Today,
reply is on the provisions of GOD for new life within the body of
Christ, and for serving as the spokesperson of Christ. Because the
church is to apprehend the reality of GOD through Spirit, such
elements as acceptance, faith, grace, divine process, promises, and
trust are primary more than intellect, logic, and carnal reason. The
apostle Paul shares this sensitive point in the following: 2nd
Corinthians 12: 7-10, King James Version (KJV): 7 And lest I should
be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations,
there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to
buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. 8 For this thing
I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9 And he
said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is
made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory
in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10
Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in
necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s
sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. All in the church will
not be prophets; and every illness and sickness in the church will
not be removed immediately, before the Advent of Christ. Yet, where
one member has received a revelation or vision, it is accounted
present for all. Where one has received healing, the presence of
healing is accounted present for all. Where one has the ability to
prophesy, prophecy is accounted present for all. The fighter in the

Is
it true that you have to have a "Spiritual gift" to be a
Christian (I Corinthians 12:7-10; 13)?
THE
GOLDEN ARROW: For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the
ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ: Till we all come
in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God,
unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of
Christ: That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and
fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of
men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things,
which is the head, even Christ: From whom the whole body
fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint
supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every
part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in
love. (Ephesians 4: 12-16, King James Version, KJV)

“GRANNY
NORINE”, all Christians must receive and make use of various
spiritual gifts imparted from divinity by the Holy Spirit.
Developing and mature believers are called to exist in a new
relationship with divinity, with one another, and with the world at
large as the offspring of GOD through spiritual rebirth, and as those
on earth who serve as apostles, priests, prophets, and kings within
the kingdom of GOD. In the same way, every believer does not receive
the same education, skills, and talents, all do not receive the same
anointing, gifts, testimonies, and witness. Yet, because they are
present through others within the full body―including
those recorded within Scripture―the
believer may correctly say, I now have them also. Consider again the
following that uses language from the Bible:
(1.)
1st Corinthians 12: 3-7, King James Version (KJV): 3
Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the
Spirit of God calleth Jesus accursed: and that no man can say
that Jesus is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost. 4 Now there are
diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 And there are
differences of administrations, but the same Lord. 6 And there are
diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all
in all. 7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man
to profit withal.
(2.)
1st Corinthians 12: 13-21, KJV: 13 For by one Spirit
are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or
Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all
made to drink into one Spirit. 14 For the body is not one member,
but many. 15 If the foot shall say, Because I am not the hand, I am
not of the body; is it therefore not of the body? 16 And if the ear
shall say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it
therefore not of the body? 17 If the whole body were an eye,
where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing,
where were the smelling? 18 But now hath God set the members
every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him. 19 And if
they were all one member, where were the body? 20 But now are
they many members, yet but one body. 21 And the eye cannot say
unto the hand, I have no need of thee: nor again the head to the
feet, I have no need of you.
(3.)
Romans 15: 1-7, KJV: 1 We then that are strong ought to bear the
infirmities of the weak, and not to please ourselves. 2 Let every
one of us please his neighbour for his good to
edification. 3 For even Christ pleased not himself; but, as it is
written, The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell on me. 4
For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our
learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures
might have hope. 5 Now the God of patience and consolation grant you
to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus: 6
That ye may with one mind and one mouth glorify God, even the
Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. 7 Wherefore receive ye one another,
as Christ also received us to the glory of God.
There
is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually
apprehended. (For example, (4.) Romans 8: 5-9, KJV: 5 For they
that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they
that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. 6 For to be
carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is
life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against
God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye
are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of
God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is
none of his.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it
unto you according to your faith.
