The basis for deliverance, judgment, and salvation along with what happens to those who lack knowledge about GOD and Christ are topics, today. Also, there is more on judgment as an aspect of divine revelation. The “Yahoo! What if you live in a place where you’ve never heard of God / Jesus? Will you go to hell?
THE BATTLE AXE: Teachings on Judgment (06/06/2013)— (6) In divine judgment, the inner spirit of created beings and living creatures are identified as depicted through life records that detail their behavior and conduct (we say, “deeds” and “works”). So to speak, all are rated and ranked according to aspects of conformity and likeness to the spiritual image of Christ; and focus is more upon what you are than what you do. Simply that one attends church, makes donations to charities, or spends hours in prayer is not sufficient for eternal life. Behavioral dimensions are examined such as authority, consistency, creativity, diligence, dutifulness, faithfulness, honesty, kindness, obedience, selflessness, sincerity, strength, and sweetness. However, those selected to have permanent existence within the sphere of divine person must also display an acceptable measure of inseparable divine substance. Thus, in addition to faith, holiness, humility, joy, longsuffering, righteousness, truth and wrath against sin, one of the most important features will be “charity” (also called “love”). See Matthew 7: 21-23, KJV. (7) Like Creation, Judgment is accepted by believers as a defining aspect of what makes GOD a unique Divine Person. Peace and restoration of order are the products of Judgment, not wars of conquest and expansion. Judgment is always a benefit and blessing to Creation, for Judgment is the resolution of conflict, and the settlement of disputes through law. Because law enforcement and rule through law may impose harsh penalties and severe punishment upon those who persist as rebels, many complain against Judgment and defy the law as being arbitrary, cruel, enslaving, excessive, unrighteous, and violent. With law (the expressed will of GOD), Creation and Judgment will continue long after the destruction of those who oppose the existence of GODhead, and who promote continuing sin as freedom and personal liberty. See Psalm 37: 1-40, Romans 8: 1-10, 1st Corinthians 13: 1-14, Galatians 5: 13-25, and Nahum 1: 7-9, King James Version.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD. And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein? That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right? And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes. And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord, which am but dust and ashes: Peradventure there shall lack five of the fifty righteous: wilt thou destroy all the city for lack of five? And he said, If I find there forty and five, I will not destroy it. And he spake unto him yet again, and said, Peradventure there shall be forty found there. And he said, I will not do it for forty’s sake. And he said unto him, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Peradventure there shall thirty be found there. And he said, I will not do it, if I find thirty there. And he said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the Lord: Peradventure there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty’s sake. And he said, Oh let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak yet but this once: Peradventure ten shall be found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for ten’s sake. And the LORD went his way, as soon as he had left communing with Abraham: and Abraham returned unto his place. (Genesis 18: 20-33, King James Version)

Dear Lost Thyme, here are some points of consideration often missed even by those who have embraced Christian belief for decades:
(1) Deliverance, judgment, and salvation by GOD through Jesus Christ are sacred events that appear as divine self-expression (we say, grace), and are not caused by a person’s beliefs, their knowledge of doctrine, scriptures, and teachings, their intelligence, their opinions, or any aspect of their mental functioning , including their imagination, logic, memory, and reason. Even so, those elements are vital for participation in families, sacred assemblies, congregations to serve the Lord, and worship communities. Harmony is fostered and further made possible only by collective experience, shared information, and common practice.
(2) In the judgment of GOD, behavior and conduct are examined and focused upon only as material indicators for the absence or presence of spirit content from the make-up of GOD, who is a spirit. While a person’s spirit content may be amplified or nourished by reading the Bible and completing religious studies, divine spirit cannot be acquired by any secular learning process. The Holy Spirit must be imparted (sent forth from GOD); and may only be acquired through baptism (we may say, death of ones sinful nature, followed by rebirth from divine DNA). More than simply a ceremony or ritual practiced only among believers within groups known as “churches,” baptism must be understood as a spiritual operation of GOD that may go out to all, everywhere, no matter what their belief system, economic status, language, or national origin.
