(10/02/2014) No Divine Protection?

Divine provisions to protect believers upon the earth are the topic, today.  A fighter at “Yahoo! Answers Canada” using the ID “badwolf” (Level 1 with 10 points, a member since August 01, 2014) posted the following:

Why doesnt jesus or god ,offer any protection against evil..in fact believing attracts it?

THE BATTLE AXE:  The Power to Forgive? (10/01/2014)—(5.)  Anyone and everyone may express forgiveness toward others; however, like the work of divine healing, the work of divine forgiveness is not for those outside of Christ.  The work of forgiveness as an aspect of judgment is not complete without atonement.  Only those divinely appointed may forgive in the name of Jesus, and as incarnations (i.e., appearance in flesh) of the Most High.  Divine forgiveness is able to establish the person forgiven in a newness of life, renew trust, and refresh shared relationships among believers, because divine being and sacred matter from the makeup of GOD will be deposited and transferred.  Apostles, prophets and those in roles as anointed agents and consecrated spokespersons of GOD are permitted by GOD and Jesus Christ to proclaim and speak official decisions, divine judgments, and sacred messages.  In general, those serving as ordained clergy also acknowledge differences among the gifts granted from GOD, and hierarchy for duty and privilege as well as the need for special experience, sacred knowledge and preparation to correctly carry out and complete many of the peculiar assignments believers are given as priests and kings.  A believer does not himself (or herself) perform the sacred operations that are required so much as they monitor and witness to the active presence of GOD.  Thus, the Holy Spirit serving as the agent of Jesus is to be credited with accomplishing the many duties believers are challenged to embrace such as baptism, enduring tests and trials, forgiveness, the Lord’s Supper, exorcism, intercession, praise, and prayer.  Consider again Leviticus 5:  14-19, Numbers 15:  22-31, 1st Kings 8:  38-40, Psalms 86:  4-6, Matthew 6:  14-15, Matthew 12:  30-32, Luke 7:  36-50, John 20:  22-23 and 1st Corinthians 12:  27-31, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  Therefore the heart of the king of Syria was sore troubled for this thing; and he called his servants, and said unto them, Will ye not shew me which of us is for the king of Israel?  And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king:  but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.  And he said, Go and spy where he is, that I may send and fetch him. And it was told him, saying, Behold, he is in Dothan.  Therefore sent he thither horses, and chariots, and a great host:  and they came by night, and compassed the city about.  And when the servant of the man of God was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! how shall we do?  And he answered, Fear not:  for they that be with us are more than they that be with them.  And Elisha prayed, and said, LORD, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the LORD opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw:  and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.  (2nd Kings 6:  11-17, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  Lot and the Angels (05/04/2014); Expulsion from Eden (05/05/2014); Needing Guns To Serve? (03/19/2014); A Culture of Judgment? (03/20/2014); What Salvation Is (01/25/2014); Bible Justice? (01/26/2014); A Godly Take on Guns (01/18/2013); It Is Finished (01/19/2013)

“badwolf”, here are a few points to consider that add strength to developing Christian believers:

(1.)  There are multiple provisions from GOD for the spiritual nourishment and protection of believers.  Intimate relationship with GOD is called a high tower, a refuge, and is spoken of as the “armour of light” and the “whole armor of GOD.”  Believers are to exist in the same physical sphere as unbelievers, however, their awareness and self-will directed through the Spirit of GOD are transformed to face difficulties, overcome problems, and resist sin.

(2.)  Through baptism (death of ones inborn spirit, rebirth having sacred content from the makeup of divinity) believer’s receive a fresh endowment of the same material GOD bestowed when creating Adam.  Once born again, there must be continual growth and learning.  Believers are to mature, become perfected (i.e., immortal and incorruptible), and experience eternal life.  Through the imparted spirit (we say, breath, word), men are “made in the image of GOD.”

(3.)  Believers are not to be beggars, or those who wait on GOD to pour out good things while they themselves do nothing (we say, are passive).  Believers are to demonstrate creativity, energy, industry, intelligence, and zeal cooperating with the efforts of others who are also in fellowship with GOD through Jesus Christ.

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (4.)  In the same way both believers and unbelievers will get wet when it rains as a matter of the mechanics for how their physical environment must work, both believers and unbelievers are subject to automobile accidents, heat strokes, heart failure, flu, and death.  The difference is not their mortality; the difference is their hope, praise, prayer, proclamation, promise, prophecy, and sanctification.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(12/18/2012) The Firstborn, Higher than Kings?

Birth order, inheritance and Jesus as “firstborn” are topics along with more on vows and covenants, today. A Yahoo! Answers writer using the ID “Ismael” (Level 1 with 91 points, July 27, 2012) posted the following:

Christians, why was David called the "firstborn", when he was the youngest son?

Psalm 89:27,

THE BATTLE AXE: Vows and Covenants? (12/17/2012)—Through covenant, invisible, yet, abiding and marvelous aspects of divinity are revealed to mankind; particularly grace, love, mercy, and unmerited favor. In addition, covenant permits the special provision of judgment that a remnant is sufficient to fulfill all the terms of divine commitment. (For examples, see Ezra 9: 1-15, Isaiah 1: 1-31, Ezekiel 14: 21-23, Zephaniah 3: 1-20, Romans 3: 1-31 and Romans 11: 1-36, King James Version.)

THE GOLDEN ARROW: And we declare unto you glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, God hath fulfilled the same unto us their children, in that he hath raised up Jesus again; as it is also written in the second psalm, Thou art my Son, this day have I begotten thee. And as concerning that he raised him up from the dead, now no more to return to corruption, he said on this wise, I will give you the sure mercies of David. Wherefore he saith also in another psalm, Thou shalt not suffer thine Holy One to see corruption. For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep, and was laid unto his fathers, and saw corruption: But he, whom God raised again, saw no corruption. Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins: And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses. (Acts 13: 32-39, King James Version)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER: Given the Cloud of Witnesses (11/29/2012); Son of Man? (11/28/2012); Begotten not Made (09/08/2012); About False Witness (09/09/2012); Set Free To… (03/27/2012); Grandchildren? (03/23/2011); A To Do List (03/24/2011); Lion of Judah (01/10/2011)

The title of “firstborn” (from GOD) is higher than that for “king” because it proclaims the bearer an heir of GOD. As a social process and expression of flesh, birth order determines the heir through custom and tradition. As a divine process and expression of spirit, the duties and privileges of the heir are obtained by anointing and divine appointment, faith, grace, sacred law, divine prerogative, and sovereign authority.

Many accounts recorded in the Bible portray the principle that the elder shall serve the younger; that twins are distinguished for sacred service before their birth and throughout their lifetime; and acquiring the blessing as heir to the ministry from heaven that was given to Adam is determined by GOD. Cain and Abel, Esau and Jacob, Reuben and Joseph, Ephraim and Manasseh, and the promotion of Judah above Levi all display the operation of GOD to establish salvation in the earth. A similar operation is seen in miraculous births by women known to be barren, elderly, and already experiencing menopause (consider Samson, Samuel, John the Baptist), as well as the birth of Jesus through a virgin.

There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended. (For example, until mankind has been made completely immortal and incorruptible through the ministries by the Son of GOD, eternal GOD will continue in uninterrupted relationship with finite beings through elements structured by timeless law. More than simply the power of GOD to control birth, death, and resurrection, there has been sacred presence, and performance of godly will through adoption, covenant, dynasty, family, forgiveness, inheritance, priesthood, promise, promotion, prophecy, and prosperity.) Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your faith.
