THE GOLDEN ARROW: And it shall come to pass, if thou shalt hearken diligently unto the voice of the LORD thy God, to observe and to do all his commandments which I command thee this day, that the LORD thy God will set thee on high above all nations of the earth: And all these blessings shall come on thee, and overtake thee, if thou shalt hearken unto the voice of the LORD thy God. (1.) Psalm 1: 1-3, King James Version (KJV): 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. 3 And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
(2.) Psalm 33: 12, KJV: 12 Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD; and the people whom he hath chosen for his own inheritance.
(3.) Psalm 40:4, KJV: 4 Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies.
(4.) Luke 6: 21-23, KJV: 21 Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled.
