The ministry of Jesus as Creator and as King are topics, today. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “21” (Level 3 with 1,827 points, a member since February 6, 2011) posted the following:
Why did God tell his Son to come and sat be side Him on His Throne?
When will Jesus become King of King of earth and sat on King David throne ?
THE BATTLE AXE: How Was GOD Known Before Jesus? (10/06/2012)—Among the names given to the Son of GOD, while his divine person was yet immersed within the fullness of spirit that is Almighty GOD, Scripture records “The Word.” To aspire, speak or utter as divine operations are acts of will that direct breath (spirit) outward to specific objects, and that impart being, order, and existence. In addition to the Incarnate works accomplished by Jesus as Redeemer and Savior, the Son of GOD is shown to be the aspect of GOD we call “Creator” and “Maker”. The peculiar will of GOD functioning as law-giver and life-giver describes a specific Person, and a unique expression of divinity. In this Person, the Son of the Highest has fashioned and put forth created beings and living creatures, the celestial and natural worlds as context for their presence, and the entire framework of divine processes and purposes whereby Creation is maintained and continued. Where GOD has appeared in any physical or other likeness of mankind—for example, to Adam and Eve, Abraham and Moses—reverence and worship were not to be given the visible form or similitude. Focus was to be upon realization of spirit content, sacred will, and spiritual truth. That Divine Person chooses to appear using features that describe the created makes possible communication as prayer, proclamation, promise, and prophecy as well as intimacy and personal relationship with GOD. The Holy should no longer be spoken of or understood as distant, impersonal, insensible, lifeless, remote and unresponsive.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: (Matthew 25: 31-34, King James Version)

Here are some ideas that belong to the children of GOD you may have missed, or not have seen before:
The return of Jesus to heaven represents completion of sacred process and fulfillment of divine purpose. The appearance of GOD in flesh (called Incarnation) may be seen as a device to carryout promise and prophecy established through covenant and law. Rightly understood, dominion, monarchy, rule and sovereignty are frameworks created through the flesh, and by the world. Carnal, material and social realities come into view that only describe conditions for, and the interaction of, created beings and living creatures. Through covenants and promises to mankind, otherwise invisible, Almighty GOD is made known and revealed to all living. GOD is a spirit, yet we speak of GOD as a ruler, and one who governs. This is largely because our human concepts of order emerge by experience of what we call dimension, time and space.
The flesh (appetite such as hunger, thirst, cravings for sexual contact—sensation such as hearing, seeing, tasting, touching—and mind, such features as desire, fantasy, imagination, recall) dominates human awareness. The world (not speaking of the earth, the agreement and consensus created by mankind to exchange and share resources for survival) also generates definitions of good/bad, reality/unreality, right/wrong, false/true. The rule of GOD proclaimed by the holy writings is to be understood as first natural, then spiritual, then eternal.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, balance, fullness and oneness of Divine Person is affirmed by the return of the Messiah to the heavens, where he must serve as High Priest completing Atonement, cleansing the Sanctuary, and also serve as Judge in the final tribunals examining the wicked. The Son of GOD will continue manifest as Incarnate; and the further revelation of GOD will go forward as eternal life with full access to divine presence.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/06/2012) How Was GOD Known Before Jesus?
Incarnation and knowing GOD before the appearance of Jesus in the earth are topics, today. Also, there is more answering “does GOD feel?” The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using the ID “Shawn” (Level 1 with 51 points, a member since October 3, 2012) posted the following:
Knowing God before JESUS?
were humans able to know God, or have a relationship with God before Jesus came to earth and died for us?
