (KJV): 27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and my Father are one. The fighter in “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality using the ID “anony” (Level 2 with 262 points, a member since December 20, 2015) posted the following:

Christians: If supposedly Jesus was to visit you today and you see him pray to God, would you then pray WITH him or pray TO him?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. (John 20: 29, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Understanding Oneness Without Sameness (08/27/2019); On Seeing The Father (12/04/2018); GOD Has Come Down (10/09/2018); When Speaking Of Christlikeness (06/25/2018); Seeing Jesus While Alive? (02/05/2016); Miracles and Visitations? (03/03/2014); All Lying Forbidden? (03/04/2014)

“anony”, whether and how one might pray rather than worship will depend on an answer to “Where is your faith?” Here are some points to consider:

  1. Many Christian believers understand prayer as a practice for communicating with divinity where the separation from divine fullness by the conditions of mortality, the flesh, and the frameworks of time and space are transcended through ones own endowment of spirit substance imparted from the makeup of GOD.
  2. Where active presence and divine fullness are embodied and Incarnate (we say, appearing; manifest using flesh and blood), communication, exchange, and interaction may proceed as accord, acknowledgment of each others personhood, dialog, and listening.
  3. Shared prayer is to express agreement, commitment, confession, contrition, offering/sacrifice (the calves of our lips), petition, eternal purpose, surrender, and understanding.
  4. Shared worship is to express awe, faith, gratitude, humility, love, oneness without sameness, praise, respect, and reverence.
There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, a selection from the music ministry of John Michael Talbot 5. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QAy08-WkeqU.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(04/05/2019) One Died For All

(See reference below)

Today, reply is on the use of human form by divinity as Jesus Christ, on being like Christ, and how divinity met the demands made of men that include being continually aware of Deity, completing mortality (death), and expressing finite self-will. Being a man in flesh, Jesus as the Son of GOD had to display an ongoing relationship with the Father and the Holy Spirit that acknowledged their divinity and glory as eternal, yet, answered his own divine wholeness as from the past, and as yet to come. Jesus would guide the living to abide on the earth in accord with the sovereign will of GOD that was declared before the founding of heaven and earth, and is promised to continue throughout eternal ages. Jesus would demonstrate being an embodiment and vessel of the spirit substance imparted to mankind from the divine fullness. While on the earth, Jesus maintained a godly balance and soundness within his ministry by performing amazing and wondrous works, yet, continuing anchored in dependence, lowliness, and meekness. He did not boast or preach his own feelings and opinions so much as he faithfully reported and witnessed to prophecy and vision, sacred law, mature insight, and the doctrine of the Father. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

Romans 5:19 means that it took God Almighty himself to die for humans, right?

Romans 5:19 “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one man shall many be made righteous.”

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more.  Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation. (2nd Corinthians 5: 14-19, King James Version, KJV)

When divinity (we also say, divine fullness; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) chose to appear among created beings and living creatures on the earth using human form as Jesus Christ, the same finite limits and constricting frameworks that apply to mankind (e.g., aging; appetite; demands from mechanical process and natural law; sensation; time and space) were imposed on the Son of the Highest. Christ was to demonstrate that, through the operations of divine grace, the living may be infused with consciousness of the Holy, eternal purpose, maturity, and perfection. In displaying humanity that was authentic and genuine in every aspect, Jesus also had to endure birth, death, grief, joy, pain, sorrow, and uncertainty. As a man living on the earth Jesus contained the same life essence (breath; spirit; word) that was imparted to Adam and Eve at Creation, rather than the material and seed altered by sin that the pair passed on to their offspring. It was containing inseparable spirit substances from the makeup of the Father that made Jesus different and godly despite his appearing in flesh. Included were faith, holiness, hope of an eternal inheritance and glory, longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. Jesus was able to heal, perform miracles, explain mysteries, and provide sacred knowledge as an anointed servant and spokesperson from GOD. Sinners who become “born again” must “grow up again” having a fresh endowment of Spirit. It is the imparted Spirit that allows the living to exist as sons and daughters of GOD, joint heirs with Jesus, and the new creation of Christ. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Philippians 2: 5-11, King James Version (KJV): 5 Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: 6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: 7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: 8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

2. Romans 6: 3-6, KJV: 3 Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. 5 For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: 6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.

3. Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

(For example, 4. Hebrews 1: 1-6, KJV: 1 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: 4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. 5 For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? 6 And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(03/27/2019) GOD's Will Be Done?

