(03/01/2020) Why Is Passover Important?

Today, the reply is on the Passover event that was carried out by divinity in Egypt to sanctify the heirs of Abraham. The Passover memorialized by the preparation and sacrifice of a lamb eaten in a meal to seal a perpetual covenant relationship with divinity demonstrated the authority of GOD as Creator, Judge, Redeemer and Savior as well as the Sole Possessor and Sovereign who may apportion and deny inheritance of the earth to mankind. It is written: Exodus 12: 11-13 King James Version (KJV): 11 And thus shall ye eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and ye shall eat it in haste: it is the LORDs passover. 12 For I will pass through the land of Egypt this night, and will smite all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both man and beast; and against all the gods of Egypt I will execute judgment: I am the LORD. 13 And the blood shall be to you for a token upon the houses where ye are: and when I see the blood, I will pass over you, and the plague shall not be upon you to destroy you, when I smite the land of Egypt. The importance of the Passover?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles wings, and brought you unto myself. Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel. (Exodus 19: 4-6, KJV)

Anonymous”, here are some points that may be helpful: The Passover continued the priesthood granted to Adam, received by Abraham, and fulfilled in Jesus Christ as a divine High Priest. Mature Christian believers acknowledge the Passover introduced to mankind through divine interventions on behalf of the twelve tribes of Jacob as one of the most important sacred events (miracles) preparing humanity (the sons of Adam) to receive divinity using the form and flesh of a created being (we say, the Incarnation; the Revelation of Jesus Christ; the new creation). Thought of by many as only a deliverance of the Jews from the cruelty of a tyrannical ruler (the Pharaoh of Egypt), the Passover identified the GOD of Abraham, who had judged and destroyed Sodom, Gomorrah and the cities of the plains as also a savior, as a keeper of covenant promises, and as a divinity to be acknowledged as a loving father who blesses his children with inheritance. During the years of famine seen by Pharaoh in a dream that was interpreted for him by Joseph, the people of Egypt sold their livestock, their land, and themselves to become slaves of the Pharaoh. Just as no Egyptian families except that of Pharaoh would have inheritance within the one-world-empire, no Hebrew families or citizens whose origin were other nations would have part in the wealth of Egypt through its law. In addition to the ethnic arrogance, bigotry, injustice, and prejudice that were practiced because of the separation of the Hebrews to the living area of Goshen, Jews were despised as keepers of sheep, rather than bulls, horses, and other cattle. As within other early empires, there were many forms of idol worship, occult practices, spiritual confusion, superstition, and witchcraft among the Egyptians. Hebrews were denied rights to serve the living GOD as Abraham had done, digging wells for water, building altars, and offering animals and sacrifices of blood. An exodus of some 3 million men, women and children would be carried out to set the Hebrews apart as a peculiar people through the operations of GOD. The twelve tribes would be reconfigured to exist as a single nation responding to a shared law, and a sacred inheritance from GOD. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a selection from the music ministry of Donnie McClurkin:

(1.) Genesis 46: 31-34, King James Version (KJV): 31 And Joseph said unto his brethren, and unto his fathers house, I will go up, and shew Pharaoh, and say unto him, My brethren, and my fathers house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come unto me; 32 And the men are shepherds, for their trade hath been to feed cattle; and they have brought their flocks, and their herds, and all that they have. 33 And it shall come to pass, when Pharaoh shall call you, and shall say, What is your occupation? 34 That ye shall say, Thy servants trade hath been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, and also our fathers: that ye may dwell in the land of Goshen; for every shepherd is an abomination unto the Egyptians.

(2.) Exodus 4: 21-23, KJV: 21 And the LORD said unto Moses, When thou goest to return into Egypt, see that thou do all those wonders before Pharaoh, which I have put in thine hand: but I will harden his heart, that he shall not let the people go. 22 And thou shalt say unto Pharaoh, Thus saith the LORD, Israel is my son, even my firstborn: 23 And I say unto thee, Let my son go, that he may serve me: and if thou refuse to let him go, behold, I will slay thy son, even thy firstborn.