THE BATTLE AXE: Does GOD Feel? (10/05/2012)—The exalted and sovereign person of GOD does not display the individual traits of character and personality found in created beings and living creatures. Accordingly, GOD does not have a “ha-ha” sense of humor, does not become depressed, is not competitive, and does not interact as a social being. Incarnate as the immortal person of Jesus, GOD continues to display the full range of human possibilities including the capacity for feelings of anguish, apprehension, expectation (i.e., hope) and uncertainty. Judgment that further reveals the righteousness of GOD also reveals the extent of damage to those who have been disobedient and wicked. The soul—that measure of divinity deposited within the living—anchors the heart and mind, thereby lending direction, focus and stability to the otherwise chaotic reality of temporal being. In addition to having lost their soul, those sent into the lake of fire have lost all standing as created beings or living creatures; and all their features of godly person no longer exist. Included are authority, awareness, compassion, completeness, depth, desire, eminence, feeling, flexibility, focus, imagination, integrity, knowledge, life, presence, purpose, self-will, sensation, substance, and thought. Divine substance (e.g., faith, holiness, righteousness) cannot be consumed in the lake of fire. However, created beings altered and warped by corruption, defilement and sin can be eradicated using this uncommon, holy fire, because their endowment of divine substance is deformed, perverted and polluted. The condemned go out of the presence of GOD and the saved as “things”, not as angels, humans or sacred beasts; and are incapable of further arousing divine concern and sympathy.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds; Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high: Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. For unto which of the angels said he at any time, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee? And again, I will be to him a Father, and he shall be to me a Son? And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him. And of the angels he saith, Who maketh his angels spirits, and his ministers a flame of fire. But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom. Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows. And, Thou, Lord, in the beginning hast laid the foundation of the earth; and the heavens are the works of thine hands: They shall perish; but thou remainest; and they all shall wax old as doth a garment; And as a vesture shalt thou fold them up, and they shall be changed: but thou art the same, and thy years shall not fail. (Hebrews 1: 1-12, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Why Jesus Prayed (08/19/2012); The Prophets (02/24/2012); The One Unseen (02/03/2012); Before Creation? (02/02/2012); Girdle 15: Not Of The World (11/30/2011); GOD Commanded? (02/27/2011); Prophets? (10/28/2010)
Many mature Christian believers understand that the fullness of Divine Person may be spoken of as “Godhead.” The identity and oneness of GOD is described in various ways that acknowledge different patterns whereby GOD makes himself known to the living. Thus, (1) GOD is a spirit; (2) the Son of GOD is eternal, has always existed, and has always operated as the agent whereby GOD is made “visible” in heaven and in earth; (3) the Holy Spirit is the unseen agent that appears as the power of GOD carrying out divine will, and that imparts form and substance to created beings and living creatures.
Before the creation of the earth and all upon it, the Son of GOD existed as divinity within the spirit-being we speak of as “GOD;” and did not display dimension, mortality, and mutability. Later, GOD made himself known as Incarnate, having a body and form. The Son of Adam (Son of Man), Jesus of Nazareth, the Messiah, and the Christ appear in the earth as intercession by GOD to fulfill divine promises, execute sacred operations, and accomplish spiritual purposes. Included are covenant, revelation, judgment, rebirth, regeneration, repentance and resurrection.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, there has always been law that declares the will of Almighty GOD, and that shows “the mind of GOD” and divine intent. With law there also has been divine utterance (the spoken word from GOD) that has the force of law, the force of truth, and that serves as proclamation, promise, and prophecy.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/05/2012) Does GOD Feel?
Human and divine feeling are the topic, today, with more on sacred events after we die. Al, a “Yahoo! Answers” writer (Level 4 with 4,699 points, a member since September 4, 2010) posted the following:
Does God feel the same feelings we do?