(3) As those who acknowledge Jesus as the Son of GOD, Christian believers enter into a covenant agreement that establishes an intimate and personal relationship with GOD; and believers do not continue to exist as abstract objects manufactured by a remote Creator. Confidence, personal integrity, self-will, and volition (we say, choice) are aspects of continuing in right relationship. However, because GOD is immortal, immutable, incorruptible, and unchanging, all believers are challenged to embrace godly disciplines, non-negotiable laws, limits, sacred duties, spiritual operations, and eternal purposes.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4) At their Creation, all created beings and living creatures were endowed with spirit matter that was emanated and put forth from the person of GOD. Through sin (we say, corruption and error) the will of the living is defiled and weakened. GOD is not subject to sin, and sin is no material or spirit thing created by GOD. Yet, sin has dominated self-will in created beings and living creatures. Now, through Jesus Christ, added measures of divinity may be received that further enable mankind to detect, avoid and resist sin.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/06/2013) Teachings on Judgment
Today, the description of final judgment as a shepherd’s separation of the sheep and goats that are both contained within his single flock generates a consideration of judgment for all mankind as an eternal expression of divine being. Also, there is more on the Bible as literally reporting words spoken by GOD. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Micah” (Level 1 with 88 points, a member since January 10, 2013) posted the following:
Christians: what is Judgment Day to you according to Matthew 25:31-46?
the reason I ask is because when I grew up I was taught that judgement day is when Jesus is judges each person individually according to the wrong they have done. but according to Matthew 25 Jesus judges for righteous works and lack of righteous works, not necessarily sin that we have committed. As a kid I was taught that on judgement day we will watch a video of our life and review all the mistakes we have made. I find this very contradicting to what the Bible says concerning Jesus Christ and His blood shed for us. The Bible says that God forgets our sin and cast it as far as the east is from the west. And what about everything it says in the book of Romans about how Christ died for us while we were still sinners. as you know there are many more verses that are similar. please share your thoughts, use scripture to back it up. Thanks.
THE BATTLE AXE: Words Spoken By GOD? (06/05/2013)—As a device to preserve a collective consciousness and various oral traditions among mankind, the Bible consists in ideas and understandings that may be presented through multiple systems of human language and words. For this reason, when embracing the holy writings, believers are carefully directed away from human verbal expression to discern and realize their own spirit content, and the revealed spirit content of GOD. (We see a similar process in the way Internet readers ignore typos to focus upon the meaning of what is intended by a written statement, or question that is posed.) The highest content of Scripture is its sacred substance, rather than the peculiar accounts of judgments against sin, life principles and models for prosperity, and narratives of human events. The Bible is to be embraced as holy based upon such features as its eternal aspect, details of divine operations, portrayals revealing sovereign person, sacred purpose, power to sanctify, and defining truth.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: For the LORD hath poured out upon you the spirit of deep sleep, and hath closed your eyes: the prophets and your rulers, the seers hath he covered. And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed: And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned. Wherefore the LORD said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men: Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid. Woe unto them that seek deep to hide their counsel from the LORD, and their works are in the dark, and they say, Who seeth us? and who knoweth us? Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter’s clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding? (Isaiah 29: 10-16, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Repentance Must Come Before Resurrection (04/27/2013); Destroyed in Noah’s Flood? (04/28/2013); Acknowledging Divinity? (03/30/2013); GOD Hiding in Plain Sight (03/26/2013); The Love of GOD (03/03/2013); Why A “Spokesperson”? (01/14/2013); No Contradictions? (01/15/2013)
Micah, here are some points of understanding I am permitted to share, that are endorsed by many mature Christian believers, and that pertain to the teachings on Judgment. Many agree wrath against sin and Judgment are permanent and perpetual aspects of divinity, and are not “one-time events”:
(1) From the beginning of the Scriptures, where GOD is proclaimed as Creator of heaven and earth, divine tools of division and separation are described. The Maker is revealed acknowledging a difference between light and darkness, assigning value, and establishing order that gives preliminary form to frameworks of time and space (see Genesis 1: 1-6, King James Version).
(2) In the same way the description of GOD as Creator is to be accepted as an indisputable fact that is basic to all later information provided by the holy writings, GOD is proclaimed as Law Giver and Judge (see Exodus 34: 1-8, KJV). Terms for the various covenant agreements between GOD and mankind all include acceptance of divine authority, obedience to sacred law, and submission to divine judgment appearing as both correction and as punishment. Among them are covenants through Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David and Jesus Christ.