Today, reply speaks to the oneness and sameness of purpose and sacred will residing within the divine Father and the Son. Because Jesus Christ appeared on the earth as both the Son of GOD and the Son of Man, many experience spiritual confusion. The Savior must address multiple aspects of human and sacred relationships with their conflicting demands for autonomy, dependence, durability, infirmity, power, strength, and vulnerability. The divinity of Christ is to become known and revealed through inseparable aspects of spirit content, eternal purpose, and shared sacred operations. Jesus must yet display authentic divinity as one having divine judicial authority to preside over sacred tribunals, provide atonement as a High Priest, and to execute justice by the second death. Even so, the authentic humanity displayed throughout his life, death, resurrection, and ascension will continue by his coronation and his marriage supper as the consecrated Bridegroom. One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

What is the will of the father?

It says in the Bible that only those who do the will of the father shall make it into Heaven.

I am thinking that the will of the father is the will of the son. To follow God is to follow his son Jesus. Am I correct?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live. For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself; And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man. (John 5: 24-27, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Mystery of GODhead (10/21/2018); These Three Are One (10/03/2018); Completeness, Integrity And Wholeness? (06/21/2018); Divinity In Continuing Incarnation (02/07/2018); The Divinity of “Word” (01/26/2018); The Shared Divine Glory? (01/15/2018); Thoughts On Divine Personhood (12/07/2017); The Device of Incarnation (10/18/2017)

“Anonymous”, because the Word was made flesh, and appeared in the earth using the form of a man (Jesus Christ), the integrity of being, the oneness without sameness that is shared among divinity (we also say, the divine fullness; the Godhead; the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) and the discrete personhood of the Holy should be less difficult to apprehend than ever before. However, Jesus had to display authentic humanity at every stage of carnal, material and social development; as a result, many of us often fail to properly acknowledge his divine essence as the image of GOD. While we know there are communication, exchange and interaction among the Divine Persons (i.e., multiple relationships) we can not clearly and simply describe the many shifts in accountability, direction, presence, sacred process, and works that also exist. The accord and eternal purpose of Father, Son and Holy Spirit that were manifest in Creation are continued through the shared eternal purpose displayed as judgment, reconciliation, redemption, and salvation. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. John 1: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.

2. John 1: 10-14, KJV: 10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

3. Colossians 1: 12-20, KJV: 12 Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13 Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell; 20 And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.

4. John 6: 38-40, KJV: 38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. 39 And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day. 40 And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 5. 1st John 2: 22-24, KJV: 22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son. 23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: [but] he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also. 24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(02/22/2019) Not By Bread Only

Today, reply is on correct sacred knowledge of the imparted Spirit as the most vital gift from GOD through the ministry of Jesus Christ. As the Messiah and embodiment of rule over mankind by divinity, Jesus was opposed by the Pharisees and Sadducees who controlled the Temple, and who determined the course for all Israel through their carnal doctrine and faith. During their reign as High Priest, both Caiaphas and Ananias, oppressed and persecuted the early church not realizing that their teachings against angels and spirit also denied the Shekinah presence of GOD within the Holiest of Holies, and his authentic participation in divine atonement for sin: the warnings of Malachi were forgotten; John the Baptist was beheaded; Jesus was crucified; Paul and Peter were imprisoned; and the church was forced to evangelize once dispersed and scattered. The emblems of bread and wine that were to be used for the memorial supper that would join believers to the substance of the Son and of the Father, also were material emblems of new creation, mankind’s eternal existence, and the apprehension of new meanings and standards for life. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “GRANNY NORINE” (Level 1 with 17 points, a member since May 16, 2014) posted the following:

"Man shall not LIVE by bread alone but by EVERY WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God" (Matt 4:4). What does that mean?