(3.) Exodus 12: 21-27, KJV: 21 Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the passover. 22 And ye shall take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood that is in the basin, and strike the lintel and the two side posts with the blood that is in the basin; and none of you shall go out at the door of his house until the morning. 23 For the LORD will pass through to smite the Egyptians; and when he seeth the blood upon the lintel, and on the two side posts, the LORD will pass over the door, and will not suffer the destroyer to come in unto your houses to smite you. 24 And ye shall observe this thing for an ordinance to thee and to thy sons for ever. 25 And it shall come to pass, when ye be come to the land which the LORD will give you, according as he hath promised, that ye shall keep this service. 26 And it shall come to pass, when your children shall say unto you, What mean ye by this service? 27 That ye shall say, It is the sacrifice of the LORDs passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed the head and worshipped.

(4.) 1st Corinthians 5: 7-8, KJV: 7 Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: 8 Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.

(5.) Hebrews 9: 19-28, KJV: 19 For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people, 20 Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you. 21 Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry. 22 And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission. 23 It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these. 24 For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us: 25 Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others; 26 For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.  27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: 28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

(01/16/2020) Joseph Received Divine Spirit

The image depicts Joseph son of Jacob who ruled over the Egyptians as a vizier and second in command to Pharaoh.

Today, reply is on the response by Joseph to his wicked brothers who had sold him into slavery. Joseph expressed no anger or bitterness, no desire for revenge, and no self-pity as an innocent victim of hatred and malice. Instead of denying them, forcing them to endure imprisonment for more than ten years as he had done, or even refusing to provide food to them and their families, Joseph behaved as their deliverer, and a truly wise ruler. It is written: Genesis 50: 14-21, King James Version (KJV): 14 And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father. 15 And when Josephs brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him. 16 And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying, 17 So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him. 18 And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants. 19 And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God? 20 But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive. 21 Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum on Religion & Spirituality who uses the ID “Annie” (Level 2 with 620 points) posted the following:

If you were Joseph and you became a powerful official in Egypt, would you forgive your brothers for selling you to slavery or execute them?
I saw the film Prince of Egypt and was puzzled how Joseph would forgive his brothers after they hurt him so much.

Selling your own sibling to slavery is just unthinkable. I wouldn't be so forgiving, but why was he?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And Joseph said unto his brethren, Come near to me, I pray you. And they came near. And he said, I am Joseph your brother, whom ye sold into Egypt. Now therefore be not grieved, nor angry with yourselves, that ye sold me hither: for God did send me before you to preserve life. For these two years hath the famine been in the land: and yet there are five years, in the which there shall neither be earing nor harvest. And God sent me before you to preserve you a posterity in the earth, and to save your lives by a great deliverance. So now it was not you that sent me hither, but God: and he hath made me a father to Pharaoh, and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Egypt. Haste ye, and go up to my father, and say unto him, Thus saith thy son Joseph, God hath made me lord of all Egypt: come down unto me, tarry not: And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy childrens children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast: And there will I nourish thee; for yet there are five years of famine; lest thou, and thy household, and all that thou hast, come to poverty. (Genesis 45: 4-11, KJV)

Annie”, Joseph was an instrument and a living tool used by GOD to provide divine grace. Many mature Christian believers, who practice discernment and the careful recognition of spirit substance appearing within events, themselves, and other persons, willingly acknowledge that Joseph was a prophet and spokesperson prepared and sent by divinity. As the son of Jacob, and heir to Adam, Abraham and Isaac, Joseph demonstrates divine government by Messiah/the Christ; and he serves in multiple sacred roles. Included are that of a judge; a high priest; a primary heir among the tribes of Jacob (who was not determined by law or tradition promoting the firstborn and birth order); a living sacrifice; a savior to the then known world; the father to 2 new tribes in Jacob (Ephraim and Manasseh); and a father to those who left Egypt to form Israel as a new nation under GOD, in place of Pharaoh.

