(09/30/2019) Fully Communicating Human Potential?

A depiction of Jesus Christ and Nicodemus.

Today, reply is on death and the character of symbols we see that are used to communicate Christian beliefs and sacred knowledge. Christian belief is far from being morbid and death-centered. When speaking to the things of divinity, mankind must regard elements that are invisible, unseen, and without material form because they consist of Spirit. The separations for man and beast center primarily in their consciousness and self-will (willpower) imparted from the makeup of GOD that is entirely of spirit (e.g., faith, holiness, righteousness, wisdom, wrath against sin). Human potential allows for mankind to display self-expression and self-government by behavior and conduct that are recognized as animal, human, or divine. Humans portray divinity where they serve as vessels containing divine spirit. Their use of such finite tools as language, law, mathematics, and carnal reason, make humans seem to be on a level of existence that is higher than that for animals. Properly understood, that mankind communicates among themselves regarding their own life process relative to the immortality and incorruptibility of divinity is the primary distinction between animals and mankind. Described as spiritual awareness, just as mankind has consciousness of mortality and its completion, there is knowledge of connection with a sovereign Creator as well as knowledge of duration for life through resurrection from the dead. Animals do not sorrow for sins and violations of sacred law, yet, as seen through the account of Noah and the flood, divinity holds animals accountable with mankind for transferring sin from the earth to the Sanctuary in heaven. Animals make no penance and do not repent; and they neither make a choice to embody Jesus Christ, nor do they acknowledge the atonement for sin offered mankind by the Son of the Highest. Where Solomon operating under the influence of the flesh, rather than the imparted, indwelling Holy Spirit, bewails the brevity, frustration, limited vision regarding future events, and vanity (i.e., the lack of sacred substance within mankind), his initial mistaken conclusion is recorded within the holy writings: Ecclesiastes 3: 18-21, King James Version (KJV): 18 I said in mine heart concerning the estate of the sons of men, that God might manifest them, and that they might see that they themselves are beasts. 19 For that which befalleth the sons of men befalleth beasts; even one thing befalleth them: as the one dieth, so dieth the other; yea, they have all one breath; so that a man hath no preeminence above a beast: for all is vanity. 20 All go unto one place; all are of the dust, and all turn to dust again. 21 Who knoweth the spirit of man that goeth upward, and the spirit of the beast that goeth downward to the earth? One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum on Religion and Spirituality who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shown) posted the following:

Why do Christians use the brutal execution of a guy as the symbol of their beliefs? Is it not a macabre symbol?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God. (1st Corinthians 1: 18, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Bible Language About Spirit? (06/13/2018); The Loaves and Fishes (08/09/2016); Represented by The Cross? (03/08/2016); The Meaning not the Object (05/26/2015); Not Images Used in Worship? (09/14/2014); Death is a Divine Tool (09/15/2014); A Sleep and a Second Death (09/16/2014)