Does it mean we can't overlook, ignore or "forget God" said ANYTHING?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. (John 1: 1-5, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Satisfying Creation and Law (01/22/2019); A Descendant of David? (03/18/2018); The Law and The Prophets (03/07/2018); Mankind’s Priesthood in Heaven (02/16/2018); The Divinity of “Word” (01/26/2018); Christ Our High Priest (10/25/2017); Actual Utterance From GOD? (08/11/2017); Jesus Known As Word (01/17/2016); Divinity Has Person? (05/19/2015)

“GRANNY NORINE”, the revelation of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) centered on the personhood of Jesus Christ is in accord with the accounts of Creation wherein created beings and living creatures are put forth through utterance. The process and substance of GOD relies on speech as a primary tool to impart sacred content that demonstrates and proclaims divine prerogative, eternal purpose, and sovereign will. Jesus showed the Pharisees and Sadducees of his day that the most complete and correct acknowledgment of GOD must go beyond focusing upon covenant law with its issues of judgment, and embrace the Spirit within the veil. Creation has been the imparting of life essence (we also say, breath; spirit; word), and the putting forth of divine order along with sacred law through operations of divine Word. Jesus as Savior and Redeemer also identifies the word of GOD—acknowledged only as familiar when appearing as holy writings, promises, and prophecy—also has both existence and life that may abide and appear using human flesh and material forms (we say, Incarnation). With the truth that life and death are in the power of the divine tongue, consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. Deuteronomy 8: 1-5, King James Version (KJV): 1 All the commandments which I command thee this day shall ye observe to do, that ye may live, and multiply, and go in and possess the land which the LORD sware unto your fathers. 2 And thou shalt remember all the way which the LORD thy God led thee these forty years in the wilderness, to humble thee, and to prove thee, to know what was in thine heart, whether thou wouldest keep his commandments, or no. 3 And he humbled thee, and suffered thee to hunger, and fed thee with manna, which thou knewest not, neither did thy fathers know; that he might make thee know that man doth not live by bread only, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of the LORD doth man live. 4 Thy raiment waxed not old upon thee, neither did thy foot swell, these forty years. 5 Thou shalt also consider in thine heart, that, as a man chasteneth his son, so the LORD thy God chasteneth thee.

2. Isaiah 55: 6-12, KJV: 6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.

3. John 6: 63, KJV: 63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 4. Revelation 19: 14-16 King James Version (KJV): 14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/01/2019) Divine Forgiveness and Justice

A depiction of New Jerusalem showing her 12 foundations

Today, the first day of the New Year 2019, reply is on divine forgiveness and the workings of sacred law. Divine justice is to be understood as the fulfillment and product of all sacred proclamation, promise and prophecy, the full manifesting and revealing of the consecrated Word. The attitudes, behavior and conduct of men are not justified by their obedience and performance of the law given by GOD; and final judgment is not to vindicate the works of mankind so much as to show that divinity and sacred law are justified and vindicated. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” Religion and Spirituality public forum using the ID “Dark Places” (Level 4 with 2,894 points, a member since September 30, 2013) posted the following:

Is forgiveness true justice?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. (1st Corinthians 3: 11-15, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Judgment Perfects Divine Revelation (12/18/2018); The Vengeance of GOD? (10/01/2017); Divine Forgiveness Not Enough? (09/22/2017); Balance, Forgiveness and Justice (08/08/2017); Salvation Goes Beyond Forgiveness (06/30/2017); Making and Keeping Justice? (05/25/2017); Law, Vengeance, and Punishment? (09/30/2016)

“Dark Places”, be encouraged! Here are some points that may be new for you in this New Year. Divine judgment must appear for the full revelation of divinity that draws created beings and living creatures to GOD. More completely and directly than in Creation and Salvation, the righteousness of GOD appears through Judgment. Even so, human justice often presents a narrow focus of establishing equality (we also say, fairness; parity) between victims and their attackers: The goals may be to demand payment and recompense, to execute retaliation, or to punish and force the attacker to suffer at least to the same extent as the victim has done (i.e., eye for eye, tooth for tooth). Among Christian believers, authentic justice appears only through the systematic operations and hallowed substance of law from GOD that make visible the divine prerogative, sacred personhood, eternal purpose, and sovereign will of GOD.

Forgiveness is in accord with judgment to affirm and support continuing communication, exchange, and interaction (we say, relationship) of the Creator and the created both in heaven and on the earth. In its form as an ongoing divine process, judgment does not always appear as a formal tribunal, yet, always serves to resolve conflicts and settle disputes through the application of divine law. Final judgment appears as an examination of credentials for those to have place as joint-heirs with Jesus Christ, and for the lawful distribution of inheritance and reward (e.g., allotments within the New Jerusalem; the sharing of land on the earth made new; the provision of immortality).

