(12/02/2013) Only While We Live?

Achieving ones Salvation after their death is the topic, today.  Also, there is more on the Advent of Christ.  A writer at “Yahoo! Answers India” using ID “Agada” (Level 1 with 84 points, a member since 29 November 2013) posted the following originally asked at Yahoo Answers United Kingdom:

Can a sinner make heaven after death? If yes, how possible? If no, why?

THE BATTLE AXE:  Like a Thief? (12/01/2013)—Unbelievers mistakenly compare the coming of Christ (life, and eternal life) to the coming of death.  To say, there will be no further warnings from GOD, declares that, while things begun by GOD before the foundation of the earth will continue to proceed to their fulfillment, there will be no additional or new dispensation and sacred events (we say, messages, manifestations, miracles) detailing the consecrated purposes of the Almighty.  There will be no new Gospel or Spirit from GOD.  Yet, history now shows that there may be different contemporary demonstrations and expressions through words for the ancient things provided by GOD.  As a unique aspect of full Creation, created beings and living creatures whose makeup include awareness and self-will, come under the influence of sin that opposes the continued existence of divine law, holy person, and even the total universe put forth by GOD.  Believers in GOD have been given assurances and promises that their lives will be preserved with the Almighty by special operations of divinity.  The appearance of GOD as Jesus Christ, his birth, death, resurrection and ascension into the heavens have been stages in a full plan of salvation.  Further divine works must be accomplished that include the return of Jesus to the earth to receive all those who are set apart through their content of faith as his purchased and redeemed.  The Advent (also called, the Rapture or Second Coming) will be a public event, and not simply a private experience, or secret occurrence involving only Christian and Jewish believers.  The Advent that will occur follows hundreds of years of its proclamation wherein angels and men have had opportunity to learn, grow, be reconciled to GOD, and to be established under divine approval.  No one will suddenly “disappear without explanation.”  Trumpets and the shout of an archangel will announce the holy event.  At the same time, and all around the globe, every eye of the living, as well as the dead who are then raised up and restored to life, will see.  All will know, and all will physically and vocally acknowledge that Jesus is Lord, bowing and proclaiming with spoken words using all the languages from the earth.  With the understanding that Jesus is now occupied in the heavens completing works of atonement, judgment, and sanctification, believers are to live in expectation, gratitude, humility, joy, longsuffering and patience, preparing themselves for the great day of his appearing.  Believers in Jesus Christ as Messiah, as Savior, are to regard the revelation now in place before mankind and all Creation as immutable, an expression of divine person that is sealed, and will not be altered.  (See Isaiah 45:  22-23, Habakkuk 2:  2-4, Luke 17:  20-37, 1st Thessalonians 4:  15-17, Revelation 1:  7-8 and Revelation 22:  17-21, KJV.)

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool:  his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire.  A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him:  thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him:  the judgment was set, and the books were opened.  I beheld then because of the voice of the great words which the horn spake:  I beheld even till the beast was slain, and his body destroyed, and given to the burning flame.  As concerning the rest of the beasts, they had their dominion taken away:  yet their lives were prolonged for a season and time.  I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.  And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him:  his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.  (Daniel 7:  9-14, KJV)

“Agada”, here are a few points based on teachings from the holy Bible that are held to be necessary truth among Christian believers:

(1.)  Only willing and voluntary behavior display and reveal the content and spirit substance of created beings and living creatures.

(2.)  Just as the dead are incapable of movement and speech, the dead are incapable of emotions, love, praise, remorse, sorrow for sins, thought, and worship to acknowledge GOD.

(3.)  All are to appear before GOD in judgment, however, those who are “certified” while they are alive will be received through Christ at the time of his return to harvest the earth.  In the advent (some say, the rapture, others, the second coming), only those in whom the seeds of faith and divine knowledge have been implanted will be taken up from the earth.

(4.)  Later, those accounted as wicked will also be “raised up” to appear in heaven in divine judgment.  This is a further divine act to reveal the character and nature of GOD as righteous, for all are given opportunity to appear “in person” to answer charges against themselves.  In what is called the “second resurrection,” the wicked will not be accused by Christ, or by Satan (who will already have been cast into the lake of fire).  All will then have to answer to the plain record in heaven that details their own attitudes, conduct and deeds.

There is far more to be said, correctly shared, and spiritually understood.  (For example, (5.)  The record in heaven may only be changed through the application of holy blood, and atonement ministered by Jesus Christ.  Sins appearing in the Book of Life, that one actually has committed, is guilty of, and must be accountable for can be covered, and effectively erased and removed.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.  By sharing what we receive as our inheritance of truth from GOD we may shine forth as an unquenchable light to the world.  Happy Hanukkah to all.