Anonymous”, among many mature Christians, death is understood as a divine tool used to fashion life; therefore, reflecting on death does not generate feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, and revulsion. More important than death are forgiveness, divine love, and mercy in judgment that make visible the righteousness of GOD. However, these are sacred things that may only be fully communicated to mankind by using simple elements. Human potential as a creation of divinity allows the character, nature, and substance of mankinds life process and makeup to be displayed through attitudes, behavior, emotions, and conduct that may be described as animal, human, or divine. In a given moment, some will display all three at the same time, resulting in confusion. The continuous communication of the Creator and the created has been corrupted and degraded through the operations of sin that oppose the continued existence of divine law, the Lawgiver, and divine order throughout the universe. Sin promotes nonexistence, and a return to the conditions of chaos, confusion, and flux that were in place before the founding of heaven and earth. Sin contains and puts forth no spirit substance from the makeup of GOD, yet, sin may dominate consciousness and self-will (willpower) within created beings and living creatures. Where divinity makes an outreach to explain these things to mankind, ones usual way of thinking and speaking must undergo permanent change. The finite tools of intellect, logic, philosophy, carnal reason, and science are best fitted for exchanging academic information, for detailing secular knowledge, and for manipulating things that are material, political, and social. Relying on verbal communication or “word of mouth” is made to be graphic to be made memorable. The issues addressed by Christian belief and sacred knowledge are to be received as spirit content from the makeup of divinity (we say, revelation) whereby GOD becomes knowable, known, accessible, and approachable. Inseparable aspects of divinity are provided that include faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, oneness without sameness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against sin. These allow Christians to apprehend the realities of origins for mankind, his sphere of life, and the full extent of life essence (we also say, breath; spirit; word) imparted from the Creator; the elements of imagination, mind, and recall for fashioning and preserving information; and the sacred law, principles for relationships with GOD, eternal purposes, and the immutable and unchanging truth from divinity that serve as the reliable standards for all that have existence and life. Consider the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. James 1: 16-22, King James Version (KJV): 16 Do not err, my beloved brethren. 17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. 18 Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth, that we should be a kind of firstfruits of his creatures. 19 Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: 20 For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God. 21 Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

2. John 3: 1-7, KJV: 1 There was a man of the Pharisees, named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews: 2 The same came to Jesus by night, and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God: for no man can do these miracles that thou doest, except God be with him. 3 Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. 4 Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mothers womb, and be born? 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 3. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lJ-iXt14nrg). Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(09/29/2019) Ones Spirit Must Grow?

Today, reply is that the sacred process and substance for both damnation and salvation are conditional. It is written: Matthew 22: 2-11, King James Version (KJV): The kingdom of heaven is like unto a certain king, which made a marriage for his son, And sent forth his servants to call them that were bidden to the wedding: and they would not come. Again, he sent forth other servants, saying, Tell them which are bidden, Behold, I have prepared my dinner: my oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready: come unto the marriage. But they made light of it, and went their ways, one to his farm, another to his merchandise: And the remnant took his servants, and entreated them spitefully, and slew them. But when the king heard thereof, he was wroth: and he sent forth his armies, and destroyed those murderers, and burned up their city. Then saith he to his servants, The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy. Go ye therefore into the highways, and as many as ye shall find, bid to the marriage. So those servants went out into the highways, and gathered together all as many as they found, both bad and good: and the wedding was furnished with guests. And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness, there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. For many are called, but few are chosen. One of the fighters in the public forum at “Yahoo! Answers” on Religion and Spirituality using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile data appears) posted the following:

Is this true: Christ didnt save us all: he gave us the opportunity to be saved?

Is that correct or false according to the Bible?

I am in no way disregarding the efforts of the Son of God but we are still able to die if we do not believe in Him. So why say he has saved us all when he has only unlocked the door for us and it is up to us to open it and go through it.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Know ye not, that so many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life. For if we have been planted together in the likeness of his death, we shall be also in the likeness of his resurrection: Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin. (Romans 6: 3-6, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: The Kingdom Within You (09/26/2019); Now Are Ye Light (09/18/2019); Heaven Speaks Using Mankind (09/15/2019); Those Who Prefer Evil (09/02/2019); The Saved Are Numberless (04/29/2019); “I Never Knew You” (03/23/2018); Caution! Work In Progress (10/19/2017)