Like those called to be Christian believers, today, Joseph was to display authentic humanity made in the image of GOD; and to resemble, reflect, and reveal the character and likeness of Jesus Christ. In addition to forgiveness for those who have practiced betrayal and transgression of sacred law (we say, sin), Joseph demonstrated mercy in judgment toward those clearly guilty. Moreover, rather than condemn his brothers following the death of Jacob, while they were still mourning their father, Joseph was a source of comfort, healing and lovingkindness. Joseph practiced sacred redemption, and affirmed the device of perpetual covenant between divinity and mankind that appears through family, kinship, and blood relation.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, during the years of famine, the Egyptian people sold their livestock, their land, and themselves as slaves to Pharaoh; the Hebrews continued to acknowledge the dominion of I AM. In all Egypt, earthly inheritance existed only for the Pharaoh. The eternal kingdom of GOD, spiritual inheritance, and sovereign rule through sacred law are contrasted against that of a one world empire having rule generated from the extremes of the flesh (e.g., anger, covetousness, imbalance, pride). Joseph also represents divine grace, the fulfillment of promise, freedom, and manifesting the righteousness within the law, rather than idolatry, poverty, strict obedience, and relying on the letter of the law.) Even so, I trust this fragment that includes a selection from the music ministry of Shirley Caesar (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV9TqW-_fkU) will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/27/2017) The Title of "Savior"

Today, focus is on the title of “Savior” and holy names shared among the GODhead.  At one point Jesus confessed, “the Father in me doeth the works” (see John 14:  10, King James Version (KJV).  Here, believers are cautioned further not to center their thinking on behavior, conduct, deeds, or tasks performed by divinity.  Rightly understood “salvation” describes an aspect of existence put forth from GOD, relationship with divinity, and a specific condition among created beings and living creatures whose awareness and self-will may be dominated by sin.  The title “savior” speaks to ongoing sacred operations more than to a one-time event (the death of Jesus upon the cross), or specific functions and tasks performed by the Son of the Highest (e.g., atonement, judgment, redemption).  Through various presentations and translations of the Bible, many Christians have accepted the name “Jesus” as a Latin form of a Greek name that means “savior”.  In the Hebrew writings, the same name appears as “Yeshua” with the variants Joshua and Jeshua.  In the Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB), the Hebrew form “Yehoshua” and the Aramaic “Yeshua” appear along with Yiddish forms as in “Rebbe, Melech HaMoshiach Yehoshua Ben Dovid, Ben Avraham” (Master or Mentor, the Anointed King, son of David, son of Abraham).  “Emmanuel” (in the Gospel of Matthew) and “Immanuel” (in the Book of Isaiah) may be understood as “GOD is with us” and as “GOD is among us.”  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:
Is Gods name Jesus????
Nowhere in the Bible from the Old Testament to the New is it mentioned
THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And in that day thou shalt say, O LORD, I will praise thee:  though thou wast angry with me, thine anger is turned away, and thou comfortedst me.  Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid:  for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation.  Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.  And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.  Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things:  this is known in all the earth.  Cry out and shout, thou inhabitant of Zion:  for great is the Holy One of Israel in the midst of thee.  (Isaiah 12:  1-6, King James Version, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  The Lion of Judah (01/22/2017); The First and Last? (11/11/2016); Salvation Only Through Christ? (01/07/2016); Relationship With Our Creator? (03/16/2015); Crimes Christ Crucified For? (11/07/2014); Both Lost and Found? (11/08/2014); Why Was A Son Sent? (11/10/2013); Promise of A Spirit? (11/11/2013)
“Anonymous”, it is as great an error to argue hierarchy, rank, and subordination for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, or the distinctions among holy names and titles as it is to become entangled in the genealogies of the Scriptures.  The holy writings proclaim the names (i.e., accomplishments; deeds; reputation) of GOD, and the divine works are the basis for how Deity is to be spoken of among the living.  Many mature Christian believers understand the name of GOD used by the three divine persons when they address one another (i.e., within the fullness of divinity that we call the GODhead) is unutterable and may not be spoken by created beings and living creatures.  The GODhead must be acknowledged as a single person who appears having oneness without sameness.  Multiple operations of GOD have been carried out to make Deity knowable, known, and “visible” to the living in the heaven and in the earth.  Included are depicting the sacred presence through consecrated objects and spiritual practices (e.g., altars, atonement, candlesticks, holy fire, forgiveness, judgment, praise, rainbows, resurrection, sacrifice, holy water); appearing in flesh and dying on the cross as Jesus of Nazareth (we say, Incarnation); and the imparting and indwelling of sacred content from the makeup of GOD through baptism and rebirth.  The same aspect of divine fullness who appears as Savior through the cross appeared as Creator in the Garden of Eden, as Deliverer and Friend to Abraham at Mount Moriah, and as Judge against Pharaoh for the sons of Jacob in Israel.  The specific aspect of GOD who is present through covenant and continuing relationships with mankind is also held to be the author of eternal salvation, the head of the church, and the sovereign over the kingdom of GOD.  While we on the earth continue to speak of the Son glorified by the Father, and the Father glorified in the Son as though they are separate, there is no true division of the One.  Even so, consider the following from the Bible:
(1.)  Isaiah 43:  1-3, King James Version (KJV):  1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not:  for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.  2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee:  when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.  3 For I am the LORD thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour:  I gave Egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee.
(2.)  Isaiah 43:  10-12, KJV:  10 Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen:  that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he:  before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.  11 I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.  12 I have declared, and have saved, and I have shewed, when there was no strange god among you:  therefore ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, that I am God.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  John 17:  18-23, KJV:  18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world.  19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.  20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;  21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us:  that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.  22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:  23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/07/2016) Salvation Only Through Christ?