Authentic justice must go beyond hunting down criminals and law enforcement against wrongdoers. Rightly understood, breeches of divine law have impact throughout the universe that can not be recognized and seen always among men. Thus, divine judgment that also embraces things that remain unseen is always a blessing. Through judgment that includes forgiveness, mercy, and reconciliation there are to be gratitude, joy, healing and renewal of healthy relationships. Peace and a return to stability are only through judgment, never from war that begets more war. Justice will also reaffirm (we say, repair; restore; revive) divine order and the codes and standards that have been broken, denied, transgressed, and violated.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, as the origin of all who exist and have life, divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit) also locates created beings and living creatures within frameworks of time and space, and determines their fruitage, possibilities, and suitability for everlasting duration. Unlike human compassion that appears on the basis of empathy, like-mindedness and feeling, mercy appears for balance and completeness in judgment along with attention to detail, disclosure to maintain and manage the scope of inquiry, forbearance, impartiality, longsuffering, respect, and restraint.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/11/2018) The Word From GOD

Today, reply is on prophecy, revelation, and the provision of holy writings from GOD. Mature Christian believers are to acknowledge the Bible as providing an appearance of divine person that conveys sacred thought, utterance (we say, breath; life essence; spirit; word), and the sovereign will of divinity. While the substance of GOD is spirit that may operate through space and time as formless and unbounded, the active presence is reliably apprehended through specific discernible elements that include personhood, eternal purpose, oneness without sameness, sacred operations (e.g., deliverance; forgiveness; judgment; praise; prayer; covenant relationship; resurrection of the dead), and the emanation of spirit substance that is unchanging (e.g., holiness, joy, longsuffering, meekness, wrath against sin). The fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Pat C.” (Level 7 with 50,660 points, a member since December 10, 2011) posted the following:

How can a book written by several different men be the word of god?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off. (Isaiah 55: 7-13, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: By Reading The Bible? (11/18/2018); The Divinity of “Word” (01/26/2018); There Must Be Rebirth (01/21/2018); The Word of GOD (09/05/2017); Actual Utterance From GOD? (08/11/2017); GOD Appearing As Word (01/14/2016); By Faith, Not By Interpretation? (12/31/2015)

“Pat C.”, the Bible documents appearances of GOD on the earth using thousands of events (e.g., prophetic demonstrations, healing, miracles, prayer, visions, visitations), within thousands of lives, over the course of thousands of years. When sinners choose to seek clear knowledge and understanding of GOD as the origin for all existence, life, maturity, and perfection, they are encouraged to receive focused experiences of discovery, gradual growth, and multiple streams of truth that identify the Creator as having intelligence, personhood, and innumerable possibilities for continuing relationship with created beings and living creatures. Consciousness and self-will (we also say, willpower) in the living must undergo a profound change that can only be initiated and completed by the operations of GOD. We say, the sinner must be “born again,” must “grow up again,” and there must be a renewing of their mind whereby they become able to discern (i.e., recognize and respond to) active presence and eternal purpose that authenticate divine spirit. Divine fullness (we say, the Godhead; the summation of inseparable divine substance) must be apprehended as spirit, who is ineffable, immortal, immutable, incorruptible, and invisible. Just as the living may be influenced through the operations of sin that has no ordinary material or physical form, yet, has direction, effect, and presence that may dominate consciousness and self-will in created beings and living creatures, divinity may engage, in-fill, and impart spirit content to the living from the makeup of GOD. Included are faith, holiness, hope, longsuffering, lovingkindness, righteousness, wisdom, wrath against sin, and zeal. As the substance of GOD, spirit is diffuse and can not be “contained” or restricted by finite human will to exist within the frameworks of time and space. Even so, there are sacred operations that establish the necessary continuity for mankind to exist as a companion to GOD despite man being mortal and subject to death (e.g., dynasty, inheritance, longevity, priesthood, prophecy, rebirth, resurrection from the dead). Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible:

1. 2nd Peter 1: 15-21, King James Version (KJV): 15 Moreover I will endeavour that ye may be able after my decease to have these things always in remembrance. 16 For we have not followed cunningly devised fables, when we made known unto you the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but were eyewitnesses of his majesty. 17 For he received from God the Father honour and glory, when there came such a voice to him from the excellent glory, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. 18 And this voice which came from heaven we heard, when we were with him in the holy mount. 19 We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shineth in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts: 20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

2. Revelation 19: 9-13, KJV: 9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God. 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy. 11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, 3. Revelation 21: 1-5, KJV: 1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. 2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. 3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. 4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. 5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