Anonymous”, it is not that divinity has not granted forgiveness and a way of new life for mankind; it is that many men do not acknowledge the acts of GOD, do not respect divine love, and do not trust. In the same way blessing and cursing continued to be conditional for those in covenant with GOD who left Egypt with Moses, damnation and salvation continue to be conditional and depend on the choices and responses the living make to divinity. Apart from the provisions of GOD, mankind is finite, fragile, mortal, and may not endure as a companion of immortal, incorruptible divinity. This has been demonstrated by the response of men to the sanctions of sacred law as well as all the process and substance of both redemption and salvation. Sin has not been eliminated by the death of Jesus on the cross, yet, GOD has made it possible for mankind to recognize sin is contrary to divine and human nature, to reject the promptings of sin, and to overcome sin through renewed human self-will (willpower). The lives of created beings and living creatures can be dominated and terminated through the operations of sin. Sin promotes nonexistence and a return to the conditions in place before the founding of heaven and earth. As a benefit and privilege through Jesus Christ, sinners can be transformed through a fresh endowment of the same life essence (we say, breath; spirit; word) imparted to Adam. Even so, those “born again” must “mature again.” They must live on the earth as vessels of divine spirit, must display the image of GOD, and present the likeness of Jesus Christ. Spiritual growth is to occur through commitment, discernment, discovery, fellowship, learning, practice, unselfish service, and suffering. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Steve Amerson:

1. Romans 10: 13-17, King James Version (KJV): 13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? 15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! 16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report? 17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

2. 2nd Thessalonians 3: 1-3, KJV: 1 Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: 2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith. 3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

3. Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.  8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended (for example, 4. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=owkc0PZWigc&list=PLN-HWgUQXbLNnbCpJM6rhVO8-yEdJmEib&index=8&t=0s.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/01/2017) In Order To Understand

Today, points are shared on the church, and the Bible as divine tools for revelation and the appearing of divinity among the living.  The church has been crafted by the Lord, and is his handiwork.  Divinity is to exist alive within created beings and living creatures.  In the same way the Bible brings together diverse streams of sacred knowledge (e.g., divine law; doctrine; sacred history; proclamations and promises attributed directly to GOD), the church brings together diverse people who serve as agents displaying divine spirit.  Rather than use only isolated individuals, the process of GOD for divine revelation has been to use groups of joined persons including marriage pairs (Adam and Eve), families, households, kinships, tongues, tribes, kingdoms, nations and empires as well as spiritual bodies (e.g., apostles, elders, judges, multiple forms of priesthood, schools of the prophets).  Where sacred law and covenant once were the basis for communion and continuing fellowship with GOD, Jesus Christ appeared to be a primary cause and reason for human association.  The church over whom Jesus serves as head is to make the mind, heart, and essence of GOD accessible, approachable, and even “visible”.  The writer in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum using the ID “wqfdqf” (Level 1 with 75 points, a member since November 30, 2017) posted the following:

Why do we say that in order to understand the Bible we need the Church?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.  Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands;  That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:  But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.  For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;  Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;  And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:  And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.  For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.  Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;  And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;  In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:  In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.  (Ephesians 2:  10-22, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  As An Anointed Body (10/04/2017); Becoming Free From Sin (07/16/2017); How Would We Understand? (03/17/2017); Restoring the Divine Presence? (03/09/2017); Built Upon the Rock (12/23/2016); An Habitation of GOD (07/24/2016); GOD Appearing As Word (01/14/2016)

“wqfdqf”, here, you need the understanding that both the church and the holy writings are appearances of the active presence who is GOD.  GOD is a spirit, however, divinity may not be correctly acknowledged, known, or responded to by created beings and living creatures as a mere abstract concept.  Sacred knowledge and an inner makeup oriented to embrace spiritual truth are required before mankind may fully interact with GOD, and be more than a material object to the Maker.  Academic studies such as secular history, philosophy, and science do not take the place of the necessary divine provision.  The living (e.g., angels, animals, men) contain spirit content and divine substance, yet, are finite and limited by multiple temporal conditions, and must be provided with endowments from the makeup of divinity to operate in personal exchange and covenant relationships with the Creator.  Consider the following points:

(1.)  In the same way divinity imparted life essence (we say, breath, spirit, Word) into single figures formed from dust and from a rib, spirit matter from the makeup of GOD is imparted to a collective (we say, the body, the church).

(2.)  The entire Creation is a manifesting or appearance (we also say, an embodying; an Incarnation; a revealing) of inseparable, unseen aspects of divine fullness (we say, the Godhead; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit).  Included are faith, holiness, person, presence, eternal purpose, sovereign will, wisdom, and wrath against sin.