(3) Before the appearance (we say, incarnation) of GOD in the person of Jesus Christ upon the earth, GOD continued solely as an invisible spirit having no dimension or material form (see John 4: 24, KJV). When ousted from the Garden of Eden, mankind received instruction and guidance from GOD through prophets and spokespersons such as the Angel bearing a flaming sword who barred the entrance to Eden, the Patriarchs who served for hundreds of years as living witnesses to acts of GOD, the line of prophets, judges, and later, priests, kings, and apostles. See Hebrews 1: 1-14, KJV.
(4) Sin is an influence that opposes the existence of divine person, sacred law, and continued being for the Creation of GOD by operating upon self-will in created beings and living creatures. Sin cannot operate upon the will of GOD. Yet, sin was first recognized among the holy angels (see Jude 1: 5-7, Ezekiel 28: 12-18, KJV). Where the revealing of GOD to created beings and living creatures proceeded through the force and process of the natural world, the worship of idols, flesh, and common objects in nature (e.g., bulls, the moon, stars, and sun) became widespread as a consequence of sin (see Romans 1: 18-23, Romans 5: 13-14 and Romans 3: 20-23, KJV).
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5) Final judgment of the wicked is that aspect of divine revelation wherein the righteousness of GOD is most clearly and directly displayed (see Daniel 7: 9-10, KJV). While the language used suggests a courtroom drama, there will be no accuser (e.g., Satan already will have been consigned to the lake of fire); and a person must respond only to the record of their own life deeds (see Revelation 20: 10-12, KJV). The focus of this judgment will be the sacred substance of ones being (such as faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, love, truth, wisdom, and wrath against sin). The books of life are a primary tool in judgment. Human behavior and conduct are recorded there that portrays the absence or presence of divine content within ones make-up.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/05/2013) Words Spoken By GOD?
The Bible as “the word of GOD,” is the topic, today. Also, there is more on conviction and faith in the face of tragedy. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “Horn of the Unicorn” (Level 1 with 40 points, a member since September 13, 2009) posted the following:
Why is the bible referred to as the word of God?
Surely if God did actually write or dictate the words to a human to write then there would not be so many factual errors?
THE BATTLE AXE: Faith for Facing Tragedy? (06/04/2013)—(5) The priesthood of Jesus Christ addresses the transformation of mankind from corruptible, fallible, mortal and sinful to that of eternal, permanent and perpetual companions of GOD. All created beings and living creatures eventually complete or fulfill their expression as aspects of divine emanation. Presently, only GOD is immortal. The holy angels, sacred beasts, and others that serve in heaven are neither immortal nor mortal; and their being continues only by divine prerogative. Mortality is a specification for finite existence of the living whereby mankind and those on the earth endure only for brief periods described using the framework of time. It is the natural and usual process of human life that, just as the living act upon their environment and one another, many of those same things now operate upon the living as mere objects within the sphere of their own distinct being, and so result in completion of human death. Included are aging, collisions, conflict, diet, epidemic disease, drowning, imbalance, insufficient rest, irregular growth, loss of blood (the material device within the living that distributes the divine element of life to the various parts of the body), and psychological trauma. Many accuse GOD of injustice and unfairness for not arbitrarily intervening in the processes of life and death to show approval, favor, and reward. However, divine judgment is the sacred operation for the expression of divine favor and disfavor. Death and resurrection come into view as controlled and necessary aspects of the divine order that must be acknowledged as making visible the divinity and sanctity of GOD. Saying this another way, that distinguishes, identifies, and separates GOD as One. See Ezekiel 33: 1-16, 1st Corinthians 10: 1-13, 1st Timothy 1: 17 and 1st Timothy 6: 3-16, King James Version.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: For thus saith the LORD that created the heavens; God himself that formed the earth and made it; he hath established it, he created it not in vain, he formed it to be inhabited: I am the LORD; and there is none else. I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I said not unto the seed of Jacob, Seek ye me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right. Assemble yourselves and come; draw near together, ye that are escaped of the nations: they have no knowledge that set up the wood of their graven image, and pray unto a god that cannot save. Tell ye, and bring them near; yea, let them take counsel together: who hath declared this from ancient time? who hath told it from that time? have not I the LORD? and there is no God else beside me; a just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me. Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. I have sworn by myself, the word is gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and shall not return, That unto me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall swear. (Isaiah 45: 18-23, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Why Jesus Authored No Books (05/01/2013); Recognizing True Prophets (05/02/2013); Scripture at Funerals? (04/30/2013); Quoting Scripture to GOD? (04/24/2013); Illusion? (04/25/2013); A Guide to Salvation? (04/10/2013); A Golden Ticket? (11/30/2012); And This Was Good News (12/01/2012); Spirit Matter (10/21/2012); Bible Benefit? (03/16/2011); Ones Destiny? (03/17/2011)
(1) The holy writings employ many unique definitions, figures, reports, and understandings that permit human intelligence to grasp the possibilities for existence of divine person. However, for created beings and living creatures to have more than fantasies, fictions, and a mere abstract consciousness of GOD, Creation must participate in a relationship having sacred depth, power and quality. There must be a continuous and ongoing process of divine revelation ordered after the terms of divine intent (i.e., holy will, instead of human self-will), the operations of consecrated substance, and the fixed boundaries for accomplishment of eternal purpose. Included are birth, death, divine law, faith, miracles, resurrection, righteous judgment, and wrath against sin.
