(04/26/2020) Divine Protection Against Covid-19?

Jesus Christ, impressed by a demonstration of faith, reveals his authority to forgive sins by healing a paralytic.

Today, reply is on the divine use of the present global health crisis and covid-19 for divinity to become further acknowledged by mankind. Properly understood, GOD has exalted authority and sovereignty over Creation through both the easy and difficult aspects of life that men will encounter. Divinity is not seeking a new name, or broader reputation as the creator or the destroyer of corona virus. Mature Christian believers will hold that GOD is not required to demonstrate his divinity and dominion over mankind by responding to every condition, or instance of trouble and human circumstance. Consider again Daniel 3: 13-21, King James Version (KJV): 13 Then Nebuchadnezzar in his rage and fury commanded to bring Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego. Then they brought these men before the king. 14 Nebuchadnezzar spake and said unto them, Is it true, O Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, do not ye serve my gods, nor worship the golden image which I have set up? 15 Now if ye be ready that at what time ye hear the sound of the cornet, flute, harp, sackbut, psaltery, and dulcimer, and all kinds of musick, ye fall down and worship the image which I have made; well: but if ye worship not, ye shall be cast the same hour into the midst of a burning fiery furnace; and who is that God that shall deliver you out of my hands? 16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter. 17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king. 18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up. Why won't Jesus protect everyone in church from Corona virus?

THE GOLDEN ARROW: Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the LORD. And the LORD said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? and still he holdeth fast his integrity, although thou movedst me against him, to destroy him without cause. And Satan answered the LORD, and said, Skin for skin, yea, all that a man hath will he give for his life. But put forth thine hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh, and he will curse thee to thy face. And the LORD said unto Satan, Behold, he is in thine hand; but save his life. So went Satan forth from the presence of the LORD, and smote Job with sore boils from the sole of his foot unto his crown. And he took him a potsherd to scrape himself withal; and he sat down among the ashes. Then said his wife unto him, Dost thou still retain thine integrity? curse God, and die. But he said unto her, Thou speakest as one of the foolish women speaketh. What? shall we receive good at the hand of God, and shall we not receive evil? In all this did not Job sin with his lips. (Job 2: 1-10, KJV)

Anonymous”, it is not a new thing that mankind has to exist enduring the threat of death; and, given the possibilities of rebirth and resurrection from the dead, it is not necessary that everyone escape having to conclude their mortality by death. The operations of death, divine law, self-will, and sin have not been eliminated from the earth by GOD; and they continue to serve as sacred devices that make visible spirit substance and process that are inseparable aspects of divine fullness (we also say, divinity; the Godhead; the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit). Divinity even has appeared on the earth using human flesh and life process as an anointed evangelist and healer (Jesus Christ) to clarify the multiple expressions of dominion, personhood, power, eternal purpose, and sovereign will that are being put forth by GOD. Included are focus on the duration of existence among humanity, the joining of mankind within the oneness without sameness that is shared among the Godhead, the fulfillment of divine Creation through sacred law and judgment, and the manifesting of otherwise hidden aspects of divinity through prophecy and Revelation. Divinity may exist and reside within the consciousness and self-will (willpower) of Created beings and living creatures. Also, the living may be directed and guided through fresh endowments of spirit matter imparted from the makeup of GOD. Believers are granted opportunities to undergo permanent change where they rely on sacred knowledge rather than secular knowledge, and they become transformed using divine tools, rather than finite human tools such as intellect, logic, philosophy, and science. The focus for believers must go beyond good and bad behavior, sin, and the flesh. We are to exist as companions to immortal, incorruptible, GOD who will remain immutable and invisible. Consider again the following that uses language from the Bible and a selection from the music ministry of Dr. Charles G. Hayes & Warriors:

(1.) Mark 2: 1-12, King James Version (KJV): 1 And again he entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house. 2 And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them. 3 And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four. 4 And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay. 5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee. 6 But there was certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts, 7 Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only? 8 And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts? 9 Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk? 10 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) 10 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) 11 I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.

There is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, (2.) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRoe3iExVjU. Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/22/2017) The First To Help?