THE BATTLE AXE: After We Die? (10/04/2012)—According to the Scriptures, there are two deaths, two resurrections and two judgments. In the Advent (also called “the day of the Lord”), Jesus will take from the earth all that have been in spiritual covenant with GOD from the time of Adam. The righteous dead from every place, past and present, will be resurrected. Included are those who were cremated, those buried at sea, and those whose bodies were destroyed in explosions. Believers who are alive when Jesus appears to receive the righteous dead will not die, or be killed. They complete their mortality as they are being translated, and caught up in the air to meet the Lord. Those translated are made to be incorruptible and immortal. The completion of mortality is called the “first death.” When a created being is cast into the lake of fire to be totally removed from existence, this is called “the second death.” Only the wicked dead, unclean spirits, and unholy apocalyptic beasts are sent into the holy fire of perdition. The first judgment focuses upon identifying the divine content of each created being or living creature, particularly as expressed through their deeds and works. Both the righteous and wicked are subject to the first judgment. In the second judgment, the deed and works of believers are examined to determine their specific eternal rewards. Only immortal believers are present in the second judgment.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: Let them give glory unto the LORD, and declare his praise in the islands. The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, and refrained myself: now will I cry like a travailing woman; I will destroy and devour at once. (Isaiah 42: 12-14, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Before Creation? (02/02/2012); Feelings and Liberty (02/01/2012); Origins (01/20/2011); Divine Wrath? (01/19/2011)
When speaking of Almighty GOD, the Father, who exists as spirit and not Incarnate existing as the person of Jesus, the Son, it would probably be more to correct to say that GOD has “sacred purposes” instead of emotions and feelings. Feelings and emotions are carnal, and respond to changes in the flesh (i.e., appetite, desire, exhaustion and sensation). The language of the Bible does strongly suggest that God has the exact same range of emotions as those imparted to created beings and living creatures (e.g., angels, animals, humans, sacred beasts). However, included would have to be confusion, curiosity, joy, loneliness, regret, sorrow, and wrath. A higher understanding would describe GOD as not having emotions or feelings that come and go, and are only temporal. So to speak, the “makeup” of GOD is eternal, permanent and unchanging. Therefore, such godly purposes appear as forbearance, forgiveness, and jealousy while there are never feelings such as fear, guilt, pride and shame.
Divinity consists in sacred substances that do compare to human feelings; and mankind is provided a peculiar revelation of Divine Person through the contrast of spirit alongside the various dimensions of passion and sentiment. As a divine content within the fullness of the Holy Spirit, joy is not the same as happiness. Divine love is akin to, yet not the same as, human affection. Divine wrath against sin is not anger, bitterness, indignation, or rage. As aspects of the Divine Person, joy, love and wrath are eternal and inseparable from faith, holiness, humility, righteousness, truth and wisdom.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, the holy writings use language that personifies and portrays GOD as if he were a human being. This is done for human understanding, not to deceive or manipulate our thoughts and feelings. GOD is a spirit; and can only be known by created beings and living creatures through divine endowments granted at Creation, or added through the ministry of Jesus Christ.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/04/2012) After We Die?
The sacred events that follow a person’s death are in view, today, along with more on blessings, curses and woes. A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “Devin” (Level 1 with 68 points, a member since August 23, 2012) posted the following:
When you die do you see the actual creator of heaven and earth? (the god that started it all)?
THE BATTLE AXE: Blessing, Curses and Woes (10/03/2012)—Blessing and cursing are regarded as evenhanded, impartial, “mechanical” and nonjudgmental because they are announced as conditional, and occur as aspects of pre-set progressions, that only go into effect when triggered by ones own choices, actions and specific related events. Genuine processes of judgment and law go forth, however, not the exact same ones as when GOD is active conducting and presiding over trials, or when determining and enforcing sentences derived through formal tribunal. The word “woe” is often used to say, “misery” “suffering” and “wretchedness.” Used in prophecy, woe refers to divine evil—not covenant-breaking, violating sacred law, wickedness or wrongdoing by GOD—the demonstrations of divine wrath against sin made substantial, tangible and visible in the form of calamity, reversals, sudden and widespread disaster, and the overturning of natural order. Woes are carried out and performed in contrast to miracles, prosperity and triumph.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done. Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book. (Revelation 22: 1-7, KJV)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Mob Rule and Violence (09/27/2012); Life and Death (09/26/2012); The Gospel not Logical? (09/16/2012); Chances for Change (09/15/2012); The Old Testament and Parables (08/12/2012); The Divine Tool of Death (08/11/2012); End of Strife? (03/14/2011); Having Life? (03/13/2011); The KJV Bible? (02/13/2011)
It is the faith of most mature Christian believers that when a person dies, they lose all human awareness and sensation. The dead are unable to dream, feel, think or do anything they used to do when living. This includes appealing to GOD in prayer, and standing before GOD in judgment. Life must be restored to the dead so that they may appear in the presence of GOD, and this is spoken of as “resurrection.” Only the living “see” GOD.
The Bible teaches that there are two resurrections. In the first resurrection, those returned from the dead are accounted as the righteous who “belong” to Christ through their acceptance of his death for atonement of their sins. The first resurrection is often spoken of as the Advent, or Second Coming of Christ to harvest his saved ones from the earth. Another name given this sacred event is “the Rapture.” This first resurrection follows a continuous judgment that occurs during the life of a believer.