(2) GOD is an immortal and incorruptible spirit that cannot be understood using only the frameworks for mortal being; and who is accessible to mortal beings only by frameworks he himself may generate. The process of GOD for mankind may be described as discernment, “discovery learning,” “OJT” (on-the-job-training), and “spiritualization” wherein the full awareness of divinity is gradually appreciated, made known, and recognized as visible. Spirit content that otherwise exists only within the make-up of Divine Person (e.g., holiness, humility, joy, longsuffering, truth, wisdom) may operate within created beings and living creatures, and establishes them in the image of GOD.
(3) As a sacred record, the Bible details a small spectrum of sacred events pertinent to the preparation of mankind for permanent existence within the eternal sphere of divine presence. The Bible provides a divine perspective—thousands of lives over thousands of years—and documents a broad range of actions by GOD that show the Almighty is more than a collection of mechanical processes. The Bible permits believers to experience the “person” of GOD through shared feeling, intelligence and purpose.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4) Although visible to many as no more than a material object and a collection of ancient books, the Bible is itself a peculiar appearance and incarnation of Divine Person. Divine utterances are put forth to believers that supply ones personal awareness of the divine presence as well as the personal experience of hearing the voice of GOD. In addition to commands, criteria for purity, parables, praises, prayers, life principles, proclamations, promises and proverbs, there is prophecy (comfort, edification, exhortation) that demonstrates and unveils divine perfection.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/04/2013) Faith for Facing Tragedy?
The validity of faith that appears only when challenged by death, sickness or suffering is the topic, today. Also, there is more on whether one may receive a new or “replacement” measure of the Holy Spirit. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “little prince” (Level 1 with 24 points, a member since May 30, 2013) posted the following:
Going to God because of tragedy?
I’ve been an agnostic, if I ever got close to God, I wanted it to be because of conviction rather than because I was pushed by tragedy.
But now that my mom has cancer, I’ve been just desperately seeking him.
Is this type of faith valid? One pushed by tragedy, hopelessness, and need?
THE BATTLE AXE: Need for A New Holy Spirit? (06/03/2013)—(5) While the spiritual death of a believer occurs in an instance, and rebirth from divine DNA is completed in the same moment, receiving the Holy Spirit is not a “one-time” event that is completed in one hour, one day, one decade, or one millennium. Finite and temporal behaviors may be completed such as church attendance, fasting, missionary service, and Scripture studies. However, Christian believers must make a continuing, uninterrupted commitment to accept a lifetime of change, growth, and transformation through operations performed by GOD. For this reason, language associated with marriage often is used to clarify Christian dedication (e.g., duty, faithfulness, intimacy, and trust). Believers become life companions to Christ, and through his Spirit, achieve fellowship, right standing, and unity with the Divine. See Galatians 4: 1-9, 1st John 1: 1-10 and 1st John 3: 1-10, King James Version. (6) Believers should not look for change in their physical appearance and social circumstances as the evidence of their new birth. The truth of rebirth must be accepted through an act of self-will (we say choice) dictated and influenced by faith. Faith appears within awareness as certainty, confidence, conviction, and trust based upon the word of GOD (i.e., divine proclamation, promise, and prophecy); and this is called “knowing by faith, rather than by sight.” A believer’s economic, employment, or marital status may continue to be undesirable for a very long period. Where indicators that are not generated by sacred content are relied upon, new believers may appear completely unaltered, unrepentant, and the same as before their embrace by GOD through Christ. Included are addictions, arbitrary differences (e.g., eye color, gender, height, weight), attitudes, behavior, character, conduct, habits, illnesses, and ones personal style. The changes that GOD will perform as a