(3.)  The church is to exist as a life companion to immortal, incorruptible divinity, and therefore is supplied to continue in the same oneness without sameness shared among the persons of GODhead.

(4.)  Mankind and the multiple spheres of life must undergo permanent change carried out by the same Spirit that operated in the creation of Adam, Eve, and the earth.  This is depicted in water baptism where ones inborn spirit must pass through death, burial, and resurrection from the dead.  Consciousness and self-will in the living (that may be dominated and influenced by the operation of sin through appetite, sensation, emotion/mental functions, things carnal, material, secular and social) must be replaced by divine DNA, so to speak.

There is far more to be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (5.)  The church exists among men and allows the development and discovery of necessary spirit content and divine process.  Included are accountability, awe, forbearance, forgiveness, gratitude, humility, longsuffering, lovingkindness and peace as well as unselfishness that appears in commitment, obedience, sacrifice and service.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(03/17/2017) How Would We Understand?

Today, focus is on the endowment from GOD that makes possible human understanding in ongoing relationships with divinity.  The eternal purposes of GOD that appear in Creation display both putting forth and drawing in whatever is sacred in character, nature, and substance.  GOD knows and understands all the possibilities for expression that exist throughout Creation, and may use actions, emotion, silence, and unknown tongues to communicate.  The Creator reigns and rules as sovereign over all, yet, the Creator does not share personal relationship with all.  The GODhead reveals a greater fullness of divinity to those granted anointing through the blood of Jesus and the Holy Spirit (we also say, the Comforter, the Holy Ghost, the Spirit of Prophecy, the Spirit of Truth) as well as through divine gifts of awareness, conscience, redemption, salvation, sacred knowledge, and sanctification.  In spite of limitations from brief duration, mortality, separation, and sin, divine grace has made it possible for all created beings and living creatures to communicate and enjoy a rich personal experience of fellowship with GOD.  In addition to awareness, confession, petition, and prayer as dialog, the living may acceptably acknowledge and engage Deity through such features as awe, forgiveness, humility, obedience, praise, promise, repentance, unselfish service, and worship.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers (Philippines)” using the ID “Mortal Seeker” (Level 3 with 1,591 points, a member since April 14, 2012) posted the following:

If God speak to us, how would we ever understand?
Would a bacteria or a plankton understand if a human spoke to it?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Grace and peace be multiplied unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord,  According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue:  Whereby are given unto us exceeding great and precious promises:  that by these ye might be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.  And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge;  And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness;  And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity.  For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.  But he that lacketh these things is blind, and cannot see afar off, and hath forgotten that he was purged from his old sins.  Wherefore the rather, brethren, give diligence to make your calling and election sure:  for if ye do these things, ye shall never fall:  For so an entrance shall be ministered unto you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  (2nd Peter 1:  2-11, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Knowing What’s In Man (03/15/2017); The Complete Divine Revelation (03/10/2017); The Gift of Humility (02/19/2017); Called, Justified, and Glorified? (01/08/2017); GOD Appearing As Word (01/14/2016); On Saying the Truth? (12/18/2014); What is Truth? (12/19/2014)

