(10/26/2016) Where Will Believers Go?

Today, Scripture points are shared that proclaim the place(s) where those saved by Jesus will go to as the outcome of their judgment.  Believers have been given assurance that they will be “where the Lord is,” however, there is more.  Many believers have missed the special comfort from GOD that was declared using parables (see Matthew 22:  1-14 and Luke 14:  15-24, King James Version, KJV).  Guests who were bidden to share in divine celebration made excuses and refused to attend.  These teachings that speak about salvation also describe the angelic beings who lost their first estate in heaven, and whose place will be filled with those from the earth who belong to Christ.  Consider the following and the presentation below:  1st Thessalonians 4:  16-18, KJV:  16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God:  and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air:  and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.  One of the fighters at “Yahoo! Answers (Malaysia)” using the ID “Anonymous” (no profile information appears) posted the following:

So lets suppose, the judgement day comes, where will u go?
Even if you believe in it or not, if it comes, what do u think according to your deeds, where will u go? Heaven or hell ??????

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.  But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.  Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,  Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?  Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.  Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.  (2nd Peter 3:  9-14, KJV)

THE DOUBLE DAGGER:  About Judgment By GOD (08/29/2016); Belief In Another World? (02/17/2016); The Bridge To Heaven (01/27/2016); The Imminent Return of Christ? (07/19/2015); The Soon Return of Jesus? (01/05/2015); GOD Is A Spirit (12/07/2014); The Mystery of His Appearing (12/08/2014)

“Anonymous”, Christian believers can answer your question as to where they will go on judgment day with many different replies that are recorded in the Scriptures, and that all are valid.  Consider the following:
(1.)  On The Right.  Matthew 25:  31-34, King James Version (KJV):  31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:  32 And before him shall be gathered all nations:  and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:  33 And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.  34 Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
(2.)  To The Father’s House.  John 14:  1-3, KJV:  1 Let not your heart be troubled:  ye believe in God, believe also in me.  2 In my Father’s house are many mansions:  if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.  3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
(3.)  To The City of GOD.  Psalms 46:  1-5, KJV:  1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;  3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.  4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.  5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved:  God shall help her, and that right early.
(4.)  To the Temple of GOD.  Revelation 3:  11-12, KJV:  11 Behold, I come quickly:  hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.  12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out:  and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God:  and I will write upon him my new name.
(5.)  To The Earth Made New.  Revelation 21:  1-3, KJV:  21 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth:  for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.  2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.  3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.
(6.)  To The Mountain of the LORD.  Isaiah 65:  21-25, KJV:  21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.  22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat:  for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.  23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.  24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.  25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the bullock:  and dust shall be the serpent’s meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, saith the LORD.
There is far more to be said, correctly applied, and spiritually apprehended.  (For example, (7.)  To The City of Light.  Revelation 21:  23-27, KJV:  23 And the city had no need of the sun, neither of the moon, to shine in it:  for the glory of God did lighten it, and the Lamb is the light thereof.  24 And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it:  and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.  25 And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day:  for there shall be no night there.  26 And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.  27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie:  but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.)  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

(06/14/2014) The Estate of His Handmaiden

One of the most challenging aspects of sharing as a Christian blog writer is that you must obey the Rule of Brevity:  KISS (keep it simple, stupid!).  Readers may become easily confused, and may not recall the most necessary information when you tell them too much all at once.  Those choosing to be effective as ministers, especially those sharing by a written rather than spoken word, must rely upon the operation of GOD to create and maintain a proper balance between ones divine awareness of human need, and ones human realization of what others are prepared to accept.  The honest writer must make every effort to be thorough and complete, yet, must confess dependency upon the higher, holier mind of one who truly does have experience and knowledge of all that may be called holy or sacred.  With this in mind I encourage readers to continue with my presentation on Mary.