In the second resurrection, those accounted as wicked and unjust are raised to appear in tribunal where Jesus will preside as Judge. Here, the nature of judgment is more clearly seen to be centered in acknowledging revealed truth. The judgment is not a matter of accusing people of their crimes, or announcing and justifying punishments meted out. Those things are done through admonition, instruction and the law; and are accomplished while the wicked are still living, and before they make choice to commit their offenses.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, even at this very moment, all created beings and living creatures are being examined by GOD in various forms of ongoing judgment. Judgment is a peculiar expression of godly being, and is provided as a defining truth of divine existence for the consciousness of mortal and other life forms. (Angels are not mortal and do not die; neither are they immortal.) Also, judgment is a sacred device whereby the righteousness of GOD is revealed to the living.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/03/2012) Blessings, Curses and Woes
The Beatitudes recorded in the “Sermon on the Mount” and angry statements made by Jesus against leaders of the Temple community are considered together, today, along with more on the topic of a daily revelation. The “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “Anna” (Level 1 with 11 points, a member since August 1, 2012) posted the following:
Need bible study help, please!!?
How does the Beatitudes relate to the woes Jesus pronounces upon the scribes and Pharisees in Matt. 23?
THE BATTLE AXE: A Daily Revelation? (10/02/2012)—We are correct to say a person has revelations through things that occur on a day-to-day basis, because nothing odd, weird and unusual has to appear. Revelation may be new insight, respect and deeper appreciation for things as they have always been. Similarly, when speaking of revelation from GOD, divine glory, talking in tongues, seeing angels, and manifestations of majesty and fire are not the only content of sacred revelation. As aspects of eternal being, Perfection and Revelation are continuous and uninterrupted human experiences of ongoing divine operations along with Judgment, Repentance, and Sanctification. In Jesus, divinity is revealed through the use of flesh and blood. While the Incarnation, birth, death and resurrection of GOD in the person of Jesus are understood as one-time events, their consequences and unending presence establish Jesus Christ as an inexhaustible source of power that continues to generate new life, new vision and new understanding for the existence of all created beings and living creatures. Following completion of the Great White Throne judgment, elimination of all sin, the finish of mortality, and populating the new earth, judgment as the righteousness of GOD (with revelation then realization of Divine Person) will continue to stream as everlasting life and eternity.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse; A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day: And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known. And it shall come to pass, when the LORD thy God hath brought thee in unto the land whither thou goest to possess it, that thou shalt put the blessing upon mount Gerizim, and the curse upon mount Ebal. Are they not on the other side Jordan, by the way where the sun goeth down, in the land of the Canaanites, which dwell in the champaign over against Gilgal, beside the plains of Moreh? For ye shall pass over Jordan to go in to possess the land which the LORD your God giveth you, and ye shall possess it, and dwell therein. And ye shall observe to do all the statutes and judgments which I set before you this day. (Deuteronomy 11: 26-32, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Tragedy? (10/23/2010); Divine Blessing (10/22/2010)
Admonition, cautions and warnings are provided to mankind as part of the full proclamation of divine law and commandment. In addition to statements where specific activity and behavior are forbidden and prohibited, consequences, punishments and sanctions, are declared. By this, the law is forward-looking, and “predicts” likely future outcomes.
The language “woe unto you” can be taken to mean, “be alert,” “be forewarned,” “be on your guard” or even “watch and pray.” Also, we may take it to say, “a curse be upon you.” The proclamation of law through blessing and cursing uses the principles of comparison (showing things to be alike and in harmony) and contrast (showing things to be different and opposite). Perhaps, the clearest example of this in Scripture is found with the readings of the law commanded by Moses that would publish the divine covenant. Before the congregation would cross the Jordan River to enter the Promised Land, they were required to first broadcast the name of GOD (i.e., speak aloud his reputation; detail the deeds GOD would continue to be known by); then declare the conditions for occupancy of the inheritance from GOD. The blessings were to be pronounced from the top of Mount Gerizim and the curses from Mount Ebal (see Deuteronomy 11, KJV).