“Mortal Seeker”, divinity has used patriarchs, prophets, rulers, and apostles as spokespersons.  That the authority, knowledge and power of the Creator are awesome, exalted, preeminent and sovereign is not an obstacle to created beings and living creatures continuing to be in ongoing relationship with divinity.  The Spirit of GOD that established the heaven and earth at Creation also operates as the agent, presence, and representative of Jesus Christ, who is Risen Lord.  The Holy Spirit is able to introduce the necessary operations for permanent change within the character and makeup of the living that fit the created to exist as part of the “oneness without sameness” shared among the persons of the GODhead.  Created ones become companions to immortal, incorruptible, invisible GOD by acts of GOD that include proclaiming law, judgment, and deliverance.   The Spirit gradually imparts content from the makeup of Deity that must be in place for the living to share communication, exchange, and interaction with the Creator.  Thus, through multiple sacred devices (e.g., contemplation, water baptism, fellowship with mature believers, anointed music ministry, prayer, prophecy, study of the holy writings) sinners experience adoption of the Holy Spirit and rebirth.  Believers are given fresh endowments of divine life essence (we say, breath, spirit, word).  Inseparable aspects of divine fullness are received, are to continue in balance, and are to increase that include faith, holiness, hope, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, meekness, wisdom, and wrath against sin.  Once “born again” a sinner will have standing as an offspring (child) of GOD; is to “grow up again” meeting the same challenges as all others on the earth; and is to become mature as a vessel who presents to others the active presence of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  Consider the following points from the Bible:
(1.)  Deuteronomy 4:  9-13, King James Version (KJV):  9 Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life:  but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons;  10 Specially the day that thou stoodest before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear my words, that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth, and that they may teach their children.  11 And ye came near and stood under the mountain; and the mountain burned with fire unto the midst of heaven, with darkness, clouds, and thick darkness.  12 And the LORD spake unto you out of the midst of the fire:  ye heard the voice of the words, but saw no similitude; only ye heard a voice.  13 And he declared unto you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, even ten commandments; and he wrote them upon two tables of stone.
(2.)  1st Corinthians 2:  9-16, KJV:  9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.  10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit:  for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.  11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.  12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.  13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.  14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God:  for they are foolishness unto him:  neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.  15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.  16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (3.)  Romans 8:  5-9, KJV:  5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(01/14/2016) GOD Appearing As Word

Today, points are shared on the holy writings as a manifestation of divinity.  For many mature Christian believers the Bible has been experienced as more than simply another book.  The Holy Scriptures have been an incarnation (material form) used by Deity to appear in the earth.  Consider again the following from Scripture, and the points shared below:  John 1:  1-3, King James Version (KJV):  1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  2 The same was in the beginning with God.  3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.  Also, John 6:  63, KJV:  63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing:  the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.  Romans 16:  25-27, KJV:  25 Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,  26 But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:  27 To God only wise, be glory through Jesus Christ for ever. Amen.  Genesis Pongho, who participates with me in THE BIBLE STUDY GROUP (a Public Group on Facebook presently having 22,604 members), invited discussion by posting the following:

Hello Ankongnda Valery,do you know that that very scriptures we read is the word of God and those who studied it did not understand when that word became flesh? The Bible will forever remain scripture to us ok?But the tell you that the person who spoke to the Romans did not quote any scripture but by the power of the spirit of his age.We are not the first to make such a debate ok?Many in the old also debated and when the creator came to them, they did not understand heavenly movement on earth because they thought they could have life in studying the scriptures.listen to what the word that became flesh told them in John 5:39-40, so know you that if you want to fight this truth with the knowledge you must have acquired from reading the scriptures and other books,it will only kill you because you will not see that alcohol is for the flesh and that very kingdom you talk of does not have anything to do with the flesh you drink alcohol. The truth is the alcohol you take, only go to satisfy your flesh and has nothing to do with your soul ok?So there is a spiritual alcohol for your soul.So which one should we take as Christians, that of the flesh or that of the soul?

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.  For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.  And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:  (Colossians 2:  8-10, KJV)

Be encouraged!  Your point on the Spirit nature of Scripture is very well taken.  There are many ways of stating the same truth just as we might address the same fellow as Dr. Johnson, Joseph, or Joey displaying different levels of formality and relationship.  The Bible allows us to discern, recognize, and understand things done and spoken in Spirit.  Where we insist upon the form or “letter” (i.e., precise repetition of statements that may appear) using intellect, logic, philosophy and science, we become narrow in focus, miss the divine intent, and operate having spiritual confusion.  See again John (Yochanon) 5:  39-44 in three different presentations:

King James Version (KJV):  39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.  40 And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.   41 I receive not honour from men.  42 But I know you, that ye have not the love of God in you.   43 I am come in my Father’s name, and ye receive me not:  if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.   44 How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that cometh from God only?