Focus, today, is upon the ministry of rebirth and repentance for sin through Jesus Christ that is the only provision from GOD that actually produces new life, prophecy, resurrection, salvation, and eternal life that begins before ones death.  No other comprehensive system exists upon the earth for full acknowledgement, belief, permanent change, cleansing, healing, restoration, service to divinity, and continuous solemn worship.  Readers are encouraged to consider the following from Scripture along with the comments below:

Isaiah 53:  2-6, King James Version (KJV):  2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground:  he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.  3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief:  and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.  4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows:  yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities:  the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.  6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.

Ephesians 2:  8, KJV:  8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:  it is the gift of God:

Isaiah 43:  25-28, KJV:  25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.  26 Put me in remembrance:  let us plead together:  declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.  27 Thy first father hath sinned, and thy teachers have transgressed against me.

Romans 8:  31-34, KJV:  31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?  32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?  33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God’s elect? It is God that justifieth.  34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Acts 4:  12, KJV:  12 Neither is there salvation in any other:  for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Only Christians can go to heaven, all others go to hell, is that a fact? Only Jesus can save a person.?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.  Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble;  Every man’s work shall be made manifest:  for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is.  If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward.  If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss:  but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.  (1st Corinthians 3:  11-15, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Repentance and New Life? (12/30/2015); Offspring of GOD? (12/23/2015); Relationship With Our Creator? (03/16/2015); Jesus Rose? (11/08/2013); Why Was A Son Sent? (11/10/2013); Promise of A Spirit? (11/11/2013)

“Dfasdf”, many are offended at the thought of being denied, rejected, and tortured for eternity by GOD on the basis of whether they have read a book (the Bible), how popular, well-known and wealthy you are, or what appears to them as favoritism and partiality.  Those who disbelieve that GOD has made an answer for all time and to all mankind by appearing in the earth as Jesus Christ often express anger, bitterness, and resentment against having to answer divine law, and submit to sacred judgment.  They even say that GOD is the one who should be held accountable for their lack of covenant relationship, their failure to have within themselves the imparted character and nature from Deity (we say, the Holy Ghost, the Holy Spirit), and their confusion or ignorance regarding sacred knowledge.  In their understanding, GOD is at fault, and the one to be blamed, for the Almighty has remained aloof, distant and invisible.  Some account that sin has been created by GOD, and should be allowed as natural and normal.  It remains, belief among Christians is very different; for they become anchored as the children of GOD and joint-heirs with Christ through such guidance and instruction that includes the following:

(1.)  John 14:  6, King James Version (KJV):  6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life:  no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

(2.)  John 1:  11-13, KJV:  11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not.  12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:  13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.