Today, thoughts are shared on almsgiving, charity, compassion, and unselfish service among Christian believers and the poor.  For most modern-day problems and troubles, money frequently turns out  to be a primary need; however, where careful and godly assessment are made, we also discover there should be humility, intercessory prayer, laying ones petitions before GOD, and displaying gratitude with giving of thanks.  Born again and developing Christian believers will be endowed with spirit substance from the makeup of GOD to enable their endurance of challenges, opposition, persecution, and suffering.  Even so, those living in distress and enduring hardship often practice bestowing respect, celebrating abundance and plenty, lending without interest or usury, sacrifice and demanding from oneself along with personal sharing as obligatory, precious, and indispensable.  Similarly, as those in covenant relationship with GOD through Jesus Christ and those joined to divinity as his sacred body on the earth, the church acknowledges a duty from GOD to supply its own members who are less fortunate.  Those having no income or savings generally include babies, minor children, the clergy, orphans, teenagers, the elderly, and widows, who in turn, make commitment to minister and serve others around them—even those outside the church—through personal outreach and sharing.  Creating, improvising, and finding new applications for old solutions become important, and further establish oneness without sameness.  One of the fighters in the “Yahoo! Answers” forum who uses the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information shared) posted the following:

Spiritually why do those less fortunate become the first ones to help in times of troubles?

Hoping those who have the ability wake up and help those less fortunate in the world and stop being so selfish.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.  Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.  Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.  And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.  Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do:  and the God of peace shall be with you.  (Philippians 4:  4-9, King James Version, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Not All Are Welcome (11/28/2017); Giving, A Divine Discipline? (10/09/2017); GOD Within Christian Believers (07/31/2016); GOD’s Way Not Equal? (07/17/2016); Put On Charity? (05/11/2013); Through Much Tribulation (05/12/2013)

“Anonymous”, here are some points of explanation that came to my mind that might have to be examined by careful research and study before we could agree that they truly apply:

(1.)  Many among those less fortunate are quick to support others because their principles and values for survival tend to emphasize cooperation, protecting and sharing with one another, and unselfish giving.  By contrast, survival among the wealthy and well-to-do often demands and legitimizes aggression, competition, discipline, and self-promotion.

(2.)  The focus of those less successful tends to be present conditions, and any crisis at hand; while successful people have been described as those who focus on goals, what is possible, where they want to be, and what they actually want to achieve within a set time frame.

(3.)  The lifestyle and daily routines of Christian believers often generate less anxiety over carnal, material, secular, and social issues.  Those who maintain a healthy, regular prayer life, can express great freedom from anxiety and other emotional, psychological, and spiritual conditions that generate stress and worry

(4.)  Among the poor and less fortunate, strength and wisdom also are accepting what comes, and timely surrender without abandoning faith or hope.  Focus on need is used as a defense by those less fortunate to limit ambition, distraction, greed, and exaggerated pride.

Of course, there is far more that could be said.  (For example, consider again the testimony of the Apostle Paul who describes the lifestyle and mindset for those helping to prepare the harvest for Jesus at his Advent (we also say, his appearing, the Rapture, the Second Coming):  (5.)    Philippians 4:  11-13, King James Version (KJV):  11 Not that I speak in respect of want:  for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.  12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound:  every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.  13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(05/12/2013) Through Much Tribulation

Today’s presentation is brief, and consists in a BATTLE AXE and GOLDEN ARROW to accompany Struggling?

THE BATTLE AXE: Struggling? (05/11/2013)—(5.) Born again, the Christian believer must acquire the habit and routine of acting on principle, and doing only those things in agreement with their own divine nature, sacred knowledge, and eternal purpose. It is in this sense, believers are guided as though they were sheep, and do not lean upon their own understanding. The authority of doctrine and truth are to be acknowledged at all times, and does not depend upon any other believer’s expertise, office, rankings and titles as clergy. The same truth has been established and made available to all. When there are issues and questions that generate uncertainty, the believer must rely upon the full pattern of truth they have received. Saying this another way, they must place their trust in GOD, having knowledge of the divine commitment, the consecrated goals, and the things that are pleasing to GOD. See Proverbs 3: 5, 1st Thessalonians 4: 3-8, John 3: 16-21, Titus 2: 11-14, and 1st Peter 2: 1-17, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And there came thither certain Jews from Antioch and Iconium, who persuaded the people, and having stoned Paul, drew him out of the city, supposing he had been dead. Howbeit, as the disciples stood round about him, he rose up, and came into the city: and the next day he departed with Barnabas to Derbe. And when they had preached the gospel to that city, and had taught many, they returned again to Lystra, and to Iconium, and Antioch, Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. (Acts 14: 19-22, KJV)

I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