In his ministry fulfilling the old covenant, identifying the righteousness of the law, and sharing revelation of GOD through flesh and blood, Jesus appears to defy and disobey the law. Rightly understood, the Savior does not deny divine law; instead, reverence for the law is “regenerated”, and the law is shown to rest most securely when upon a foundation of faith imparted from GOD. The Pharisees and Sadducees were like labor unions or American political parties, that do not own a business or themselves employ government workers, yet demand access to decision-making. With the money changers, sellers of animals for sacrifice and others who had become fixtures of the Temple community, they exercised great influence over believers throughout the land. They represented corruption of the priesthood, because they were not all consecrated to serve as GOD’s anointed. By calling these institutional and political leaders “hypocrites” (i.e., actors, counterfeits, frauds and showmen), Jesus exposed their practices and rites as “going through the motions,” vain worship, and formalism that cannot impart spiritual power from GOD to indwell his covenant people.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, Jesus upholds the law as holy, and just and good. The law is more than a civil and social reality. The law is seen as spiritual, expressing sacred promises and sure prophecies. Thus, Christ also demonstrates otherwise unseen principles such as the truth that the law, promise and prophecy are universal. Consider again Isaiah 24: 1-3 and Romans 7: 11-13.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/02/2012) A Daily Revelation?
Life experience as a continuing revelation of Divine Person is the topic, today; and there is more on justice by love. A “Yahoo! Answers” writer using ID “Jesse” (Level 1 with 31 points, a member since September 1, 2012) posted the following:
Is it weird that everyday i feel i should have some kind of revelation?
Like i feel i dont have some kind of life changing experience or epiphany life seems pointless.Does anybody else feel this way?
THE BATTLE AXE: Justice Comes by Love (10/01/2012)—The proclamation of love in Jesus Christ includes that none living absolutely must come under the wrath of GOD against sin. Many mature Christian believers regard the judgment of GOD as continuous and immediate. Therefore, in their understanding justice is never delayed, and continually appears as the natural consequences of a person’s deeds. Injustice that results through such elements as dishonesty, hate, human error, ignorance, malice, and pride is overturned by the direct intervention, and intercession of GOD to uphold divine law and to ensure the correct sacred process of eternal life. GOD is jealous and active for justice, however, inestimable grace marks divine judgment as filled with surprise and unpredictable. Consider again the sign of Jonas (see Jonah Chapters 3 and 4, KJV). GOD does not impose the content of judgment upon created beings and living creatures so much as permits them to determine and select their own realities of justice. In the same way believers voluntarily choose for themselves the joy, freedom and peace of salvation through Jesus Christ, unbelievers willfully choose for themselves the condemnation, misery and shame of atheism, skepticism and non-belief. In general, the Scriptures report those who promote judgment against the people of GOD are those who insist upon denial of Christ, and are “dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie” (see Revelation 21: 8 and 22: 15, KJV).
THE GOLDEN ARROW: And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea. And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful. (Revelation 21: 1-5, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Scriptures To Reassure (03/05/2012); Girdle 3: Through The Fire (11/18/2011); Binder 44: Life Is A Classroom (11/10/2011); Heaven? (12/10/2010)
In my understanding, all created beings and living creatures contain a measure of divinity that has been imparted from the person of Almighty GOD. The initial endowment from Creation includes such elements as consciousness, faith, humility, holiness, joy, wisdom and wrath against sin. This feature of human makeup permits us to say, mankind is made in the image of GOD, while GOD is a spirit, and not a material or physical being. Mortality is the finite condition of existence provided to beautify and distinguish mankind before GOD. The holy angels, sacred beasts and other life forms in heaven are not mortal, and neither are they immortal. The conditions of their existence include that they are finished and now possess all the divine content they may ever contain. Unlike creatures of the earth, they do not acquire information by gradual learning and experience; and mankind is understood as specially pleasing to GOD because the living continue to change, grow, and unfold.
The character and nature of GOD cannot be altered by any external influence. Therefore, we say GOD is immutable, and unchanging. The will of created beings and living creatures may be dominated by the external influence of sin; the will of GOD is “immune” to sin. GOD does not develop or grow, however, the revelation of GOD does unfold through various divine processes (e.g., death, forbearance, forgiveness, judgment, rebirth, salvation, sanctification, truth). GOD thrives through directed change, diversity, and multiple person. More than this, GOD operates through and within multiple levels of awareness and sacred substance.