person’s salvation are to be within the believer, not others, not ones surroundings, not the church, not the world. (7) The behaviors that most indicate spiritual growth for Christian believers include actions and conduct that display increased generosity and giving, humility, impartiality, love, practice and understanding of the sacraments, willingness to forgive, unselfish service, and focus upon the person of Christ in place of introspection, self-examination and self-promotion. Believers learn to see, attend to, and serve Christ revealed within the sufferings of others. The “holy spirit” a person may have gotten “a few years ago” is proven to be alive and well by unselfish ministry to others. See Matthew 25: 31-46, Romans 8: 1-18, Romans 8: 24-31, Philippians 3: 7-14 and 2nd Corinthians 3: 17-18, KJV.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: For though I would desire to glory, I shall not be a fool; for I will say the truth: but now I forbear, lest any man should think of me above that which he seeth me to be, or that he heareth of me. And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong. (2nd Corinthians 12: 6-10, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Struggles? (05/11/2013); Through Much Tribulation (05/12/2013); Death Has Been Transformed (05/09/2013); Loving the Enemy? (05/10/2013); Experience Is Not Evidence? (05/05/2013); Church Mandatory? (05/06/2013); GOD Knows Tomorrow? (04/12/2013); Expect Healing (02/11/2012); Childhood Cancers? (01/17/2011); Denominations? (01/18/2011)
“little prince,” here are some points I have considered since my mother died of cancer, and that most Christian believers also encounter as they are perfected by GOD:
(1) The faith you begin with should not be the faith you end with. Believers enter into a continuing process of existence that is directed by divine influences, and so there must be change, growth, learning, and sanctification. Saying this another way: A person’s awareness of divinity must increase and include recognition of divine substance that is the make-up of GOD (e.g., faith, holiness, righteousness, wisdom, wrath against sin); the active operation of GOD within the human frameworks of time and space (e.g., covenant, divine law, forgiveness, judgment, salvation); and such aspects of divine focus as authority, fulfillment, intent, and purpose.
(2) Often believers must accept that the comfort and consolation provided by GOD for meeting life challenges and experience within the natural and social worlds of mankind ARE NOT carnal, emotional, material and physical. Intended for something higher, GOD may bestow spirit content and demonstrations of divine presence through expectations (i.e., what we are commanded to hope), miracles, proclamations, promises, prophesies, testimonies in judgment, visitations, and witness.
(3) Where one relies on human faith, rather than the faith that is given through the imparted Spirit of GOD, confusion, disappointment, and a sense of having been betrayed are usually experienced. Such persons fail to grasp that the ministry of Jesus Christ must acknowledge aspects of divine order and obligation that do not permit an instant elimination of death, all disease, sickness and sin. There is an unseen universe of active forces, conditions, and demands that must be maintained in peculiar balance.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4) While GOD did not eliminate death from human experience by appearing in the earth as Jesus Christ, GOD did transform the meaning and understanding of death. Death is revealed as temporal, not eternal; death is shown to not be a god; like aging, death is not always a punishment; and fear that death may operate contrary to GOD has been broken off among believers. As a divine tool death permits resurrection, and it is a further mechanism and tool needed to establish eternal life.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/03/2013) Need for A New Holy Spirit?
Baptism, spiritual growth, re-baptism, and the Holy Spirit are topics today along with more on the primacy of GOD. A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Jasmine” (Level 1 with 75 points, a member since June 2, 2013) posted the following:
Can I get spiritual baptism repeatedly? because I am stuck with the holy spirit I got a few years ago.?
I am stuck with the holy spirit I got a few years ago. Can I get spiritually baptised again with a new brand holy spirit? Is it possible to get spiritually baptised again?