New International Version (NIV):  39 You study the Scriptures diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life. These are the very Scriptures that testify about me,  40 yet you refuse to come to me to have life.  41 “I do not accept glory from human beings,  42 but I know you. I know that you do not have the love of God in your hearts.  43 I have come in my Father’s name, and you do not accept me; but if someone else comes in his own name, you will accept him.  44 How can you believe since you accept glory from one another but do not seek the glory that comes from the only God?

Orthodox Jewish Bible (OJB):  39 You search the Kitvei Hakodesh because you think in them you have Chayyei Olam. And those are the ones giving solemn edut about me.  40 And you do not want to come to me that you may have Chayyim.  41 I do not accept kavod (glory) from Bnei Adam.  42 But I have had da’as of you, that the ahavas Hashem (the love of G-d) you do not have in yourselves.  43 I have come b’Shem Avi and you do not accept me. If another comes in his own name, him you will accept.  44 How are you able to have emunah, when you receive kavod from one another, and the kavod from the only Elohim HaEchad you do not seek?

There are many other points that should be carefully considered, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, While the Bible may be received as an abiding appearance of divinity, the Bible itself is not to be revered, respected as an idol, or worshiped as a god.  The task of focusing upon spirit content may become clearer for Christian believers when different versions and translations of Scripture appear.  The challenge is not to promote a single, correct presentation having fixed meaning and value for all, for the believer is not to judge right and wrong so much as receive what has weight as appropriate and useful during their temporal process of growth and learning.

1st Corinthians 13:  8-12, KJV:  8 Charity never faileth:  but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether there be knowledge, it shall vanish away.  9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.  10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.  11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child:  but when I became a man, I put away childish things.  12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face:  now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.  13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

The inseparable Spirit substances that make up the Scriptures (e.g., faith, holiness, promise, prophecy, truth) exchange and interact among themselves forming new patterns for discovery and growth.  This permits us to say, the Scriptures are alive, dynamic, and organic continually balancing and re-balancing as full truth and increasingly clearer sacred vision.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  We are having encounter with majesty and glory.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/18/2014) On Saying the Truth?

The process of GOD for sacred knowledge and truth is the topic, today.  Someone at “Yahoo! Answers” who has claimed to be a Christian and uses the ID “Anonymous” (another of the fighters polluting the Internet who seems to want a reputation as “notorious” and ungodly; no other information available) posted the following:

Why do Christians lie and say "Jesus died on the cross", instead of saying the truth "the only thing that died were the fleshy bits"?

Christians persist with their repeated LIE.

Update : Creation Detective .... you LIE. Christians DON'T say "The fleshy bits of Jesus died for our sins". They say "JESUS DIED FOR OUR SINS". Stop lying Creation Detective

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  All unrighteousness is sin:  and there is a sin not unto death.   We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.  And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.   And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.  (1st John 5:  17-20, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  A Personal Relationship? (04/03/2014); GOD Everywhere? (04/04/2014); Heart, Brain or Spirit? (10/09/2013); The Image of GOD? (10/10/2013); According to This Word (09/20/2013); His Burden Is Light? (09/21/2013); A Relationship not Just Knowledge? (06/25/2013); Lost Without GOD? (06/26/2013); How Was GOD Known Before Jesus? (10/06/2012); Jesus, King of Earth? (10/07/2012)

“Anonymous”, the question posed here is a familiar one often used to challenge faith and Christian belief by those with an antichrist spirit who seek to foster their own spiritual confusion, rather than the Gospel.  Please consider the following points:

(1.)  Human awareness is dominated by aspects of our carnal, material, physical and social existence.  However, the revelation of GOD must be apprehended through ones endowment of spirit content from GOD.