For many, life is described as simple, and is made from strings of emotional, mental, and social events. Fantasy, hardship, poverty or prosperity—life is understood as the product of human thought and action. For others, life also includes spiritual dimensions whereby the fullness and richness of life are amplified, and possibilities for relationship include GOD as Creator, Father, Savior, Sovereign and Judge. The sense of expectation that we call “hope” further enhances life experience as energized, grounded, forward-looking, and intense.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, one of the greatest excitements of human life is that we may learn continuously, and there are always surprises. This is also true where a person is spiritually reborn through repentance and baptism. So to speak, once you are “born again” you must grow up again. What upsets many is that there also must be spiritual “growing pains.”) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(10/01/2012) Justice Comes by Love?
Divine and human justice are in view today (below) along with more on Incarnation and the death of GOD.
THE BATTLE AXE: Divine Self-Sacrifice? (09/30/2012)—The incorruptibility and immortality of GOD are depicted in the account of Creation, and also through the birth, life, priesthood, suffering, death, burial and resurrection of Jesus as well as by his atoning service in heaven, his second coming, and his glorification. By no means does Almighty GOD belittle, diminish or slight the fullness of Divine Person by showing himself in the human figure of Jesus Christ. Disrespect, disbelief, dishonor and distrust are expressions from those who cannot comprehend or conceive the exalted excellence of GOD in all things. Theirs is a god who lacks all majesty, sovereignty, supremacy because they seek to fit him to rigorously human terms, and standards. Given the true and living GOD does not reside within them as a holy spirit, or even a clear, righteous motivating thought, all their belief is grounded in emotion and speculation, and can never be shared as the certain fruit of experiential knowledge. There is a peculiar revelation of GOD to be gained in every display of divine person, godly power and sacred substance (e.g., faith, holiness, joy, love, wisdom, wrath against sin). Jesus Christ also has demonstrated that, for created beings and living creatures, there is a peculiar revelation of GOD in every life experience.
THE GOLDEN ARROW: Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts. To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the LORD than sacrifice. An high look, and a proud heart, and the plowing of the wicked, is sin. (Proverbs 21: 2-4, King James Version)
THE DOUBLE DAGGER: About False Witness (09/09/2012); Girdle 9: An Imperfect Tool? (11/24/2011); Binder 11: Commitment To Judgment (10/08/2011); Mercy is Just? (12/17/2010)
The justice of GOD is not that believers forget the past, are swept up in “sacred amnesia,” and hide themselves in new identities founded on fantasies, half-truths and lies. The operation of divine justice is described as rebirth and salvation that provides new meaning, new respect and acceptance, new possibilities, and new understandings of being, existence, reality and truth. An imparted, indwelling Spirit is supplied to mankind to accomplish more than simply escape from penalties and punishment, from habits and behavior patterns, or from ones own emotions, thoughts, nightmares, lusts, passions and desires. Justice is the healing of wounds and the restoration of relationships through acceptance, change, fulfillment, growth, and maturity.
Denying the elements of judgment that derive from divinity, human error establishes only “criminal justice,” warped processes characterized by destruction, hate, punishment and violence that lack assistance or support demonstrated through correction, forgiveness, lenience, mercy, and opportunities to repay, restore and serve. Where justice serves bitterness, pride, revenge and selfish desire, we are correct to say that justice is perverted, and that “there is no justice.” When preserving balance, life and relationships of trust are crucial, the goals of judgment are no different than the goals of love.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, to ensure impartiality, justice is provided through a lawful and standardized process (i.e., judgment). The need for judgment comes upon all, because the need to experience the righteousness of justice comes upon all. A countless array of conflicts result through the innumerable instances of self-will and unique being. Justice as the outcome of judgment may be in the form of dismissed charges, release, and suppressing confrontation, rather than in furthering demands, payment, and restoration. More than this, Divine judgment—that also stands as revelation of the Holy—is to be the resolution of conflict, and the finish of all legitimate dispute.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
