Continuing to observe Holy Week, reply is made on the benefits of government through sacred law and consecrated rulers. The fighter at “Yahoo! 7 Answers (Australia)” using the ID “Dawn” (Level 7 with 37,655 points, a member since April 25, 2014) posted the following:
How will the kingdom of God solve world's problems?
THE GOLDEN ARROW: And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. (Revelation 11: 15-19, King James Version, KJV)

“Dawn”, many mature Christians understand that government among created beings and living creatures must focus on completing operations of the spirit substance deposited from the makeup of GOD (we say, breath, life essence, spirit, word) that go beyond the sharing of authority and financial, human, or natural resources. Correctly understood, the “kingdom of GOD” is a sphere of life intended to fulfill multiple eternal purposes that pertain to the makeup and substance of divinity. GOD may be thought of as the fullness of inseparable spirit content that interacts in continuous active process. Included are exchanges among faith, forgiveness, holiness, hope, joy, longsuffering, lovingkindness, wisdom, and wrath against sin. The sovereignty of GOD who is Creator and Maker of all that exists is revealed and made “visible” through divine law as well as through an Incarnate ruler (we say, king having flesh and blood).
When Jesus entered into the city of Jerusalem on what we now call “Palm Sunday,” many received him as the anointed ruler (we say, Christ) and divine spokesperson (prophet) promised within the holy writings (i.e., Messiah). Some among those assembled already had received benefits from his ministry on earth that focused on the operations of GOD as Spirit, yet, it was commonly thought there would now be political change: GOD would restore the Promised Land to the Jews; the Greeks, Romans, and other foreign occupiers would be removed; and there would be a new “golden age” of prosperity. Many had been healed from forms of blindness, paralysis and sickness, had been released from unclean spirits, and had participated in public miracles of feeding, judgment, and raising the dead. On the strength of such experiences, key persons in the multitude pressed Jesus to accept the crown as king, and as High Priest of the Temple—acts that would require bloodshed, conquest, and war, rather than a ministry of atonement and salvation.
When understood as a sacred event after the pattern of things in the heaven, the Lord’s “triumphal” entry into Jerusalem celebrates his victory over sin, sorrow (earlier, Jesus wept upon seeing the city), suffering, and death. The procession provided “an image” depicting such divine operations as the reception in heaven for repentant sinners as the offspring and heirs of GOD; the acknowledgment of Jesus in heaven following his death, burial, resurrection, and ascension from the earth; the return of Jesus as High Priest to administer atonement and cleanse the Sanctuary within the Temple of heaven as well as the coronation of Jesus to sit upon the Throne of Glory. Consider again the following points from the Scriptures:
(1.) James 4: 1-4, King James Version (KJV): 1 From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? 2 Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3 Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4 Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God.
(2.) Acts 2: 1-4, KJV: 1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. 3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
(3.) 1st Corinthians 4: 20, KJV: 20 For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (4.) John 18: 33-38, KJV: 33 Then Pilate entered into the judgment hall again, and called Jesus, and said unto him, Art thou the King of the Jews? 34 Jesus answered him, Sayest thou this thing of thyself, or did others tell it thee of me? 35 Pilate answered, Am I a Jew? Thine own nation and the chief priests have delivered thee unto me: what hast thou done? 36 Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence. 37 Pilate therefore said unto him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest that I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I should bear witness unto the truth. Every one that is of the truth heareth my voice. 38 Pilate saith unto him, What is truth? And when he had said this, he went out again unto the Jews, and saith unto them, I find in him no fault at all.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