(3.)  1st John 2:  15-16, KJV:  15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.  16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

(4.)  2nd Peter 1:  2-4, KJV:  2 Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,  3 According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  4 Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:  that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.  6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.  7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God:  for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.  9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(03/16/2015) Relationship With Our Creator?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;  That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;  Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness;  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light:  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:  In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature:  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers:  all things were created by him, and for him:  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.  And he is the head of the body, the church:  who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven.  And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled  In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:  (Colossians 1:  9-22, KJV)

“sadat”, here are a few of the many important points shared among those who acknowledge Jesus Christ as the most important provision from divinity for eternal existence and life without corruption through sin:

(1.)  Divine salvation requires a complete “remix” of the universe, because multiple aspects of existence are presently being altered through operations of sin.  Sin is not a spirit substance or a living entity put forth by the Creator.  We say sin is no object or thing, because sin is intangible (lacks physical form), and has no material and measurable dimensions.  Yet, sin has direction, effect, and presence.

(2.)  Sin may dominate awareness and self-will in created beings and living creatures; however, sin can not influence the sacred will of Deity.  Sin opposes the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and every Creation that depends upon sacred law for divine order.  Finite human tools such as emotion, intellect, logic, mathematics, philosophy and science do not have the necessary power to eliminate sin.  While death can stop the living from further sin, the operations of ones sins continue indefinitely after the sinner is buried and forgotten.  Believers in Christ receive those aspects of divinity that allow them to recognize and resist sin more completely and correctly.

(3.)  There are many things to learn and understand that are continually the focus of those operating as believers in Christ.  While the crucial aspects of salvation are all carried out by divinity (e.g., atonement, expiatory sacrifice, mercy in judgment, rebirth, resurrection, and sanctification), the church exists as a firm witness to things unseen, and otherwise unknowable.  Because sin can not be eliminated directly and suddenly without widespread destruction and upheaval, many gradual divine operations are now in effect whereby believers are released from the corruption and misery of their own sin, and are reinforced to be shielded from the sin of others.

There is no easy or simple way to say all that is needed.  (For example, (4.)  The inborn spirit of believers must be replaced with spirit content that is found only within the makeup of divinity.  Inseparable aspects of Deity must be received such as faith, holiness, gratitude, joy, love, longsuffering, truthfulness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Born again, sinners must become perfected (we say, mature) by facing the same life challenges that come against all others upon the earth.  Their growth (not their salvation) is fostered by such features of new life as continuous fellowship with experienced believers; unselfish giving, service, and sharing; study of the holy writings; and praise, reverence and worship.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith and spiritual maturity.

(11/08/2014) Both Lost and Found?

That nonbelievers experience both acceptance and rejection by different Christian believers is the topic, today.  Also, there is more on the crimes that put Jesus upon the cross.  A “Yahoo! Answers” fighter using as an ID “RiversRunRed” (Level 3 with 1,342 points, a member since February 16, 2014) posted the following:

Christians why do you say im lost.?

I'm with Satan and have encouraged sin. I have used tactics to twist scripture and manipulate others to Satan. Most say I'm lost and I will be judged. However a few said they will pray for me and they love me. Two different sides of Christianity. Why so vastly different?