THE BATTLE AXE: Putting GOD First? (06/02/2013)—Acknowledgment, respect, and reverence (we say, worship) are correctly shown to GOD when it is understood that the content, make-up, and person describing divine existence also generate the being, coherence, integrity, life, order, presence and purpose for every other creature, life form and object that may be known. Unlike inanimate objects, material things, or the living, GOD puts forth and operates as the prime source of all without having any source; and the Almighty is capable of initiating and responding to independent, unassisted action, communication, exchange, and thought. Divine power is an artifact of divine substance. Thus, power consists in such eternal content as faith, holiness, longsuffering, love, righteousness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. GOD appears to created beings and living creatures through operations that apply divine power, and that make the otherwise unknowable presence of GOD actual in the awareness of sentient beings (we say, visible). Included are birth, creation, death, forgiveness, judgment, praise, prayer, proclamation, promise, prophecy, rebirth, resurrection, sanctification, truth, and witness. See Numbers 23: 19, Psalm 99: 1-9, John 3: 23-24 and Jeremiah 9: 23-24, King James Version.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead. And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (Colossians 2: 6-15, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Quoting Scripture to GOD? (04/24/2013); Illusion? (04/25/2013); Translation, Please…(01/11/2013); Why So Much Murder? (01/12/2013); Tongues? (11/17/2010); Fire Baptism (08/24/2012); Why No Answer? (08/25/2012); Girdle 6: Book I, The Preamble (11/21/2011)
Jasmine, here are some points for consideration that many mature Christian believers would endorse:
(1) Most followers of Jesus Christ endure an extended period of gradual growth and learning. So to speak, Born-again, one must mature again, and must encounter various challenges and “growing pains” that may cause disappointment, spiritual confusion, and uncertainty regarding ones salvation. Saying this in other ways: All will be tested. All must overcome sufferings. All exist within two different frameworks of reality, and must find the balance between the natural and the spirit worlds.
(2) Increased awareness and strength for ones spirit content is determined and “paced” by direct operations of GOD through the imparted, indwelling spirit of Jesus Christ. A believers ability to discern and recognize the action and presence of the invisible things from GOD is increased over time through such living practice as fellowship with other believers, prayer, and study of the Scriptures.
(3) All believers start out as disinterested, ignorant, only mildly curious, and weak in faith. Divinity and sacred substance from the make-up of the Almighty is received only as ones obedience and trust are increased. Included here may be forgiveness, holiness, joy, longsuffering (endurance), love, sanctification, wisdom and wrath against sin.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4) Multiple acts of faith (called works) are not required before salvation so much as after salvation as the correct expression of acceptance, agreement, gratitude, and understanding. The human aspects of baptism center in choice, self-will, and voluntary submission to GOD; however, the divine aspects center in death, re-birth, the generation of life from divine, not human, substance, and the transformation of a mortal to one that will be immortal and incorruptible.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/02/2013) Putting GOD First?
The “wisdom” of attributing primacy to GOD is the topic, today. Also, there is more on heaven and the place of GOD. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “© Secular Humanist Pacifist ©” (Level 2 with 261 points, a member since May 3, 2010) posted the following:
Do you think there is more wisdom in putting others before ”your” religions god/s?
I put your in quotes since not everyone has a religion.
Additional Details
Truth is different to all humans, so there is no direct truth that exists except that ”everything changes”.
Victoria, your quote from a primitive culture has no relation to the question.
I disagree Witness, everything does change, you just don’t want your gods to change, you probably don’t even know what your god really looks like these days.
THE BATTLE AXE: The Place of GOD? (06/01/2013)—(6) The Tabernacle prepared upon the earth by Moses and, later, the Temple erected by Solomon were respected as a physical dwelling place and “house of GOD” that was to be in the midst of his covenant people, and to be surrounded by those in priestly service to GOD upon the earth. These man-made and temporary structures are spoken of as copies of things that exist upon a firmament, and platform of celestial presence not visible to mankind, yet, having identity, integrity, process, and substance. (7) Created beings and living creatures are to exist as receptacles and vessels containing divinity. The “breath of life,” “the spark of life,” and the “soul” are language to describe aspects of the divine make-up and person that establish mankind as having being and existence. This further permits the language that says, by their own choice, men themselves are to be a “spiritual house of GOD.” (8) A holy city (the New Jerusalem) now being created by GOD through Jesus Christ is to become the eternal place of divinity, and will exist upon the earth after the conclusion of “final judgment.” Once fully transformed and supplied with the divine nature, mankind will exist as immortal and incorruptible. Because divinity will co-exist with created beings and living creatures that are independent, yet, in unity with the divine, there will be no Temple, and worship will again be transformed. Even so, GOD will continue as exalted, supreme, and to be acknowledged by all who are righteous. (See Isaiah 66: 1-3, 1st Peter 2: 1-5, and Revelation 21: 1-27, King James Version.)
