Today,
reply is on repentance and the Spirit from GOD that indwells
Christian believers. The key elements for repentance and new life
for sinners is (1) their sorrow for sin, (2) their gratitude for
atonement and propitiation, (3) their “fear of the Lord” that is
correct awe, respect and reverence, (4) their desire to be truly
worthy of inclusion within the household of GOD, and (5) their trust
in the word of GOD appearing as covenant relationship, divine law,
promise, and prophecy, rather than their being afraid of punishment
and torment. Without arrogance, competitiveness, or presumption,
believers are to operate in accord with the example of Jesus Christ.
It is written: Romans 6: 20-23, King James Version (KJV): 20 For
when ye were the servants of sin, ye were free from righteousness.
21 What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed?
for the end of those things is death. 22 But now being made
free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto
holiness, and the end everlasting life. 23 For the wages of sin is
death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus
Christ our Lord. A fighter in the “Yahoo! Answers” public forum

Christians,
is not it a wise choice to repent without ceasing?
Better
safe than sorry, and remain in a permanent praying position and
confess continuously. One can sin in ignorance; for safety measures.
"The soul who sins shall die."
THE
GOLDEN ARROW: For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not
to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death. For
behold this selfsame thing, that ye sorrowed after a godly sort, what
carefulness it wrought in you, yea, what clearing of
yourselves, yea, what indignation, yea, what fear, yea,
what vehement desire, yea, what zeal, yea, what
revenge! In all things ye have approved yourselves to be clear in
this matter. (2nd Corinthians 7: 10-11, KJV)

“Anonymous”,
“better safe than sorry” comes from a pattern of feeling and
thinking from within the man-made world system that has been created
for coping with problems and uncertainty, exchange, trade, and
survival. Developing and mature Christian believers are not driven
and impelled by anxiety, fear, and imbalance as are sinners who
continue in ignorance of redemption and salvation from GOD. While
they too have sinned and come short of the glory of GOD, believers
are accounted as “born again” vessels of divine substance who
must “grow up again” on the earth, and become mature/ripe for
harvest by the Lord at his appearing (the Advent; the Rapture; the
Second Coming). Believers are built-up, edified, and nourished by
features in their ongoing lifestyle and daily routine that display
their spirit content imparted from the makeup of divinity. Included
should be acknowledging accountability, practicing discernment,
discovery, forgiving others, gaining sacred knowledge, gradual
growth, fellowship within the body of believers, unselfish service,
and suffering. Believers appear as the new creation of Jesus
Christ by displaying the image of GOD and Christ-likeness. Prayer is
more a sacred tool for expressing gratitude and love to GOD than a
device for escaping punishment, obtaining pleasures, or requesting
necessary supplies (food, drink, shelter, etc.). Begging does not
appear when we call to those who show us love, respect, and trust,
and who have the desire to share with us. In place of argument,
carnal reasoning, coercion, or threats of damnation and violence the
followers of Jesus continue as the evidence of things unseen.
Inseparable aspects of divine fullness are imparted to believers that
draw others to GOD (e.g., faith, forbearance, holiness,
longsuffering, lovingkindness, personhood, wisdom, and wrath against
sin). Consider again the following that uses language from the
Bible, and a presentation from the music ministry of Al Green:
(1.)
2nd Timothy 1: 7, King James Version (KJV): 7 For God
hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and
of a sound mind.
(2.)
Philippians 4: 6-7, KJV: 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every
thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests
be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all
understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
(3.)
2nd Peter 1: 2-8, KJV: 2 Grace and peace be multiplied
unto you through the knowledge of God, and of Jesus our Lord, 3
According as his divine power hath given unto us all things that
pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him
that hath called us to glory and virtue: 4 Whereby are given unto us
exceeding great and precious promises: that by these ye might be
partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is
in the world through lust. 5 And beside this, giving all diligence,
add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; 6 And to
knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience
godliness; 7 And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly
kindness charity. 8 For if these things be in you, and abound, they
make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful
in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.)
There
is far more that should be said, correctly examined, and spiritually
apprehended. (For example, (4.)

trust this fragment will be useful. Be it unto you according to your
faith.