THE BATTLE AXE:  Crimes Christ Crucified For? (11/07/2014)—(4.)  The crimes that resulted in his execution upon the cross were committed by others, and not by Jesus.  Along with offenses destructive of covenant and relationship with divinity (e.g., adultery, apostasy, betrayal, conflict of interest, covenant-breaking, deceit, doubt, disloyalty, faithlessness, forswearing, heresy, lying, presumption, and skepticism) many were chargeable with violations of civil law that included assault and battery, conspiracy, defamation, fraud, malfeasance in office, and slander.  The charges of wickedness leveled against the Savior did not include blackmail (we say, extortion), bullying (we say, intimidation), drug dealing, gambling, fornication, home wrecking, homosexuality, infidelity, lack of sacred knowledge, murder, perjury, prostitution, robbery, theft, or street violence.  Yet, Jesus was condemned as an enemy to Caesar, to Rome, and to the most advanced empire to ever influence and rule the earth from the time of Nimrod.  The Savior was labeled as a bastard; a demoniac; felonious; a glutton; incorrigible; an insurrectionist; a male witch (we say, sorcerer); a menace and public nuisance; a philosopher; a power-hungry megalomaniac seeking to rule the world, rather than save it; a pretender and usurper to the throne of Israel; overzealous; suicidal; a threat to the culture, customs, and traditions of the Jews; a vagrant; and a warmonger.  The conviction and courage it takes to be a steadfast follower of Christ is no small thing, and must come forth from the Father and by the Holy Spirit.  Denying his claim as Christ, Messiah and One Sent, Jesus was mocked and scorned by those at the Temple in Jerusalem for being a controversial rabbi who dared undermine the legitimacy and sovereignty that had been granted through the covenant of Moses establishing Israel as a nation, and a chosen vessel of GOD.  Even so, in fulfillment of earlier divine proclamations, promises and prophecies, Jesus became the sin-bearer for Israel and future generations of believers.  The Savior was punished as though he were a recidivist (we say, career criminal, 3-time-loser), and died upon the cross as an execration—someone unrepentant and deserving damnation for deliberate, habitual and repetitive violations of sacred law (we say, iniquity), and for whom there would be no atonement made for transgressions.  Consider again Deuteronomy 21:  18-23, Isaiah 53:  1-12, Matthew 27:  15-25 and 33-44, Mark 15:  26-28, John 11:  47-53 and 23:  32-47, 2nd Corinthians 5:  20-21, Zechariah 12:  9-11 and Revelation 1:  7-8, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.  But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour.  If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.  Flee also youthful lusts:  but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.  But foolish and unlearned questions avoid, knowing that they do gender strifes.  And the servant of the Lord must not strive; but be gentle unto all men, apt to teach, patient,  In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;  And that they may recover themselves out of the snare of the devil, who are taken captive by him at his will.  (2nd Timothy 2:  19-26, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Saved by a Prayer? (10/31/2014); Is Prayer an Act of Faith? (11/02/2014); A Fallen Nature? “RiversRunRed”, here are a few points Christian believers seek to share with the many persons like yourself who express atheism, doubt, or spiritual confusion:

(1.)  Divine Possibility.  Believers operate with the conviction that once a person receives sacred knowledge and truth, their spirit content and self-will are permanently altered, and gradually nourished to be in agreement, and full covenant with divinity.  For the living, Salvation may occur within a divine moment that is so brief, it is measureless.  Such sacred events as baptism (death of ones inborn spirit, rebirth having new spirit matter from the makeup of GOD) result in new platforms for human awareness, character, conscience, personality, and volition.

(2.)  Divine Process.  Salvation is through divine operations that only may be described and spoken of by believers.  Included are forbearance, forgiveness, healing, incarnation, repentance, resurrection, and sanctification.  In the same way angels and mankind had no decision-making roles in Creation, finite beings and living creatures using only their self-will can not establish divine salvation.  Believers are not required to condemn anyone, yet, must declare the judgment and wrath of GOD against sin.

(3.)  Divine Purpose.  As you know, the operations of sin oppose the continued existence of divine law, the Law Giver, and any universe that would be dependent upon divine order generated by sacred law.  Sin is believed an artifact (residue) of chaos, or the necessary separation of divine will from that within the created whereby they are granted integrity as persons.  Sin is not a living entity or creation put forth by GOD.  In effect, sin is no thing, and does not exist; yet, sin has direction, effect, and presence; and sin may dominate awareness (we say, consciousness, thinking) and self-will in the living.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.) The Demands of Love.  Believers accept divinity as the origin and source of all that exists.  All things that exist, therefore, are understood as affirmed and valued by GOD, including those among the living who are caught up within the many levels of conflict against GOD, and the destruction of his Creation, now being generated by sin.  Believers accept a duty that even sinners are to be answered with hope, kindness, patience, respect, and sacred truth.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(11/10/2013) Why Was A Son Sent?