THE GOLDEN ARROW: Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; shew forth from day to day his salvation. Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations. For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place. Give unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth. (1st Chronicles 16: 23-31, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Illusion? (04/25/2013); Wanting To Have Our Way (03/09/2013); Believing Everything? (11/23/2012); The Fear of GOD (10/30/2012); The Spirit is Willing (10/20/2012); Spirit Matter (10/21/2012); Caesarea Philippi (10/22/2012); Binder 17: Awake to Righteousness (10/14/2011)
Here are some points to consider that agree with teachings from the Bible, and are in line with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Christian belief:
(1) Belief systems that acknowledge divine being also call into awareness differences existing among the abilities, attributes, character and nature of all living creatures.
(2) Where a divine person is understood to have put forth created beings and living creatures (along with the context and sphere of their existence) a peculiar definition of “power” is established that goes beyond such finite human displays realized through deceit, emotion, forces of nature (e.g., floods, lightening, storms), lying, money, murder, passion, peer and social pressure, use of weapons, and violence.
(3) Awareness and acknowledgment of Divine Person as possessed of unique power, made up of substance that is in boundless supply, set apart and not readily detectable by human organs for sensation (hearing, seeing, touching, etc.) is in the nature of innate intelligence, and the continuous operation of sentient being (i.e., the capacity to knowing and be known) that are essential for communication among the living. More to be called “common sense” than “wisdom”, the knowing we speak of, here, does not derive from years of analysis, experience and study. Even so, awareness of the holy and invisible is not by animal instinct, argument, fantasy, imagination, intuition, logic, persuasion, or reason.
(4) Mature self-awareness, and an in-depth consciousness of human potential naturally establishes the primacy of GOD. This especially comes into appreciation as a multifaceted operation of GOD (i.e., revelation) whereby created beings and living creatures “discover” their own divine content; their possibilities for change, growth and transformation; their sacred purposes; and their dependence upon other actors having personness who remain unseen, yet are not just impersonal forces and mechanisms.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5) Sin that opposes consciousness of GOD may dominate self-will in created beings and living creatures. Sin is not created by GOD, contains no divine substance, and cannot influence divine will. Sin is no material having physical dimension, yet sin has direction, effect and presence. Where sin overwhelms the divine nature imparted to mankind, sin is obeyed and reverenced as a false god or idol.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/01/2013) The Place of GOD?
Access to GOD, heaven, and the location of GOD is the topic, today. A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “deepak” (Level 1 with 200 points, a member since July 9, 2010) posted the following:
Where is God?. Please tell me the correct answers.?
Where is God?
THE GOLDEN ARROW: For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. (Isaiah 57: 15, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: An Earth to Fix A Heaven? (05/18/2013); The Need to Purify Heaven (01/17/2013); The Golden Age? (01/10/2013); The Place for Eternal Life (01/06/2013); Therefore There Was Trust (01/07/2013); The Ascension of Christ? (12/19/2012)
“deepak”, here are some thoughts shared by many mature Christian believers that may be useful as you build and complete your understanding:
(1) GOD is a spirit, and cannot be known and understood by created beings and living creatures that rely only upon awareness generated by the flesh, or the world. The flesh includes appetite (hunger, thirst, sexual cravings), sensation (hearing, seeing, touching), and mental functions (fantasy, recall, thought). The world includes such mechanisms for exchange and survival as history, institutions, nations, language, money, science, and technology.
(2) Data and information from the various operations of the flesh (i.e., human body and mind) are routinely focused, integrated and applied using such intellectual frameworks as dimension, form, time and space. Because Almighty GOD is unbounded and unlimited, these frameworks (at best) allow us only incomplete and questionable descriptions of Divine Person.
(3) Because divinity consists of substances that are not carnal, material, or social in nature, we agree GOD must be known by the spirit substance supplied to mankind at the Creation. Included are faith, holiness, joy, longsuffering, wisdom, and wrath against sin.
(4) The will of GOD does not put forth or respond to sin. Sin has so corrupted self-will in created beings and living creatures that, GOD has appeared in the earth through Jesus Christ (we say, incarnate), and has made it possible for believers to receive additional spirit substance now necessary to identify and resist sin.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (5) We traditionally speak of Heaven as the place of celestial presence as though a physical location is intended instead of an aspect of being and existence. Along with the human inability to perfectly focus our spirit content, we habitually choose to interact in the terms of our flesh and our world. Thus, believers must all pursue spiritual discipline to become clear, complete, direct, and stable when seeking to speak of divinity. Practices in ones routine of life must appear that include forbearance, forgiveness, giving, prayer, always speaking the truth, study of the holy writings, and group worship.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