(2.)  The operations of GOD are called “miracles” and “mysteries” only because they can not be correctly conceived and talked about using only finite human language and symbols.

(3.)  Even those “born again” who receive a fresh deposit of spirit content from the makeup of divinity can not explain and function as mature (we say, perfected) believers without experiences whereby they acquire comprehension, sacred knowledge.  All must develop their own vocabulary of sanctified truth by going through such life experiences as giving, fellowship, loss, study, sufferings, trials, and worship.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  No one receives truth apart from GOD (most people who hear this miss its meaning).  The prophet Daniel prayed for guidance from GOD that was provided to him through a holy messenger.  Yet, Daniel could not understand what he had been given without further growth, help and instruction.  Similarly, Jesus came speaking and doing truth, yet, was rejected by the high priests, the Sanhedrin, and many of the sages of Israel.  Without the imparted, indwelling Spirit men attempt to grasp eternal truth using such finite tools as imagination, intellect, logic, mathematics, philosophy and science.  However, the process of GOD is one where only permanent changes within the spirit substance of a person may exist as divine truth.  Until there is change within, we have no truth.)  I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(07/03/2014) On Weakness?

Language from the Scriptures that speaks to weakness of commitment, power to complete sacred works, and spiritual understanding are the focus, today.  A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Stillwaiting” (Level 5 with 5,029 points, a member since March 08, 2013) posted the following:

Is the phrase spiritually weak in the bible?

I had a freind write me a letter and she says to me that she is spiritually weak.
I know this is not true, shes very loving Christian. what she is refering to is the fact that due to illness and family responsibilities she has not been to church in a while. ths made me mad that she feels unworthy based on attendance to a church, and not her Christian helpful works towards her husband and family every day. I know she reads her bible , so, where is this spoken of in scripture?
or is this a phrase made up by the wathtower society? i searched online bible and could only find the word weak, but was not used to mean, spiritually weak, where is scripture does it talk about spiritual weakness, and not in the context of applying to the jewish nation,[ whom are specifically those jesus came to preach repentance and coming back into the 'sheep fold', ]
and if Jesus said in scripture that all we need to have is faith in him, and believe in him, we have life, then why do people equate their spiritual faith on attendance to churches, or the works of men?
we are not supposed to be following man, were to follow Christ, example, not keeping track of how many persons go to church and obtaining and maintaining millions of dollars of real- estate
these are the treasures on earth that Jesus warned not to seek.
we instead are to focus on loving works to each other, every day of our life, and not to support an organization.

Update : any bible version

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  We then that are strong ought to bear the infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves.  Let every one of us please his neighbour for his good to edification.  For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me.  (Romans 15:  1-3, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Freewill is Finite (06/30/2013); GOD Intervenes? (07/01/2013); Feeling Loved By GOD? (06/16/2013); To Find A True Christian? (06/17/2013); The Spirit is Willing (10/20/2012); Spirit Matter (10/21/2012)

“Stillwaiting”, in addition to citations that speak to weakness of ones physical body, of ones conscience, of ones faith, of the covenant law, and ones determination the holy writings also address the strength of ones endowment of Spirit from GOD.  Consider the following:

(1.)  Hebrews 7:  18-19 (KJV)  18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.  19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.

(2.)  1st Peter 3:  7 (KJV)   7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

(3.)  1st Thessalonians 5:  14 (KJV)  14 Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men.

(4.)  1st Corinthians 8:  9-11 (KJV)  9 But take heed lest by any means this liberty of your’s become a stumblingblock to them that are weak.  10 For if any man see thee which hast knowledge sit at meat in the idol’s temple, shall not the conscience of him which is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols;  11 And through thy knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died?

(5.)  2nd Corinthians 13:  3-5 (KJV)  3 Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.  4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.  5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  For example, (6.)  1st Corinthians 1:  25-31 (KJV)  25 Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.  26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:  27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;  28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:  29 That no flesh should glory in his presence.  30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:  31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.