Atonement, revelation and Christ as divine High Priest are topics, today.  Also, there is more on the ascension and resurrection of Jesus.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers UK & Ireland” using the ID “Carly” (Level 1 with 85 points, a member since 09 November 2013) posted the following originally asked at Yahoo Answers Canada:

Is it true that God did not send His Son into the world to be it's judge, but to be it's Savior?

THE BATTLE AXE:  Jesus Rose? (11/08/2013)—(5.)  The vision of Jesus seated in heaven is intended to proclaim that Christ is again acknowledged as Son of the Highest before the Host of Heaven, is exalted by GOD the Father, and rests from the works of his ministry upon the earth in a place of authority and favor with GOD.  The vision of Jesus standing points to the second advent, and indicates that Christ is active, aroused, and willing to return to the earth on behalf of those purchased by his death upon the cross.  Even so, there are many works to be finished before death and sin are fully eliminated, and until judgment and salvation are completed.  For believers in the earth, the present day is a time for afflicting oneself before GOD (i.e., continuing confession, humbling oneself, repenting, and soul-searching).  Once Jesus completes the present work of High Priest wherein he applies his blood to make atonement for those who acknowledge him as their only deliverer, intercessor and mediator, Christ will go on to complete other sacred tasks that include harvesting his believers from the earth; destruction of the devil and his angels in the lake of fire; preparing for and completing judgment of the wicked; and establishing the Heavenly City, New Jerusalem, upon the earth.  Those who are believers, now, are also to assist in the completion of these various tasks along with the holy angels, and so will be taken up from the earth in what is called “the Rapture.”  (See Acts 7:  51-60, Acts 24:  14-16, 1st Thessalonians 4:  16-17, and Revelation 20:  6, KJV.)

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly.  For scarcely for a righteous man will one die:  yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die.  But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.  For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.  And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have now received the atonement.  (Romans 5:  6-11, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Jesus, A Party Animal? (05/03/2013); Jesus Lives! (05/04/2013); Why Blood? (04/13/2013); Time Before the Sun? (04/14/2013); Our Need for a Son (03/04/2013); Unless You Repent (03/05/2013); The Need to Purify Heaven (01/17/2013)

“Carly”, you need a broader view.  Here are a few points to consider that Christian believers may acquire by careful study of the Bible, however, for full clarity, can only be opened and explained to them in depth through the imparted Spirit of GOD ministered to mankind by Jesus Christ:

(1.)  The appearance of GOD in flesh (we say, Incarnation) is a single aspect of multiple divine operations and sacred purposes that fit together as the larger work of revelation.  Like Creation, Judgment and Salvation demonstrate and provide only partial knowledge of the divine nature, and the full spectrum of sacred events being used to establish permanent relationships with created beings and living creatures.

(2.)  The Bible uses figures, incidents, and patterns that express divine intent as if everything needed to be said about divinity could be summed up in a single narrative, or story.  Things that occur upon the earth are shown to be shadows appearing from light that first falls upon things that exist in heaven.  Among other things often overlooked and poorly understood, Jesus is to be received as a divine High Priest from the Temple in the Heaven, similar to Aaron (brother to Moses) and Melchizedek, the King of Salem.  Atonement for sin must be made in order to correctly establish eternal life.

(3.)  Christ, as Son of the Highest, was provided as the “sacrificial lamb” whose holy and innocent blood must, in addition to atonement, be used in cleansing away sin transferred from the earth to the Sanctuary in heaven.  He is uniquely suited to be Judge over mankind having lived in flesh upon the earth.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (4.)  Sin opposes the continued existence of GOD, of divine law, of right knowledge, respect and reverence toward GOD, and of all that has been created by GOD.  The work of Christ as High Priest, who is to make atonement for sin, is occurring now along with investigative judgment that determines those for whom his blood legitimately may be applied to expunge their transgressions of the law from the Book of Life.)  I trust this fragment will be useful.  Even so, be it unto you according to your faith.  Jesus is coming soon.  Grow in grace.
