Today,
reply is on the faith, works, and embodiment of divinity that was
displayed through the human pair sanctified to serve as the parents
of Jesus Christ. What believers should expect from the sacred pair,
Mary and Joseph, is very much the same as the events and expressions
shared by other sacred pairs throughout the holy writings that share
in the revelation of Jesus Christ. Adam and Eve, Abraham and Sarah,
Elizabeth and Zacharias, Anna and Simeon all display the patterns of
childbearing as a sacred event and an important element of prophetic
demonstration for those serving as spokespersons (prophets) of GOD.
These divine parental figures appear as “earthen vessels” who are
imperfect and who lack full sacred knowledge, yet, are filled with
consecrated treasure. Thus, keeping in mind that the birth of Jesus
was at a time before the outpouring of the Holy Spirit when Jerusalem
meant the law, the covenant of Moses, the Temple, and tradition, Mary
and Joseph were ignorant and short sighted, yet, fed and nourished
the Spirit within Jesus sharing their own blood, sweat, tears, and
sacred substance. It is written: Luke 2: 40-45, King James Version
(KJV): 40 And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled
with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him. 41 Now his parents
went to Jerusalem every year at the feast of the passover. 42 And
when he was twelve years old, they went up to Jerusalem after the
custom of the feast. 43 And when they had fulfilled the days, as
they returned, the child Jesus tarried behind in Jerusalem; and
Joseph and his mother knew not of
it. 44 But they, supposing
him to have been in the company, went a day’s
journey; and they sought him among their
kinsfolk and acquaintance. 45 And when they found him not, they
turned back again to Jerusalem, seeking him. The fighter in the

Wouldn't
we expect Mary and Joseph..?
to
be highly involved with sharing their sons's holy status? Instead, we
don't hear anything mentioned about Mary and Joseph spreading the
good news all his life, and Jesus leaves town to go do the miracles..
if Mary and Joseph knew he was so holy and special, wouldn't they be
exclaiming that and following him their entire lives?
THE
GOLDEN ARROW: And it came to pass, that after three days they found
him in the temple, sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing
them, and asking them questions. And all that heard him were
astonished at his understanding and answers. And when they saw him,
they were amazed: and his mother said unto him, Son, why hast thou
thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee
sorrowing. And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? wist
ye not that I must be about my Father’s
business? And they understood not the saying which he spake unto
them. And he went down with them, and came to Nazareth, and was
subject unto them: but his mother kept all these sayings in her
heart. And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with
God and man. (Luke 2: 46-52, King James Version, KJV)

“Godless
Goddess”, here are some points for developing Christian believers
to prayerfully consider regarding the accountability, faithfulness,
and service as holy prophets that was demonstrated by Mary and Joseph
as the earthly caretakers of Jesus Christ:
1.
An overabundance of divine presence, foreknowledge, sacred mystery,
and revelation to the sacred pair would have blemished the
presentation of authentic humanity that the Word was sent to
demonstrate on the earth. In addition to sharing limitations through
the frameworks of time and space, they all were subject to the finite
elements of flesh such as aging, fatigue, lack of information,
physical pain, and the inheritance of mortality as the lawful
consequence from the sin of the first pair, Adam. Matthew
20: 22-23, King James Version (KJV): 22 But Jesus
answered and said, Ye know not what ye ask. Are ye able to drink of
the cup that I shall drink of, and to be baptized with the baptism
that I am baptized with? They say unto him, We are able. 23 And he
saith unto them, Ye shall drink indeed of my cup, and be baptized
with the baptism that I am baptized with: but to sit on my right
hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given
to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.
2.
Guiding, nourishing and protecting the holy child, the sacred pair
endured the same fear, hardship, mental anguish, and uncertainties
that came upon him, yet, did not operate having the same anointing,
sacred opportunities, eternal purpose, and focused possibilities.
Childbearing, parenting, and fulfillment of covenant duty are
contrasted against redemption, salvation, and provision of a new
testament in his blood. Luke 8: 34-38, KJV: 34 And Simeon
blessed them, and said unto Mary his mother, Behold, this child
is set for the fall and rising again of many in Israel; and for a
sign which shall be spoken against; 35 (Yea, a sword shall pierce
through thy own soul also,) that the thoughts of many hearts may be
revealed. 36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of
Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived
with an husband seven years from her virginity; 37 And she was a
widow of about fourscore and four years, which departed not from the
temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and
day. 38 And she coming in that instant gave thanks likewise unto the
Lord, and spake of him to all them that looked for redemption in
Jerusalem.
There
is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually
apprehended. (For example, 3. Chosen to be a sanctified vessel for
divinity using flesh and human form (we say, Incarnation), the mother
of Jesus, Mary, would demonstrate release from the law through death
by having new life as the widow of Joseph. Mary also would be an
eyewitness to the death of Jesus on the cross; be among the first to
acknowledge and proclaim the resurrection of Christ; and, with the
brothers and sisters of Jesus, be among those disciples and apostles
who tarried together in the upper room waiting to receive the gifts
of the Holy Spirit that were poured out on the day of Pentecost.
Continuing as a vessel for the Godhead, Mary was among the first to
become a new creation and serve also as a vessel for the Holy
Spirit. Acts 2: 16-21, KJV: 16 But this is that which was
spoken by the prophet Joel; 17 And it shall come to pass in the last
days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and
your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall
see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams: 18 And on my
servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my
Spirit; and they shall prophesy: 19 And I will shew wonders in
heaven above, and signs in the earth beneath; blood, and fire, and
vapour of smoke: 20 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the
moon into blood, before the great and notable day of the Lord come:
21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name
of the Lord shall be saved.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be
useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