THE BATTLE AXE:  Mary (06/13/2014)—(4.)  For Jesus, being about the Father’s business was a matter of being in obedience to divinity, doing as he was told, serving as a spokesperson (we say, prophet), and teaching specific doctrines he had received from heaven, that were not created by himself or anyone else in the earth.  Believers should not be surprised that the holy writings documenting the ministry and operations of GOD for Salvation record few expressions of tenderness by Jesus toward his mother.  The Savior loved and respected his mother, Mary; and also demonstrated this from the cross.  Even so, Jesus never worshiped Mary.  (5.)  At the least, Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ, is to be received as a sister in the New Testament, and a member of the household of GOD.  As such, she is not to be condemned, despised, disrespected, ignored, insulted, or slandered.  Christian believers who accept that nothing is impossible for GOD are not offended by the thought that Mary, first, would be anointed and endowed from her own conception and birth, would be continually encouraged to grow showing humility and love toward GOD, would suffer humiliation as the mother to Messiah, would strengthen the early church by her presence and counsel, and finally would be exalted, preserved, and lifted up from the earth to GOD and Christ.  Now, as are all those in the presence of GOD, Mary is alive, she is holy, she is immortal, and she is pure.  Given that all those who correctly respect and venerate Mary only do so through operations of the Holy Spirit, believers in Jesus endure no damage or loss of their salvation when asking that Mary intercede by prayer, by speaking to her son, or by her continuing to show reverence to GOD.  Those who acknowledge Mary do so on the basis of their faith, love and Spirit.  Jesus has not commanded any to deny his mother.  Those who oppose Mary do so on the basis of their own enmity, flesh, and sin.  (6.)  For many Christian believers the bottom line regarding Mary as the mother of Jesus is that such teachings are “meat”, not “milk”.  The eternal love of the Father appears, and is embodied and incarnate within the flesh of the mother.  Followers must be able to discern and recognize the Holy Spirit operating as agent of both the Father and the Son, who equally exalt Mary for the eternal benefit of heaven and earth.  Things that come to us from the ministry of Jesus through operations of the Holy Spirit also include knowledge of a visitation by Mary before the birth of Jesus to comfort her cousin Elisabeth (who would give birth to John the Baptist).  At that time, both expectant mothers behaved in the role of prophetess, and were moved to praise and speak as those anointed by GOD and endowed with the Spirit of Prophecy.  That Mary should intercede for the lives of men is no less commendable than Abraham making appeal for Sodom and the cities of the plain.  That Mary should reflect and emanate glory from the GODhead is no more an offense than when the face of Moses shone following his experience of 40 days and nights in the divine presence.  See Proverbs 31:  29-30, Luke 2:  41-52, Luke 11:  23-28, Luke 23:  26-31, Galatians 5:  14-16, Hebrews 6:  1-3, Exodus 34:  29-35 and James 4:  10-12, KJV.

THE GOLDEN ARROW:  And Mary arose in those days, and went into the hill country with haste, into a city of Juda;  And entered into the house of Zacharias, and saluted Elisabeth.  And it came to pass, that, when Elisabeth heard the salutation of Mary, the babe leaped in her womb; and Elisabeth was filled with the Holy Ghost:  And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.  And whence is this to me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?  For, lo, as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in mine ears, the babe leaped in my womb for joy.   And blessed is she that believed:  for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.  And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord,  And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour.  For he hath regarded the low estate of his handmaiden:  for, behold, from henceforth all generations shall call me blessed.  For he that is mighty hath done to me great things; and holy is his name.  And his mercy is on them that fear him from generation to generation.  He hath shewed strength with his arm; he hath scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts.  He hath put down the mighty from their seats, and exalted them of low degree.  He hath filled the hungry with good things; and the rich he hath sent empty away.  He hath helped his servant Israel, in remembrance of his mercy;  As he spake to our fathers, to Abraham, and to his seed for ever.  (Luke 1:  46-55, KJV)

There is far more to be said, correctly understood, and spiritually apprehended.  Even so, I trust this fragment will be useful.  Be it unto you according to your faith.

That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you:  for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.  (Romans 16:  2, KJV)
